Vibes in this lounge are immaculate. All the meat is very fresh. Chops were extremely tender definitely my favourite out of the meat selection we ordered. Nice place to chill and eat

Been coming to this lounge for a while now. Food and atmosphere has always been on point. Normally we never have an issue. Today however we ordered desserts an hour and half before we planned to leave. We received the brownie but didn’t want to eat until the cookie dough came aswell. We waited over an hour for the second one and kept being told it’s made fresh so it takes time. It doesn’t take over an hour for cookie dough to be made? We sent back the brownie and asked for it to be given with the other dessert as it was a warm dessert served with ice cream which had already melted. After an hour and a half after ordering we still didn’t receive the cookie dough and was about to leave so asked for a refund. At first they refused saying they cannot refund us for both desserts as they have already sent one. But sending one dessert and making the rest of the table wait is unacceptable bare in mind we didn’t even touch the brownie and sent it back. Eventually they did refund us for both but was a hassle. The dj was really good and everything else was an enjoyable experience just a shame the end of the night ruined it. Hopefully will be a better service the next time we come.

Celebrated my 40th birthday here last night. Hassen, the manager really looked after us in every way. The atmosphere, food, Shisha, the DJ and the staff were wonderful. The night was also made special by the 2 Dhol players who were absolutely fantastic. Thanks Anaya Lounge for making my celebration extra memorable. Will be back again!

Been coming here for years now, before the sheeshas was amazing but it seems the quality of Sheesha did drop but then improved dramatically. Again food wasn't that great before and now food is pretty good. Priced fairly and good atmosphere all round. They have SKY TV so will show sports and music when possible but usually in the background as they have music playing. Remember 1 Sheesha per two people unless you order food but if they are not busy then usually you don't have to worry about ordering Sheesha.

Ordered a mixed Sharwama and was quite oily. Meat was overcooked and dry however portion size was good! Also ordered cheese sticks which were nice. I asked the waitor what is inside the stuffed mushrooms which he replied cheese. When we got the mushrooms they were just coated in batter and fried.. no cheese in sight. Ordered a kiwi peach and mint shisha, I have been here many times for just shisha and the standard is the same. Would prefer coconut coal as normal coal is much hotter and needs changing more regularly than coconut coal. Overall would definitely recommend as they have the most comfortable seating in any shisha lounge history!

This was my first time going to this shisha place. It's very modern and clean. The seating layout is nice and the chairs are very comfortable. The menu has a lot to offer for both meat lovers and those who don't eat meat, the prices are reasonable and the service was really good. They left a good impression and I'd defo go back again.

I have been to this shisha lounge for many years. I have to say I was impressed with my most recent visit in terms of hospitality and making me feel like my custom was wanted. They’ve come along way to the rude and abrupt response of the past. Shisha is always on point as are the desserts. The mains need working on and I think these guys would have all bases covered.

Purple Hills was so nice (Basically similar to Frozen Blueberry shisha) You need to pay £30 cash deposit which is refundable when you bring the shisha back from the car. The employees do not bring the shisha to your car, you must get it from the place and walk it to the car. I mean I don't mind as I've worked in shisha foor 15 years, I can hold two pipes but I can imagine people have dropped it in the past so just be careful and alwasy hold the shisha pipe from the base not the middle. Smooth smoke lasted 3hours so cannot complain! Happy girl You will need to go get coal too so you can just take the little coal holder to the front desk (don't take the whole shisha as I saw others doing) Work smart not hard. Price is okay for no al-fakher flavours is like £25. Liked it and got to play my own music in the car which is always a plus

Always a safe bet. Good Shisha flavours. Flavour lasts an average amount. Pay upon ordering is a nice system. Service is always good. No forced fake friendliness, they do their job and they do it extremely well. Great for parties and big groups. Food and drinks are tasty.

One thing I’m not so keen on this place is they don’t take card payments and if you have to take out cash they do have an ATM machine inside but they charge 95 pence to withdraw cash, but annoying.

