I've been to B&L before when the menu was smaller and you could get the lobster roll, chips, salad and the sauce for £20. I had lunch here today and the price has increased quite a lot and my lobster roll didn't come with a salad anymore or maybe someone forgot? Service was still good and I enjoyed my calamari but I feel Lobster and Burger no longer has its USP.

Amazing place delicious food friendly staff. Got the Combo for 2 which has a whole lobster, lobster roll and burger split in 2 you then get fries and a salad each. For drinks got the virgin mojitos both of which I wouldn't recommend as the whole glass is full of ice. Overall thought still 5*

This place definitely has a different take on lobster and I truly enjoyed my meal. The lobster was fried and seasoned perfectly. Also had the scallop and oyster appetizer which was delicious! Service was quick and friendly. Pricing was surprisingly reasonable.

MUST TRY! Those lobster burgers was just something incredibly delicious. There is a lot of lobster and it’s marinated in interesting way. The brioche sooooo tasty it’s at the same time sweet and salty, kind of “soft” and crispy. Also we have a tattinger champagne, just love it when I can have a glass of champagne champagne and shouldn’t get a full bottle. Totally recommend, bill for this was about ~ 100£ with service charge, for lobster and champagne I think it’s just perfect. We will comeback, also I noticed that there is a lot of burger and lobster in London and it’s amazing!

the fries are amazing. quite literally the best fries ever. the burgers/rolls are also quite sizeable, we could hardly move by the time we were done. the staff are all very friendly and our server was very helpful. overall, lovely time in a nice atmosphere.

I have been to the Burger&Lobster franchise many many times and to most of the locations . The staff at Bond Street were very nice . Food was amazing as always . Lobster is extremely fresh and juicy , the chips and side salad are also good. I had 2 meals to myself ,the original lobster and the original lobster roll and both were amazing . My brother had the B&L combo which I’ve also had before and the burger meat is very delicious . Always enjoy coming to Burger&Lobster.

Delicious lobster place 🦞 We had the full lobster half grilled and half poached and it was delicious! I preferred the poached one but still it was superb However the lobster roll was heavenly! The bun was well toasted, the lobster was soft and the roll was saucy! Just perfect! The butter sauce is great and those skinny fries too 🍟 😋 Clean and covid safe The staff were super nice! Fantastic food, my husband and I were served by a wonderful lady named Irena :) She was extremely friendly and recommended all of the dishes we chose to order! She also recommeded our cocktails! Lobster and beef burger was tasty. The side salad and dressing was also as much a highlight as the main burger event. Strawberry majito and salted caramel ice cream to round things off. Was very quiet when I arrived after 2pm on a weekday (Tuesday) but quickly filled up and became busier on the ground floor by the time I was to depart after 3pm. Friendly prompt service during the quieter times when I effectively had 3 waiting staff available to me who were keen to serve, obviously they became more occupied as the tables filled up towards the end of my visit. Recommended if you like the meat and seafood combo idea. Veggie options available. With the gluten free bun option they use a lettuce wrap instead instead of a grain bun, so more or a substitute than an actual alternative.

Went for dinner here without a reservation. The very nice tall gentleman at the door allowed us to go in and ask the reception crew whether they have a table for us. They managed to fit us into a time slot and a table there. Service from start to finish was excellent. All their staff from front door to reception, table to kitchen crew were all friendly, helpful, fun and cheerful people. We ordered lobster croquettes, calamari, lobster roll, lobster mac and cheese, burger and finished off with their ice creams and churros. All were superb. We are in love with the lobster roll, which came with this delicious garlicky buttery sauce (on the side) and packed overflowing with lovely chunks of lobster on perfectly toasted soft bun. So good, we are already thinking of our next meal there. The staff made it a wonderful dinner evening out for us and the food was just awesome. Highly recommend this place.

It's been a few years since I last visited Burger and Lobster and it's good to see it still maintains the good quality and service that I remember. They have put in place the relevant social distancing rules, with hand sanitizers available as you enter, the staff are wearing face masks and guests are made to also as they walk to their table. I also liked that their menu is now accessed using your phone and a QR code on the table (which really just links to their website). But it's a great way to avoid touching unnecessary items that could be handled multiple times by other guests. During the month of October 2020 they have pulled back the cost of their original items to £20, which is the costs of them when they launched. I think that's reasonably priced for what you get. But the bill can quickly add up when your order a couple of cocktails and glasses of wine, along with the service charge.

But the waiters were very rude and unwelcoming particularly the one who brought us to our table. Waitress was very nice and welcoming but overall there is ample of room for improvement of their service and attentiveness.

