Burger and lobster is the perfect place to go when you want to treat yourself. I’ve eaten here on numerous occasions and I can say for sure that this place is definitely worth the money. The atmosphere of the place and the interior is stunningly gorgeous and the presentation and the food is just absolutely delicious. Love the service and would definitely recommend anyone to come here if they want to splash the cash. I recommend the Lobster roll as that’s really the star of the menu.

We truly enjoyed our dinner at Burger & Lobster - Leicester Square. It was such a memorable night to celebrate my wife birthday. As a shy person herself, she requested at the back corner of the restaurant and while I was taking our picture, one of your lady staff with a beautiful curly hair (forgot to ask her name) offered to take our picture and noticed that it's my wife birthday, little that we know that she shared the info with other staff and surprised her with the in-house slice cheese cake. She was utterly over the moon as one of your staff name Mariano even remember her name & wished her while handing over the cake. They deserve a big applause and a pay raise for their extra effort by making us such a happy and satisfied customer. Please send our love to them and please keep up the good work!! Cheers!

The welcoming was perfect. We forgot to book and the front desk, try to really help us, so we had a table after 20 minutes. The waitress was very professional and choose the wine and advised us for the meal. Thanks so much for sure I'll come back

Truly 5* experience, the food, drinks and atmosphere is unmatched. Reservation's are required as this place is constantly full! Which describes how good the food is in the most basic terms. The venue itself is beautifully designed and decorated over 2 floors & the customer service is very welcoming and pleasant. The Burger & Lobster Combo on the menu is a must! as lobster alone isn't very filling (in my opinion), so with the burger it will definitely fill you up. In regards to the taste the Lobster was amazing & the Burger cooked to perfection as were the Croquettes. Every bit of the meal was perfect including the cocktails. 5* would definitely recommend 👍🏼

I don’t know if I am too old anymore or simply my taste and my preferences have changed. I remember a few years ago whenever I was visiting London, one of my favorite places was Burger and Lobster. I remember my heart was beating faster only in the idea that I would go and eat in one of the unique burger places. Today I cannot say that I was disappointed, but it’s not the same anymore. The service was excellent, and everyone was accommodating. Food-wise now I think that place is overhyped and overpriced. The lobster itself was good. Roll lobster doesn’t worth the asking price, and the Beast burger (lobster meat and beef burger) was ok. Deserts are also ok but not something special—atmosphere vibing.

Didn't expect lobster in lobster roll is cold. Burger patty is not juicy but dry. Grilled lobster is decent. Will be much better if it is a bigger lobster on the day. Salad is a highlight for me.

The best lobster I've ever eaten! I can't stop day dreaming about how delicious this meal was! Well worth the money. My husband said his burger was one of the best he's had and my daughter really enjoyed hers too. Staff were friendly and the food came fast. Music was a little loud for me but maybe I'm getting old! I recommend the homemade lemonade and full lobster with fries and lemon, garlic butter sauce 😋

So lovely! The deco is amazing .I'm a plant lover and I was mesmerized by all the different types. The welcoming is very pleasing. Staff was well presentable and friendly. Fantastic meal, we had the combo for two a Grilled Lobster to share a Burger with cheese and bacon cooked to your taste and a Lobster Roll. The only thing that was slightly annoying was they add the service charge to the bill which they decide is around 13%, I don't agree that any restaurant should do this as it is of course down to the customers discretion.

I visited this branch recently after a long hiatus and was not at all surprised that the food and service continue to be excellent. Whilst a tad pricey, it is worth every penny. I tried the Roll Combo which comprises a lobster roll, 5oz burger, fries and a salad. It was a filling portion and the quantity of lobster in the roll was generous.

Good service, small lobster. Quality has steadily decreased since B&L first came to London. But prices have increased by over 50%. Would only recommend to come during lunch (Mon to Fri) when lobster meal is £20.

Very good value for money. We ordered the lobster rolls and they were so good! The mayo was very nice and it was perfectly spiced. The bread roll was very buttery and soft. Such a good combo. The only thing to watch out for is the noise level, as it might not be an ideal location for a date. Otherwise, this place is great for a casual lunch or dinner.

