Ordered chicken and beef burger. Beef burger was very juicy, chicken fillet seemed a bit small. Cheeses and bacon cheesy chips were great however most of cheese ended up on bottom 😅. Onion rings were way too oily. Overall very nice 👍

My family and I were served by a wonderful, attentive waiter called Antonio (slim build/dark hair). Though we waited a little long to be approached initially, Antonio was fantastic- patient, answered our questions about the menu and even advised that as they don't provide hot drinks, that we were allowed to bring our own, which was thoughtful. We really enjoyed our meal and we thank you for your service!

Fantastic burgers, great staff. The beer could have been a little bit colder, but that's not worth knocking any stars off for. Also great is their allergy chart. Lessons learned have turned them into a great place to eat. I don't even mind that they took my name 🤣

We went to Byron Westfield last week for dinner. It was my first time at Byron. I liked the premises bright and cheerful set-up. The host welcomed us and sat us at the area overlooking Amazon-4star. I am being specific to single out on the wonderful team assigned to that area. Although they were busy, when they come to us they were apologetic and very friendly. I was tired from jetlag and have a decreased appetite. I explained to the staff (lady) if I could order a kids meal instead and she was happy to oblige. I appreciate the flexibility because I always try to avoid food wastage. We finished all our food - B-rex, cheese burger, classic burger, kids meal mini classic with salad, onion rings (everyone's favourite!) and three types of fries (all fried well) plus drinks. We could see the chefs hard at work in the open kitchen. It's a back breaking job but the chefs hustled about to feed people quickly. It hasn't been easy for everyone during this pandemic. I am grateful to everyone at Byron Westfield for a comfortable dining experience, thank you very much! Cheers, Morgan.

Sorry to say but this just wasnt good. Wasnt cooked and prepared properly. Took so fast to make couldnt trust it. Dont bother to go here. Honest burgers and gbk serve better burgers. Dont make the wrong choice and read my review. Cheeers! I hope the review helps!

Food was delicious and the oreo milkshake was one of the best I've had. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the expensive prices, I was also disappointed to see a 10 percent service charge added to my bill at the end, I don't mind paying it but it should have been disclosed to me beforehand

I've been going to Byron for few years now. Quality had not changed and staff has always been very helpful and friendly. The one in Westfield Shepherdbush is particularly nice as after a long day shopping or after a late movie it is really great having a place to sit and enjoy a good dinner.

Food was good and delivered on time despite the buzz of Christmas Eve. Prices are quite standard for any burger restaurants. Waiters stayed in their respective sections, but always helped each other when necessary, thus ensuring smooth service. They were friendly, informative and worked efficiently together to make a pleasant dining atmosphere. Chefs in the open kitchen seemed to be working hard and yet enjoying their work. The toilets were, however, a bit of a mess. Would overall recommend for a lunch.

We got here at a busy time it seems. The waitress was lovely, we got seated fast, got our order in without issues. The milkshake I ordered was lovely. The only issue was thst our food didn't arrive because someone else got it. We had to leave after 40 minutes to catch our movie. We did not pay and the waitress we talked to handled it well.

Been at this restaurant for lunch and an evening out and on multiple occasions and found it to me one of the best burger places I've ever been. I haven't had the beef versions of the burgers but the chicken ones are very very good. Highly recommended. Additionally the staff seem upbeat and welcoming and are very good at their jobs in my opinion. Many thank to Monica for the wonderful experience!!!!!

Was my first time visiting this establishment, the staff were very helpful and welcoming, our starter came out almost instantly and was very crisp and succulent! We then had another 15-20 minute wait for our main. I had to ask but it was on its way when I did. Unfortunately my fries were barely Luke warm compared to my companions who's fries were to hot to eat. Once explained this was then changed for some hot fries no questions asked. Turned out there was a large party order. The chicken on the salad was also cold and by that time quite dry to eat. Unsure if they had been waiting with my fries, but was to hungry to complain at this point. Due to the fact we waited so long for our food we were given a 20% without asking from our bill so we tipped the waitress who helped us generously!

Brilliant service, food was as good as ever for vegetarians. If you have an allergy then they really make sure you get the best out of your requirements. Gets better if you have a corner table to have a bit more privacy as it is an extremely busy restaurant. Staff look after you very well, definitely coming back.

The food is great and reasonably priced but their professionalism leaves something to be desired. Two of the waiters actually had an argument in sight (and hearing) of the customers. They also have the cheek to include a 10% service charge in your bill (which probably explains why the waiters fight over tables). Sorry but this isn't North America, tips are optional not mandatory here. Moreover given the argument, and the fact they put pickles in my burger when I specifically asked for them not to be included, I wouldn't usually have given one.

