The food was great, though the service left something to be desired, having to ask multiple times for water and long wait times for our food. The staff were very friendly however.
For the price I would choose other restaurants in London

The bento boxes were really good, we tried the Mediterranean and the Korean ones. The Korean bento had a very nice matcha cheesecake and the salmon in the Mediterranean box was really delicious. But the service is simply awful, the waiter was annoying and unfriendly so I won’t come back for sure.

Way too pricy. Tiny dishes that you will not expect for the price you pay. Service is 12.5 and they don't even tell you about it.

We ate at Bistro everyday for breakfast during our stay at St. James Court. The service was excellent, especially considering that the breakfast was built into the price of our hotel room. They always made sure we had everything we needed - beverages, egg orders, etc. Erol was there everyday and was so friendly and accommodating, always making sure that every table had what they needed. Everything was very clean and the food was always delicious, especially their fresh pastries, fresh cut fruit, and muesli. We look forward to our next stay at the St James and dining at Bistro for breakfast, and possibly dinner!

The hotel in which the restaurant was within looked very nice, the same could be said for the Bistro too. There is a decent selection of food, from Indian, Italian and English just to name a few, I ordered the set menu, its works out much better. I'd recommend the prawn tempura which reminds me of the dynamite shrimp is PF Changs in the States. The food is is good however, the our server wasn't so good, we were left waiting for things and had to remind her on many occasions. Apart from this a nice experience.

We were welcomed on arrival and well cared for. The food was excellent, we chose from the Chef's Special of the day with three courses for three of us, the fourth was strong willed!, coffee and wine between us it cost £50 per head. The tables have a very uncomfortable pedestal which is much wider at the bottom but it goes up in lots of 'steps', women do not usually sit with their legs apart, but that was the only way to cope, so I would much prefer a more sensible base to the table.

Food was decent with the price and location, however still a little room for service to be improved, such as how to serve plates as one of them was reaching over everyone else to serve my plate while he/she could just take 3 steps to my side. Small things but would be good if can improve a little more.

Very nice , the food nice, the boullavese soup incredible, only you need to make sure , the food that you order is traditional or with a indian touch. The service kind and fast
