Last twice my daughter ordered from here food was awful black chicken in chicken balls raw onions in the curry sauce rice burnt ..called to complain customer service shocking...."what do you wants us to do about it " was the best around now the worst will be avoided for a bit unless something changes.

We ordered 2 of the snack box a’s but they sent us snack box b instead called to get it changed but the shop was closed so was left with an order I didn’t want or order...called up the next day to explain and they couldn’t have been any more helpful. Sent out the right order as it couldn’t be fixed when we ordered...food came was on time fresh and was hot will definitely be ordering again great value for money and amazing BBQ sauce thanks red cap!

I have used the red cap for many many years and not once have I ever had any reason to complain the telephone staff are patient and understanding and don't mind you taking a bit longer ordering.... their delivery is fast.... their prices are excellent and I love how they do happy meals which include a starter as well as a decent sized main meal all for £6 I think and with certain orders you can get free juice with your delivery... this is only place I use for Chinese food... keep up the good work RED CAP 😇😇😇😇😇🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗💛💛💛💛💛