Good service by the staff that worked here and the food was great and the prices was fair also with a good choice of main dishes & kids meals plus it is child friendly here so that why we came here but however I was disappointed with the lack of variety for the deserts there was only Oreo & Chocolate deserts or milkshake and after eating a heavy meal with a starter you might not fancy a thick milkshake in which I didn’t so I had to do without desert as there was nothing appealing with me however the staff was very helpful in regards to allergies as that was the first question they asked and even got a manager to take the order in which We were impressed with so because of that service that’s why I have given 4 stars food was served quickly after taking the order also so we was impressed with that 😁👍🏾

Burger was still good , recommend that with just salad, the chips used to be good but were little dry , and most disappointingly of all they no longer serve courgette fries. We went for dinner and it was busy and quite noisy in the beginning of the meal, which is what you can expect from a restaurant in a shopping centre to be fair. Other than that food was great tasting and very nicely presented. But what stands out the most is the amazing service by our waitress Jessica "the malagueña". We had two allergies at our table and her knowledge of the menu was impressive which allowed her to make great and appropriate recommendations. She was nice and super friendly, and always professional and efficient. When I got there I was in a bad mood and in 2 minutes of conversation it got better. She just has a vibe to her and she is amazing at her job. Well done!

I cant fault the level of service or the quality of food here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food was impressive in both variety and quality. In fact, the food was deceptively filling - I ordered a chilli burger, side of skin on chips and side of onions rings, the portions weren't the biggest i've had but I was so stuffed that I would've easily have been satisfied with just the burger. So why have I not given this restaurant full marks? Quite simply, as enjoyable as my experience was, it was just far too expensive for what was jumped up fast food.

Would have been a 4.5 star rating if I got sauces with my chips :) A head office criticism: would like to be able to order a burger only, without the fries like last year. Don't like that you're encouraging excess carbs and overeating by repricing as a meal and calling the fries 'free'

The last Medium-Rare burger in London! And its excellent!! The lawyers have sadly scared off most other restaurants into only offering medium-well burgers. Avoid the regular fries (they are terrible) though and go for the sweet potato fries or a salad. I still give this a 5 star due to the great burgers, excellent chicken burgers, and the really friendly waitstaff. Oh, and the BEST milkshakes in the UK!

This food has gone downhill. Bring back the CRex! The burger was warm not hot. Fries were hot on this occasion. Im not impressed with Byron anymore and I am a relatively regular customer. I now recommend GBK over Byron. Staff are not that attentive anymore either. On my previous to last visit I was dissatisfied with the service offered by the waiter - best described as unfriendly. It really is down to the individuals employed at these restaurants and them being indiscrminate. Many are showing signs of lacking basic customer care skills.

Starting with the good: Vanilla malt milkshake is fantastic, great flavour and not too sweet. 5/5 Staff were also quick and attentive 4/5 Now the bad: Chips were awful and added cheese sauce tasted of nothing. Absolutely nothing. 1/5 Byron burger: perfectly cooked medium. That's where the real shame begins. Despite the burger being perfectly cooked, I couldn't enjoy it. It was so, so bland. Also, the bin was really dry. 2/5 I think this place is let down by bad ingredients choice. If you want a nice burger in Westfield, try Five Guys.

The food is great but service isn't great. Every time I go I have to get up to ask to be served or to have someone actually charge me. From the start there's never anyone to sit you. I feel for them as they seem massively understaffed at peak times. If you're Spanish though that's great for you! Most servers are Spanish.

Great service...but a clucked up burger. I'm usually very hesitant on ordering chicken when eating out as people love bragging about using healthy chicken breast but end up cooking it soo dry it's like SpongeBob without water...well this time I decided to give people a chance and to go for their famous reccomended Clucky. I was contemplating my bravery and trust as I sat there chewing like a cow as my teeth couldn't penetrate the mea. I also had people laugh at me whilst trying to eat this burger until I got them to try a peice of chicken from my burger...I only wish I had a camera to catch their reaction. Although the staff was friendly and attentive I had lost my appetite and trust in the kitchen staff to make me a another one to make up for it.. I love Byron. This one isn't all that big, but has seating overlooking the mall. It's fascinating to watch all those people :). Its kitchen is right in the middle, and produces some noise, with people everywhere, it gets pretty loud. Even though Byron seems just like another burger chain I can truly attest that it really has some of the best burgers in town. I have never been disappointed and the quality and standard of their burgers never changes across their outlets. Our favourite being the one on Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill, London which btw, sometimes weirdly has a lot of celebrity clientele especially during lunch over the weekend. Also, if you're a part of the Byron Burger Club, they offer great weekly or monthly deals. The best being the buy one get one free burger deal. In any case, it is not the kind of place that will break the bank anyway so I highly recommend you go enjoy a great burger!
