Decent place - nothing special. Upon entering, was notified by a member of staff they were ‘restocking’ so we had to wait before we could order. We finally was able to order maybe 15/20 minutes wait. The food did take some time to arrive - chips tasted re-fried and hard. The burger was actually really good however the brioche bun could be a little more toasted. Dips for the fries are standard nothing special and also the bottled water could be different. Overall - 3 stars but there is room for improvement. Decor and furnishings were very nice. 1. Remember this is fast food - wait times exceeding 20 minutes is far too long 2. Fries could be better - maybe use McCain’s 3. Dipping sauces need changing 4. Bottled water - stock different brands for variety - wasn’t too impressed with a Amigos labelled water.

I got the 10 Oz Jacob burger with cheese fries. Firstly the fries were okay but the cheese sauce they poured wasn't nice at all. The dips they provided free was much nicer to have it with. I recommend getting the 6 oz burger rather than the 10 Oz. The burger came in 1 giant patty which was quite dry so the sauce was essential. The cream cheese and sweet chili combo was really good which saved the burger. The veg was fresh and the bun was toasted nicely. Overall the meal is filling and the price I paid was decent. A downside is the waiting time which took nearly 25 minutes when the place was relatively quiet.

A lovely cosy little place 😊 we enjoyed the food very much! The kids chicken nuggets meal had a generous portion of nuggets that were very tasty! 😋 Older children enjoyed the halal hotdog meals throughly. The chicken in my amego chicken wrap was tasty & tender. We were offered to make the meals large for an additional 50p each which we did but will be cautious next time as non of us finished our chips, despite being hungry for a full meal and having tasty chips at hand. I detest wasting food and sadly, thats what just happened. Even if you take away the left over chips, it rarely gets eaten again. Our mexican burger tasted amazing which we devoured just by tasting and passing around the family and then needed to order a replacement 😋 Staff was very friendly but the service was a little slow. There was quite a long wait before we received our food. Overall, it was a lovely lunch experience which we would definitely go back for! Thank you Amigos! 👍

Today's experience was disappointing ! I guess I came here with high expectations. Last week I've been with my family to your restaurant in North Acton which was a blast ; the woman at the till was so nice and smiling with every single customer...literally everyone, the chef's were super busy but delivering one of the best burger I've ever had (the boss). Unfortunately , in shepherds Bush it was completely the opposite ; the woman at the till was rude and she definitely hated her job, the burgers were mediocre. Perhaps you're using a different meat supplier !? The one person that made me give a 3 star rather than 2 was the guy with the hat, he was very helpful & friendly. Also, the woman behind the till instead of carrying deliveries she was kicking them all the way to the kitchen !!! Very professional isn't it !?

Great for a burger place. It was clean and the service was good. If you like gourmet burgers then this seems real value for money. The burgers are better than Five Guys and not much more expensive than McDonald's. I think I'll try again sometime and might up the rating to a four after I try some of the more alternative dishes. The reason for the average score is down to personal taste but if I was rating the establishment and not considering the cuisine then it likely deserves a four. These seemed like healthy burgers and cooked well in what appears to be a clean environment.

The burgers are great, very good value for money and good quality ingredients. However the staff could use further training and motivation. Sometimes the service is just not good which is a pity because it can ruin the experience and leave a bitter aftertaste.

Was there at 3ish on the Saturday, not quite busy yet, about 15 mins wait for the burger, which is okay for me. Sweet potato fries came in large portion. The el guapo burger I had was so so for me, the bun and the patty is a bit to the dry side. Wasn't that impressed.

Great burgers, we had the regular chicken with double patty and the happynero with double chicken patties. The fillets were really succulent, thick and well seasoned, the buns were soft, flavourful and held together really well. The fries were crispy & crunchy yet soft inside. I also had a kinder bueno chocolate milkshake which was also amazing. All in all great burgers at a great price.

Very quick and friendly service. You have to order at the counter but they bring the food over to you. The butgers are cooked exceptionally well, the buns do start to fall apart and have a sweet taste which indicates perhaps the use of a sweet brioche. The texture of the meat is pleasant with a bit more of a chewy feeling but the combinations are very well executed. I ordered the 12oz Happynero which had a good kick of chilli which definitely had me breaka sweat! Exactly how I would like a spicy burger to be which met my expectations. The peri wings were amazing! I went for medium and I was not disappointed, my wife had the Texan which she also enjoyed thoroughly! Those cheesy fries were so darn tasty and the garlic mayo complimented them very well. If you decide to pop down to Westfield then do take a walk over to this place but if it gets busy then be prepared to wait! 😅

My daughter enjoys the Jacob burger. I like the mexican, though the happynero is quite nice too...but a bit too spicy for my liking. Peri pitta is always spot on. The milkshakes are hit and miss depending on who makes it i guess? The white kinder and strawberry, and the Ferrero one are pretty delicious, my kids prefer the Oreo. Definitely better than a Mcds milshake. Service was First class for me, a lovely hijabi with the biggest smile served me.

