Went to Bim’s yesterday and they way they packed my burger, its like falling out. To give them the benefit of doubt went today and again burger not wrap properly. Guys you weren’t busy need to take more care. Not the best reasonable.

Took me by surprise this place. Chips are very very good and are similar to a very well known fast food brand. The burger, also very good. The kicker for me is the drinks options they have, didn't know I needed those flavours in my life but here we are. I do with there was a bit more choice, and the order point was a bit better and/or there was another one.

Ordered chicken burgers, chicken nuggets and large fries. I found the chicken burger bun dry, but the overall burger was good. The chicken steak was nicely seasoned. Just wish they had spread the sauce more evenly in the burger. The chicken nuggets were about average - nothing special. The fries were really nice. They tasted like McD fries but better. Would definitely come back!

Everytime I go to this place they have amazing customer service. Tried their new burger today called the Rosti Burger and it was mouthwatering and delicious. It was juicy and sweet with a bit of spice. Haven't tasted anything like it before from Bims it was a new flavour but the same fresh quality as usual.

Bro, chicken burger supreme is lovely and very comforting! It’s not a fillet but 2 pieces of chicken strips. The burger was pretty good too, this is the halal McDonalds lol. The wraps were all yummy, I couldn’t choose! Chicken was so crispy and tender. So fresh and well assembled, nothing messy or falling out. Major points on that! Big shout out to the chefs! Originally my first time going Bims I made a large order to try a bit of everything on the menu and couldn't complain. The food quality was good and the service was quick bearing in mind there was a bit of a queue. My last time going I was a bit shocked to see that the quality of the food didn't seem to be the same and had dropped a bit, the customer service wasn't the best waiting 20 mins or so even though there was no one else in the shop. This could be a one off but I've also heard there's new management. Let's wait and see on the next visit!!

I always order from Bims as I love their food and I’ve never had any issues. Today I placed an order via Uber eats and my food took two hours to arrive. I called Bims and Farooq was very helpful. He told me that the burgers were ready very quickly but the driver took ages to collect the food. Farooq told me he will make fresh new burgers and he put in a free portion of fries. Thank you 😊

Gonna give this place a 4 for value for money. The food is just about better than McDonald's and I rarely eat burgers but I sometimes go to McDonald's. It would make far more sense to go to Bims however as the food tastes better/cleaner and they are pretty cheap for boutique burger joint. Got an order from uber the other day and it wasn't bad at all. Fries were warm etc... Would be better if everything could be piping hot though. Place is alright - 8/10 would recommend.

Been here many times... and I love their food. Burgers are on point and they have out of the the ordinary drinks that are 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Every visit is a good experience. There’s a car park across the road from it too so easy to find parking when you visit. When it first opened, they used to have queues that lasted over an hour... and people where waiting there that long to get food! That says something about their food! Them times they used to run out of what I wanted, but it don’t get anywhere near that busy anymore. So fear not and try their food!

Depending on what day and time you go there, you are looking at maybe an hour's wait and that's a lot for a place that does not have seating. Putting that aside, if you are craving a Big Mac, the Tower Burger is the closest I've had to that so my wait of 30 minutes was worth it, tried the Cheeseburger and the Big Up which were OK, would I go there again? Yep, just for the Big Mac oops sorry Tower Burger but I would choose the less busier times (3-5).

True to copy of McDs wow the flavouring is amazing. MaShaAllah the guys have done a great job. They need better drinks those exotic flavours don't add a lot of kick. If you do go try Dz Spicy and Double cheeseburger. The Double cheeseburgers gave me a nostalgia of growing up in Saudi. They are good cheap and cheerful burgers and nothing more Yes I would insha'Allah visit them again. Trimasu ran out so couldn't get to try that but it was selling like hot cakes. Average waiting time is between 45 mins to 1 hour

For any person that has eaten the Haram mcdz burgers and enjoyed them then this place is defo for you. The taste of the mcdonaldz style burger is spot on, had a double cheese with egg. wasnt impressed with the big smokey which is a burger king style burger. Cost £9. Chips were good. Queues and a bit of a long wait for a fast food burger place. But overall for a halal version of mcdz burgers its a good place to try out.

