Really good prices for London. The staff were friendly and the food was well presented and incredibly tasty. We will definitely eat here again.

The food at Bill's is very good. I really enjoyed my Turmeric latte, dirty vegan burger (would 100% recommend) and carrot cake. I would say the prices here are justified. The establishment is beautiful and clean and most of the waiters were nice. The place is noisy (but hey, this is Soho) and also there was a blonde waitress with big lashes who had a sulky attitude, even my friends noticed. Thank God her colleagues were nicer ( big up to the other blonde girl with glasses and the man who helped us with the payment, lovely staff).

Perfect full English breakfast. Booked a table for the evening on the back of the quality breakfast and service we received... Unfortunately the evening service was a total let down. The food quality was way below the standard of the morning service, as was the service from the staff. No drinks offered, left sat for 20 minutes before having our order taken and then added and expected me to pay a service charge for a low standard meal costing over £100. Can't fault the morning service, that was exceptional and indeed paid the service charge.

This is a lovely little place to wine and dine. Table booking is highly recommended. A few people where turned away as I waited for my table to be prepared. The decor is very busy in addition to the Christmas theme going, it appeared overwhelming for me. I gave this restaurant 4 star for the exceptional and thoughtful service the waiter who attended to my table provided. I had a beautiful corner table to chill. It felt a little cramped walking between the tables. I was slightly anxious I would bump into the tables as I passed. The toilet had temporarily no cold water, So I had to wash my hands with piping hot water. The scampi and fish pie was freshly made tasty and nice. The side veg was so tasty. I will visit again

Beautiful decor and ambience. Staff were generally very friendly. I ordered the veggie burger and was not disappointed at all. It tasted amazing. The cocktails we had were also very nice. The only negative is that I ordered sauce for the chips and it took forever. Generally a very good experience.

To say it short: the chain restaurant that doesn't feel like it. While I like supporting local small businesses and tend to change a lot, I have to say that I've never been disappointed with Bill's. This one in particular features the usual quirky setting with perfect food and friendly staff. The sharing platter was yummy and fairly priced, service was quick and staff kind. Special thanks to the black girl (apologies for not having asked for your name!) that even found us a cable to charge our dying phone. Will happily come back.

It is quite tricky to find this restaurant. Once inside the decor is nice and the staff friendly and professional. The Christmas menu we had was ok, the vegetables were very undercooked and there wasn't much dessert choice. Not much turkey came with the Christmas dinner, or custard with my friends dessert.

Wow! A buzzing restaurant with live Dj! Generous in space, comfortable chairs!!! We was a party of six and very hungry!!! Lively. Busy. Eclectic feel matched with a cosiness. Bill's popularity comes at a cost, where service was a tad slow, although warm and friendly, during out Sat morning brunch. Food was okay, nothing to write home about. Leaned more towards commercial and volume reminiscent of an American diner, rather than dishes done with care and quality. Good vibe place nevertheless - DJ started spinning D&B at lunch as we left. Tip: three stack of pancakes are plenty. It's thick and chewy. Couldn't finish my five.

Solid chain restaurant with independent roots. Atmosphere was buzzing! Quite busy in a Friday night, definitely worth booking especially at the height of the Christmas season. Menu was restricted to Christmas fayre but they coped admirably with a lactose intolerance. Service was good and given the area, decent below for money. Starters, sent and service cane to 30 quid per person.

The mac n cheese dish was so tasty. Egg Benedict, on the other hand, was not so good. The ham was not tasty at all, neither hollandaise sauce. This Rodolfo cocktail is nothing special but worth the money.

Had a lunch there on a rainy Saturday afternoon. The staff was really knowledgeable and very friendly, the burger, which comes with chips was tasty as well as the local beer. It's a must try. And if very beautiful interior design of the place. Very cosy and atmospheric. Highly recommended.

I went there yesterday with a friend and we really had a fantastic time in this place. The place is very funky, a mixture of classic and new style which I found a great atmosphere and feel like at home. What really impressed us was the service which has been impeccable from beginning to end, not only by two waiters who helped us, but everyone else around. Blue and James were helping us, from taking a seat, to checking we were ok to taking the orders. All along they were very friendly, attentive and patient, my friend and I had some request with the meal, nothing was much for them, in fact it turned very easy and even other waiters came with the meals with something different from our request, it was the two of them to spot it first, before we highlighted and in a matter of minutes, we had the correct food added/replaced. And the lady outside helping the customers outside would approach us when we spoke to her and chatted briefly to us in the most natural, funny way, while she was still overlooking at her customers. My friend and I left with a huge smile on our face, it was not just the lovely food that impressed us, it was most of all the service we received which made it all a memorable experience we do seldom find these days. Many thanks to Blue and James for...bring you and turning my birthday meal (you did not know that), into a wonderful day. My friend and I hope to see you again soon for another fun loving experience for us and you both.