Well this is a different shisha lounge! Very spacious and easy to move about. Chairs are comfortable..Parking is a problem, just don't block anyone in and you should be fine, learnt the hard way unfortunately. A bit more direction at the counter or person serving would have got the extra star. Shisha price is reasonable. But you will need a drink to sip which will set back £2.50 for a can of pop. (Bit expensive tbh) Food looks delicious too will try one day. They have a cash machine. Free to use as well.

Came here when it was quiet, nice place, good atmosphere, lots of large TV's playing sports, also have a prayer room upstairs which was very useful. Shisha was good quality as well. I've dropped a star for two reasons, parking is atrocious here and secondly they ask you to pay when you order instead of after you've finished. I'm sure they have their reasons for this, however, I find that if you do that it dissuades customers from taking anything extra, so possibly losing out on some additional business. Other than that a great place to meet and chill.

Went there last night with a friend and my partner. The decor is really nice and comfortable. We got a table straight away. We ordered lamb chops which were really nice and buffalo wings which were real tasty. My partner ordered fried calamari however it felt like we were eating rubber! The sheesha was nice and we enjoyed that. My partner also had salmon but she found it bland so only had half of it. The sheesha waiter and the food waiter were excellent and really friendly. The atmosphere was quite cosy and I would come back here again despite not being 100% satisfied with the salmon and calamari.

Basrah Lounge is one of those places that looks wrong but then is right for all the other reasons. When you arrive, you park on an industrial estate and there is a very quiet large man waiting at the end of the road behind some cones. Upon entering you are welcomed into a large lounge with comfy black sofas and tiled floors. Their food is magnificent, especially their desserts and their shisha is good. Service here is a bit hit and miss, most of the waiters are nice, but some can be quite rude - also depends on the day. I have been here many times and I continue to go every so often.

Really great place to spend time with friends. Amazing choice of shisha flavours, non alcoholic drinks, halal food and prayer room makes it a perfect destination for any chill-eat-smoke activity. Music can be a little bit too loud and annoying but it depends on the day I guess.

I've reviewed this place 4 stars before and had a few negative comments to say about the place although it was an overwhelmingly good review. However, since returning recently i now feel this place is deserving of 5 stars. The staff are very much on the ball regarding service. The atmosphere is nice and the birthday singing and cheering is fun. The new decor is lovely and the seating is very comfortable and isn't too cramped like most shisha places. Really do love going here, it's now my go-to shisha joint.

I was hesitant to come here after reading the reviews however my experience was positive and went well. On a Saturday night it is very packed but it the ambience is fun and lively. I received quick and great customer service from Dennis. Even though he was running like mad with customers he was quick to help us and get the food and shisha ready. He served with a smile. Overall the food was delicious , the lamb chops were soft and chewy and cooked perfectly. The food came quick and so did the shisha. The mix platter is recommended to get as you get a bit of everything. The shisha is good and they set it up properly .The only downside is the parking as it is difficult to find. Food and shisha is not expensive. I am happy and my thoughts about this place have changed. They take cash/card and they take payment before you eat and get the shisha.

I personally don’t smoke shisha, so I will only be reviewing the food with in my opinion is second to none, The food is definitely on the pricer side, the portions are reasonable and the food tastes really good. I’m a huge fan of their Ferrero Cake with Vanilla ice cream. The staff also do a good job especially considering the size of the lounge, There is also parking in front of the lounge & more in Park Royal around the corner :)

Large lounge with good choice of Mediterranean food and shisha. I have been to this lounge numerous times over the last two years and I can say the shisha here is satisfactory. It has never amazed me or my friends but just decent. The overall atmosphere here is what keeps us coming back as it's always been busy when we've come around. Shisha are decently priced and flavours last for around 45 mins. They accept cash and card here.

