Nice atmosphere, good service. Pricy for the quality of the food - if there was less quantity and a bit cheaper, it would be much more worth it. Lastly, the ‘All American Stack’ is an aberration - it would be a surprise if anyone ever tasted anything under the flood of ketchup and mustard that the pancakes are drowned in.

Fantastic lunch celebrating my friend's birthday. Waitress was helpful and really friendly. Food was amazing. Was our first time but definitely not our last.

Visited for Sunday Brunch. Walk ins were being taken with a few minutes wait - we had booked. HAD to have bacon and maple syrup so only had a single stack / buttermilk pancake. This was delicious and left plenty room for a sundae. Yummy creation/ very sweet. Staff were attentive and friendly. My friend had the biscoff/ smores stack. She advised it was a little dry and needed some more sauce. Watching all the wonka like creations coming out was a delight. First visit to this chain and I loved it.

While the food was tasty although sickly (what do you expect, its pancakes) and staff very friendly. Service was slower than average and it is very expensive for what it is. I'd recommend getting a preset option as they seem the best value for money Check the menu before you go for prices but most drinks will run you £3+ and a meal (pancake and toppings) will be at least £9.50 if not more. Nandos or Wagamamas up the road would be cheaper and they'd offer a proper meal.

Amazing staff, Gemma was very nice. Made me iced coffee that wasn't on the menu. The pancakes were amazing, want to go back for sweet ones. Fries were the best ones we've ever ordered.

We really enjoyed breakfast here. However, it's easy to order too much because the pancakes are enormous! They have gluten free and vegan options, and unlimited drip coffee. Our only issue was that our table and menus were dirty, as were several of the tables around us

Very good food, massive portions, good price, lovely staff. But the tables and highchair could have done with a decent clean first. Only other disappointment was £2.50 for a tiny portion of syrup. Very American style of pancakes, don't underestimate how filling the double is. Loved the bottomless drip coffee

Lovely service this lunchtime at this new restaurant. Took my granddaughter. She had fruit and pancake with maple syrup. Really enjoyed it and ate it well. Healthy for her too. I had the low calorie pancake with smoked salmon and avocado. Too much for me but tasty as well. Service was nice, friendly and professional. Helping parents with buggies out the door, in the way the lady in the wheelchair was helped out the door, would be good. Thank you!

Went with my 2 10yr old grandaughters as a treat. Was really dissapointed. Pancakes were no better shape or taste than the buttermilk ones we get in sainsburys. I had the apple n cinammon topping which was definatley out a tin, sugary and slimey. Dissapointed food not fresh.

The portions and the options of pancakes is amazing and you really get your money’s worth! They have low fat as well higher protein options which isn’t something you see very often. The only criticism I have is with the service and the cleanliness. It took ages to get someone to take our order, and when they did come it was rushed and a little rude. We weren’t asked about our food or topped up with coffee/water throughout our whole visit. Also our table was a little sticky and some of our cutlery was dirty. Particularly during the current pandemic I expected better. I think this is just an issue with this particular branch however, as when I visited the Glasgow franchise branch, I didn’t have this issue.

Three of us went for lunch at the Livingston branch. A bit disappointed in the service. Ok it’s a fairly new restaurant and it was busy but the staff were hard to get a hold off. If I was the management in this restaurant I would be disappointed that no upsell at any stage. We ordered savoury pancakes and wasn’t asked if we wanted chips or any other accompaniments. No one explained the soft drinks were unlimited and only found out from the menu on the table. It was only lunchtime and they ran out of Diet Pepsi. Ridiculous. When they cleared our plates away no one asked if we wanted anything else like a pudding or coffee. I also thought that £51.00 for three people for lunch was overpriced. Two courses of single pancakes with soft drinks seems way too much. It took ages to catch someone’s eye to ask for anything even the final bill. Will I be back? Not so sure. Enjoyed the food but too expensive and staff need training.

This place is amazing! Whether it's an item off the menu or a "build your own" there is a stack for everyone. The pancakes were delicious and it would take a long time to get through the variety of toppings.

You choose your type of pancake, you choose how many, you choose your toppings...thats it really! I definitely prefer the sweet pancakes to the savoury, so we would go for a treat after shopping, rather than going for dinner etc. Food quality is hit or miss, but the kids love it

Had American Stack minus mustard and pickle. Found it very dry..thought BBQ sauce would be on beef but only lightly zig zag drizzled across top pancake! Nothing on beef so very dry. Would not have that again.

Went to the Livingston restaurant on Sunday for lunch. Although the place was very busy we were served very quickly and staff were very attentive. I would say that on a triple stack you need more of the sauce was a bit dry for hubby. I had the double stack and it was perfect

First experience of the Stack & Still at Livi, great looking place, love the industrial look anyway. Service was great, checked on a good few times. Patient when we were undecided on what option to pick. Food was great, tasty stack (Recommend the Tikka Stack, even though on paper doesn't sound like it works) My Partner and I will return again next time in Livi shopping for a breakfast/sweet option on the stack variety. :)

Great treat for a breakfast, pankakes are quite large and filling to double was more rhan enough. Sesting is also good so you are never cramped and space for wheelchair access.
