We were served by Katalin today, she welcomed us with a warm energy and made us feel very comfortable. The food was fantastic and great value for money with the lunch special of a whole lobster for £20! Katalin checked on us more than once to make sure we were happy. We've come away the perfect amount of full and satisfied! We will definitely come back on our next visit to London and will be recommending to our friends.

The lobster roll was simply amazing and I love everything about it. The lobster meat tasted very fresh and succulent while the toasted brioche was soft, and it was complemented very well by the lemon mayo and lemon&garlic butter sauce. It was absolutely worth the price. The staff were also very nice and warm, there was an incident during the night that I came in but they handled it well. Hopefully I can come back again soon.

I chose the buttermilk fried lobster tail for my mains and lobster croquettes for my starter and I really enjoyed my meal. The ambiance is quite nice and they have a nice drinks selection. However, I felt it was a bit over priced but otherwise good food. Beware waiting times on a Friday is insanely long so book a table beforehand!

A fun experience. Brilliant quality food. A nice ambiance. They accepted us in as a walk in and didn't judge us when we needed occasional help with dismembering our lobster. It was a fun experience. I recommend it. Great date place.

Nice cocktails, good grilled lobster and butter sauce. Goodush burger. The burger was cold though with well buttered toasted bread which I liked. The chips looked a mixture of old and fresh . The prices had hiked up since last time. Don’t know why because the quality wasn’t. Paid 200 for 4 burgers and 1 lobster plus 4 drinks. Not the best deal. But waitresses were quite friendly but verrry busy. Toilets too small and not too clean. I would personally next time go somewhere else for lobster.

They have an offer at the moment of whole lobster with fries and salad for only 20£ Monday to Friday until 4pm. Incredibly good value for that price! I don't come more often to these restaurants cause it's a bit pricey (what isn't in London nowadays though...). But with this offer I couldn't resist! Delicious food. We also had the croquettes and so good! They were fast, all staff lovely and really attentive. Restaurant looks cool and cozy.

This is my second time dining at Burger and Lobster after a friend recommended this place a few years ago. I love their mocktails and their half lobster and burger deal. The buttery sauce is to die for!! I love dipping the lobster meat in it. I definitely recommend this place to others. The atmosphere is lovely for a date night. Make sure to book online in advance!

Food was incredible, but portion size was smaller than I expected given the price (I had lobster roll @ £28). Only a slightly wobbly table, but had to flag down a different server to get the bill as ours went AWOL, despite it not being too busy. Would I go back? - only for a very special occasion. After the pandemic, this is my first dine out with my partner. I was craving for a lobster so, my husband decided to take me here but make sure you book the table before you go people. It's outdoor dining so make sure you were something warm but that day the weather was good with a bit of wind. We order a full lobster 🦞 with sides and lobster burger which was a great experience for me because I hadn't tried lobster burger before and enjoy it with your favourite drinks.

I ordered a combo classic burger and half a lobster along with a mock mojito. Food was average, lacked in flavour, burger bit dry and mocktail was mostly ice not much drinking liquid. The fries and salad were the best part, the garlic butter saved the dish as just dipped everything in it for taste. Slightly pricey but overall had a pleasant evening due to the staff being very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I do hope the staff get a percentage of the service charge.

The amazing Hostess really took care of me and my partner when we arrived later without a reservation, we sat and waited at the bar and ended up getting a lovely booth in 20 minutes. We celebrated our anniversary here. Their service was amazing 10/10 (The waiter is so friendly and polite). Their food were fresh and delicious. I love it so much. A restaurant to bring your foreign friends for an experience only if they can afford it. The lobster is fresh and juicy but I’m really disappointed the size of the lobster is getting smaller while the price keeps increasing ridiculously over the years. It first started at a reasonable price (£20) and now it’s £29 for 1 lb. Overall, good service but poor value. Never return again.

One of the best gourmet burgers in London! I originally came to B&L few years ago and the experience today was exactly the same as then - friendly service, tasty food. £25 for half a lobster and burger combo - lobster was fresh and juicy, burger melt in the mouth. Friend had the "Beast" burger, 8oz patty with lobster meat and brie on top also for £25. Very good value.

