Reviews of Behesht Restaurant (Kensal Green)
Y. L.
Overall it was okay, we went hungry so food usually tastes better.
Atmosphere is a bit stuffy and old school/traditional design. Was a nice change other than lack of ventilation.
For the food:
- Meat fillet was very soft, would have been perfect if it was seasoned more a bit tasteless
- Meat kabab lacked taste
- Boneless chicken was tastiest meal
- Rice was fluffy and delicious
- Hummus was delicious!
- Bread was fresh and tasty!
Service was good, friendly waiter.
Would only come again if the kebabs recipe improve.

The best traditional Persian food in London. Food was delicious. Restaurant is an amazing experience. Very good & tentative staff. And surprisingly great value for money.
A. B.
Great traditional Persian food. My family have been going here for years when we collect koobideh kebabs which taste delicious. My only problem is the freshness of the salad which can be questionable but the rest of the food on the menu tastes great.
M. S. H.
I've been here afew times before, if you want to try Persian food. It's the place to be. Taste is good, starter and main course sizes are larger as compared to other places. So you can enjoy more and could share aswell 😉
S. M.
Lovely Persian restaurant with great ambience and decor. Food was served quickly and was fantastic. Portions size are generous. Service was also very good.
M.
Decor and environment was beautiful. Food was hot and nice could do with a bit more flavouring but other then that fantastic!!
A. T.
Lovely restaurant and well priced. Nice experience. Been eating there for more than 13years now.
S. H.
Lovely fresh bread and starter platter. The “barg” kebab was really nice, but the rest are not too authentic. Chicken is marinated in garlic which taste more like a Turkish pallet than Iranian. The “koobide” is also has non-authentic spices probably to hide the excessive greasy meat. The waiters are politer than the last time ( when is pointed out their water fountain is too noisy that we can’t hear our conversation and he said oh ok, so I turn up the sound and add extra noises too! And laughed) however every time you said excuse me to them they disappeared, pretending that they are too busy to attend to you straight away , even though there were 3 of them for 5 tables. Will not go again.
S. S.
Nice quaint restaurant with lovely decor and good food. Would definitely recommend and will visit again

I had some of the best food in this place,
It was the first time for me to be there.
I went with my big family, so we were around 10 persons with kids on top of that number.
Food was really nice and the quantity was huge. Pricing to be honest is fairly cheap comparing to the amount and the taste of food u get.
The only thing i did not like about the place that it was really really congested and you wont be able to enjoy their delicious food.
But othe than that, everything was top notch and would go back for more.
Y. L.
Place is very cramped and uncomfortable to sit.
Food portion is great however the minced lamb was the worst i have ever had,Its filled with fat and onions and barely any meat.
Baba ghanoj is also very bad and is mostly yogurt.
S. M.
Amazing food and great value. The portion sizes are huge and the food is delicious. I had the chicken kebab and it was very tasty. The staff are very friendly and the interior and exterior are decorated brilliantly!
J.
The best Persian restaurant in London! You must try the Koobideh, Persian bread and yellow sauce. Every time I'm in the area I can't resist but to go inside and eat. Their food is so unique and super delicious. Affordable price too.
m.
Persian food had never tasted so authentic or exquisite. From the naan to the mixed grill and everything in-between including the sublime mixed hot and cold starters. Everything hits the spot. Tasteful, filling and lovely big portions mean we always have enough to take home and fight over who gets to finish what! Trust me, order more so that you can have it all over again at home!
s. j.
Very busy on a Saturday evening. With 6 adults and 3 young children a comfortable experience. Fellow diners were good natured too. Quick and excellent service. A great family place to dine.
A. S.
Generous portions! As well as authentic Persian cuisine which was very tasty. I would happily give 5 stars if they had comfier chairs and the dining area/tables were more formal. Other than that this place is great and I'll be returning very soon. Parking is free outside after 18:30 and you can usually find a space
L. A.
This place serves very good food.
We had numbers 41 (lamb with aubergine) and 42 (chicken with walnuts) of the stews, one with rice, and one with Persian bread, and it was delicious.
The toilets were really gross, hence why not 5 stars, but the food was absolutely amazing (I really cannot fault it).
Will definitely come again - although please do clean and tidy the toilets...
m. s.
Really nice olace. Absolutely delicous food. Loved the mix grill. Starters and bread was delicous