Great little burger place, good service, great value, polite staff and busy! We found this on the way to a gig at the Empire, and thought we'd give it a try. We arrived about 5.45pm, food took about 15mins and was hot when delivered to the table. We ordered a cheeseburger, a breakie burger (including fried egg, cheese and hash brown - pic attached) and a fun guy (the veggie option), all came with chips and a drink, and I thoroughly recommend the mac and cheese sticks, super delicious! A real locals place with a lovely atmosphere and delicious food!!!

Delicious, filling and a big thumbs up. If you fancy something with a bit of a kick and are feeling hungrier than normal, I can safely recommend either the HappyNero or Mexican burgers as they're spicy, not overly saucy and packing all the right and fitting toppings - the meal tops it off perfectly without being overpriced. I noticed the beef they use seems to be much higher quality than some of the other chains and independent eateries I've been to as well, which I noticed instantly the moment I took my first bite! I would happily return in the future.

I discovered this place a few months ago, and have been back 4-5 times since. I've always ordered same items on the menu: amigo's burger with cheese fries. The first few times I had eaten there, I was really impressed with how good it was, and it got me craving their burgers for weeks... But subsequent visits have left me disappointed: the burgers began to be overcooked and you could taste some parts of the patty was burnt. Not to mention, it was dry - the worst crime of all. So overall, my experiences have been mixed. Maybe I'll wait for a few months before giving this place another shot - hopefully that will be enough time for the bad taste left from the last burger to disapear.

Excellent customer service. Food was ready in a reasonable time (around 15min waiting time). Only downside is - seat availability is poor due to low number of seats available; It's a small restaurant. Now to the food itself: the most amazing burger I've ever had. The meat is so juicy, the combination of flavours and the way the burger is presented is astonishing. I would most definitely go back there again. Maybe not to have the food inside the restaurant but buy it for take-away and enjoy it in my own comfort at home.

Great halal gourmet burgers, never disappointed. The burger quality always the same. Wish it had more space because when it gets busy it’s hard to get seats! Shakes are good, I liked that they had protein shake options. Parking in the area is funny so do double check and avoid getting tickets.

This place deserves a rating reset. Definitely in the 4-5 region and not the 3.2 I saw it at. Anyone complaining about a long wait time can just go down to McDonald's, the burgers at Amigos are cooked fresh. My 12oz Mexican burger was £8 and took 15 minutes, it was well worth the (small) wait as it was hot, juicy, tasty and filling. Would definitely go again but not sure I could handle a burger and a shake.

The restaurant is super clean and the prices are reasonable. I got the spicy hot dog and it was super spicy. WARNING do not get the spicy hot dog, you think you want it but you really don't. My a** made me realise that I made a huge mistake in the morning. Once again do not get the spicy hot dog, its not a good idea. Will definitely visit again, this time I will get the regular hot dog or a burger.

Great burger - tried the happynero. WARNING! This burger is VERY spicy. I was warned about it being very hot but shrugged off the warning as I usually eat a lot of spice. However, I was left downing milkshake between each bite just to cope with the heat levels! But overall good experience. The tables always seem to be dirty and the seats haven't aged well with holes and tears. In terms of the food, i would give it a solid 3/5 because the meat isn't the best quality. The fries and sauces on offer is the highlight. I would avoid at peak times because service can be slow, but the biggest issue this place experiences is the lack of ventilation. Smoke routinely bellows out of the kitchen and into the seating area which can make for an uncomfortable eating experience.

One of my favourite burger restaurants. Though its not the original, amigos has been my go-to burger place since 2014. I recommend the jacob although my personal favourite is el guapo. The sauces and the fresh lettuce are the game changers in these burgers.

Been to the shepherds bush branch twice now and the burgers are really good. You get a nice choice of burgers and can have a 6oz for £4.99 or a whopping 12oz for £7.99. The cheesy fries should have had real grated cheddar cheese on them and not the squeezy cheese from out of a bottle. Anyway, enjoyed both visits so keep up the good work and prices!

Made the mistake of ordering a 10oz burger because I was hungry. They do 6oz and 10oz sizes and the 10oz was just too much meat for one patty. All you get is a meaty taste. I think they should change the 10oz option into 2 x 4oz double burger. That would be spot on

Excellent eatery for a juicy, delicious burger! Cheaper than Tinseltown regarding their menu and shakes. Extremely tasty sauces. I recommend a visit if you're starving. I visited this place on 19th Dec 2015 and found no evidence of the issues found by other reviewers suggesting things have certainly improved. I tried the festive Turkey burger which was beyond my expectations. They do accept card payments and there was ample table space when we visited. Also cutlery, napkins and sauces are all provided. Happy to recommend and will definately go again.

Wait was ridiculous for a simple burger and hotdog. Hotdog was very good though and fries were solid. However burger was disappointing. Unsure if it's a oneoff thing but mine had a good amount of fatty chunks or grizzle that largely ruined the experience.

My husband and I are a huge fan of Amigos. It's cheap, quick and tastes delicious. I get the chicken burger with regular fries (a bore, I know) and my husband gets The Guapo, (one with pineapple). Don't sleep on their milkshakes tbh, they're really really good. They accidentally put in our order twice, so we got an extra portion of everything for free, yay.

Excellent eatery for a juicy, delicious burger! Cheaper than Tinseltown regarding their menu and shakes. Extremely tasty sauces. I recommend a visit if you're starving.