I went to this location with my friend for a casual Friday night with no booking, little did I know I would find the most incredible and kind staff! Food was delicious and service was decent considering the amount of people at the tables and and the waiters serving, Ana is an incredible manager! She made sure me and my friend were happy with the service, and apologised for any delays, even if there was no need! All the staff was very attentive, the vibe is great and the music was lovely not too low and not too loud, just right for me and my friend to catch up and hear each other. I will definitely come back,Thank you again Ana! ☺️

Came here a couple months ago, and still stands out as one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Every single one of the waiters was kind, and also felt very personable and genuine. Whenever I talk about the kindness of Londoners to my friends from my home country, I always tell them the story of one of Bill's waiters who gave me his personal jacket to wear after noticing I was freezing. The food being amazing is also of note.

Brilliantly decorated and really down to earth place to pop into for a bite. The staff are extremely friendly despite the very busy atmosphere expected with a Sunday brunch service. At one point myself and my friend talked so much we hadn’t touched our food, our waiter (sorry I didn’t catch his name) came over to check everything was okay. The portions are very generous and extra syrup for the insanely good pancakes was no bother. I had such a good time I ended up having brunch here again, just at the Covent Garden branch.

I really loved it here. The eclectic furniture and funky design is very interesting and makes it a fun place to be. Breakfast was impressive and coffee was equally good. An excellent breakfast served by polite staff. We were lucky enough to be seated immediately both times we dined here for breakfast. The kids loved the pancakes. I really liked my avocado and egg toast. The eggs were near perfectly cooked, with creamy/runny yolks. The bacon itself was cooked well and flavorful. While not cheap, it is a very good breakfast!

Bill's has been one of my favourite chains for years so as soon as indoors dining was allowed I had to book there. My friend is vegetarian and the halloumi burger has always been a favourite so I took her there. The atmosphere was superb, it was busy but tables are set to respect covid regulations. Service was great and quick and food was lovely. Good to see the place open and busy again. Beautiful outdoors deco too. Absolutely recommended

Excellent food and service. We didn’t have a reservation but we were lucky to get a table without waiting for long. We spent a very enjoyable morning as the waiters were really attentive and polite and the food was served really fast and everything was delicious. They have also vegetarian options and the coffee is delicious. The atmosphere is really nice and I really like that they also sell some produces that they make. The prefect place for breakfast or brunch, I highly recommend it. The prices are acceptable and highly quality products.

I wanted to treat my husband to nice breakfast and found Bill's online. I read the reviews, looked through pics and was convinced! Service was fast even though it seemed busy, the food was Great! I had the smashed avocado toast with perfectly poached eggs, toast and we shared a plate of fruit pancakes. My husband had the "Bill's breakfast" he loved it and I enjoyed the few bites he shared. The prices here are perfect on a travelers budget, the service was friendly and prompt. Thank you!

We made a reservation - good food, great service and staff. I think this Bill's is making the mistake that they need to change as they're in Soho. The DJ was excessive and best-placed in a club; just music was fine and preferable when the DJ ended at 11. I wasn't too impressed with the choice of cocktails or drinks but enjoyed the food.

The service was excellent and they had a lot of outdoor seating along with dedicated staff for the outdoor areas. The ambiance is light and fun. However, the food was sub-par on a number of levels. 1. The appetizers were brought out on cast iron pans (presumably to help keep the food warm). However, the pans were cold to the touch. This means I now have a super-heavy dish that is actually pulling heat out of my food. 2. I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with a type of thousand-island dressing. The amount of dressing was smaller than a coin and obviously did not contribute to the taste of the burger. Not sure if they are running out of dressing or what... 3. My dinner guest ordered a steak done medium that was much closer to well-done. Just a shame.

Have been to many different bills restaurants, the food is always very good. We had the house white which was surprisingly tasty. Both of our mains were tasty and good value for money. My only complaint is that I booked a table for two and the restaurant was half empty and they seated us next to the till which was very noisy and distracting. We asked to move and the waiter looked very annoyed. We were then seated next to a table of screaming children. (We were didn’t want to ask to move again). During the whole two hours we were there, there were many empty tables for two away from any noisiness so was a bit confused as to why are seats were so bad given that we had booked. Our waiter was then swapped for a waitress who was very friendly and definitely improved our lunch.