I ordered a takeaway at this restaurant , I duly collected my food to find that the manager and staff were very friendly, helpful and generous (I was given a couple of free cans of soft drink). The food was nicely packed so that when I got it home (a good 45 mins drive, I did say I ordered by mistake) it was still in good condition and quite warm. Gave it a quick heat in the oven and sat down with my family to see what we have.
The chicken was much better quality than expected. It tasted good and fresh, nicely cooked, not to much but just right. The lamb kebabs (both pieces and minced) were equally good with generous portions of saffron rice and salad. The taste was quite delicious and we were all impressed.
The quantity of food provided was excessive.
F. S.
Nice enviroment, dinner right on time. Good taste value for money. Portion size was decent.
Rotis ( Naans were great).
S. I.
I had amazing customer service and the food was amazing. I 100% recommended eating the best Iranian food in London. I did not have to wait long for my order and every time it got longer I was expected to get free parties. I can not wait to eat from here again 100% I tried it
S. h.
I’ve been to this restaurant several times, always had good experience, the food has always been good. The portions are very big, hard to finish which I don’t mind, it’s my next days meal.
I also love their paneer sabzi starter, it’s so fresh and tasty.
I just have a feeling that they don’t have enough staff which causes delays sometimes, and makes the experience not as good as it should be. I hope they sort that problem out, because it’s a amazing traditional restaurant, love the decorations btw.
F. E.
So the place itself is a little bit strange. They have carpets/rugs draped over the walls and chairs as well. It just didn't seem the most clean of places. A few little annoying flies buzzing around which spoilt the atmosphere for us.
The food was average to good. The Mirza Ghazemi which is a staple of Persian restaurants was poor. The lamb kebabs were really nice but the chicken was not good.
Portion sizes were very good as is the service.
N. J.
Great atmosphere, friendly Stuff, I really enjoyed the Food. Mehdi was very welcome and made us feel so comfortable, the service I would have given them more then 5 Stars, they deserve it. Great Restaurant and highly Recommending to all.
P. Z.
One of our favourite places in London. Very tasty, we always enjoining the interior. See you soon
A. H.
Food portions are really big, tasted ok, waiter was really friendly. Food came quick even though the lamb stew was cold.
Decor was different a bit to much of you ask me.
I can only compare the food to Hafez restaurant near Bayswater and I can say Hafez is much better.
Wouldn’t go out my way to come here again.
G.
Love this place and food is always consistent here. The sini mazeh is delicious and the fresh naan are always hot off the clay oven. Main courses are delicious and overall prices are very reasonable and staff are friendly. Never seen a time here when it's not busy. 😊
S. A.
Good food, nice staff. By chance I ate there on a Friday, when they have a special stew, it was good and filling.
J.
First experience to a Persian restaurant and the food was awesome. The food is delicious and worth the price. Although the service takes about 15 minutes but it's worth the wait. Ample of sitting area and the staff are friendly. No alcohol allowed and limited parking space in front of the restaurant. Definitely recommended. Will visit again.
K. U.
Great place for a tasty Sunday lunch. The decor of the restaurant is absolutely fabulous and otherworldly. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the menu is simple and delicious. Although at first sight the long list of kebabs is somewhat intimidating, it soon becomes clear they are simply variations on chicken and lamb.
There is also an impressive list of warm and cold starters.
We were a party of 3 and decided to take the pain out of choosing and ordered the selection of starters and the mixed kebab.
OMG!! This resulted in us being treated to an impossible amount of delicious foods, far more than we could possibly eat. Luckily the waiter brought us some boxes to take the surplus with us, and this will provide me with some very tasty lunches for the next 3 days....
I can warmly recommend this place. It is quircky in its looks, has very tasty food, and is fantastic value for money.
Note for those of you who expect wine or beer with their food: This place doesn't serve alcohol.
A. K.
Just had the best experience of Persian cuisine here. The food was absolutely delicious and the waiting staff were very attentive to our needs, given there was 18 of us.
We will most definitely return here in the near future.
Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.
S. t.
One of the best Persian restaurant in London. Good quality and acceptable price. Seats are not comfortable (can be because of using traditional style) and staff doesn't provide fast service but you will enjoy the food 😋
S. H.
Nice place, loved the interiors and the ambience here. Stopped here for dinner on way back to Birmingham attached to this is a small Iranian sweet shop and they serve souvenirs and pure saffron. Coming to the food here, being an Indian I enjoy spicy food but Persian food is mild and full of flavour liked the experience and food here, Pricing is average and not too heavy on the pocket and justifies the price for food served.
N. F.
The best Iranian restaurant in London. The staff are extremely welcoming and attentive, we have been coming here for years and have never had a bad meal. Their kabob koobideh is the best. Portions are huge and great value for money, staff are always happy to provide tupperware to take any leftovers home in. Behesht is the only Iranian restaurant I will go to!
F. G.
One of the best Persian food places in London. The ambiance and decor are not the best and the location is a bit iffy and out of the way but the food is really good. The portions are very generous and the prices are reasonable. Have been coming here for a while now and will definitely be going back
M. A.
One of the best Persian restaurants in London. Nice tasty food and fascinating decor provides a feeling of being in Persian cultural artwork museum or bazaar.
I. A.
One of the best in the area. I was in love with decoration of the atmosphere as well as the food. Food has great taste , portion and reasonable price. Only two issues are : service fees will be added and it is 25 minutes away from central london by train
T. A.
Everytime I have ate from this place, the quality of the food has always been top notch. It never disappoints. This is a testament to their level of consistency. I have been to many places in the past where after the third or fourth time of visiting, I have noticed the quality of the food drop each time. But things are different with Behesht. They really care about retaining their current crop of customers and attracting new ones too. I would say the most important thing about this restaurant is that you always leave feeling that you got your monies worth. On top of that, everything about this place screams authentic and the staff are very nice and welcoming. This all just adds to a positive dining experience. However, the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the inside of the restaurant could be a little less claustrophobic. Too many narrow paths inside which make it difficult to navigate through during busy periods. But that is me being needlessly picky. Overall, I think the Persians can be super proud with what they have established here! Definitely recommend.
D. W.
My first time at a Persian restaurant and it was definitely a unique experience. Food and service was great. Highly recommended.
G. R.
There is hardly any parking, restaurant air conditioning not working, was very congested and small. Food was fresh ..... loved there naan bread and starters.... service qas good and quick
M. R.
Fantastic value restaurant comparing to other Persian restaurants in London. The quality is similar to downtown Tehran which is confirmed by the sheer amount of locals who visit and collect takeaways there. Always a great place to visit with family I suggest you book as they are always very busy. They have an on premises bakery which is a bonus and a good selection of traditional deserts. Kensal Green tube is 7 mins walk up the road and there are also some limited parking options nearby.
T. A.
This restaurant has been a favourite go to for Persian cuisine for many years. Our recent visit needs addressing although the service was great, regarding being seated, menu, cutlery etc. I have to mention that Salad Olivieh is a must for us as a starter.... we received the starter which was borderline frozen cold with hot bread it really was not seeming edible.
We ordered the khoobideh which was okay rice was fresh, but there just was not the same satisfying taste we have experienced in past visits.
Unfortunately myself and my sister experienced stomach cramps and discomfort and upon diagnosing and recalling what we both ate the culprit was the Salad Olivieh.
The other guests that attended with us seemed to be absolutely fine, it's another unfortunate example of keeping standards and quality up regardless of how popular or well the business is doing.
I won't be rushing back to eat here anytime soon, as food is key and we were starving.
A real shame!
F.
Unfortunately the quality of food and service have both gone down in behesht. I still enjoy the authentic Iranian atmosphere.
There has been two occasions where the food served has not been fresh and couple of incidents where the staff members were either in arguments with each other or the customers.
C. M.
Awesome Persian Cuisine. I loved the old world culture displayed on the walls, they added character to the restaurant's outlook. I love their appetisers, very tasty yoghurt combinations and their Naan bread is quite huge. Portions are very large and filling.
Staff were quite friendly and helpful too.
The restaurant is located in Acton, parking might be difficult in front but if you drive a little further round the corner, you can get street parking
n. h.
Good price with excellent service 👌
O. L.
There are very few places where the originality still stands, a great ambience, setting, seating and of course fantastic dishes . All of the cuisine is mouth watering, succulent, flavoursome with the accompaniment of fluffy rice and fresh bread (noon or naan). Must try dishes: Ghorme Sabzi, Khoobideh Kebob and Ash-e-reshteh.
Resturant is 100% halal with clear markings and an alcohol free environment.
If you are Persian loving foodie, it’s definitely a place to visit!
R. B.
Average, pleasant Persian dining experience. The waiter refused to bring tap water to the table, even though we ordered a significant quantity of food and drinks.
U. W.
Great food and good value too. Always busy, you gotta wait 30-45 min for orders but always worth waiting for. Portions are a good size, the rice is nice. Koubedeh, Joojeh Barg are great. Pleasant polite staff who offer you a complimentary tea sometimes. It is on High Street so parking is difficult but I've always managed to find a spot. If you're doing a takeaway then call in advance and order on their website as they do a discount code.
J. U.
I went to Behesht which is a authentic Persian restaurant based in harrow road, not far from Kensal Green and Willesden Junction. I made a take away order of a couple of starters great food and fresh bread. The staff and manager on duty were very helpful, I am a local resident and have been coming to Behesht for many years and have always enjoyed my visit in dining or takeaway. Thank you team Behesht
s. a.
Everything is very tasty and nice Cooked perfect.
Only issue is parking , no parking if you going to dinning in
A. A.
Some say this Resturant has dropped its standard down the past few years, what nonsense. It keeps exceeding the expectation , portions are still big , Meat is still fresh and decoration is still unique to any Iranian Resturant in uk .
Love this place and it hasn’t changed since the last time I been (8 years ago)
Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for quality kubaideh and a satisfying meal
O. M.
I really like this place, it has a rather obscure set up & traditional feel.....restaurant is a maze of different rooms, each unique. Friendly staff & large portions reasonably priced.
C.
Great food, huge portions, friendly staff, beautiful interior and exterior, comfortable seats and decorations and calm atmosphere. Lovely place to eat, delicious food, would recommend again and again.
M. K.
Everything was perfect but it’s going to be a big problem for parking on a busy nights I parked fine but I m not sure about next time
Quiet similar to Moulana restaurant
Thank you for everything Behesht nice service
E. o. I.
Ohhhhh i mean wow, If you just entered into that restaurant you will be thinking like you are Somewhere else like in a different place.
Food is great much bigger portions with a lot of options. They have parrots as well when they sing it will take that place to next level.
Everyone there is so generous and very helpful.
Place is not that busy but it can be make a reservation if you coming from far.
S. F.
Probabaly the nicest traditional interior amongst persian restaurants in London. Very cosy and warm atmosphere and quite big. The food tasted amazing and the portions are big. The staff were very polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would go back for sure.
G. f. M.
This is my second time dining in behesht. Its my favorite resturant big portions with a good value.
I. M.
Great portions and tasty food,Will definitely be coming back here.
H. R.
Really nice place and authentic Persian cousin. The service was great too.
F. M.
Great place for a family meal. Delicious food, generous portions, decent prices, nice decor. Good service and friendly staff
S.
This is a great authentic persian restaurant. Everything from the naan bread to the lamb was freshly made. It is advisable to make a booking as this place can become very busy.
N. A.
My fav persian restaurant ever! I have been eating here for the last 11 yrs or so. The food is the best!
T. C.
One of the best persian restuarants in london. Definately in top 3, tastewise and the interior design which is like paradise as the name 'Behesht' says so. Only the location area is a bit dodgy other than that. 10/10
U. A.
Today I visited Behesht Iranian restaurant authentic Persian cuisine offering a good selection of starters and main course. This afternoon I visited Behesht with my friend and had some starters the food was delicious and we enjoyed our experience. Thank you to the staff today for there hard work. Behesht is based in Harrow road walking distance from Kensal Green station and Willesden junction station. Thank you for reading my review.
E.
The food was amazing! We ordered Chello Jojeh Bargh - baby chicken fillet (Number 36 in the menu) and the Chello Kebab Koubideh - baby lamb kebab that comes with 2 skewers (Number 34 in the menu). We've also tried Special chicken - one skewer minced baby lamb and one baby chicken fillet (number 44 in the menu).
We always ask for no rice but bread instead. The bread is amazing there!
The portions were perfect. The food was yummy and the dolma was nice and warm! you never get warm dolma anywhere.
Would definitely recommend!
I used to come with my family every Eid and this brings back yummy memories.
There's even a small paryer room (for 2 people max) which is very convenient when you come for far and don't want to miss the prayer times.
J. J.
Delicious food with great service, set in a Persian Middle-age style decor. Big portions so be ready to take some home.
S. H.
I have been going to this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed the food. Yesterday I placed an order for a party of around 40 people. Nasser the cashier helped me from the time I called to place the order until I collected and what a fabulous experience! The food was amazing and loved by all. The presentation and cleanliness were perfect and the customer service I received was simply awesome. Thank you Nasser and thank you Beheshth. 5 starts from me!!!
A. A.
Great customer service and food was very delicious and reasonably priced. Good authentic decore and ambience. Food takes a little time to prepare so better to keep in mind. Parking is an issue here but not impossible. Staff is very welcoming and efficient. Would not mind going back to this place and eat again.
S. B.
Very good food. Good value for money. Was a bit crowded being Sunday evening. The service was ok. Highly recommended

