R. B.Bims is so much better than mac donalds the beef patties are much thicker and wider u get lots more fillings the xl burger 🍔 is like a big mac .I love it and the food comes hot unlike mac ds
A. P.Overall service is standard. Greeted when collecting my food and ask if I needed anything else. Extra sauce for free.
Now the food is questionable.
I sense a copycat ( nothing wrong with that...only when you get it wrong) of Mcdonald franchise.
As stated by other reviewers burger meat is bland, tasteless and anemic in colour. Plus paired with a soft bun...is recipe for complaints. No crunch. Only flavour came from the pickle, ketchup and mayonnaise.
Cleanliness is standard, maybe because I came at a quiet time. Ticket system is effective for both customer and staff...standard.
Overall, the food need a few touch up in ingredients and it will succeed. Location is perfect.
M. F.The food quality is really high, my nephew prefers Bims to McDonald's or Burger King. Prices are great too, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a shame I live just outside the delivery area lol.
c. t.Just popped in to get burgers. I would say the taste s SO MUCH better than The other ‘giant’ brands! I tried four different burgers. They are all delicious, I can feel they are focused on their products - so fresh ingredients! The service and staff s very quick and friendly. Will be loyal customer!

K. F.Visited here whilst in the area for the Challenge Cup Final at the weekend. Got to say I was very impressed with the whole set up from ordering, collecting and the eating. Very tasty food and the milkshakes where excellent, BETTER than them golden arches IMO. I wish it was open before we left on Sunday morning as I'd have gone again before travelling home.
If I'm ever in the area I will 100% be revisiting here. 👏🏼

Obviously it’s not meant to be luxury food where you get 5* table service. The food is good for what it is service is amazing. Restaurant is clean and spacious… love the drinks, would recommend people to try!
