This is the second time we've eaten there. First time was in 2019. Though I missed the lobster item from 2019, I tried the King Prawns and Crab Donuts. Both were delicious, came with a couple of dipping sauces, and I'd eat them again during another visit in a heartbeat!

I would like to express great gratitude to the General Manager Clémence Cabaud for her swift action in resolving my issue in minutes and implementing change via an email communication. I would love to see Haddock and Plaice with chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce as an alternative to the cod and chips.

After a day of shopping and in need of some good food. I was impressed that I did not need to pre-book or wait in queue. My friend and I had a two course meal with drinks for under £30.00 which was fabulous. FYI - I don't recall the fish tasting this GOOD 😊

Really nice Fish and Chips. Only took 10 minutes to get what I wanted. I would recommend everyone who visits to look at the menu where you get there since it has the updated prices. Overall good service 👌

Really tasty! Cod/haddock + chips + mushy peas for £9.50, great value! Batter was crunchy and fish was neither dry nor excessively oily. Chips were crisp and delicious. Such big portions, can easily split between two people for a quick meal. Overall perfect!

Very welcoming guest services guy called Ali. Then ordered fish & chips, very friendly manager served me. Ate everything, the side sauce tartare is a delish with the fish 😋

The best bit of this place is the lovely public facing staff. However, I would rate the fish & chips as below average. Chips limp and batter slightly soggy. Poor value. I suspect the place is a victim of being so busy with kitchen staff rushing out orders. Management need to do better.

This is a lovely place for the people who love to take Fish with chips. The perpetrators are very well expert and they serve the customers with pleasure. The cost is also very very nominal. One can enjoy cold drinks of one's choice. Very very friendly atmosphere and helping staff are the other attraction of this place.

Lovely little spot to have some lunch or dinner whilst shopping in westfields. The service is good considering their in such a tight spot and overshadowed by other eateries packed close by however what sets them apart is the food. Whether you choose fish, chicken or chips; it is always well cooked and delicious. Like a taste of fresh seaside food right one he centre of a shopping centre. It's always a firm favourite of mine when shopping in westfields. However what does let this place down is the lack of dedicated seating towards the establishment. I'm assuming it's meant to be a food court type area around the establishment but it's almost a free for all when it comes to seating and be very difficult to suss out an open/free space. Especially on the weekends! However once you do find seating, the taste of the food always almost instantly makes up for it. The food is a bit in the pricier side with a portion of fish and chips coming in at almost £10 a portion, however in exchange for non greasy chips and delicious fish/chicken bites and mushy peas... who could ask for better?? Firm favourite!

Finding a place to sit is an issue around Westfield. Fish is good but only fried, no grilled fish or steamed. you have to pay for sauces. A bottle of sauces should be near the counter as your paying good money. A good filling up station.

Had the lemon sole with salad. The batter was light and the skin of the fish is real crispy! Fish was fresh. Nothing to shout about the salad though. The fish was kinda small though for the price.

this stunning Caucasian lady with glasses bent over backwards to ensure mother was happy and enjoyed her food mother loves seafood and the first place we tried only took card this place was a life saver giving mother her favourite salmon good food great service thanks to the staff especially the lady who served mother and was uber nice to her noting her wheelchair bless you