My third visit and once again loved it. A very busy and lively dining area along with friendly staff. Excellent selection of burger and lobster options with vegetarian options too. It's a very busy tourist destination so I strongly recommend booking ahead, I've done this every time and pleased I did. I felt I couldn't give 5 stars as my excellent service stopped when a shift change / break happened. After this I had to ask other members for additional drinks and the bill. When I'm next in London visiting this area I'll be making a booking again.

I would recommend that you check the menu before you go. We went with friends who love lobster and my husband loves most seafood. Unfortunately for me I'm not over fond of either. Omg! This place is amazing! If u love seafood and you're in london...go here! The lobsters are cooked freshed when u order....the service is top notch and every thing i tried on the menu tasted great! If u loooooovvvveee seafood get the heaviest lobster on the menu cuz the 1.25lbs would not be enough! The fries....AMAZING! Way better than McDonald's...lol....but truly nost restaurants when they serve fries...it's just bla! These fries will make u cheat ur diet everyday of the week! I cannot wait to go back! My advice...make a reservation and keep it! Getting there is not ab issue, it's a less than 1 min walk from bond st underground.

A solid choice if you're in the mood for lobster. We ordered from the large off-the-menu lobsters with unlimited fries and salad. The lobsters were amazing and huge. Would recommend them steamed rather than grilled, as grilling actually over smokes the tender meat. The burgers here were much better than the previous B&L I tried. Not the only reason you'd visit, but I actually really, really like their side salad too.

Had a short waiting time of about 30mins for 2 pax. Ordered the grilled Lobster and the Lobster roll + burger combo. Lobsters are fresh and tasty. Burger isn't bad as well but I will stick to the Lobsters in the future. Also try the oysters! Very fresh and quite well-priced at about £2 per piece. Service was great with the restaurant manager taking the initiative to explain every item on the menu for us. Staff was attentive and the dining experience was very enjoyable.

Warning! no table choice and you will sit at the basement! go to other locations! if you don’t like your table that you booked you will sit at the bar. Our original table was too small and broken, we couldn’t eat anything. When we told that the table was broken they relocated us at the bar. If you like your legs dangling from the high chairs for the next 30-40 minutes while you order and eat good for you. We came to eat and it was uncomfortable to sit at the bar. We had to wait while other people left and ask the staff to give us a normal table that we could it, after all we booked a table and waited ling enough. First they said no, and after asking many times they finally let us sit on a normal dining table where your feet touch the ground and you have enough space to eat. We almost had our evening ruined and I am not coming to this location again. (one more star for finally having table)

I used to have original lobster but this time I had spicy lobster. It was so delicious, but quite spicy-! Be careful if you are not good at eating spicy food!

I don’t get to enjoy lobster very often so this seemed like a real treat. I’ve had lobster roll in NYC but this was much tastier! The lobster chunks were tender and generous with genuine brioche. It was paired with chunky truffle and Parmesan chips and a lovely chilled glass of Provence Rosé. I enjoyed every mouthful. Delicious!

Burger is nice but not the best, I was expecting something better. 1- I like my burger well done, I have it well done but it’s very dry, the amount of sauce is not enough for the burger. 2- the smell of the Bun is eggy I don’t know why people still but egg on the top of the bun so it gives the golden color but it also destroy the taste. 3- Fries was not that good at all, full of small pieces hard to eat. 4- Presentation was good 5- amount of beef in the burger was good also. We waited for 10-25 min to get seated while no one was on the front desk and the place was half empty, so it was not a good first impression at all.

Servers were very attentive and the food was very tasty as always. Great place to go if you want to pop to selfridges afterwards! The server also gave us the option to have half grilled and steamed lobster which has never been offered to me before at other branches ! If you want some advice though... if you're one to want to access social media and check on messages and keep in contact with friends then don't sit downstairs as there is no mobile phone signal and the complimentary WiFi was terrible as I couldn't go on instagram or even send a message via WhatsApp.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The calamari and lobster croquettes were to die for! Cocktails were not great, my Churchill Downs was finished in 2 sips! The lobster and accompanying sauce was of course the star of the show, the burger was okay, very juicy but lacking in flavour due to less sauce. We ended our night with hit churros and ice cream that made it even harder to move! I have to share how lovely our waitress, Sarah, was! She was so funny, extremely helpful, attentive and polite! She honestly elevated the experience even more and that is why I give it 5 stars instead of 4! Thank you Sarah!

A great little gem hidden just off of Oxford Street. It's one of the smallest chains but it did not disappoint. The staff were great at adhering to the Covid guidelines and the service was amazing. The starters were a small list but we shared the lobster croquettes and they were served with a beautiful sauce. For mains we had a selection from the £15 lunch menus which was very good value. I had the half lobster and bigger combo and I was given a choice of boiled or grilled lobster medium rare. The food was hands down amazing. Will definitely go back to tackle another combo! Great attention to detail with the bibs and lobster cracker and picker. Great choice of cocktails too. We left some of our shopping bags in there when we left and our star waiter come running after us half way down Oxford Street! Too staff there. It's a big winner all round in my book!!