This branch of burger and lobster is quiet and always service is super quick. Thoroughly enjoyed the lobster roll , would recommend the dish for someone who wants to try lobster without having to pull apart and scoop out things. Not a big range of starters or cocktails though.

I order the B&L combo with half a lobster. The burger was great, really well flavoured and the meat tasty, but the bun seemed much bigger than the rest of the burger (or the patty was just a bit misaligned) which means a few bites were literally just bread. The fries were ok, just regular, skinny, deep-fried, think of fast-food fries. The garlic-butter sauce was really good, although not too much and I ran out way before I finished my lobster. Finally the service was great, manager and waiters were all friendly and helpful, especially in regards to allergies. But this is where the good things end. The salad might as well not be there; one onion ring and the rest was just tasteless leaves. The lobster, although tasty, was basically cold (a complaint shared around the table) which basically ruined the taste (this is for the steamed lobster, can't really talk about the grilled one). All in all, an enjoyable experience, although I will stay away from the steamed lobster in the future; perhaps only the burger, or opting for the grilled lobster. If I could I would give a 3.5, but the service was great enough to allow the 4 star (even though the price is pushing me to giving 3 stars).

Celebrated my mother in-law birthday with my family. The waiters and waitresses are fun, lovely, funny, attentive. To make two babies smile, they even draw lobster picture for them. Lobsters are absolutely fresh along with their house sauce, it is splendid. They cook it just nice so that you will not take too long to chew. Kudos!

Finally had the chance to dine here after trying for about 3 days. The first two night the queue was over an hour. Food was ok. Would be nice if the combo (literally their burger and lobster) came with the lobster burger. Medium beef burger with bacon and cheese was great. Lobsters was a bit cold and rubbery. Other than that, service by Lauren was excellent. Had a good time dining here because she was so helpful and was constantly recommending dishes for us. First time here and I like this place.. My partner ordered the lobster and I ordered the burger and lobster... You are given the choice of grilled or steamed or half and half. E both went for half and half and both prefer the grilled lobster as it was more flavoursome. The fries ate perfect and the burger is well seasoned and cooked. The service was good and atmosphere very lively. Nice joint. Not a romantic spot for a date but not a bad place if you want to have fun and be chilled with no pressure. Great to go with a bunch of friends or woth your family. I'd recommend popping in for a visit. It's fun. The food taste great (could do a better side salad) and the portion sizes are just right. I do also enjoy an open kitchen.

A fun night out in Soho, Burger and Lobster were friendly and helpful on our birthday night out, placed in the centre of soho this is great place to eat on a night out. Our waiter was friednly and helpful, knew the menu and helped with us with setting up and bringing out the birthday cake. The cocktails were excellent and the food was good. As the name suggests Burgers and lobster, if you you want a variety the combo platter for two works well and the portions means you're tummy is content. This a slightly loud and fun venue which is great for a meal out with friends. Lots of birthdays and people having fun, not for those who would like a quiet meal but that is part of the fun. The concierge and door man were all inviting, polite and friendly also. Note to the wise; if you are considering visiting on a Friday or Saturday night book ahead as they get very busy and people were being turned away from the door who hadn't pre booked tables. The best part of our visit were the cocktails and customer service, and atmosphere, the food was good but just good. Would of been would of been 5 stars if not for an off putting smell that kept wafting through the restaurant, not sure where it is stemming from but is was waft of putrid intermittently permeating our meal/night out. However this wouldn't stop us going again, great night out.

Tried for the first time with my family. It was a good restaurant to have a nice dinner. The place was crowded and busy. We tried the Burger & Lobster Combo and Original Roll. We found both the Lobster and Roll pf great taste and unique. The Burger however was just normal and not superior compared to many other burger places. The service was started quick but then things slowed down possibly due to the many customers at the restaurant. The was generally polite. On the price side, the restaurant is considered a little expensive.

