Excellent night out with my family to celebrate 🎉 a birthday. Great atmosphere and friendly staff food was excellent. Also the best car park to park in is car park 2. The price is reasonable for the quality and taste of the food it was very enjoyable! Thank you 🙏 for great service.

I tried this place for the first time and it was nice. I liked the interior design. The food was tasty and it was relatively of good portion sizes. The only downside was that they were playing afrobeats and french R&B music very loudly, which I found very odd in a Thai restaurant.

Came here before we went to the concert at the 02, super busy but the staff were really helpful. The person who served our food and sat us down were both super friendly and nice! Asked him a question which he didn't know as he told me it was his second shift, we love a honest guy! The food was absolutely delicious, would recommend the Thai pad chicken and the Green curry. Booked this place and went here before seeing a show at the O2. Service very friendly, even though they were rushed off their feet they did everything they could for us and nothing was a problem. Food was very tasty - I thought it would be more ‘chainy’ but the food had loads of flavour. Had the beef songkhla curry, jasmine rice and side of wok broccoli with garlic and mushrooms. Partner had the classic pad Thai. All delicious! Prices carry a premium for being at the O2 as expected so not a problem - don’t kid yourself that you’ll get great value for money when booking these arena places

When we arrived, the place was pretty empty, we dined on a Friday at 17:30. We had. A booking but it wasn’t asked for at the door. We were given choice of seating and the service was attentive and polite. Ambiance here is lovely calm and potent! Must be the vibrant rich reds and mahogany! Beautiful decor. Food was very well presented and placed. Unfortunately the food was not fresh and piping hot. And almost lacked flavour, well the jasmine rice definitely did. It was very hard to eat. Maybe cooked too long before and started to hardened?? I loved the pork belly and crispy duck pieces just excellent. I recommend the vegetable spring rolls and satay chicken. The calamari was not to my taste at all. The Bangkok mojito was refreshing but lacked a punch. I almost wanted to ask if they forgot the rum.. Again it was a ice experience. But food at the time we dined was just not up to par. Maybe if it was busier and food was then more fresh?? My review would have had a higher rating.

I came here with my family and we were greeted and sat down by a young boy. He was very nice and took care of us and checked on us after we got our food as well. My brother is deaf in on ear but he was very patient when he was taking his order. He treated us very very good. I had to come back with my wife and leave him a tip. Had a fantastic time here before going to the cinema with my sister. The food came out piping hot! It was so delicious and I can’t wait to come again. Staff were fun and friendly. This is probably only the 3rd time I've been here but it is always exceptional. From the gorgeous food to the tasty juices and delicious cocktails I just have nothing negative to say. The staff are always so friendly and it has such a cool vibe about it. Even when my friend found a dubious speck of something in her drink, they changed it without hesitation and were very apologetic. No qualms about recommending this place at all and we will most definitely return!

Excellent food. Jasmine rice and beef with egg is excellent and spicy and also very filling. Apple ginger mint drink chilled, refreshing! The beef noodles is also nice but has a hint of sweetness to it. Salmon dish. Also lovely. The crackers served with sweet chilli dip, nice and different to your usual starter, addictive too. Toilets are upstairs and ambience is lovely.

Decent Thai, bit pricey but suppose this is a venue in London. Staff were friendly and willing to chat, portions were decent. Location is great if you're heading into the arena. Make sure you book as it was rammed at 6pm!

Was very surprise with Busaba, have been to the O2 loads over the years and always walked passed Busaba but this time we went in and very happy we did. From the moment we walked in everyone was very welcoming and got us seated quickly. The menu had so much to choose from and very well priced for the O2. The flavors on the food tasted amazing also leaving a great smell in the restaurant. The smells of great food and the chatting of happy people gave Busaba a great atmosphere. 100% going to make Busaba the place to go every time we are at the O2. Busaba is a must place that everyone should try.

I have eaten here many times, the food portions are not good (very expensive for what you get) but the quality of the ingredients are. I wanted to write though about the 5* service given to me every time by Vinay our host and server. He is there at the front always with a big smile and always courteous, fast, caring and professional. He's very funny and has a great way of making customers feel welcome. I went here with some work colleagues for dinner. It’s located in the O2 arena which is quite impressive. We had starters, mains and drinks. The mango lasse was very tasty. We had satay chicken, prawns and spring rolls for starter and they were all delicious. I had black beef in black bean sauce with wok fried noodles and that was awesome. The staff were fast and very friendly. We got 2 for 1 beers and I got a free half a lasse because they ran out.

Busaba is one of our favourite restaurants at the O2 and our frequent haunt. It's also one of the restaurants there with the latest closing times which is quite convenient. The service is excellent and friendly and the food is delicious. Highly recommend the black pepper beef noodles and the chicken pad Thai! Will keep coming back for more.

An extremely pleasant experience eating here for the first time. On a busy Saturday night with a gig on in the O2, we were seated straight away. Service was excellent and very friendly. We received our food and drinks promptly and couldn't fault it. We had the Sen Chan Pad Thai and Green Chicken curry - both fabulous! Will definitely return.