So i decided to see what the hype is all about and went over to @bims_uk and joined the 1 hour queue to order my food, suggest you plan your visit as it may be cold outside. Ordered the family meal as there was a few of us, got 2 x"Big Smoked" and 2 x "DZ's" and the meal came with 4 standard cheese burgers. First of all the line was worth the wait, the quality of these £1 cheese burgers are superior to anything ive had for that price. Bossman aint got nothing on these. The DZ and Big Smokedl were also good with the additional toppings in them. The chips were also amazing, of very high quality and tasted nice. Crispy on the outer layer and fluffy on the inside. The Tiramisu was well balanced and went well with the meal, i also enjoyed the cocktail exotique fanta which was nice and fruity. Highly recommend the place if you're willing to wait for an amazing burger....as they say "Good things come to those who wait". Overall Rating : 9/10 Food: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Price: 9/10

Quality food nice prices very similar to mcdonalds in taste. Unfortunately horrendous ques but at the same time very worth the wait, tiramisu was the best tasting tiramisu I have had as of yet and I am not a fan of tiramisu but this is a must try also the mojito type original 7ups are a must try very exclusive as you can't buy there in many shops great combo with the food. Wish I could give 4.5 starts but there is no option to do this very close to a 5 star but ques are too long and staff seem organised very inefficiently even after you get served you have to wait 10 mins. But don't let this pit you off worth a try can't wait to go back

Average burgers for cheap. It’s been likened to McDonald’s but when was McDonald’s anything special??? Long waits which is 100% not worth the wait. Fast food which takes half an hour minimum to get. Drive there as you’ll need somewhere to eat your food as there’s no more seats inside, even if there were any it’s very limited. Now I’ve tried it, it’s nothing I’ll be coming back for. Not that it’s bad but it’s nothing special. By all means give it a go. If you want a good burger in the area try out the Wagyu Beef burger range at Brioche Burger.

Heard alot of hype about this place. Had to try it out myself. Parking is easy nearby at night, may be more difficult during the day. It was busy, this was 9pm on a Friday night. Their order taking system seemed efficient enough. Order given, money paid and they give you a device to hold that vibrates when the orders ready. I ordered a double Fumey burger meal, which had 2 beef patties, turkey rashers and gherkins . You get the burger with fries and a canned drink but also get a extra cheese burger and a tiramisu for dessert. The burger itself was nice enough, my only issue was it was served luke warm and so were the fries. The sauce they give youin a tub had a good flavour and your given one sachet of ketchup. There's 2 tables for seating, tight space between the tables so not ultra comfortable. Overall although food was decent, service was good it's not a place I'd find myself driving very far to get to.

A decent burger joint, I would definitely recommend but with caution. The queues are up to 1 hour long, fast food is designed to be in and out, for the wait and price ratio I don't think I will be going back, burgers for half decent but not worth the wait. There is room for much more improvement in efficiency.

This place is a convenient fast food outlet. The menu is simple to follow and very cheap! It's all halal which is great served by nice people :) It can get quite busy at times so you may have to wait some time for your order but it's definitely worth a visit. Seating is limited and kind of cramped so it's better as a takeaway but at least they have a seating area for those that may want to sit down for a bit and eat. You can easily spend £5-£7 on multiple burgers or just on big one and leave satisfied. Recommended to anyone passing by.

This place will not disappoint with their food. The cheeseburger taste like McDonald’s . I don’t know how they did it. They are only open from 330 to 1030pm. The lines are long. It’s better to go on a rainy day when there are less people. Been back twice in 3 days and I am staying 20-25 minutes each way. It’s just a matter of times these guys franchise out to other branches. They will limit your order if there is a big line and running one crew. First time no limit on the order but second time I was limited to 3 burgers so if you have a big order than take people with you . They said soon they will start Uber eats, that would be the best way to get food when that happens instead of waiting 30 to 45 minutes. Give a thumps up if this review has helped you

