Great spot for wine and small plates in Borough Market.
Service by Gabrielle was brilliant, wine suggestions and pairings made our experience better.

Cute little restaurant near Borough Market, very tasty food and friendly staff.
Sat at the bar and was still very comfortable. Ordered 2 mains and 2 sides and was plenty of food. All the dishes look amazing. Would definitely be going back again.
Good selection of wines available as well.

Went to Arthur Hoopers for a work meeting. They were very accommodating to all of us and kept checking us to see if there was anything that we needed. Even when they were busy they made time for us as well. All the staff are extremely friendly and that made it and even more pleasant experience.

Everything was fantastic and the food was really excellent and innovative. However, when we ordered the dessert they kept us waiting for about 30 minutes. What made things worse is that when we asked the waiter about it he argued that we just ordered 5 minutes ago and we have to wait. He even took an effort to bring us the ordering tablet as a proof of their delay. When we cancelled the order they didn't even bother to apologise. Very disappointed with the service of this particular waiter/manager, hence, the 3 stars only. The other staff members were professional though.

Stopped here for a couple of glasses of wine and some olives. Great wine, friendly service and buzzing atmosphere in the middle of borough market.

The service there was really good. However, I was let down by the food. The steak that we had was really salty. The mussels was also salty. The rest of the dishes were so and so. The cheese selection was a big disappointment. It costs £17 and came with tiny portion. The cheese were all very salty. I had much better cheese board elsewhere with much cheaper price. The wine was not great, either. There are more and more of these kinds of tapas places in London. The food does not live up to the price charged and I would said for this one.

A pleasant evening of dining. Just dropped in on a Friday night and were greated by friendly staff. We were lucky enough to snag a table at the front of the restaurant with a view of Borough Market. Our party of three shared a starter of marinated olives and a cheese platter. As a main I had Lamb & Bulger Meatballs, they were succulent with plenty of flavour. I finished with an Ameretto and Pear Cheesecake. It was very light, tending more towards mousse, but very flavoursome. All washed down with a bottle of house red and a dessert wine. Service was very good, and staff were helpful, taking the time to explain and recommend from the menu. The restaurant was clean and tidy with a vibrant ambience. Background music was playing but this was in keeping with the style of the restaurant and not too loud to intrude and stiffle conversation. With lots of eateries in the location, this is worth a visit.

Very unassuming from the outside but great location in borough market. Right opposite the oyster shop. Loved the decor and how they storage was used to display their wine selection. Food was delightfully surprising. Definitely try the almond salad it was ace! Service was great, wines fab and the cheese selection yummy! Now I get why they made it to the 100 list of places to eat in London. Yep.. Will be going there again.

This is the place to have a wonderful and delicious evening! We celebrated our friends birthday here and tried almost everything from the card and everything was perfection! Also the wine selection is very good.
Ad the staff is also really friendly and made our evening even more special.
If you are in London you have to go there and enjoy this charming restaurant.

Ate here last night. Very very impressed. Food exceptional. Really interesting interpretations of some age old dishes. For example, the beef ragu I had was hearty yet quite light and modernised with its presentation, super flavours and giant ridged al dente pasta tubes filled with pulled stringy beef, pairing awesomely with the melted cheese and breadcrumb topping. My friend, often hard to please, had the onglet beef and raved about it - it looked great. Decent range of wine and interesting cocktails.
What was extra special about our evening was that my friend has recently had to embark on a strict gluten, dairy and sugar free diet. The manager went out of his way and consulted the chef to mark up a copy of the menu to show which dishes she could have (most of the main dishes had a tick next to them btw and some of those that didn’t had a note to say how they could be modified). 11 out of 10 for effort.
My friend was so impressed to find such tasty food that ticked all of her dietary boxes that she ordered extra to take away for dinner tonight. And, again, they went out of their way to prepare that for her.
Excellent food and service, they went above and beyond and were very sensitive to my friend’s dietary restrictions. Will definitely be back.
