Me and my girl came in 30-40 minutes before closing & the lady at the front was so lovely! She took our orders and when I couldn’t decide what chips I wanted with my burger she offered to do half half. Amazing customer service & amazing food, super tasty and fulfilling, will leave you sleeping like a baby! Will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again!

Found this place randomly. What a gem. I had the lamb burger which was excellent. Most places mess up lamb burgers. Not this place. Had the jerk wings too. Excellent food with excellent service. Nice friendly team with a great attitude not only to food, but with their customers

Delicious food! The burger I had was so good! It took quite a while for it to come but it was worth it! The staff are incredibly friendly. It's the genuine kind of friendliness too. They care about their customers so I will definitely come back again. The design of the place is very nice and makes you feel relax. They have a hose in the toilet, that's a 10 out of 10 for me.

Bruce Burgers never disappoints! The homemade burgers and sauce they do are so tasty and have their own distinctive style. The choice of sides is varied from halloumi fries, sweet potato fries to mac n cheese. I'm not a vegetarian but now I've seen the vegi burger, I'm gonna have to try that out next time! FYI - This last review of Bruce Burgers seems to have knocked out my first visit here a month ago.

A group of 10 of us went there for a Birthday Meal, they have a back private room (which is £2.50per person but because it was our first time the manager gave it to us for free). The private room has Netflix, prime video and all sorts, you could literally do whatever we’d like there! We had an amazing time there, with our very own waitress to serve us constantly if we needed anything, and she was lovely! The food was very delicious and the burgers are different to what i have tasted before! You gotta try it out! But most importantly, we loved the service, the staff were very kind, gave us what we wanted, always came in and asked if we needed anything, it was a very good night! Finally, at the end of the meal, they realised it was my friend’s birthdays, they cut us cake which was on the house! Never have i been to a restaurant with customer service like this. DEFINITELY HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best burger in town! Really lovely burger joint with clean facilities. The owner took our orders and was extremely friendly and explained all the different options available. A great selection of burger and sides. I ordered the beef burger with sweet potatoe fries and my other half ordered the lamp burger. The burgers were absolutely delicious, juicy and flavoursome! Really good portions, felt stuffed after a double Bruce burger. The Bruce burger is a bit spicy but not too much. Loved the jerk wings, they do it in a chargrilled style. Owner/Boss is a friendly cool dude, gave us good recommendations. The mint milkshake sounds strange but was amazing! Small restaurant so limited seating. Would definitely recommend, not many similar burger places nearby. Opened recently, hopefully they get a bigger second restaurant soon.

Was recommended the place from a colleague and thought I'd give it a go. It doesn't look like your typical American diner burger place but I'd say now that's a good thing. The service was personal and the food was amazing - all explained. Portions large enough to leave more than full. Will definitely come again.

Excellent lamb chops are served here. Succulent, oozing class, presentation and flavour. Regarding the whole chicken, although very expensive at £23 (yes - more than Nandos), it was moist and served with delicious sweet potatoes fries. BBQ wings were succulent and cooked to perfection. Great option of Jerk/BBQ flavours. Plus side - you can get the latest craze in Fanta soft drinks. Various flavours available. Seating comfortable and huge tables available. Toilets very clean. Suggested improvements: One downside was the men sitting and smoking literally outside the shop, with the smell disturbing our meal. Regular feature here, with a large African/Carribean community. I closed the shop door, but was baking in the heat as the Air Con was not working. The owners requested that I open the door to let some air in. Perhaps the owners can look into this being fixed or replaced. A further suggestion for improvement is the basic customer service. The young girl working at the counter was lacking in professionalism and enthusiasm. Not a single smile for the entire duration of our visit. She was glued to an iPad/ordering system and staring outside, not very welcoming/talkative at all from the moment we walked in. We had to figure out for ourselves that orders are placed at the counter and not taken by her coming over to us. That communication could be better with customers. I will surely come back to try the burgers next time. Overall: 7/10 - has great potential.

Nowadays it's hard to find a place where you can go for a quite meal where they specialise in gourmet burgers. Came here not expecting much, however it was a very pleasant experience with fantastic customer experience and interaction. From the moment we arrived, staff, in particular Raj could not do enough for us. As you walk in, you are greeted with friendly faces behind the counter and the decor is chic and stylish. As we were celebrating my niece's birthday we were seated at the back which was roomy, laid out well and comfortable. Now on to the food *drool* The fool proof menu made it easy to choose with lots of variations and options. I'd highly recommend the lamb, cumin and caramelised onions for a tasty option and the jerk if you like a bit more flavour. The burgers were fully loaded accompanied by chunky cut chips and sweet potato fries...crispy and yum! I also tried some curly fries too. All meals come on your own wooden tray with old skool printed grease proof paper and chips in a small bucket with dip. The attention to detail was fabulous and well worth the trip from North West London. For the service and quality of food, I found it to be very reasonable £10 for a fully loaded burger, chips and a drink. 5 ***** for Bruce Burgers. See you soon!

Sooooooooooooooooooooo good. Got the chicken & avacado salad along with the lamb burger. I never knew the lamb burger would be so amazing. The grilled chicken in the salad was just perfect and the dressing was lovely. Washed everything down with a strawberry fizz ice drink which was again sooooooooooooooo good. The place has a really nice vibe with outdoor seating at the back which has a nice "island shack" feel. Owners are very friendly and down to earth. Wish I still lived locally so that I could go there every week. Nonetheless I will definitely find myself there again. Keep it up!

I wish I'd taken photos - best burgers I've ever had in London bar none. Exceptional, made to order, a variety of different burgers - the jalapeno in the Bruce Burger itself is just the right standard of peppery gentle heat, makes for a really interesting experience. Every chip preference sated. Vegeterian options prepared on a separate grill too. Great, friendly staff with a knowledge of Marvel films and a love of ol' Hulk. Thanks tons - will be back!

Saw a fish on snapchat and just had to try it out..AMAZING atmosphere. The outdoor seating area felt like a Jack's jerk shack in Turks and Caicos 😍😍 the menu is artistic, and very simple to follow, I had the lamb burger. Amazing.. and the chicken and avo salad .. sensational and a strawberry fizz slush thingy.. fabulous. Literally no faults.. very reasonably priced £30 for 2 mains and drinks..very friendly staff. If I didn't live so far this would be my local spot. Well done guys 😜

Just finished a meal here eating in, fantastic food and friendly service, wings are fantastic and moist, burgers are cooked to a perfect temperature, mac and cheese is no basic mac and cheese, seasoned properly and not overcooked mush you get from alot of chain burger places, just watched my friend destroy a apple crumble and custard and I'm regretting not getting a dessert myself, will be back for sure!