Food was great and highly recommended persian cuisine👍🏽

Behesht Resturant has one of the best persian cuisines I've experienced.
The restaurant is lavishly decorated and has a very traditional and cultural theme. The attention to detail was perfect. Almost feels like I was in Iran.
They wasted no time in the preparation of the food. To begin with they have a wide range of delicious starters houmous with bread, salad and a very unique aubergine dish, which was surprisingly extremely tasty as I am not a big fan of aubergines. Additionally, the salad contained tofu or some form of cheese, which was one of the best I've tried.
Moreover, the main course we ordered was a special kebab platter, which had every kebab available. I would say it was a decent main course. Almost grilled similar to Turkish food.
The best for me about this Experience was the Doogh/ lassi which was a yogurt drink. It was served nice and cold and it complimented very well with the food we ate.
Finally, what I would like to change to have a better experience is for a brighter atmosphere, it felt it was very dull. Brighter lights wouldve made my experience 10/10
All in all, I loved it
Q. L.
Traditional Persian restaurant. Nice decoration and atmosphere. Food is lovely, large portions. Service was okay .
M. R.
Prices have gone up since last visit but still fairly priced. Super big portions so tread carefully
S. P.
Went here for some snacks late evening. The food was nice especially the Naan bread with the hummus. They had run out of babaganoush which was a shame. The chips are nice.
M. A. Q.
Best ever Iranian cuisine i have ever had... Keep up the good work guys...
F. N.
Excellent Persian food with great value. Eat-in or take out they've maintained their standards. Try and avoid peak times as this place does get very very busy and so it's always best to order via there phone for take away and reserve a table of you plan on eating in. A quaint taste of Persia in a cosy themed restaurant. Definitely give it a try.
R. G.
Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff.
The minced lamb skewers are so unbelievably good. Also the cannot juice is homemade and fresh, which you literally can taste
A. K.
Very nice as usual clean and fresh food the staff are friendly it's always a pleasure to be there again
m.
Food was ok. It wasnt my first dine here.
The set up design it's unique but looks dusty infact where I was sitting there was a spidernet.
Good for spending time with friends in a informal night out.
Service very good, our waiter was smily and friendly very welcoming.
We ordered a sharing appetizer for 5 and a main course each with 3 bottles of water and only one dessert.
Bill around 17 a head.
Servirce charge about 10% on the total.
R. S.
Let's be honest. Excellent atmosphere, reasonable prices, friendly staff, tasty food, what else do you want from a restaurant? The appetizer menu is limited. I loved it and I recommend it strongly and will definitely take my guests there!
S. U. H.
One of my favourite Persian restaurants or shall i say UK’s best Persian Restaurant. Affordable for a big party and great service always. I have been going to this place for over 15 years and nothing has changed except for the size of the eating-in facility is now double.
K.
Good food, good service and for a more than reasonable price.
A. N.
This is an authentic Persian place. The portions are big and very tasty. Highly recommended.
M. G.
The portion/price is fantastic, I got food for two people for the price of one, it was very nice specially the bread, it was done right there and served hot. They took quite a long time to get my order ready but they said it was because they had a lot of orders which means they are good since they have a lot of customers. I will definitely be back.
A. R.
The place was nice and the food was great. Definitely one of those places that you need to try if you are visiting London or are around the area.
M. G.
Excellent portions, reasonable prices would definitely recommend
B. K.
Nice place, very traditional with good prices and quality. Would recommend