My hubby and I absolutely love Burger and lobster this is one of our favourite restaurants, I requested to the waitress to make sure the lobster is super fresh and grilled properly so that it’s cooked to perfection, the waitress served us really well and was helpful to ask if we are happy …. Like usually we are always happy to return, the oysters are super fresh and cocktails are always nice here. We didn’t visit burger & lobster for a long time. We used to go before it was so popular and remember paying £25 for half a lobster back in the day. Unfortunately for us, we came here when it was al fresco dining only and the weather ruined the experience for us. The lobster was tiny, it was a struggle finding the meat in the claws etc. The burger was tasty though, first time trying it. We also got the calamari for starter which was good but on the small side again, so had to order another. Service only attentive when taking payment which was taken every time we ordered something - this made us feel very uncomfortable.

We ventured out for Sushi in Shibuya but their menu had changed so wound up here by chance. The Lobster roll was lovely, good amount of lobster meat, however the bun was cold and became a little hard and i would have preferred a slightly thinner bread. The starter was 10/10, as was the mango mocktail. The lobster, hmm well it was good, not amazing just good. Would i eat it again? if i was here, yes, but funnily enough it wasn’t the best lobster i have had and therefore wouldn’t visit for the lobster. The lobster burger was a giant disappointment, just lacked flavour, the bun was too big for the amount of lobster inside, just didn’t seem like it went together, i enjoy a fillet o fish from McDonald’s more. The service was 10/10, the server whose name i regretfully didn’t catch, was very attentive without uncomfortably lingering around. Would go back if i was in the area but wouldn’t seek it out. Defo a try if you haven’t, might be a taste difference, don’t think you will be disappointed, i just wasn’t wowed. Our meal came to approx £89 so not cheap but for good lobster i would say its fair.

This was my first time going to burger & lobster. They are known for thier lobsters rolls, the roll is nice it comes in a brioche roll with lemon and garlic butter on the side with skinny fries and salad. It's is very tasty nothing to fault. Delicious lobsterroll. Lobsterroll was served in a thin and perfectly roasted brioche. Lobsterfilling was generous and you can still have a big chunk of lobster. Yummi! Excellent job from the kitchen. Service was okay. I have been ignored for 10mins or longer at the beginning and I was about to get up and leave. But at the end there was a very lovely lady. Pitty that she did not mentioned, that she charged service tax. I paid and gave her the tip in cash on top and have been surprised with a sms from my credit card company.

Reasonably priced and good quality food. A couple of good combo options on the menu for you to try both burger and lobster. Discretionary service charge of 12.5% added to the bill by default which I never really like. I prefer to tip what I want, in cash, separately. Went for the burger and lobster 'burger' with a Thai salad for a side (which I wasn't a huge fan of as it was quite bland). Service was very good and staff were all pleasant.

Amazing restaurant and very friendly staff. Even after we messed up our order the waiter was very patient and friendly. Not only that but also the food is spectacular. The burgers are juicy and beefy and flavorful, and the lobsters are fat and meaty and fresh. Definitely worth it if you've got the £££. My only criticism would be that the place could use a bit more lighting I think. I don't like dim places.

We popped in yesterday on the off chance that they might have a table available, from the moment we walked in, we were given impeccable customer service. I got the combo meal which lives up to its name. The delicious burger and the lobster with the garlic butter sauce paired really well. It was a good portion as well which is what I expected from the price. The kids in my family got the kids meal which was a good size as well. For dessert, I also got the cheesecake. This was a super satisfying end to the meal. I went with a huge family with lots of orders which I'm sure wasn't easy for the staff there but they handled the complications beautifully. Overall it was a wonderful experience to not only me but many members of my family as well.

Passion fruit Mojito was abit bitter from the lime but I liked it, cuz it didn't taste too sweet from the passion fruit. Shrimp started was good, Burger was nice but the bun wasn't soft, it felt dry. Lobster roll was nice with the side sauce and the squeeze of lemon, or else it would taste plain on its own. Overall, its nice to try it if u hadn't, but its not something I would go for it soon.

Great restaurant - both the lobster AND burger dishes are terrific. As you would expect, lobster tanks are on show. It's a large restaurant so unless you are going on a Friday/ Saturday night I wouldn't expect you'd have much problems getting a table. Perfect for a pre/ post theatre dinner

There were 4 of us and we ordered 2 B&L combos plus 2 sides, 2 bottles of Argentinian white and red wine respectively (came recommended) plus G&Ts and we were good to go. Initially we wanted to order 3 sets but thank god we made the right choice of ordering just 2! Being Asians, we are used to having smaller portions (servings) so when the food came, choruses of OMGs were whispered among ourselves. 2 big platters of lobsters plus burgers complete with salad and fries. We did our level best and managed to eat almost all except for the french fries and some left over sides. 5 stars for food & service 3.5 stars for wine (it was recommended by the staff but we’ve tasted better) Overall it was an enjoyable lunch. We tried the B&L outlet in Malaysia (@Genting Highlands) which was just as good!