Basically ‘halal McDonald’s’ Its great, everything you’d expect it to taste like. However, now it just feels like copycat food. I get that its a nice thing to accommodate to halal eaters, but there are too many franchises now just mirroring the McDonald’s menus. There should be other things available on the menu. Went here the other night was served by rameez and farooq really nice and attentive gents. I told them I travelled far and they really looked after us. I got the tower burger and it tastes very similar to a Big Mac and the chicken burger is on point too. Only downside was nuggets taste of onions which wasn’t good. Will definitely recommend. My local bims, the food here is nice still and the staff are nice. Its good still, I hadn't been there in a few months, I used to go everyday and decided to go in today for something. I saw the new buttermilk burger, now I was kinda disappointed as I thought it was a fillet and not 2 strips, but when I took a bite. It was delicious, especially that black pepper sauce made it very nice. The fizzy drinks aswell are banging, my favourite is the lychee. When i first heard about this food place, there was such a big buzz about it all the food bloggers giving it top reviews. They were saying it was a halal Mcdonalds clone. To be honest i dont think it is i think they have theier own identity. The burgers were good the patty were very tasty and for the price you are paying its a bargain. There is a bit of a wait but they give you these buzzers so you know when your food is ready so you can take a stroll down the market. Overall very good.

Very very similar taste to McDonald’s. The burgers taste like McDonald’s but they are halaal. The restaurant is tiny. The cleanliness is not good because it is so insanely busy. The prices are very reasonable - you can get a cheeseburger for £1. The real downside is the queue and waiting times. We waited for over an hour for 3 meals. They now provide buzzers to assist with the queues. The burgers are worth the wait - so if you are a loose end visit. We will be going back 😊

Very busy, typically upto 1.5hr wait although I was fortunate enough in getting my food faster than others. Food is lovely, deffo worth the hype. They started in Birmingham called Slams ladypool rd and Mac Halal muntz st . The special orange yellow sauce is called Algerienne sauce.

2/5 stars for customer service. I was waiting at the till for a good 10 minutes (no customers in front) before eventually asking if I can make an order. Understandable if they just let me know they were busy and would take my order shortly, but they took my order only when I prompted them so I'm not sure why they didn't just take it earlier. There was no apology or anything of the sort, so I felt the customer service is definitely lacking. 4/5 for the food. I've had better but the food was still pretty good and the prices will be hard to beat. Food is very filling but would be hesitant to purchase from here again.

Let's get the obvious out of the way. Yes this is a knock-off McDonald's - from the menu all the way down to the touch screen payment booths. The resemblance is somewhat laughable, but we're seeing more and more of this type of restaurant opening in and around London. The food. Burgers are okay and they do resemble the burgers from McDonald's somewhat, but not quite. The patty's are incredibly thin - a double burger is really a single burger, with the patty split in two. The chips are quite good and the drinks are watered down. What can I say, most of the meals are under £5 and you get what you pay for. Bearing that in mind... Overall 3/5.

We loved our burgers and tasted a lot of the same as MacD’s. Comparison was made with our experience in Middle East when we had Mac’D’s there. Little disappointed with the double tower beef burger our one just didn’t tower and it was nothing like the picture either. It was very small for a tower burger. I was waiting to open the package and find the burger actually towering over the bottom half of the box but it was literally about an inch tall! Service was fast and staff were friendly.

Tower burger is great. So is the fish burger. They have a orange canned 7up which tastes really nice. Can't fault the shop. Service is really good even though you have to wait but the wait is getting shorter. Can't criticise the price as it's pretty darn good. For £3 it's well well worth it. Good Food, very similar to Mcdonalds. Not happy as there were two kinder eggs missing from the kids meals I ordered. Also from a safety point of view, you need to stop stapling the bags up prior to delivery because of the risk of it falling into the food.

Yup tastes like McDonald's chips and burger. The family loved it and the meal offer is great. It's a shame it's so tiny, i think you need to expand soon people are travelling miles for it! Long queue with an hour's worth of wait in total. But why rate it 5? Because despite being a tiny place, I have to give to the guys that they are still serving all these people and still managing. They don't seem to get a break constantly taking and pushing out orders. Now food, haven't tried everything but did try the tower burger meal. Couldn't fault the fries or the burger. So close to the Big Mac, the only subtle difference if you are comparing is the sauce may be a tiny bit sweeter than the original Big Mac. But for me the wait was worth it for a Halal Big Mac. Queue is not chaotic like you would expect in Saudi Arabia and South Asian countries. Everyone is disciplined. You pay for your food (eventually) at the counter and you are given a beeper. Stand aside or even wait outside and the beeper will vibrate when your order is ready to collect. Took about 15 mins after paying for the order. Fast food but not fast food.

