Moved to St James' Street area recently and tried Chow & Cha just before lockdown and was blown away! Very good value, really tasty dishes packed full of flavour! Generous with the extras too :) Special recommendations for the Crispy Chilli Beef (see pic) - best in town! And the crispy seaweed is A+++ Was sad to see Chow & Cha close for a few months but can safely say (after tonights order) they are BACK with a BANG.... Yum yum yum! Ordered Singapore Fried Rice & Sweet & Sour Chicken balls and was very happy! Tasty and well cooked. Proper balls with a good chicken - batter ratio (which isn't always the case!). Pricing is also good value.

The ribs are UNREAL. So tender they fall off the bone. Dim sum is good too. Fried rice, spring rolls & broccoli are a bit standard, go for the more unusual dishes like the chicken with chilli & peanuts

Chow and Cha is a Walthamstow CLASSIC. Love the chicken fried rice and the chicken in black bean sauce for me. The food is always ready quick enough too. Prices are great aswell. Only wish they took card/contactless and were on uber eats! No complaints tho, definitely worth a try if you're craving chinese.

OMG! This food is AMAZING! From the outside you won't expect much(sorry) but the food is truly very good. You don't need to " flour" your orange duck, but it still taste good. Will go back 100%.

This is our go-to when my husband and I crave chinese food. I especially recommend Singapore style rice noodles and King prawn chow mein noodles. Salt& pepper squid is also excellent. I'm happy that Chow&Cha is back to business after lockdown and still serving great food.