He has the most wonderful ear piece. Therefore you know he’s down for serious business. I noticed the staff all wear socks which is a bonus. The head waiter, Hassan...is fabulous. He is attentive and caring for customers. Shisha always tastes nice and fresh! And food is hot and cooked well. The birthday song is the highlight of my evening! Amazing Shisha lounge! Upon arrival towards the lounge, it does look like you’re at the wrong place. However as soon as you step in you are greeted by a member of the team who are polite, professional and hospitable. They have a wide range of shisha flavours, beverages and food. This place is tucked away at the back of an industrial estate, which is not the issue but parking can be a nightmare. It looks decent and does have a nice atmosphere hence its usually busy but never have enough staff to cope. Service is always super slow, 15 min wait before anyone takes an order and 15 to 20 mins for the order to arrive. Food and drink is ok nothing special, very standard but defo bit expensive. Other than that staff can be friendly but are always too busy to care. Needs improvement on service.

Quite possibly the largest shisha lounge I have seen and I enjoyed a very nice catch up with an old friend over a well priced shisha, mint tea and a very nice pizza. The food menu is extensive and has someting for everyone, big screen TV's offer entertainment wherever you look and the numerous staff can take payment via card which is a refreshing addition to most shisha cafes that prefer cash or make you get up from your comfy seat each time you want something else. Will definitely be heading back here in the near future.

typical shisha lounge built at the back of a pub. lots of tvs showing music and football and a menu of smoke flavours. not big into shisha so was shocked to see how expensive it costs. i did one in a local shop near my school when i was 17 and it cost 5 quid...cost me 4 quid in turkey for unlimited ahisha...but 20 quid per flavour here seems excessive. but im not expert.

This is a very popular place - wide selection of shisha flavours. I'm not sure if they've started using coconut coal yet (the cube kind). I started coming here near enough when it first opened and it was nice, very much feels you're not in an industrial estate so they've done a good job there, lots of plants etc give the place a good feel (to smoke shisha lol). Food is good for what you pay. Yes there are rules here - but be realistic - are you really going to go to a shisha place to only have a meal? They need to cater to their customers who may want shisha, imagine seeing a table full of tea drinkers at a shisha place and being told "sorry you have to wait" so yeah Shisha takes priority here... I prefer to pay first, and its usually pretty quick. Clearly the two main reasons for paying first are that it prevents walk-outs (which has occured) and to prevent congestion near the entrance/till area (this is a big place, likely that multiple groups will be leaving at once). Advice I'd give is to car pool here, parking is pretty limited and it does get quite packed, so come in fewer cars if possible. Other than the annoyingly bad service, not a bad place.

A relaxing experience serving nothing but the finest flavours for shisha! Ordered 3 flavours, grape and watermelon, bluemist and gum (all from alfakher and starbuzz). With large, comfy seating (came in a group of 6) to facilitate enough space between us and the shisha vases. Getting Recoal every now and then also enhances the experience. Awesome customer service, staff were always available to help. A must go for group gatherings and any form of celebration.

Basrah Lounge is a really nicely recently done up place. They offer food and shisha and mocktails. They also have a prayer room upstairs for all. There is also an onsite free cash machine. The atmosphere here is quite good and staff are friendly. They top up your shisha coal without asking and make sure your shisha doesn't run out of coal so it keeps going. The food was pretty good too, Lebanese style. They also do milkshakes. Overall a nice chilled out environment.

Another place I came across online. It was in a difficult place to get to but its massive. Great for a good time. Its more a party/lad shisha place. There is service charge for shisha which I found strange as no other shisha place I have been to does this. I think it should be optional - (as service charges are optional). We went on a boxing match night and just wanted to hang out as none of us is a boxing fan. Little did we know that they were charging 10£ pp entrance that day because of the match. It's annoying as we travelled all the way from east. The guy did let us go in without paying that 10 but asked us to leave as soon as match started. Who charges an extra 10 to watch a match? And when we asked for VAT receipt we were refused to have that. Strange.

If you dont want to drink or eat and still chill with friends while out, this is a good option... shisha. Their milkshakes aren't tinsle town quality, so I would say, stick to water or coca cola. Their new refurbishment is great... dont understand the masjid upstairs being above a shisha bar though.

Basrah lounge has a great ambience that is hard to match for a shisha lounge. Having visited a few shisha lounge's in London and Hong Kong, Basrah lounge is definitely up there as one of the best ive been to.