The British version of McCormick and Schmick's - fresh seafood cooked to your taste, reasonably priced and served by a team of exceptionally friendly staff. Go for a whole grilled (or steamed) lobster or their great lobster roll. Burgers aren't bad either, if for some reason lobsters aren't your thing. A waiter asking for any allergies before taking the order is a nice touch, too.

This is where I come when I crave a nice juicy burger. £18 gets you the B&L burger with a nice and juicy nicely cooked beef patty topped with lobster, Brie and truffle. Really, really hits the spot. Delicious! This was my first visit to the chain and if definitely didn't disappoint. We got the combo for two meal and I honestly couldn't choose which was my favourite part! The lobster roll was delicious, there was a good amount of meat on the lobster and the burger was cooked to perfection. My only one recommendation would be that I don't think you should be charged extra to have cheese on the burger, as this is a pretty standard part of a burger! Staff were very attentive and lovely. Music was a bit too loud for lunch on a Wednesday but I understand the vibe they were going for! I'm looking forward to my next visit already!

I would 100% recommend the place, the food is VERY tasty and good portions as well, I really enjoyed it, the Martins are nice, BUT I’m 90% sure that they use egg white in it, which I am not a big fan, apart of that 10 out 10. The prices are reasonable, £12 for Burger, £20 for Burger and Lobster, £10 for cocktails, £4.50 for a pint. Remember, it is in central London so if you are planning to go on Friday or Saturday I would recommend you to book a table as they are very busy.

Crab meat on a burger is fancy but nothing I would do a second time ! The staff was super friendly. We had a 30 min wait for lunch. But you can walk through soho and come back later. There are a few more spots in the city that looked much nicer than soho ! Nice but unfortunately not enough for 5 stars !

Both burger and lobster tasted fantastic! The music in this outlet is amazing, we felt like to dance with lobster in our hands! Friendly staffs! We recommend get the burger&lobster set, really worth the price, which you get a smaller size (actually pretty decent size) burger and lobster, salad and chips. For lobster you could choose between grill or steam, so i and my husband we took two sets with different cooking method, see attached pictures. I personally prefer steam version, it is juicier than Grill one. They have good selection of cocktails and also without alcohol. Great dining experience!

I ordered a French brioche with lobster which I wasn't crazy about. The roll was too battery, so it wasn't nice both texture and taste wise and the lobster was cold. It might have tasted much better if the lobster was served hot like the brioche. My friend ordered a whole lobster 🦞 steamed which was very tasty. We also ordered drinks and the bill came to 90£. Bloody amazing lobsters I tell you. The meat was so thick and so fresh and bouncy, wow. I got one sharing platter consisting of 1lb whole lobster and 5oz Original Burger, and another main of the Original Lobster Roll. My favourite has got to be the Lobster Roll, hands down. The bun was soft and nicely buttered, and that thick lobster spread in between was mind-blowing. The 5oz burger was alright but in my opinion, pales in comparison to their lobster dishes. Overall, it's still worth a visit JUST for their lobsters. And remember to make a reservation to guarantee yourself a seat in this restaurant because from my experience, it's almost always packed especially during peak holiday seasons.

My girl took me here as she has a keen interest in seafood and fancied some lobster. I was sceptical at first as it's hard to tell before you try if the seafood in some places in London are any good. My reservations are soon abolished once we tucked into our prawn wing starters. Of which were excellent and I personally would love the recipe. Before I get onto the mains I would like to add 2 important points. The staff were friendly, whilst also looked like they enjoyed working there this tells me alot. Plus the location looked immaculate and will taken care of, truly a quality place to eat out at. Our mains were simply perfect, the lobster was outstanding and the sides were fresh and will presented. The thing I liked most about the lobster was how the chef made them so easy for you to eat and get at the meat. In previous restaurants this was not a consideration and eating lobster previously was a chore rather than a dinner to enjoy. The only criticism I have was that they don't provide enough of the garlic butter sauce, which is lovely. When I asked for a touch more they charged me for it.... Which I was disappointed with. If not for the last point I would rate this restaurant 5 out of 5 stars for my first experience. Ultimately I recommend this place to anyone a wonderful place to eat.