Wow. The burgers so perfectly capture both the perfection and imperfections of McDonald's burgers. Probably on the 'better ingredients' side comparitively. Price is dirt cheap. Anything less than 4 stars for price to taste ratio should embarrass the reviewer. I went early so didn't face big queue but it had soon built up. The guy at the counter was v friendly and helpful.

Food was on point and the brothers were very helpful and polite. Make sure to check you order before you leave they do a lot of mistake because they are very busy. They tend miss out a burger or fries or even a drink so make sure to check your order before you leave. Beef burgers are highly recommended chicken were OK.

If you're looking for a halal alternative to McDonald's then this is the place to go, and it's aided by a fantastic crew of staff who are always professional, no matter how busy it gets (and it DOES get busy!). Food is a replica of McDonald's. My personal favourite is the double cheeseburger. Iconic. Reminds me of when I am traveling abroad and get to enjoy a halal McDonald's. Staff are friendly and polite. We visited BIMS as it was reviewed by a halal food reviewer. Staff were so friendly. Small place, so sometimes you may have to wait for a table. But more importantly, I don't need to go all the way to Dubai to have halal mcdonalds now! You can get burgers that taste just like Big Macs here. They have their own style. I wish them the best and hopefully they can enlarge the shop & seating area in the near future. I went with a friend after work on a weekday, no queue for us. 5 stars from me.

I can understand the hype around this place as it does taste like McDonalds. However, your food hygiene is rated 1/5. I would not bother going back until this has been sorted. The concept is good and would be worth expanding to another branch closer to Central London. But first, sort out your hygiene!

Pretty good burger joint at the bottom of Walthomstow high street. I had their version of a big mac which was good although I would definitely double up tha patties next time. There isn't much room inside and only 2 tables so don't necessarily go in there with the expectation of being able to sit and eat. Overall it's worth a visit if you're in the area.

I ordered a burger meal via UberEats. On the app it says ‘add fries and drink’ - doesn’t specify which drink. When I got my order the worker said it automatically comes with Pepsi. He then told me the other drinks don’t qualify despite the option saying ‘drink’ and not ‘Pepsi’. However, we’ve ordered before and we’ve been able to choose the drink so I don’t understand what the worker was saying. Plus, what if you were diabetic and wanted a sugar-free drink? Or water? On the other hand, the food was amazing as always but just a shame about the service.

I have waited for an opportunity to visit Bims and finally got the opportunity this evening. It most certainly taste like Mc Donalds which is not a bad thing as we don't have the option to eat the real thing here. What overly exaggerated praise for burgers that are the cheapest of quality. If you want a Big Mac type of burger then sure, wait in the queue for the best part of half your life before being served. Then wait another decade for the not so fast food to arrive and you'll open the bag and your heart will sink. A double cheese burger that was swallowed almost whole in one go. Yes it was nice in a cheap fast food, "cholesterol in a bun" type of way, but the wait is most definitely not worth it. Particularly if you have the misfortune of having the queue run out of the door.

Heard the news from South London that an amazing burger place has opened up in Walthamstow so needed to see what the hype was about. Honestly, best hamburger place I've ever been to. The Price was very reasonable and the service provided by Abdi and Usman deserved more then 5 stars. Definitely recommend going and having the chicken nuggets as a side as well. Food has the taste of love and effort and Abdi and Usman made you feel like you were family coming to eat at their home. Make Sure you get Abdi and Usman to serve you. Nafees and Ramiz served us in store and I was astonished by the level of service they provided. I made a very large order as I was traveling from a long distance. They recommend meals and told me how long I was expecting to wait due to the large order The food was great! The recommendations were amazing and went down a treat with the while family. Drink selections are unique as the fruity sparkling drinks were different but very refreshing. I will be recommending BIMs to all my family and friends! Can't wait to go back again! It's great to have halal alternative to macdonalds. However really slow service! They need to definitely hire more staff. There was only two people and and the que become very long. Also all the tables were full of rubbish and no one to clear up. Although I must say the burger was nice and did taste like macdonalds, the fries on the other hand was smelly as the oil was probably old and needs changing. Hope they improve these things. Probably better to avoid going during busy periods to avoid que.