Very large Bill’s locations recently redecorated to ditch the old homey decor and replace it with a style that can only be described as kitschy. I'm all for change, but did Bill take a trip to Miami or something? On a recent visit, what was once a window seat is now obstructed by a giant purple butterfly made of felt. With the new look also came more tables and less line of sight obstructions, making the whole space feel cramped and much, much louder. I assume corporate were looking to make this a buzzing Soho location, but they've failed miserably. The world does not need more orange couches. Aesthetic aside, this location has very friendly staff, though definitely order the first time you’re asked, as requesting a few more minutes generally means you won’t get approached for another ten. The lunch fare is decent, but the breakfast can be hit or miss. The "Smashed Avocado and Poached Eggs on Toast" (£7.95) comes with two small poached eggs and unseasoned avocado on plain bread; no seasoning or sauce and all around a let down. The pancakes also have very little syrup, though they are fluffy and come with lots of fruit. The "Yogurt, Granola, and Berries" parfait (£5.95) is excellent, as is the new "Halloumi and Hummus Plate" (£9.95). Both are worth coming for, but maybe bring a blindfold.

Excellent food, service, location and vibe. First day in London after a long flight from Melbourne, Australia and I was hanging out for some real food. Quick Google and found this place near by. I got there around 9am on a Weds so it was still fairly quiet but it quickly filled up by the time I left. As a solo traveller they had no issues with a single. I was given a fab little table where I could people watch and eat the quickly served hot, fresh, well prepared food. Going to be hard to beat for the rest of my stay!

This place has made such a difference; I actually feel emotional! I was diagnosed coeliac in September ‘18. I’m a seasoned European business traveller and a massive foody so this hit me pretty hard. I went from eating whatever the hell I wanted to searching google for places to eat and analysing menus. I walked into this place and was offered an excellent menu for gluten free options. It covered a range of starters, mains and desserts. I chose the chicken skewers, followed this with the lamb shank and (as write this I’m almost in tears) APPLE CRUMBLE. I genuinely thought I’d never eat apple crumble again! For the first time in months I felt completely normal eating a meal in a restaurant... considering I eat in places across Europe on a weekly basis this is a big deal. The decor is funky the music equally funky, the waiting staff (my guy was called Domenico) are awesome and the location perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. Don’t change a thing. Can’t wait to come back! If you’re genuinely coeliac or jumping on the gluten free bandwagon and need a lovely place to eat exceptionally tasty food without worrying please come here.

I don't know of anywhere better at the price in the vicinity.

Place is good, well designed and comfortable. We ordered 1 steak and eggs, 1 spiced cauliflower with falafel bowl. Steak was a little cold but taste was ok. Falafel bowl was good. In terms of cocktails the one with passionfruit was low alcohol I didn't expect that.

Went twice, lunch first time staff were not that friendly and watched over my shoulder as I took the change from the bill (checking if I would leave another tip on the 12.5% service charge). Food was good, button bun of the chicken burger was soggy and fell apart. Second time we went for brunch, staff were so great and attentive! Had such an amazing breakfast! Really made up for the last meal.

I always like Bill's. We were served by a Greek man and he was lovely and very kind. Always helped when we had a question and very quick service. We had to wait for 15 minutes before we got seated but it's London during a weekend and peak season for friend and family outing so the waiting time wasn't that long. All together great food. Just had the simple buttermilk chicken burger and sweet potato fries that are to die for. Always have sweet potato fries from Bill's they are the best!

Absolutely loved the food and atmosphere. Had the Supergreen Chicken Curry and it didn't disappoint. My daughter had Seabass and Potato Rosti from the extensive Gluten Free menu. The Rosti was delicious and she asked for the recipe. Would definitely go back when I am in London again.

Enjoyed a nice meal and drink with family prior going to see a show as part of a relations birthday surprise. Had a little time before an appointment and stopped in for a quick bite. Easy to get a table, very warm atmosphere. The menu has a nice mix of options and a full vegan menu. I ordered chilli because I had little time and it looked good. The server was friendly and welcoming. Brought a pitcher of water, which is nice. However it took too long to come out and I had to find a server to pay. Asking twice to pay. They were well staffed as I saw servers standing around talking. I’d suggest they are more proactive in service and check in with guests during the meal. This isn’t a place to grab a quick meal.

Exquisite! The Vegan Breakfast is the perfect flavors to start the morning. It paired up nicely with the Heart Beet juice. Although it quickly got packed with customers, the service did not skip a beat and it was priced right. Highly recommend.