J. X.
My go to persian restaurant and i’ve tried them all over London. Portions are great, food is always perfectly cooked and always great quality.
The restaurant is perfect for a relaxed meal. Aesthetics of the place is exactly how i’d want it to be.
They also have a fire stone oven for fresh bread. Not sure how anyone could ask for more.
Pricing is also brilliant.
T. L.
We went on thursday, Great food, great service, and the manager (Ahmad) was so kind and he helped us in everything... thanks Highly Recommend 🙏🏻
J. B.
I've tried something new today and it was mind-blowing
B. O.
We asked the owner for a donation of food, for the many volunteers at the NHS vaccination centre in willesden. What they gave us went over and above anything we have received previously. Not only the quantity of food but the quality, it was truly lovely and we cannot thank them enough. On a personal level, they have new customers, especially me.
P. R.

H. S.
Really lovely food.. the staff are very friendly couldnt sing their praises any more
J. D.
Asked for more water 4 or 5 times until needing to leave our seat to get anyone to action it. That's why it got 4 stars because the food is delicious the koobideh is so juicy and the rice is cooked to perfection. The portion sizes are such good value. This is our go to persian restaurant!
M. H.
I have been eating here for the past 10years and I have to say, unlike other restaurants, the food quality in Bahesht is consistently the best! Their customer service just keeps getting better and better. Keep up the good work.