My friend booked this restaurant for her birthday. Was very nice is and chilled inside. The food was nice and the drinks were ok however the atmosphere changed once I asked the waiter about the student discount offer that was on their website. We were then told that specific restaurant doesn’t accept the discount. On the website it does not mention which restaurants accept the discount just to show your discount card to a member of staff. I also checked my student discount website and the restaurant wasn’t even listed. We noticed that every time the manager walked passed our table, she kept whispering to her colleague and looking over at us funny. Also there was only one toilet and my friend mentioned there was water on the floor when she went to use it. If you’re a student that wants to try this restaurant call before you book and check they account the discount.

Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Kids portion looks like an adult portion which isn't a bad thing just get 1 to share for 2 kids if better. Salmon and duck breast were both lovely. Very busy restaurant. Booking is essential if wanting to eat before a gig or concert due to its location. Large tables to dine at but you are seated with strangers for your dining experience. Food was good and quick service. Good quick turnaround restaurant.

This used to be a great place for a fun meal. It could be the location with loads of people wanting a quick meal before a show. Maybe they can’t cope with the turn around but the service isn’t great and some of our food was under standard. The prawn Pad Thai was bland and lacked any interest. It tasted like a plate of bad pasta. The spring rolls arrived cold. The calamari was good but not as good as it used to be. The prawns with mushroom and garlic were much better as was the coleslaw. Overall ok, but I wouldn’t rush back. Not to mention we were wedges onto a table with too many people. It was right and uncomfortable

I adore the pad thai noodles, they're done just right. Always had the vegan options which are varied and tasty. Staff are professional and the atmosphere spectacular every time. Love the decor and furniture. Food waiting times can sometimes be a little long though, even when not busy. But the food is worth the wait, as are the drinks.

Very busy on concert days, like all the restaurants, so expect to queue for at least 20 minutes. Staff were very good at keeping us updated on wait time, though. Once in, staff were very good and the service fairly quick. The food was very good and tasty, and good portion sizes. The same for the kids menu. If we went again we would forego the mains like Pad thai and graze half a dozen small plates instead. They were excellent. Only downside which isn't really their fault is that it is very loud, which can be said for all the restaurants. Definitely one of the better restaurants at the O2, and easily beats the standard large chain burger and pub restaurants also available.

Busy and the air condition makes the food cold quickly. They also bring out the small plates with the main course so you wait really long time for food and then it all comes at once already half cold and the the air conditioning and the time to eat your small plate your main is cold. Nice ambience, food is great. Must warn however that the O2 arena is a busy place when there are events happening, and a consequence of that, is a change to the menu. Which means you have lesser choice due to trying to provide meals that are easier and quicker to prepare, in order to cater for bums on seats. So great place lovely food, but best check it out when there are no events happening, then you'll experience the full menu.

Im giving 4 stars as the food was absolutely delicious!!! However I really, really didn't like being sat round a table of 12 when 10 of them were strangers, 3 on a bench each side didn't leave us with much room and I didn't enjoy being watched whilst I ate by people sat waiting for their food. I know this may not bother a lot of people in the slightest but I wouldn't come back unless I was given a table with more privacy.

I had a meal on Friday 27th October. I was served by Joanna, and she was excellent. She had a very lovely. manner with customers and was very good at her job. I ordered a couple of starters, and although the salad was very small portion it was very tasty. I did comment on this, and Joanna fed back and the manager came to deal with it. She took on board my comments totally, and then offered to increase the portion. They brought me a completely full second portion. They did try to charge me for the second portion, but I think this was a genuine mistake as when I commented, they removed it. I would definately eat there again, but be cautious of the portion size. Thanks Joanna for making me feel welcome, as I was there on my own!!

The O2 branch: I cannot fault Busaba, good food, good atmosphere, low prices. Worth a visit, if you do go here you must order the Thai Calamari and the Thai Roti. Their unique calamari is definitely highly recommended from me, nobody does Thai Calamari like Busaba. As a mains, you can't really go wrong with the green"Thai Green Curry Chicken", many great alternatives on the menu. They also make a very nice homemade lemonade, but probably a bit too much sugar for most.

Probably one of my favourite places for a quick lunch. The roti here is unbelievable and the calamari is probably the best I have ever had. I also like the fact that they use thigh meat for their chicken curries where most the places would use chicken breast which is dry and frankly has no place in curries!

I am normally weary about trying new eateries but I tried busaba at the o2 a month ago and I had Nikky as my waiter. She was absolutely fabulous! She made us feel so welcomed. She was attentive and friendly. Ofcourse I had to go back again. I met Nikky again and as always I had the best service. I'd recommend busaba o2 for sure.

The menu is the same as in the rest of the chain and the setup inside is similar as well: shared tables, benches etc. This particular one is smaller than others, such as Wardour street and Stratford Westfield. The qualit is exactly the same. It can get pretty busy on Saturdays and Sundays and on event days.

This is the best Busaba in London. The quality of service provided by Asmita is unrivalled. I have never felt more at home in a restaurant. She guided my friends and me through the menu (as we dont know much about thai food) and we had the best time. Definitely try the phad pack and sen chan padtai.