This Bill's is always busy so I'd keep this in mind. I've visited here twice so far - one on a Saturday morning for breakfast, and one on a Saturday afternoon for tea. The staff are all very nice and accommodating, and the food arrives pretty quickly. In terms of breakfast, it was plentiful and tasty, and would order it again. I was allowed to replace the black pudding with avocado which was also very nice of the waitress - she offered the swap which was nice. In terms of the tea, there was a lot and I'd recommend getting one for two people because it could easily fill 4 cups. I was given milk with it, but no sugar and so I presume I'd have had to ask. My friend ordered a mint tea, which he said was nice, but he only got one cupful of it - considering the size of my tea, I'd have expected him to get a teapot of it too, which was a tad disappointing. Overall, reasonable restaurant with lots of choice, but gets busy.

I visited Bill's Soho as I had a breakfast meeting with work, it was my first time visiting and I was very impressed. The staff were very attentive and came to take drinks orders as members of our party arrived. Their menu was pretty good with something for most tastes, I had the pancakes which came with fresh banana, strawberry and blueberries and they bought extra syrup to the table without asking. The rest of my group had the eggs with salmon and Bills Brunch which looked really lovely from what I could see. Bill's has a great food and drink menu, it has attentive and friendly staff who didn't make us feel rushed which can happen in other places once the bill has been settled. Overall I was very impressed and would like to revisit

Awesome breakfast food!! We had their salmon egg and a few other combinations of egg with other things. The price is a little high for breakfast food, but the atmosphere was great and the outdoor seating was lovely. There's a lot of seats there, but you don't feel cramped and you're not right next to each other, so it feels private when you eat with your friends. Their drinks/ smoothies are quite interesting and taste quite good too!

Bill's is a chain so you pretty much know what to expect, here. I had the halloumi burger with extra avocado, and an espresso martini. The food and drink were really nice, I have no complaints, but it is quite expensive for what it is. The only downside is that for about ten minutes, kitchen staff were carrying massive bin bags through the restaurant in front of my table towards the side entrance. It was quite off-putting to watch them take bin bags through the restaurant for such an extended period of time - there were about 20 bags brought through! I wouldn't have minded if it was one person with a couple of bags, but it was constant. This definitely ruined my experience, unfortunately.

Visited Bills last week after watching the Gruffalo on a rainy day. We were so glad we booked as we walked past the queue at the front door. The staff were absolutely excellent with my son who is 3 years old and happened to be throwing a tantrum about something as we came in. Food was pretty good, decor was lovely and pricing was decent. I would recommend for couples or families with young children.

I went to Bill’s because of the interior design when I passed by yesterday and the good reviews online, but turns out I won’t visit the second time. I wanted to give 2 stars, one more star was to the interior. Food is just not right. We ordered a veggie shared plate and chicken skewers.Maybe we both didn’t check the menu carefully, it was a fried vegetarian plate, and we barely eat fried food. What’s more, it contains wheat and milk which I’m allergic to. I forgot to confirm with them on that, but it would be better to list these on the menu. I would say both dishes were nothing special. Hope they could improve the taste of food.

Ended up here randomly on an evening out. I have eaten at a Bills many years before but this was much different to what I remember. The burger I had was very good and juicy. The waitress knew her drinks and advised well. Overall good vue for money and good range of foods, veggies too.

There are a thousand amazing places in Soho, this is not one of them. Staff were friendly but the food was tasteless. My wife ordered a lamb shank but that was dry and the only flavour came from the curry sauce covering the rice. My burger was cooked well and was fresh but still lacked flavour. Presentation was decent but it was all very lacking.

Very busy restaurant in popular Soho. We were lucky to get a table without being booked in on a Saturday night. Good variety on the menu and all cooked to perfection. Service was very good but beware as 12.5% is added to the bill as a gratuity although I believe it can be taken off if requested. We all had something different and no complaints from any of us. As with most eateries in the area it is quite pricey compared to out of town but still good value.

I've not been to a Bill's other than the original Lewes and Brighton stores and the decor couldn't have been more different and I liked it! Add to that a Vegan sharing platter that was delicious followed by one of the vegan burgers which was good but lacking the burger package you nowadays get. Excellent cocktails and service. A very vibrantly designed restaurant. The space is open and inviting, especially in the summer when the streetside windows are open to allow the summer breeze. The peach iced tea is perfect for those looking for a sweet and refreshing summer cooler. I also had a buttermilk fried chicken burger that was extremely delicious, filling and great value for money. The staff both at the front of house and waiting the tables are prompt and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend coming here for a lunch date or a family meal. A word of caution, the street the restaurant is located on can be noisy at times, so I'd suggest a table further into the restaurant.

Staff were so too busy to get hold of so gave up/felt guilty trying to resolve, Saturday lunch. General note: Stick to starters & Main. Don't bother with the deserts, waste of your time and money. Bill's sort the deserts out and stop pouring toffee sauce on Easter eggs when there's just a digestive biscuit and a spice of banana as the reveal. The child in me was very disappointed.
