D. S.We had dinner at Black Salt last night, perfect comfort food in a storm! Great food made using local ingredients, great owner, great music, at a Vegan zero-waste cafe / restaurant. Couldn't ask for anything better. We'll definitely be back.

The zero waste policy is an amazing initiative and is a hard commitment to stick to as a small business so is worthwhile supporting!

Home made kimchi is a must have. All the menu is plant based and made on the spot.
You can bring your own food container and have it take away, same for drinks if you don't have time to sit.
Plants and records are at very good prices in the area.

W. M.Great coffee and a really friendly barista (with perhaps questionable taste in music). It is only outside and take away, but if you are having an espresso he has some ceramic cups that you can sip on the patio. Really nice place for good weather.