Very reasonably priced! For some reason they won't take bookings more than a few days in advance.
G. M.
Good food and staff are lovely. The decor on the other hand is overwhelming.
A.
Very nice food and service. The decor was very authentic.
I. S.
Great food and good value too. Always busy (good sign), you gotta wait 30-45 min for orders but always worth the wait. Portions are a good size, the rice is cooked just right (not too dry, not too soggy, falls apart). Koubedeh, Joojeh Barg are magnifico!. Pleasant, polite staff who do sometimes offer you a complimentary tea if you're awaiting a takeout. It is on a busy road so parking is an issue but I have always managed to find a free spot. Check out their website as I have noticed they offer discounts codes for orders! Keep it up.
P. K.
Takeaway in lock down, service is fast and efficient. Pesian grilles and stews served with huge portions. Flat bread made on order in the shop! Complimentary soft drink with your order. Tahdig rice is nice and crispy. Don't order too much one portion is generally enough for two!
E.
Great food. Could improve by having house made sauces to complement food.
R. S.
One of the best Iranian restaurants in west London.
A. C.
Great selection of food
Z. C.
Good service.
Reasonably priced food.
Delicious. Always good portions.
Good overall atmosphere. Def a regular.
B. H.
Wide selection of Persian (Iranian) dishes including traditional starters, drinks, salads, grills, fresh bread and stews. Excellent interior decor and atmosphere. Usually gets very busy in evenings and may require a small waiting time, or reservations in advance.
j. k.
Really tasty Iranian cuisine, staff are friendly, interior feels a bit dated but worth a visit if you are a meat lover
S. S.
I love their food it’s testy and nice We can take one order for tow , and the yogurt will mint oh Allah the beast, I can set in there for like 3 hours and I didn’t feel bored , and the smell of the bread remained me of our Iraqi bread , they should focus on the hygiene of the tables and everything will be perfect
M. M.
Authentic..inspiring...generous portions and amazing service
N. Z.
Excellent high quality persian food. Lots of food with very good price. Excellent service. I as an Iranian strongly recommend this restaurant.
A.
Nice food good flavours and lovely deco
P. A.
Fantastic restaurant my son calls it, "the fancy restaurant" perhaps due to the eclectic decor. The food is good and they specialise in doing something special if it's a birthday. One of the waiters even do a special Iranian dance. The place is well worth a try. Enjoy
A. R.
Decent Persian food with affordable prices. Try the feesnjoon
J. S.
The food quality isn't the best! Staff are nice though
a. k.
Food was just about OK but the service was very bad. Molana is much better option. Overall not a very great experience. Definitely would not consider again. They need to work on service.
R. H.
We had a takeaway. Even after we got home the meat was juicy and tender. The rice was lovely. We ordered a couple of the grilled platters..
This place gets it right every time.
...even the customer service was great.
W. M.
Absolutely delicious food!!! Honestly the most mouthwatering dishes I have ever tasted! All for such a reasonable price and fantastic portion sizes. The decoration is pretty amazing too! True feeling of Iranian bazaar!
If I was to be critical it would be about the furniture (tables & chairs) which I feel should be updated slightly.
I can not recommend this place enough for families especially who want to eat delicious and affordable cuisine.
Z. K.
What a lovely place to eat and pray! If you want lovely Iranian food then definitely visit this place! I also loved the shia Islamic art I saw in the restaurant. Very beautiful and great service! Will visit again when I'm back in London
M. P.
This place is just amazing, today was my first time there and I actually loved it.
G. D. M. (.
One of the best Persian cuisine I have ever tried, the authentic “ Persian Gastronomy” if your fed up of eating always the same sort of gastronomy all the time!
Try something different, I would totally recommend it!
ف. ا.
The food is not tasty but very simple, the restaurant is not worth going to it, but the interior decor of the restaurant is very nice
A. A.
Food was very nice but staff attitude was poor . Decor/setting was very nice . And would recommend
S.
I’m Iranian and a food lover, I found Behesht Restaurant as a paradise as its name. Brilliant Persian foods, fantastic costumer service specially from its manager and very warm welcoming and costumer care.
Don’t miss Abgousht and Tahdig at this restaurant.
Y. S.
One of the best Persian food in London! Portions are huge, prices are very reasonable.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Service needs a little bit of a notch up.
Overall, a very nice place to be for a good meal and a pot of Iranian tea!
m. s.
Good tasty food, service level pitty average. One thing though, make sure you don't leave any of your personal belonging behind....
s.
Food is absolutely delicious with fantastic portions and the guy on the reception with specs (glasses) is very kind and generous. Best Persian food in west London.
Y. S.
I've tried almost every Persian restaurant in West of London and behesht is simple the best authentic Persian restaurant, hands down.
If you're new to Persian food, start with an olovieh or ash reshteh, and try the makhsoos for main, and a bastani or faloodeh for desert with your pot of Persian tea.
N. C.
Bit of hidden gem considering its location. We (a party of 15) were well looked after.
F. E.
Vert good Restaurant. Tasty, fresh food and big portions. Kitchen people are kind and nice there.
N. M.
Amazing restaurant, great food ambience and value for money ..staff so friendly , definitely worth visiting if you like Persian food..100% recommended
A. s.
As usual the food was lovely but two things that really are becoming a deal breaker for me. The tables that are meant for six grown adults simply don't work for that number people. They need bigger tables and the decor needs updating badly. The second gripe is about the service. They need better customer service training for sure and their attentiveness is non existent unless you really wave at them. Please take these points seriously as we love bringing international guests there but don't want them to leave disappointed.
A. S.
One of our favourite places to eat.
You are in for a real treat when it comes to traditional Persian home made food.
Must try !
Y. A.
Prices are a bit high.
The food was good, but nothing to droll over.
Appetizers however were Exceptionally good, I'd say even better than the main course!
Place looks relatively clean, a bit too crowded.
I recommend this to families.
Couples should look for some other place.
M. M.
We ordered a few dishes including Salad Olivieh, Special Chicken and lastly Ghormeh Sabzi which I have to say is among the best I have tried! Absolutely delicious, everything was freshly prepared and authentic. The customer service was impeccable and I shall be telling everyone about this fantastic eatery in future. Five stars! Merci!
K. U.
A great place.. deserves a in depth review
Food - great tasting, tender beef, and juicy chicken. We hasd a mix starter more than enough for 6 people. The bread was a bit crusty. Overall 9/10
Decor - weird and wonderful at the same time 9/10
Service - bit of a let down... Staff are not attentive, but certainly doesnt ruin the food. 7/10
Price - very reasonably priced, average about £12-15 per person, considering the amount of food we had, was very good value. 8/10.
Enjoy.
F. Z.
Freshly warm and delicious food with competitive price 😋
T. C.
This place is a unique jem in Harrow: the food is tasty and well presented, the service is very helpful and keen to explain the variety of dishes and the price is very reasonable.
It's an ideal place for a night out and ti enjoy a very authentic atmosphere.
P. B.
Great restaurant and great customer service with persian n French speaking multilingual staff.
Love the staff.
Q. K.
Excellent food as always. Just expect to have a long wait on peak times. Queued for over 1 hour on a saturday night but it was worth it. This place getting more popular over the years. I've been frequenting it for over 10 years and have seen it come along nicely.
O. Y.
Very busy place, even if been reserved except still to busy and the tables and chairs is very next to each other and a lots of noise. But the food was not bad and I like it, just the shish kebab was a bit dry and hard. I will use it as takeaway next time and I think this way will much better. Generally the service and dishes is very good but because they are so busy I think the can't manage it or my needs more staff.
L. N.
lovely food and staff portions are also huge!
J. E.
BEST MEAL I HAD WHILE IN LONDON! The amount of flavor packed into the dishes is unbelievable and the portions are enough for two meals. Their prices are completely reasonable (I'd even say in the less expensive end) and the atmosphere is great! I also went to Aqua Shard for dinner while in London and I'd much rather go back here as I felt the food tastes better than Aqua Shard and it's at a way better price! GO HERE!!!
