Access review: very helpful and friendly staff. Toilet is locked for other customers so it's clean. First time coming here. Very tasty food, very friendly staff, very efficient service. Words aren't enough how good they are. They warned us about the slow service but food and drinks came very very quickly. Must recommend. I had poulet breton and chicken burger. After having dinner and desert there's a very good taste in my mouth. Complements to the chef.

It was our wedding anniversary today, and Camille and her team prepared a lovely table with a wonderful red rose and glasses of Prosecco. It was beautiful! I highly recommend Cafe Rouge at the O2. The food was fantastic, the service is amazing, and Camille was the cherry on top. She was so attentive, lovely and charming. We're definitely coming back.

I’ve lived next to Rouge for over a year now, but didn’t start coming here until last week. Since then, I’ve come every day for breakfast, which is not only a fantastic value, but excellent food. Highly recommend the Smashed Avocado or Rouge Breakfast. Also, if you happen to be visiting when Aliona is working, you are in for a treat. She’s sweet, professional, and incredibly attentive. She really brings back old world service and puts a smile on my face. 10/10 recommend - especially for weekday breakfasts and lunches.

Great food and very upsetting service! Today me and my bf had breakfast at cafe rouge on a terrace. From the beginning waitress/hostess was rude and upset with something. Had a problem with me scanning Track and Trace. She needed confirmation and demanded it in a very rude form. Apart from that rest of the staff are welcoming. Prices and food quality is great! I had Egg Benedict - it’s to die for. Big thank you to the chef. To sum up : Avoid tall and kind of blond waitress and you good to go!

Lovely little cafe, convenient location. Nice that there is a vegan breakfast option, however was missing some vegan sausages or something... Little overpriced otherwise.

Got a table straight away and food arrived quickly. Atmosphere was noisy, hard to hold a conversation - tables are very close together. Food was ok (fish) but nothing special. Staff weren't very attentive. Had to wait a while for the bill. Wouldn't return here especially given so many other places to choose from in the vicinity.

Went for afternoon tea and although the table wasn't clean when seated, but when we asked for it to be cleaned they was happy to do so and done it straight away. Food was yummy and the cakes was delicious. The waitress was very nice and was very attentive and kept checking if we wanted more coffee. Kids meals are great value for money and great portion size. Coffee was so good. All in all good and relaxing visit and would definitely return.

Treated my mothers to afternoon tea for Mother’s Day. They were not completely satisfied. They enjoyed their tea and sweet items but were not happy with the sandwiches. Firstly the sandwiches had been changed to baguettes. The baguette had a dirt/sand taste. (Like the salad had not been washed). This was mentioned to the waitress who blamed it on the caramel and their taste buds. Was not happy with how they replied back as they should be able to give other options if the customer is not satisfied and have clearly not touched the rest of their food as it did not taste right.

We came here the day before lockdown 2 and were made very welcome by Monta. She and her manager were excellent, considering they were closing again which is a sad time for all businesses but they looked after us very well with a smile. It was very quiet when I popped in at around 5pm. My rose wine was just perfect. The bar tender was smiley and friendly. It was a trek to the ladies up the stairs and I was conscious of coming down the stairs and having to cross the floor to get back to my drink companion when he could see every my step of the way.....😉

Popped in for an informal lunch whilst doing the rounds in my village. I know its a chain but the service is still personal and was given a choice of seating on arrival. I always like a window seat looking onto the high street... perfect for star spotting on ;) I am not a massive wine buff but the house red was lovely. Starters and the mains came out quickly and had no complaints. Will certainly be popping back in soon. Great for a quick spot of lunch without having to pay over the odds in an affluent location.

Me and my partner decided to book last minute lunch before the Lockdown 2 kicked in! The food perfect as always and staff extremely friendly. Monta, the lady with a lovely accent looking like Kate Middleton has made the whole experience extra special! O2 Cafe Rouge was absolutely packed (Hugh Jackman concert) but we were seated and served our drinks and meals in no time at all. Quality of food and drinks was superb. Our only criticism is that they tried to fit too many tables in making it hard for customers and staff to negotiate around restaurant. But well done despite that.

After meeting my wife at the O2, we decided to grab some dinner and spent 20 minutes walking around the O2 looking at the restaurants before giving up and heading for Cafe Rouge outside the dome instead! It was a very good idea - we were seated immediately and had drinks in front of us within 5 minutes. Our orders were taken and we were left alone until the meal was ready. The food was very, very good. Well cooked and tasty too! We had another drink before deciding on dessert - there are some awesome desserts to be had - and again, we were left alone, no waitress endlessly asking if everything is ok! We had a very enjoyable time at Cafe Rouge with some lovely food and the staff were excellent too, and they didn't bat an eyelid when we gave them our discount card either! Recommended!

After reading the reviews about all the poor service I'm quite surprised! Cafe Rouge is a favourite of mine, and today was the first time I was in this particular one. The waiter was very friendly, checked in on us plenty of times and the service was far from slow. Maybe they've hired new people recently - but whatever it was, I was very happy!

Cafe Rouge at the O2. Dinner prior to a big popular show (Paul McC) we waited a few minutes to he seated and the restaurant was jam packed (as expected). The staff coped superbly, right down to our waiter being genuinely very friendly and chatty, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent. Kept simple to steak & frites with a salad.

Only real negative was that my dessert of parfait was overfrozen and difficult to get into, but my boyfriend's tarte tatin was pretty decent. Cafe Rouge remains one of my favourite chains, so far reliably decent and one of the few chains I don't resent spending money in!

Could be very busy at times 18:00-20:00. However the food is delicious. Service is fine unless you are the last customer and staff wants to shut 30 mins early. Better for lunch. Prices are fine, however it's not cheap either.
