The service was quick and the waiters were kind asking if everything was ok with our food etc. They were attentive. My steak came with 3 pieces of deep-fried onion ring I believe they could put a bit more for the price we pay for the food. Hence if you wanna have like fries for instance you have to order it for like 5£ for a sweet potato fry that i also had. Anyway steak was nice and medium rare as I asked. Service was perfect food was nice enough I would still go back. Just one more recommendation. Ketchup would be nice to be in a squeeze bottle or sth like that. We asked for ketchup and got it in its original glass bottle. I took a while to get the ketchup out of it.

Pretty good place with decent food overall. I ordered a 10oz medium-well Rib-Eye steak (£19.50) with a red wine sauce (£2.5), some chunky chips (£3.45) and onion rings (£5.5) to share with my friend who ordered some Kentucky Ribs (£18.75). The steak I ordered was perfectly cooked, definitely not the best but also not the worst I have eaten in terms of toughness. The quality of the steak was average and for the price some people may be disappointed. The wine sauce was very tasty and was perfect to dip my Rib-Eye in. Onion rings where alright too, but the onion was always slipping through the fried butter which we all know it's not ideal. French fries where great though and definitely recommend them. I tried some of my friend's ribs and even though they were tasty, they were not tender enough and the bones did not slide off the meat easily. The service was a bit slow although to be fair it was a busy day. In the end I would suggest always going for the steak as for less than £1 comparing to the ribs, it's more worth your money.

We came to London for our wedding anniversary and while walking around China Town looking for lunch, we ended up here, just outside China Town. Being South African, I love my steak, so an obvious choice to end up in a steak house. Staff were very nice and friendly and seemed like they love their jobs here. We ordered steaks and something to drink. Waiting time wasn't very long and I've spend the time looking at the decor which were very nice and did give me that steakhouse feeling. When the food came it looked very tasty and the actual taste didn't disappoint either. In fact, this was probably the best steak I ever had. I chose for myself the chefs special steak cut strips with a super nice wild mushroom sauce and onion rings. The wife chose a steak and some sweet potatoes chips and onion rings to go with as the steaks comes on the it own. Eating the steak was a pleasure as it was so soft and well cooked, we like our steak medium rare, and the charred grill on it was done to perfection. The sweet potato chips was perfect done to with a soft texture and a little crisp outside that almost melt in your mouth as you chew it. It was a little on the pricey side for my stingy wallet, but taking into account the fact we're in the heart of London and its probably the best steak we've ever eaten, we felt the price was justified and we are still talking about the quality of the food now.

What an absolute diamond of a find! The staff, from walking through the door all the way through our experience, were absolutely outstanding! So, so friendly and genuinely can’t do enough for you. An extremely welcoming place if you’re dining with children as we were. It’s very well catered for, for families and young children, but not to be ruled out if you’re not with children as the atmosphere, decor and menu caters for all. The food was exceptional in taste and presentation. I would absolutely recommend the Angus Sliced Steak. Overall, a fantastic visit for myself, my wife and our 2 year old daughter. Will most certainly be back when visiting London next time.

Dined here on Easter Sunday night. It was extremely busy and had to queue for short time. It was well worth the wait. The food was fabulous. Salmon for me and fillet steak for my husband. I cannot claim this steak house to be anything other than ordinary. I wasn't blown away nor was I perturbed. The kids were happy, there service was on point, however, I can make a steak to my standard better at home. It is reasonably price and a decent enough chain to take the family to, without forward planning. Other than that, I can't say much more.

Every order was incorrect. We all got the wrong steak and not cooked as requested. Food was served on cold plates which resulted in everything going cold. Ordered a vodka and coke which according to their menu the mixer is included and was given the premium vodka which was more expensive and charged separately for the Coke. I discussed the issues we had with the Manager and he reduced the bill to compensate. I wouldn't recommend this place when it is very busy but I'd try it again at a less busy time.

Your fish and chips were nicely done(From my 9 year old son, 5* given by him). Great service, good size portions although food very over priced, seeing you have to buy your sides separately. Some of the food very greasy and not seasoned well. But as my sons birthday he moved it and that was the main intention of the day.

If you are more than 2 people, you have to wait very long to get a table. We had to wait around 40 min and See How many people passed us, which were only 2 (we were 4 people). When we finally got a table, we could Order rightaway. The meat was made to the desired point and absolutely delicious. We would go there again.