J. H.
Best Persian Restaurant that I've been to. Nice choice of starters to get your mouth watering, make sure you leave room for the main course because some of the dishes come in large portions. The breads are huge, nice and crispy. The final bill came as a pleasant surprise, really good value and great atmosphere. Be sure to book in advance at busy periods, also parking might be a challenge so get there early.
S. O.
We were looking for a quick lunch while waiting for our car to be prepared by the trader car giants. The place was so cozy that we decided to stay longer. We’ve ordered random vegetarian dishes as we didn’t know what were they. They were delicious. Typical Mediterranean food with very tasty humus and delicious home made bread.
H. M. (.
Meal was great. Price was right
Waiters was polite
All Persian food is great
This place has a good setting but I don't like the entry hall. I smell the toliet allot but as soon as you sit down then you are good.
A. G.
Great food that has had the time taken to prepare it well. Service, hospitality, ambience, location and the rest makes it a wonderful place to enjoy a great meal with very affordable price. Go and give it a try. Top service.
a. a.
Good food good service apart from tea which was a bit bland
N. K.
Service and quality of food is excellent. There is a wonderful ambiance in the restaurant and a cute little parrot to adore. I would really recommend getting their rice and spreading a bit of butter as it makes the perfect combination, not only that but the naan over there, amazing. We go there quite a lot as it has never let us down and the staff are generally friendly.
k. a.
Just why isn't this place closer to us! It is so annoying that we can only visit when we are bothered about an hour and a half commute. Too long unfortunately.
The place is very spacious and beautifully decorated with persian art and design. You get wxcellwnt service from the moment you walk in. The food is second to none. It smells amazing and the taste just takes you on a exceptional Mediterranean trip. I love it. The portion size is really large and their prices are very reasonable. I would 100% recommend this place for a great meal anytime of the day.
I. A.
Good quality, reasonable prices, good staff, unfortunately no wife as claimed ,
m. n.
Fresh bread is amazing, the food is amazing.
Service is OK. All in all lovely restaurant.
N. A. D.
It was my first contact with persian food, and thus I have no references other than my own experience. The food was delicious, well served and cooked. We didn't make any reservation, but the manager arranged things to accommodate 3 persons with comfort and as quick as possible. The staff was very attentive and in general were quick in providing whatever we needed.
I definitely recommend it.
I. K.
Beautifully cultured area with incredibly detailed decorations on walls. The food was delicious and of a large size. Definitely worth the price and relatively kid friendly with a very wide variety of dishes.
A. R.
Professional service, food was delicious, that took me to my childhood memories in iran. Generous portions, I will definitely visit again.
K. S.
Great place! Loved the variety of dishes and very reasonable prices and sized portions.
Definitely recommend for small or even bigger gatherings.
A.
SERVICE CHARGE listed on the bill is not shared with staff. Shame on the management for this. I'm not a fan of this practice at restaurants as it is not fair on the waiters providing the service and deceiving of customers. Additional money has to be paid on top of their 10% service charge if you wish to leave a tip for good service.
The menu is generally good value and food is tasty, during the most recent visit for a birthday party of more than 20 the staff have been very accommodating, though originally the seating arrangements were too cramped, they corrected this when it was pointed out and provided additional tables during a busy Saturday evening period. They were friendly and helpful.
I really think this is a great venue for group meals, but the issue with not giving service charge to the staff instead using it as a hidden charge to customers leaves a bad impression as the hard working staff are not getting their dues. Most of the time the customer is none the wiser so is happy to pay this hidden charge thinking its for the staff. This shameful practice should be stopped! And customers should ask and complain to management if wherever they do this. Fix that and you get 2 stars added!
s. o.
The strange looking and overdressed exterior and strange blade-runner-esque interior water features belie the sheer quality of the kitchen operation. Simply incredible Persian food. The real deal, authentic recipes cooked to perfection. I have not had better-cooked meat than every one of the charcoal grilled items I have tried. Faultless and delicious, with every feature of the dish being paid fastidious attention, from salad dressings to sauces, the flavours are exciting and immense. Generous portions which will satisfy even the mightiest of appetites, make sure to go there hungry - don't bother having a full lunch if you are going for dinner, just have a snack and get to the restaurant ravenous, you will not be disappointed. For £10-15 a head you can have one of the best meals you'll eat all year.
J.
Food was good and decorations were stunning but staff are not nice at all and let down the experience👎
A. F.
The food is incredible. Decor is very traditional and you get a feel of Persia.
I. S.
Tasty food with traditional serene environment. Service was reasonably good. Prices are affordable for decent dining experience. Overall decent PERSIAN cousin's experience.
M. Z.
Food is good, portions are maybe a bit too huge. Nice decor but tables are way too small for the number of people they sit and you're really crammed together. One waiter that served us seemed really nice but was quite pushy that we choose larger plates for sharing, even though we'd all been looking at out menus and decided what we wanted already. We couldn't order mains until we finished starters which is fine but annoying when there's no space on the table for plates and menus. Another waiter that served us seemed like he had better things to do... they seem to have a recording of a bird (why?) Or a real bird in there. It sounded kind of distressed and left us confused and slightly concerned.
C. S.
Excellent food, Amazing decoration and efficient staff. You really feel in Persian authentic residence/cave. I would highly recommend.
We took doggy bags with us and could enjoy the leftover the day after without experiencing any problem.
They also have talking parrots and red fishes, so do not hesiate to come there with young kids. My 16 months son loved this place as well!
S. L.
Good Persian food with nice decorations.
L. H.
Nice place 👌 delicious food, and good service.
M. J.
This place was amazing. Great food and really nice inside. Food was delicious. Just thinking about the food makes me hungry. I would recommend eating here for sure. Good for groups or even if your wanting to go out with your partner. Can get busy sometimes but sometimes not so busy.
A. H.
good setting. Lovely food and well priced.
R. H.
The portion was good,
Waiters are polite,
Price are reasonable,
Inside of restaurant are nicely decorated and designed.
G.
I only went once and I loved the atmosphere in the place. It's so decorative and beautiful. The food was also super delicious and well cooked. I really liked it and would love to visit it again when I go to London next time! It's a great restaurant!!
M. A.
Amazing experience. The food and atmosphere are on a different level. Highly recommended.
f. p.
Friendly stuff, good service and delicious food
K. H.
Food was lovely, seating wasn't great for a large group. We could fit 3 of us on each bench at a squeeze. Also they didnt sell any pudding or cakes, which was a bit disappointing. Had to go next door to a cake store.
M. H.
The experience here is a mixed bag. The staff are friendly and the setting cosy but I have to say the food is very hit and miss. Sometimes the food can taste wonderful and not too oily but other times the food has almost been inedible due to the amount of oil in it. I tend to avoid coming here these days due to this.
Although this place can be a great experience end to end I'm having to give it 3 stars due to the inconsistency with the food.
f. k.
Food is undoubtedly great and the grills are amazing (the epic queues will attest to this) but you gotta be prepared for what could only be described as one of the top 5 worst restaurant services in London. Its very normal for folks who arrived a good 15 mins after you to also get served food a good 20 mins before you. The waiters seem to be just as frustrated sometimes. But then the meat arrives and you feel it was all worth it.
M.
Great food. Don't really like the place. Ideal Takeaway.
S. S.
Best iranian restaurant in London, beautifully designed, reasonable price.
M. H.
Great food, great atmosphere