I've been in different B&L restaurants and I've never been disappointed by the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. If you are looking for something different this is your place, expect a bill around 35-40 per person. Even with long queue you can still get a table in a reasonable time. Really worth it. Went here to treat my father for a belated birthday meal, and we totally enjoyed the food. From our experience, they have cooked the lobsters and the other seafood to perfection, and it was significantly freshly tasting compared to the ones you find by the seaside. It's totally more upscale at this restaurant. The seating was very spacious too and the waitress who was managing us was always attentive to when we need anything. The Gelato and the Churros were also a lovely way to end the meal. It was definitely an experience I will recommend people to try out, if they haven't yet been. Heck, I don't even eat salad and I ate their salad! Best seafood experience by far on my end.

Delicious fresh lobster meals. The chilli lobster was really good. Chilli gravy taste was spot on, fragrant with hints of spiciness. The staff was thoughtful to put the gravy separately in a bowl instead of drizzled all over the lobster so that it's less messy to eat. The lobster was fresh and the meat was easily shucked out of the shells. The lobster roll was good too. Brioche bun was toasted fragrantly with butter and the texture was soft. Generous amount of fresh lobster meat in the bun. However, to fully experience the freshness of the lobster, order just the lobster instead of the roll so you'll have more lobster meat to eat :)

Amazing food and even amazing service from the staff, made a reservation got there 30mins early and was seated instantly in their outdoor dining area, took 5-10mins for staff to take out order which gave us plenty of time to look over the menu and decide what we wanted, they informed us from the start that they would be taking payment instantly which wasn't a problem. After ordering, the food came out within 15-18mins and it was delicious. The one down side I had was I wish they gave you something to crack the lobster with as I spent over 20mins doing this by hand with artificial nail on (you can understand the struggle) but overall for my first time at Burgers and Lobster it was an amazing experience I will definitely be going back hopefully when I will be able to sit indoors or when it's even warmer to sit outside.

£££ - It is what it is, as everyone is probably aware of the brand there is probably no reason to delve into the price of the restaurant other than to say it is pricey for what it is but you get the quality out of it. PROS With that said, the quality of the food is to a high standard and the steak was cooked (in my case) to the desired temperature. atmosphere is lively and staff make you feel welcome (even though i was left over 10 minutes to pay my bill). CONS there really inst much to say in terms of having a bad experience here, the only thing i would comment on would be the slight lack of communication between the bar and the wait staff, as in my case, was a little off putting. having a drink at the bar to await for my table and then having my tab moved to my dining bill was a challenge to say the least.

Ive never heard anyone say a bad thing about burger and lobster, and the experience, minus the food, id agree with. Just to note, other tables around us seemed to have no issues and all and sounded like they were really enjoying all of what they ordered, Mistakes happen from time to time and this time, and each experience will be different. We ordered the sharing platter for two. The medium burger was grey, dry and overcooked. The lobster roll is overpriced, overcooked and just tasted like cocktail sauce with some bits of rubber in it. The whole lobster was overcooked, This was offered to be replaced at no charge, but our experience had been tainted, so we didnt opt for that, but we were thankful for the offer. The resturant and staff were very nice, and we got some discount for the overcooked food, but it was all in, still an expensive bad experience after such good ones elsewhere in Soho, as it was our final plan for our weekend away. Not sure if we will be going back.

I ordered the combo for two with a friend of mine that included fries, salad, a burger (split in 2), a lobster (you can choose if you want it grilled or steamed) and a lobster roll. I have to say, the burger was really underwhelming. You have to pay extra if you want cheese or bacon, it was dry and it didn't have that much flavour to be honest. There are so many amazing burgers in London, I would never order it from here again. The lobster itself was good but the winner for me was the lobster roll by far! It was SO tasty, I would have been happy eating just that (although one portion of that might have been too small)! The prices are definitely on the higher side with the combo costing £60, any individual dish costing £20 and the service charge being 12.5% (didn't seem optional to me).