Came to Bond Street branch for a take away over the weekend and regret doing so. The staff there have a very bad attitude and act as if they are doing me a favour. Overall food was still good even though I had asked for my 4 items to be cut in half so it’s easier to eat in the car this was not done also a woman member of staff shouted at me saying I have to wait when I walked in and asked to make an order. I was shocked as in the past I have always got great service from B&L branches but they need retraining in customer service. I don’t care how busy you are you don’t talk to you customers like that!

Fantastic place to eat. My boyfriend wanted lobster and they didn't disappoint, they offered him steamed or grilled and when he couldn't decide they did both, half and half which was great. As a vegetarian, the only option was a bean burger which isn't particularly great but I ordered it and it was actually very nice. The truffle mayo is lovely so make sure you try it :) our server (I think she was called Gabi, from Lithuania) was incredible. So attentive and a true asset to that restaurant. We had a lovely time. The lobster roll for £20 is their signature dish combining fresh lobster, a Japanese mayo sauce, a small salad and a small side of well cooked fries. The service is friendly, accomdating and efficient. The interior is dark with tables on the ground and basement level.

Searched this place out before we travelled to London as we all love Lobster. Popped in without a reservation around 3pm and got a table straight away. Friendly staff who know their stuff and our sever looked after us really well. Food was amazing! Lobster Roll for £20 in a buttered brioche was outstanding and probably the best we’ve ever tasted. Truffle fries are actually marinated in truffle oil and have black truffle grated over the top.....just wow!! Definitely recommend if you love your lobster, crab and burgers. Lots of people eating the lobster roll though so that’s a must!

I was tiny bit late to my reservation but the staff there understood my situation and allowed us the seats. Then they understood at the perfect time to take our order. Food came out at an exceptional time and I didn't feel as if I was waiting too long. Food was bloody great and I personally recommend Original Lobster roll which comes with salads and chips, but if you want to get fidgety, you should order the Original Lobster. Drinks and Wine was well served. Toilets are in excellent condition and towards the end, I loved every part about the restaurant.

Excellent lobster rolls with a decent selection of beer. They keep the menu small and specialized. I always get the lobster roll and a beer. The lobster roll comes with a salad. Both roll and salad are very good. The location is also good, just a couple of blocks away from Shepherd Market. Plus, if you are travelling alone, this is one of the few places in London with bar stools so you can belly up to the bar and eat there instead of sitting at a big table by yourself. It is expensive for what you get, but London isn't cheap anyway. Because of the high prices for what you get I would give it 4 stars but the bar stools push it to 5 stars for me.

When you first walk in there is the counter where some of the food is being prepared and seating on this level and then downstairs there is a huge restaurant. If you love Burgers and/or Lobster then this is the place to go. My favourites are their Lobster Chowder which is full of flavour and in the evenings their Set Menu of a Whole Lobster, Chips and Salad is a must. I also love the way they you give you a Lobster bib, so you can really tuck in and enjoy your food!

We got lucky to walk in on a Saturday night and get a table for two (as a suggestion reserve a table before popping in ;) ). Oysters, croquettes, burgers, side dishes all above the expectations. We all know that Burger & Lobster isn’t anything new. But even though it’s been open for some time, it’s still appealing to foodies and non-foodies the whole world over. They don’t have a menu as such, but what they do offer is simple: £20 for a burger or lobster. You could also opt for the lobster roll (a soft brioche roll stuffed to the max with lobster meat). If there are two of you, you can ask for the half & half: half lobster and half burger each. All of these options are served with fries and salad. Simple! As we were a party of 10, the staff suggested we went for one of their big lobsters to share. At a whopping 5.8kg we couldn't resist and we had an epic meal!

Lobster good. Concept and approach dreadful. Arrived at Bond Street branch. Was given table. Looked at menu. THEN was told by front of house ' there is a 30 minute wait for a table (even though we were issued a table!). So we're told come back in 30mins. People arriving after were told 40 minute wait. So we went to a local expensive bar for 30 mins. When we returned, we were ushered downstairs. The place was EMPTY!! cheers Burger & Lobster for £10 on a couple of unnecessary pints. 12.5℅ service added also. Thanks for that. Grilled Lobster was nice. Would return but could do without being effed about with the " oo, we're busy". They weren't busy at all and we spent more ££ unnecessarily.

One tips, go to the one at Oxford Street near Selfridges. It is new, not a lot of people know about it yet. I don't want to give you the exact address, find out yourself if you really want to go. This is the one that you can still get a seat when walk in. No need to queue.....yet!