Another big franchise, you see lots of them throughout London. This particular location was quite packed during dinner time but the wait time for the food wasn't too bad. Great experience! Quick service and walk ins allowed. The staff are extremely friendly and always try to get you the best possible experience. Food was served quickly and very well presented, I ordered a sirloin steak with pepper sauce and was very pleased. The steak was incredibly tender and juicy and the pepper sauce was creamy and incredibly pleasant to the taste. On the side I ordered the carolina fries which came fresh and hot with generous amounts of toppings. After my meal I ordered a deep fried mars bar which was a pleasant surprise even for someone who does not actively eat mars bars. Overall, I would highly recommend as a place to treat yourself to some good food!

The place is nice and the quality of the meat is good as always but quite disappointed from the service, poor attention to our order, to our experience in the restaurant. The meat was bring to us in a poor white cheep plate, before our side rand our starters. We had to wait a lot for have the chance to ask a glass of water or for some salt. I'm not sure this time the experience was worth it, we have to ask for the check after waiting 30 minutes, noone collect our table or ask if we would like dessert or something to drink. Bad for us and even for the business. Totally different experience from the last time in piccadilly's branch.

One of the best steakhouses I've been to and definitely one of the best restaurants I've been to in general. Staff were all very lovely, had to wait for about 20 minutes as we didn't book a table in advance. Atmosphere is great, prices are fair and would highly recommend for anyone as there's a large variety of starters and mains to choose from. Starters, main course and Rocky Road & Toffee pudding desserts were very tasty and the portions were very generous.

The food was lovely, well presented and cooked to perfection. Our waitress had a great personality, joining in with our fun. One thing I would point out though, if you order a steak that is all you get on the plate. Absolutely nothing else with it. Perhaps that is usual for this chain, I don't know, I've never seen this before. You need to order everything else separately.

Good food and very efficient staff. I give only three stars because if the policy to charge the client, heavily, for the sauce. For example, if you regret and re-invite sauce you will be charged by 5 pounds - more than 8 dollars for the sauce alone. In most places the sauce is given out of charge.

Food and prices of it are debatable though, £17 for a small burger with no accompaniments at all is a bit expensive as it was no better than any other establishments food. Plus we weren't asked how we'd like it cooked and it was rare. We wouldn't return but service and staff were good.

Went around 6.30pm on Saturday night. We had to wait about 5 minutes for a table for 2. The service we had from Joao Carlos was lovely, he was very happy and helpful. The calamari and prawn cocktail starters were lovely. I had the 10oz medium/rare fillet steak with peppercorn sauce which was delicious. The sweet potato fries are nice, but sometimes come out too salty. My friend originally ordered the t-bone steak cooked medium, but it was so tough when it arrived. He asked to swap it for a 12oz fillet steak and Joao and the manager organised for the exchange without any fuss. The steak came so quickly. Really impressed with the service and fillet steak here.

It was quite a disappointment. The service was great: quick and clean, and the cocktails were amazing but the food was not worth it. The starters were okay. we ordered calamari (£6.5) which was quite nice. But the mains was horrible. The chicken (£17) I ordered was warm, not hot and almost impossible to cut. It was hard and difficult to chew. Similar situation with my partner who ordered the steak (£22). I never leave my plate unfinished but this time I had to. For the price, so not worth it. A takeaway would’ve tasted better and would cost half the price. I wouldn’t come back again.

I visit Angus Steak House today at Cranbourn's St. Shopping break. And I'll say it was the right choice. A waiter named Habil took care of me with great professionalism. The chef grilled my sirloin steak on a beautiful midium as I wanted, and your Lady bartender showed up very well because the cocktail was delicious. Waiter was great, nice atmosphere but ordered the £18 share starter and really wasn't worth it so I would not recommend anyone order it! Absolutely not a chance its worth £18. The sliced steak was OK but wish I'd had gotten some better like the chicken as its 4/5 little pieces cut up with 3 onion rings so be sure to order some sides if you want to be full leaving. Not much to order from on the kids menu. It was OK but I wouldn't return.

She refused to seat us in a booth, at first trying to place us at a table near the entrance where it was cold and drafty. She said we didnt qualify for a booth. On a slow Monday night? We eventually talked her into placing us at reasonable seats. But not where we wanted to be seated. She was argumentative and impatient with us. I thought this establishment existed because of satisfied customers, not customers who have to satisfy the staff. Not a great first impression.

Next to us was French people and I also heard the American accent when passing. Easy to find and good and quick service, only reason for 4 star as they had a service charge on the bill that wasn't previously advertise and if it was it wasn't very visable.