This restaurant has the tradtional Persian food...recomand it.but need to make improvment on their customer service
Y. A.
Prices are a bit high.
The food was good, but nothing to droll over.
Appetizers however were Exceptionally good, I'd say even better than the main …

We had a takeaway. Even after we got home the meat was juicy and tender. The rice was lovely. We ordered a couple of the grilled platters.. …
F. M.
Food was absolutely delicious with fantastic portions and also the management was so respectful.
Thank you guys
A. J.
Good food, could do with updating the cutlery, table and chairs. Looks old and is old. Iranian menu and food tastes the same in every restaurant
M. S.
Nice food and reasonable price.
P. A.
Fantastic restaurant my son calls it, "the fancy restaurant" perhaps due to the eclectic decor. The food is good and they specialise in doing something special if it's a birthday. One of the waiters even do a special Iranian dance. The place is well worth a try. Enjoy
Y. A.
The seating is a little cramped and the staff can forget you exist. Food varies... Some days it's AMAZING and I'd give it 10/10 for taste. Other days it's a shame but really mediocre. This means that actually I come here often enough to experience those moments where the food just rocks. So basically you're in for a lottery. Staff and on off food is why I rate this 3. Though I'll still come back here (which tells you as much how good it gets when it's great!)
V. M.
Extremely good quality Iranian food, professional staff service. Suggest to book. A surprising restaurant in London suburban. High selections of menu dishes both to take away and to eat onsite. I like to come back often.
M. S.
Very good kobideh and salad Olivieh service used to be very good but as they have got bigger and busier those things have dropped standards and the waiters need to be monitored with regards to their hygiene a big BO problem need to change their uniforms and have showers regularly as it’s really off putting when eating your food when someone with really bad BO serves your food. But food is delicious mostly.
A. H.
Have been going here for years. The recent re-decoration + replacement of menus is welcome. Please don't ever let the menus get to the state they were in last time.
We sat round the back this time, very nice, more spacious. Down side is it can get very noisy as is it is a large area suited for families.
Menu is authentic and food is fresh. Chelo kebab is my favourite and never disappoints. Chicken can be a bit dry.
M. A.
Very traditional Iranian restaurant. Loved the food, you can literally taste the freshness of the vegetables. Staff were very polite and professional.
However, i received a glass with ice which contained black fragments of a substance, i asked them to change it which they kindly did.
Also, these was a table of a previous guest which was not cleaned. This tables still had stained table cloth, crumbs from the food eaten and a used lemon with a couple of tiny flies hovering between tables. It was very gross staring at it in the face as my table was opposite it. Initially i thought, the person had just eaten but it was there till we left. They didn't even bother to clean it when they waited on a new customer right beside it.
M. V.
I've always wondered as to how Behesht Restaurant have managed to provide such a large portion of Iranian scented rice and two kebabs along with salads and a can of soft drink for a fiver ever since the late 1990s until very recently being forced to increase by less than £2.00 a meal. Unbelievably, having been an on/off resident of North West London these past three decades:-
I still await the day when their chef fails to match the high levels set by the original standards of their peers.
Do Keep Up, As Always. And Well Done, Folks!
.
A. A.
The are very nice Iranian restaurant
A. L.
Although the food was great, the service wasn't up to standards. We had to ask for our ordered items numerous times and this wasn't ideal as you would think the waiters would remember to write everything down as there was only 3 of us
s. K.
Delicious food, great service!
S. J. H.
Top middle astern food, beautifully decorated and lovely kind personnel.
It’s an amazing experience.
Must visit
Oh and Behesht in Persian language means Paradise, and this place is really heavenly for meaty food lovers.
A. Z.
Pros: I had the fried aubergine and nuts for starters (it wasn't oily though) and kobedeh as main. It was Delicious.
Generous portion. Fast service.
Polite staff and good service. Clean restaurant and toilets. Very nice traditional Persian décor.
Cons: my friend had the chicken tikka on the bone, it was a bit dry. Get the boneless instead.
I recommend it and would visit again
G. M.
I've been here on more than one occasion and have always enjoyed my meal. Their kebab range i.e. chello kebab and jouje etc are delicious but there are some dishes that fare better elsewhere. I've always been presented with clean tables, crockery, ans cutlery and generous portions. Two skewers of kebab with a side of rice are less than a tenner which is really good value for such a filling plate.
Overall, the ambience is cosy and welcoming with lots of traditional/oriental decorative pieces and waiters try their best at all times, even more so when the place is busy. It does get quite crowded so it is a tight fit and booking in advance is sometimes necessary to avoid disaapointment. Management could be a bit better as sometimes the place is a little chaotic and one never quite knows who is in charge.
p. m.
The food here is okay, could be better. The staffs are not as approachable and friendly as you could imagine. Some of the food i wanted, they didnt have so its abit disappointing for a known resturant to be like this. The prices are abit high and doesnt reflect the quality of the food offered.
M. a.
Food Quality: 5/5
Customer Service: 4/5
Pricing: 4/5
Waiting time: 15-20 minutes
Behesht is highly recommended for everyone. However seats are a bit uncomfortable and on busy days it gets too warm due to low celings, which could make some people feel uncomfortable.
E. R.
One of the best restaurants I visited for many years. Top service and dishes made like if they were prepared in Iran. Loved the decoration. Unique. Highly recommended.
M. G.
We come down to London for the Persian food and my family really enjoyed it. I wasn't that keen and didn't enjoy the starters as much as I usually do. The kebabs were also a bit dry too and the sound of the waterfall at the back was annoying!! The restaurant doesn't serve alcohol which I think is a shame as a lager would have been good to go with our meal!! I would have liked to have had a choice whether to have alcohol or not...
A. G.
Easily still the best Iranian food in the whole west of London. Try their grills or if you're there on a Friday then their aab ghoosht is a must (but when it arrives then ask your waiter to prepare it for you!).
Excellent portions, excellent value and food to die for.
E. G.
Very large portions of food and very delicious
Fantastic taste.
x. x.
Nice authentic Persian food. Quality is great, staff are polite on the phone and in person.
L. S.
Expensive good food. Yet servicing and dealing with clients is rude and illogical. We finished our meal then where told we could not have tea or icecream because they were too busy! The table next to us was just served theirs and by the time the manager finished being loud and rude, there were 2 tables available! They must keep standards higher by changing their attitude. I would not take guests there again.
S. S.
Massive portions, good quality, always happy eating or taking away from here ❤️
B. D.
Officially the best persian restaurant in the UK with fresh and great tasting food that has had me hooked. 5 star decoration and display but the delicious food is what sets this place a part. Fantastic kebabs and unbelievable rice as well as delicious stews and vegi dishes. I love behesht and go there many times a year but specially on my birthdays.
M. K. S.
The food is exceptionally good and the portions are (maybe too) generous. I have been to a couple of other Iranian restaurants in London. But this one is the best.
Service is also quite good.
P. H.
compare to other persian resturants quality and quantity is the best as well as cost also they are careful about take a way which is good, delicate and good presentation such as fancy bags free waters and salads that you wouldnot find in other resturants sach as Kish or Senatur, Moreover they cost more. Some other posh persian resturant like Belgrave and Tandis, awfully they would not have same attention despite the charge, quantitiy and quality as well as taste are not good as Behesht and I would not recommand them too.
just one little issue about Behesht; they should not forget Somagh and butters are essential with persian kebabs.
Z. Y.
The food was delicious, but the service was very slow.
H.
Fantastic price and great food
H. N.
In general is good place to enjoy Persian food. Quality and price are the cheapest among all Persian restaurants in the area.
In busy times expect between 30-45 mins to get your order.
V. S.
This is the best place to have a Persian meal. You get plenty of food for a very reasonable price - and in the middle of London. Service is satisfactory. The atmosphere is wonderful which virtually takes you to ancient Iran.
Food is really good.
A. Z.
Best koobideh in town, not other meals
S.
I visit the place quite reguraly because of the quality of food, fair price and nice atmosphere.
They have most of the typical Persian food and portion are generous, therefore please order few thing to avoid to waste it. You have a doggie bag option though.
A.
Good for a large group of people. The food was good and the sharing platters were simple to order and easy to pick on.
The restaurant also has quite a particular design.
M. E.
Anyone didn't taste Persian food should give it ago. Best and cheapest with good quality food/lamb or chicken and various gravey mostly served with good portion of rice. Eat in our take away for a food to go back to.
H. A.
For the price you are paying, it is worth every penny.
Food is excellent in comparison to other Iranian restaurants. Service is good and welcoming. I have been to this restaurant many times and never disappointed.
U.
Have always loved their food ! Great taste and service. One of the best Persian food in West London. Love their ambiance totally different than normal Persian restaurants
T.
One of the best Iranian restaurants in London (if not the best).
Food: excellent, healthy and plates come in huge portion. They do take away and you can call to order and pick up later.
Environnement: impressive entrance (looks like the Ali Baba’s cave). Worth the commute if you live far away (people do commute).
Why 4 stars: staff a bit confused sometimes > one day I booked a table and they made me wait for 30mins in a queue to get a table while staff were placing Iranian people who have not booked. I ended up leaving the restaurant.
A. S.
Great food but very poor customer service. Asked waiter for small spoon for children and didn't get 1 til end of the meal despite asking again. Also hard to get waiters attention for more drinks, bread or even the bill.
R. J.
Food is excellent both in taste and value for money. But if you are riniging to make an order the phone manners of staff at peak times are appalling. You get told you can't make a large order even when I was wiling to pay via my credit card over the phone. Then all of a sudden it's OK.
They just need to learn some phone manners.
A. A.
They work hard here- it's reflected in the service. It's like a busy airport at times. The food is nice but I'm not too keen on it as it's crowded, long wait for a table at busy times and there are too many chairs around small tables. You're crammed into a small space and there's no elbow room. It's worse than flying economy but you get what you pay for...
S. K.
Good food, accommodating staff, themed decor
K. Z.
Delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommend - best Iranian food in London
I. A.
Was apprehensive given the online comments about service but we loved it and our waiter was friendly. Food delicious and huge portions, the baby chicken was too dry but the lamb kebabs, baba ghanoush, lamb and okra and roti were delicious. The kids also loved the goldfish and parrots in the entrance.
K. Z.
Not as good as it once was!
Service is poor and can come across as rude. Quality and taste of food has gone down. Wth all of that, they then add a compulsory service charge to the bill. Don't think I will be going back.
J. C.
Cosy, comfy byzantine atmosphere, although the carpeted walls and fabric covered ceilings, together with the low lighting and absence of any windows can give a slightly claustrophobic feeling. The sheesh kebabs are delicious. Superb value for money - the portion sizes are HUGE! Very friendly, helpful staff.
Unless you have a pallet that likes the 'tart and sour' stay away from the lime curries!
K. F.
I had a great visit to Behesht restaurant today. I was amazed by the quality and variety of food. The service was very polite. One thing that I would recommend, however, would be to book your table in advance as they are very busy, especially on Sundays. I wish everyone who reads this review an experience in "Behesht" (i.e., heaven) as pleasent as mine.
S. S.
Best iranian restaurant in London, beautifully designed, reasonable price.
R. B.
Amazing Persian food with good service. I rated it four stars because if you don't book in advance, you will have to wait long (especially if in big groups) until a table is free.
A. J.
Good food, could do with updating the cutlery, table and chairs. Looks old and is old. Iranian menu and food tastes the same in every restaurant
M.
The food is good. I think compared to other Iranian restaurants it’s one of the very good ones.
I don’t like the service of the restaurant so always get takeaway.
Sides like torshy have nothing to say but I like joojeh on the bone from them.
S. M.
Great quality, quantity, authentic food in a beautiful setting. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. We always visit when in London and take one away with us when we are leaving.
S. H.
Good food. Quality meat. Nice portions. Wish they did chips. Lol

