We enjoyed the Mediterranean food served in this restaurant. The naan is made in the kiln and it was good. There’s a variety of dishes to choose from and good appetizers. The dessert was on the house. The price is reasonable. 👍

Visited this restaurant last night and I must say I highly recommend Ambience for anyone looking for a lovely dinner out. 1) The food was sensational and a very fair price. 2) The portions were great. 3) The atmosphere inside the restaurant is lovely (really good music too). Also, our waiter Steve was one of the nicest people I've ever come across. He was very friendly, bubbly and delivered an exceptional level of service to both us and nearby tables. He is an asset to the restaurant! Thanks again for our lovely dinner!

Ordered on uber eats. Food took 1.5 hours to arrive. Delivery guy was nice and friendly. But we expected the food to come a bit faster. Everything was cold by the time it arrived. For 50 pounds worth of food, we had to microwave it after. Not very good. Crab claws had no crab meat in them. It was mostly stuffing of bread. Couldn't taste the crab anywhere. Was excited to try Turkish food for the first time. But was left feeling disappointed.

The food is amazing! The service is exceptional (especially our waiter Steve- he's so friendly and accommodating). The price and quality is fantastic! The restaurant is clean, in a good location with parking available on the surrounding roads. Whether eating in or taking out you can count on AMBIENCE for fresh food served with a smile. AMBIENCE is one of my favourite local family restaurants. The amazing food and staff made my mothers birthday and daughters baptism reception an extra special experience!

1 serving staff on, on a Saturday night. Constantly having to ask for things like the menus to order and items that came with meals. A group order and people were waiting for their food while others had finished. The food was lovely and filling... I would order takeaway maybe but wouldn't eat in again... poor service and told we had underpaid. Then had to argue the bill at the end which showed we had overpaid.

Really good food and service. Would recommendd fixed menu A which gives you starters of mixed dips and fresh bread, plus a main like chicken shish kebab, rice and salad as pictured or other choices(which was spot on for my appetite, which is hearty. Defo worth a visit.

The food itself was pretty good and the prices are very reasonable. The staff wasn't very present and we had to wait quite a while for our orders and took quite a few attempts later trying to ask for some water. It's interiors are quite nice too although there was no signal anywhere inside and their WiFi wasn't helping either! Bugged me cause I was trying to book something at the time but unless you have the urgency I'd recommend.

If you love Turkish/Mediterranean food and you love meze/tapas type food, then this wonderful addition to Ambience restaurant next door is absolutely Amazing. Went for a sit down recently, I fancied something light but still satisfying. The healthy choices were so appeasing to the eye, I love hummus, I could it with anything and it was amazing but more so was the homemade Dolma (stuffed vine leaves) some of the best I have ever had. And trust me if you're getting this right, everything else is a given. Great new place, friendly staff and nice chilled out decor.

Nice turkish restraunt just outside of wimbledon town centre. I had the mixed grill and hullomi to start it was very filling and the draft beers with the meal were good value.

This place came highly recommended. And to be fair it was good, but no better than any closer kebab shop. I was disappointed as I had hoped to get Turkish bread with my meal, but instead it came with ordinary pita. And the salad was a bit bland. And I’m afraid to say the chicken was rubbery. I’m glad I tried it, but I won’t be rushing back. Customer service mind you was good!

My experience of Ambience restaurant will not be forgotten. It took awhile to get here BECAUSE it is made fresh. Loved every bite, and exceptionally good value. Restaurant quality food. Best takeaway I have had since the pandemic, and that is compared to a lot of takeaway. Wish I took a photo. Would recommend the aubergine and lamb grill. Made the hairs on my neck stand with how good that is. Cold meze, fresh bread, ambience grill for one and mamas special dessert. Will definitely be ordering from them again soon. Went to this restaurant recently for a friend’s birthday meal. Staff were so attentive and really keen to make sure we all had an enjoyable time. They were happy to advise on choices on the menu when we weren’t sure what to go for! We took a cake for the birthday girl and staff were happy to light it for us and bring it out to her. Ordered from deliveroo earlier this evening. The restaurant has a great deal on at the moment, and the food did not disappoint. Portion size is generous and makes the meal worth every penny. Delicious mixed cold mezze starter comprising of tzatziki, hummus, cod roe and tabule was the beginning to our feast, large mains of tender lamb shish, accompanied by side salads, fresh bread and pita then followed. To top it off, a complimentary portion of baklava was included with the order, an unexpected and delightful surprise. I urge others to wisely spend their money at Ambience on a Saturday night.

