Our host Cordell was a real delight, outstanding customer service from himself. He was ready to take our order and brought our drinks round rather quickly. The drinks he recommended were perfect too. The food was tasty and filled us up well. He kept us updated on when we would get our food. I love the atmosphere and would definitely visit again!

am not a fan of high street restaurant chains but felt compelled to give a try on a cold and rainy February evening. The restaurant had just opened and the staff seemed to be on edge. After settling down on one of the their four seater diner banquettes by the window and scanning the menu we chose to go for some of the meat dishes. Our waiter was very nice and welcoming and was happy to double check gluten free options with the kitchen. The atmosphere was super cosy and up-lifting. The food was delicious! the advantage of chain restaurants is that they a re usually very well tried and tested. This restaurant confirmed it. We had a great time and if you are in for a meaty treat I can highly recommend giving it a try.

We had a great time at this restaurant, there was a relaxed and lovely atmosphere. The spiral ribeye with chimchurri sauce was amazing! Cocktails were great as well!

Great location & massive Potential due to its concept. Friendly floor manager. It’s just newly opened, and it seems they are struggling to cope in the Kitchen 👨🍳 The Front of the house runs OK they got good numbers, but it seems to be an issue with tickets. Once the waiter brings the order, there is confusion between runners & the Kitchen! No harmony at all. Food doesn’t come out of the kitchen as it should. They definitely need more chefs if they want to get better. I will be back again…Hopefully, the orders will run smoother. Currently, good food but a painful waiting time, which kills the vibe! You have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes till something comes to your table!!!
Good food & could be into something big if sort the kitchen 👨🍳 out.

We had a wonderful buffet breakfast yesterday morning. We enjoyed eating a hot breakfast along with hot fresh croissants, pancakes with fruit and berries and cupcakes etc . Also, drank teas and had lovely cappuccino's. All the staff were helpful and Nimo, the manager was very helpful and a friendly person. We are planning to go back. Thank you.

Review is written my (now) 11 year old…
“Hello!
I have come to this steakhouse and everything has been great!
The food,
The presentation,
The staff,
And more…
When I came, and asked for a table of 3, a waiter came and said everything was booked but when he realised that it was my birthday he made a exception for us, he was so nice. His name was Mido.
The food was delicious! I loved my halloumi fries and the burger was juice and tasty too. My parents ordered a château-briand, it was so good that I ate half of it.
Though there are some things that should be improved/added:
When I asked for fries, they had ran out…
The air conditioner was a bit to cold…
Maybe some tooth-pics (I don’t really know why, but my dad asked for some, and the waiter said that he had told the manager some time ago…)
Well that was it, and if Mido you are reading this, a big thank you to you!!!”

We had a booking for 12.30 for Sunday lunch and arrived on time. We were greeted with a very warm friendly hello which is always a great start. We were shown to a booth and given the a la carte menu along with the Sunday roast menu, shown the drinks menu on the table and immediately offered some water. The manager went and got a bottle of water and asked if we wanted to order some drinks, I needed a couple of minutes to check the wine menu and he said he would send our waiter over. We had a very friendly and polite Egyptian waiter who told us it was his first day. He was very warm and polite and couldn't do enough for us. I asked to move to a table as the table in the booth is fixed to the floor so can't be moved for comfort. It was no problem to be moved and the manager moved our drinks for us. There was only maybe three other tables in at this time. Our roast came out about 40 minutes after we ordered and it was delicious. We both had beef. They brought out two heated dinner plates followed closely by the food. It came in a roasting dish on a block. It had slices of roast beef, a couple of Yorkshires, a bowl of cauliflower cheese, a jug of gravy, lots of roast potatoes, carrots, roast parsnips, green beans and long stem broccoli. The green beans and brocci were cooked perfectly, roasties cooked in dripping and beef was very flavoursome. When I asked for the bill service charge was not included. I could see there was some argument going on in the kitchen. The two staff members I dealt with were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I could see a family with three small children were waiting a bit for the adults food. The Sunday roast is £13.50 and is a generous portion you won't leave hungry. There is only a choice of beef and chicken for Sunday roast which is disappointing as I love roast pork. All the waiters, bar staff, manager and Chef were all male. Maybe a female eye for detail may bring things together. I booked again for next Sunday lunch.

Very good and attentive service on the whole. Steaks on a par with most restaurants in same tier or higher. Manager on the evening went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and responded politely and swiftly to any queries.