Good food, unbelievable price. Everything down to the tea (which they offer you whilst waiting for your food even in the takeaway) has clearly had a lot of thought behind it! Would recommend 100%

Fantastic restaurant for authentic Iranian food. Is always busy at the weekends with large families descending on this joint for a taste of home. The only aspect which lets this down in my opinion is the service, it can be slow at times or they can just leave you for a while. I had dinner with my father and we waited for approximately 20 minutes between drinks and ordering food. Despite this, the food is cooked well with the kebab makhsous coming out succelent and tender. The bread is freshly made and compliments the meat well. Well worth a glass of dough (yoghurt drink) to go down with the meal.

The food was amazing! Staff were really lovely specially Masoud. Reasonable prices. Awesome experience! Definitely recommend it to all my Persian folks :)

Decent food, good price and excellent atmosphere.
But the staff made a lot of problems to arrange a big group. Took us half an hour to convince them to let us order individually

Authentic Persian cusine, big portions exotic decor and friendly staff.

A simply great place to eat. We usually go at lunch time but after a panto visit at the Tyne Theatre we bombed up the hill for tea. Masses of the BEST and freshest flatbread accompanied a most excellent veggie platter, a delicate chicken special and delicious lamb and chicken kebabs. Salads and Persian tea finished the feast.

The taste of the food has been changed, bargh kebab was absolutely salt less.
One of the staff ( most probably the manager) was no polite at all.
کمتر محربانی کرده با مشتری اخلاق خوب داشته باشید. مشتری برای تان میگوید، خدا حافظ. شما طرف شان مینگربد....

Love this place. Good food and fast service. Always busy on weekends, much better on working days. There take away also available. Note: no alcohol.

Nice food, i love it

Very nice Persian at very resonable prices. Not as good as Molana but DEFINITELY better than Persian Palace

The decoration is second to none, always first!!!
The food is middle eastern luxury however since they are not Lebanese they don't have no Tabbouleh! If they had I will have given them 5 stars!

Genuinely the best Iranian themed restaurant in London. There's usually a wait on the weekends but it's really cosy and authentic. Food is also really great, I'd recommend the Greek salad and kobedeh.

Great food, comfortable atmosphere, very reasonably priced with friendly and suitably quick service. Oh yeah very acceptable portion sizes.

Nice place, good portion size but the quality of food is not as it used to be. We ordered chalaw kebab kobida , kebabs were dry and not delicious , rice was not good as well. I can't recommend this place any more.

A quiet place to enjoy Persian food. Staff are welcoming and would even help decide food based on your taste. Overall great service. Oh, and the food portions are reasonable and is great

Decided to come here after passing by it many times on bus. Unfortunately the vegetarian options were limited and a little on the bland side. Staff were lovely though. Probably not going back there again but if you ae not a vegetarian the experience would likely be a lot better.

I am giving them 5 star just because UNFORTUNATLEY they are the only Persian restaurant in London that deserved this rating AT THE MOMENT. Their quality is vary from time to time but generally it is still better than other London Persian restaurants.

Food is great. Same with portion size. Been there a number of times, never disappointed.

The only word they deserve is: Awesome. Everything was amazing, from taste of the foods, their generosity shown by the size of the portions just for a moderate price, and the friendly and helpful staff. A must for Persians and non-Persians.

Good food, just make sure you get some suggestions from the wait staff or a local. As an American eating there it would have been nice if the WiFi was working so we could use our phones to hail an uber after our meal. Also, they don't accept AMEX so have your visa handy or make sure you have some cash on you.

Good food however service slow plus has group over 6 and track and trace service is you writing your name and number on a clipboard for everyone to see no data protection on place
M. A.
Really nice Iranian food with big portions and flavour. Would say its definitely worth the price!

Kebab Koubidah!
Need I say more?
Well maybe just a few more words. It got a very nice venue and the prices are decent for what you get. They also do take-outs which I love whenever there isn't any seating. Definitely try it if you're in the area

I really love the food at this place. Unfortunately kids are too too loud and I het the feeling like I am at a kids playground rather than a restaurant 😕

One of the best Iranian food Serve (Behest) restaurant.

love the food here very accommodating we turned up half an hour early and the manager at first looked confused but then made sure we got a table and the food is amazing

Asked the waiter if he was having a laugh when he brought food out. I'm a relatively big guy with likewise appetite to match. Tbh, food was on point and portion sizes take the piss.... Defo my new spot.

Excellent food and very good service, nice atmosphere, make sure to reserve as it does get quite busy. I would recommend the special chicken dish nb44 with salad Olivier.

Really good restaurant go there once a month even though I live in oxford.
It is by far the best and always will be the best Persian restaurant ever.
I’m from Iran my self so we actually understand how good this restaurant is.

Food was absolutely delicious and wasn't dry at all. The decor inside is absolutely stunning for those that are instagram fanatics. Service was excellent too. Would highly recommend.

It's a strange but nice place, it's a fair size but has a kind of intimacy to it, the staff are friendly and the food is good, I found the portions quite big but no problem they will pack it up for you to take home, prices are reasonable, worth a visit.

The food was the only good thing when I visited this place. The waiters are preoccupied with something or another that the customers do not get priority. We need to do better with attention to detail and customer service. The food will not be the only priority for a successful business.

Great service, great environment and amazing food. Travelled from Manchester to try it out after hearing good things about it and it didn't disappoint! Would definitely recommend 👍🏽
