I’m not the stereotypical Italian enthusiastic Pizza eater. I’m a pizza lover, addicted to it: my flesh is made of dough, in my veins runs tomato sauce and my heart is made of mozzarella that literally melts whenever it comes to eat a pizza here. If you’re sick of chewy doughs, burnt bottoms, dry toppings, unseasoned, tasteless, indigestible pizzas, well you need to come and try what Enrica and Barbara have to offer: pizzas cooked to perfection, a fragrant crispy dough, top quality ingredients and a sauciness that is second to none. Not to forget the always positive vibe and the exceptional kindness. Tonight I couldn’t resist and I had to repeat… So good! One of the best pizzas I have EVER had. Five big, saucy, well deserved stars!

Super friendly staff! The piccante pizza, though it looked a bit underdone when it arrived, was actually really crispy and delicious and really charry underneath. We also had the chef’s special monkfish pasta. The amount of monkfish was generous and the pasta was perfectly al dente. The only criticism we had was that perhaps the lemon zest wasn’t needed given the acidity of the tomato-based sauce. The beer selection wasn’t the greatest but it’s probably more of a wine place, which isn’t my area of expertise.

If you want a place with typical Italian dishes this is can be the place for you. Amazing food and great staff. You should try the orecchiette with ricotta forte! Delicious 😍😍😍 Top!

Great little spot with a lot of authentic Italian dishes (and vibes!). Antipasti was spot on, the tagliata was cooked to perfection! Will most certainly be coming back again to try their pizza (and some of those wines!)

We were staying up the road at the Premier Inn before heading to a wedding the next day. On doing a little Google search of restaurants in the area I found this wonderful little place. We purely went there off the back of the photos of the pizzas….they look amazing. On arrival the hostess was so friendly, warm and welcoming. The few customers that were in there already were obviously locals / regulars and she had the most wondrous rapport with them, especially the kids. When ordering we were given water for the table and I ordered a fantastic IPA. My wife had a chicken salad and I had a pizza with Italian sausage. On arrival the food did not disappoint. My wife loved her salad, the chicken was beautiful, and my pizza….well, definitely in the top 5 of best pizzas I’ve ever had….and trust me, I’m a big pizza fan so this is no mean feat. Incredible. I wanted to post a photo to accompany this review, but by the time I remembered to take it the pizza was long gone! So to surmise, a wonderful little independent Italian, wonderful staff, great beer, and even better food. So if you’re in the area, and need a nice little chilled place, with cool relaxed vibes and honest high quality tasty Italian food, look no further. GO HERE!! It is WOW! WOW! WOW! & my local 😊 This is Puglia cuisine at its best outside of Italy. Warm, friendly, informative & sociable hostess. Now, I've been several times but this review is about my 1st visit. The chef even came out to greet us & discuss the area she's from as well as the amazing dishes she prepared for us. This is the what I have come to expect in Italy & so happy to see this authenticity now close to my home. We tried the lunch specials of Ceci Neri & Gamberoni (tiger prawns & black chickpeas), Orecchiette Cime di Rapa (Orecchiette pasta with broccoli rabe), Troccoli della Chef (Chef's signature dish of monkfish & troccoli pasta) The restaurant is not huge & you can make reservations. I like it. I like it even more because they have takeaway ordering. I am over the moon about this place!! Every single dish A++ The service A++ The vibe A++

Alla Salute could be top notch, the pizza crust is very nice. But the wait times are pretty awful for collection, I went there expecting it was busy nobody in the restaurant either. Its also quite pricey now, the manager there said they have to charge this much now because of inflation :P Sorry but there are better pizzas for £10 in Hackney where rents are much higher.

You make a fair point regarding the courier. 5 stars for the pizza, beer and wine that you provide and the friendly staff. 1 star for the courier..

We had a lovely meal, very good food, wine and coffee in this surprising neighbourhood location. The place is spacious, inviting and child friendly with two comfy sofas to chill out and play with the house toys. The staff were really warm and friendly, and, the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely come again!

Amazing pizzas, the crust is crispy and flavoursome. I had the Chef's dish (Pasta with Monkfish in a tomato and saffron sauce) and was a delicious dish i never had in any other place. Fair price for good rations and the staff were lovely. For sure coming back regularly.