Unfortunately if you're eating outside you'll have your meal interrupted by people coming and asking for money. Also the service wasn't great, with mistakes made by the waiter and being approached with food we never ordered. The food makes up for this and that's why I've rated it 4 stars.

Great food, never disappoints but prices are high and quite expensive now. Used to be £20 a meal, now it has gone up to £30. They also whack on a 12.5% service charge to your bill which not many places do. I personally don't like this as I like to tip on how good the service is instead of being made to pay an extra £10 on my bill. On average you're looking at spending £85 for 2 people.

The staff are friendly and very accommodating- one of the ladies noticed that we weren’t being attended to and immediately took our order whilst giving us recommendations.

Good place if you want lobster. Mine was markedly smaller than my wife's but I don't think there's much you can do about that. Also my fries came out cold, so I had to send them back. We had them replaced without any fuss and an apology, which was good to see. Took about 15 mins to get the bill, as this place can be busy on a Friday. All in all, its not bad and we left reasonably happy.

Lobster, lobster, lobster so yummy, presented so well, really gave a wow factor. Great service, though I prefer to decide on my own tip to relate to the service recieved. Service charge was automatically added to the bill which I do find quite annoying. Never really sure that it gets to the person who provided the service. There was a real sense of fun in the restaurant and all staff were great with the children. I had a whole lobster and was given the choice of steamed or grilled or half and half, the grilled half was more tasty than the steamed. But still cooked well the lobster meat slid easily from the claws, so no effort required to remove it and no waste. Side of winter vegetables which were cooked perfectly.

My dad and I ate at Burger and Lobster for lunch on a Friday. To start, we ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese and the Grilled Prawns. The Mac and Cheese was barely warm, verging on cold. And the prawns were also cold, and extremely overcooked. We told the manager, who immediately apologized and said he would bring us replacements. A few minutes later he brings them, and they're just as cold as the first 2. We didn't send them back again as it didn't seem worth it. We both ordered the lobster roll for our main dish. We waited for about 25 minutes, noticing that other tables who had arrived long after us were getting their food. Eventually the manager noticed and we saw him ask the kitchen about our order. It seems that they forgot to put it in. 10 minutes later we get the food. The rolls were delicious - really the only saving grace. There was a good portion of lobster, and the dressing and bread were great. The truffle fries were also very good. The manager took the service charge and the appetizers off of our bill, and apologized profusely. The waitstaff was also apologetic. We did appreciate this - but if I come back it will only be to order the roll.

From opening the door for me till signing a birthday song, everyone was so friendly and positive! I got lucky to be served by Erika who was extremely polite and skilled. Having an experience in that industry, I can tell when someone is doing their job well or not so well. Erika did her job with excellence. When it comes to pricing, I can say that it was totally worth both the lobster and burger. Of course, you can find cheaper places, but I assume that a person should spoil himself/herself sometimes, especially when there is a special occasion. I just want to say "Well done!" Burger and Lobster Soho! I am looking forward to visiting your restaurant soon!

One of the best business models around - serve an insanely limited menu, do it really well, charge uncomplicated prices and reduce inventory costs by having a lean kitchen market list. Lobster meat is very fresh, juicy and sweet. Definitely worth the 20 pounds here. Fries and side salad are impeccably prepared as well. No complaints at all, except you have to get in line early to avoid a lengthy wait outdoors!

Was tasty and it was worth upgrading to the 1.5lb lobster as the size difference looked huge at £8 more. The lobster was slightly overcooked and therefore slightly chewy but the other condiments went really well with it. The lemon and garlic butter sauce they served along the lobster was amazing when combining it with the thick fluffy chips and the lobster. I didn't really taste truffle in the chips much and think I could have saved on them. We also had the croquets, which were nice. Overall it was an acceptable meal for the price. However, every one that ordered the burger in our group was rather disappointed.

I actually thought the side salad and dressing was really nice, which makes a change compared to most places where its an afterthought! Worth a try!

I'd definitely recommend you include the green beans with teriyaki dressing as a side - delicious.