Lovely, busy, very well respectful happy servers. Fast food is exactly that, (finished fast!) and a variety of mocktails can drinks suited for non alcohol drinkers and children. With limited space they still manage to squeeze a couple tables and a toilet. Non stop busy with the waiting taking over 10 minutes as they are popular and not because they are slow workers. A place that is the halal macdonalds for the muslim community and they are based in east london and we had travelled from south london to try out their food. You can easily eat two burgers each. This is a place I would recommend. Even the customers are very respectful of the servers and seems quite community based which is very rare to see but great. Due to the popularity they give each customer a buzzer which I've seen customer leave the restaurant and then come back when the buzzes go off. Most restaurants that have these buzzes do not allow you to leave the property but this one they have trust in their community and customers. Love it, will In Sha Allah be returning.

If you have a craving for McDonalds but you are Muslim then this is the place as they serve halal replicas of the exact menu. Their hygiene rating is 1 however and the queues can go for as long as an hour and a half. No seating and only one till so expect a long wait.

After being scared away by the queues since this place opened I finally caved in after finding myself in Walthamstow market on a Saturday afternoon. Opening time is 3pm and I thought this would be a good time to visit as it shouldnt be too busy. It is a small takeaway with standing room only for 12 or so people max. hence queues out the door (I had assumed there would be a couple of tables but no). Luckily there was only about 6 people in front of me today and the wait wasnt too bad (took me 25mins total in/out). The tower burger (big mac) @£3 was on point with the patty, bun and trimmings just like the real thing, my only gripe would be the sauce in it being more ‘burger’ saucy than ‘big mac’ saucy. Cheese/double cheese burger was exactly the same as maccy d’s and at £1/£2 a pop went down very nicely indeed. Note: they only allow 2 of these each per customer to keep waiting times etc down at the moment. Added bonus was the exotic 7 up cans (mojito, cherry and tropical). Next time Im in the area I will be sure to drop in...unless I see queues snaking out the door that is lol

Went there today (Sunday) at around 4:30pm. Got served quickly, within 15 - 20mins, But did notice people just never stopped entering the shop. I like that they give you a token and you can go out and the token will buzz, notifying you when meal is ready. If you follow navigation, The road opposite the restaurant has plenty of parking. Service was quick fast. However the place is abit small and cramped. IT REALLY IS HALAL MCDONALD'S! seriously, tasts very similar if not better, knowing that it's not mass produced. I hope the owners invest in a place like beckton retail park where theres parking etc.

The road Bims is on is pedestrian access only at certain times, please check the signs as the council enforcement cameras are recording cars coming down the market road. Anyway, burgers taste similar to McDonald's burgers, fries look like McDonald's fries. McDonalds is only good because it's quick, and cheap. Bims is neither. For those who doesn't understand the hype, it's because the burgers are halal and McDonald's burgers aren't. But if you are after a decent quality burger, go to one of those fancy burger joints instead. I was "lucky" and only waited 40 mins from ordering a double cheeseburger, fries and a 7 up to receiving my order! Photo of the inside of Bims has now changed, the seats are gone, the kitchen has been extended and there is a small waiting area.

Beware of the guys lurking outsude bims in hoodies mainly Somalians they keep eyes in people parking n going in bims..whilst i was sitting in car eating one of them in bike went to another car parked outside bims tried to break in only went off after alarm went off....the driver went to bims to order food ...be careful...as for food it was nice service was nice too bit slow though.

Waited 20 mins to order 30 minutes for food to be made my buzzer wasn't working so i wasn't aware my food was ready burger and chips had gone cold no tissues or wipes given no drinks available apart from 7up but food was nice just cold and sauces are in sachets chilli sauce was all chunky no fork and no apology from staff for the buzzer not working finding parking is atrocious watch out for the no entry cameras maybe introduce Mcdonalds sauces instead of PFC sachets

I been wanting to try for months but because I heard about the long waiting time I decided to wait until it calmed down!