No frills, excellent food. I have been going to this restaurant for years and years. The quality of their food and service have been consistent all throughout. This is a Turkish restaurant and the menu is quite varied and reasonable priced. Will recommend this place for families, groups or couples.

We discovered this place thanks to Deliveroo (and our lazyness) and immediately fell in love! Despite costing a bit more than other places with similar cuisine, it is absolutely worth it! The food is amazing, good quality and fresh. Portions are abundant. Falafels and hummus are incredible (they are another level), as well as aubergines, cous-cous and literally any starter we’ve tried so far. The meat is very tasty (according to my husband) and I had a moussaka which was rich and full of flavours. Desserts are to me the best part of menu. Any time, I indulge into either baklavas or a mix (the coconut cake is terrific). After several take-aways, we decided to give it a try on person and would definitely recommend. The restaurant is nice and clean. Staff is welcoming and friendly.

Having moved from Islington to South West London I struggled to find a great local Turkish restaurant but after coming to Ambience today it’s one of the best I’ve had! Delicious juicy meat cooked to perfection with a charcoaled edge and portion sizes generous just as I like them, I don’t usually do reviews but just had to as I enjoyed it so much, yummy cocktails too! I was happy to see not only some free borek but a dessert selection which were both really tasty. The mixed grill was generously sized and very juicy and the burger looked great. So I tried to use deliveroo and it had a hiccup and stuck at "confirming order" for about 30 minutes. I cancelled the order and tried to look for something else (I was hangry at that point). Straight away I got a call from Ambience explaining the situation - placed the order over the phone and had it delivered in less than 20 minutes! Five stars for the customer service, and five stars for the food too - both quality and quantity were great.

Very tasty Mediterranean food in a well maintained restaurant. Unfortunately the high quality of the food was let down by the service. We went as a big group booking (around 15 of us) and took up almost half of the restaurant! We ordered all our starters and mains. The waiter struggled to keep track with our orders (kind of understandable I suppose), but this wasn't helped by the fact he kept running back to the kitchen mid-order to then return to us saying that the Calamari had finished or that the Lamb ribs were running low too. For a restaurant with such good reviews and primarily based on Mediterranean meats, we would have thought that they would at least have sufficient stock of said meats at dinner time. Once ordered we had a long wait to receive the food. A small group of us ordered starters and these all ended up arriving one by one with long periods between them. We wanted to share - not ideal that we receive some Halloumi (share one piece each) first. 5 minutes later receive some Hummous. Then we receive the aubergine starter. Then 5 minutes later (after reminding them) we receive the bread for the Hummous. Very hap hazard. We also ordered jugs of tap water and these didn't arrive until after repeated reminders - the paid drinks arrived promptly though! Granted, the main meal was delicious and enjoyed by all. However the service mentioned above, puts a bit of a downer on the whole experience.

I was a little dubious about this place before we went, as I had never been to a Turkish restaurant before, unless you count "Abra Kebabra", but I was pleasantly surprised. We went for the set menu which is basically a bit of everything. It was £20 per person which is a little expensive but my God do you get your monies worth. There was a massive selection of food and we were pretty much both full after the starter! The guy looking after us was very good, let us know what was in everything and also let us share just one main and wrapped up the other for us to take home and eat the next day seeing as we were both stuffed. Also, the bill comes in a little treasure chest. I liked that.

Ordered a Takeaway delivery on Friday night, ordered a ambience mixed grill via deliveroo for £17, when the delivery arrived all the grill had come loose inside the bag. The paper bag had deteriorated as the grill slowly went through. Not a great sight on arrival, had to throw it away

just left the restuarant after a very nice meal. The doors were wide open so it felt like we were alfresco, which was very nice. We were the only people there at 5pm. We ordered 1 hot meze and 1 cold and i can safely say they were among the best i have eaten before. For the main we ordered the mixed grill which had a variety of tasty meats on it served with 2 diff types of chilli, salad and rice. You were also offerred 2 condiments - chilli and garlic sauce The food was very filling and tasty and can not fault it. The decor was nice but a little dusty on the floor and table we were on poss because of the doors being open? They have belly dancing on a saturday and when i asked about booking a mums night out they informed me they could book a man lol. I know this will be an absolute hoot on a girls night out. I will definetly be back and can recommend it.
