Went in a group of 7 and we all ordered different food so got a good feeling of the menu. Generally the fish meals were very average, didn’t enjoy the calamari at all. The steak and lamb dishes were well cooked but didn’t taste very fresh. Overall not bad but factoring in the cost, the price-quality is poor. You can definitely check it out but I won’t be returning.

This is large, bordering on enormous. The view from the side street is of a large glass fronted bar or restaurant with a jazzy signage and at lunchtime one man inside and it wasn't clear if it was open or not. The menu in the window seems to be very expensive. At the Colindale Avenue end a statue of a lady or mermaid adorns the outer area together with a smarter signage.

I loooove them! Thr staff are amazing! Honestly they are the best. I took my mum and 2 auntie out for a meal and it was the perfect venue. Classy and trendy. The jazz music in background was the perfect touch, maybe because I love the sound of the saxophone. 😊 but lighting was perfect too. The food was deliciou. I particularly loved the prawns we had for starters, but my aunties liked the goats cheese and mushroom. Lamb shank was just perfect too!

Went to CIELO the other day to celebrate my sister's birthday and had a great overall experience. The place was clean, the presentation was good and the waiting staff was very attentive. In particular our waiter Ahmad was very welcoming and professional.

Its okay. Food wasn't wow but was nice. Restaurant area is okay. We than went to the shisha area which was nice too but i was upset with service. I asked for a mocktail and got a cocktail. I don't drink alcohol and was soo disappointed. When i told an employee, he denied and said 100% no alcohol, he than took it away, smelt it with a couple colleagues and than brought a new one. Without no explanation or an actual apology, he just put it in front of me and said a 'small sorry' and walked off. But it was something big for me ... I don't drink alcohol.

Pricey food for the small portions, the mocktails are terrible, tasted too much of lemonade, not enough flavour to the drink and not sweet. Not to mention the napkin with the cutlery wrapped inside had stains on, which made the restaurant look like penny savers. On the bright side, the place had a very nice atmosphere and the restaurant itself looked warm and welcoming. P.S parking is an issue if you drive there.

Have been a couple times now, in the busy and quieter periods. The restaurant boasts class and high standard, and you can see that as soon as you see the restaurant. It looks very nice, and has a rich, loud atmosphere weekend periods, especially with wealthy people arriving with their flashy cars, which is pretty cool. Now food wise, it is very nice. Most meals here are very well made, so hats off to the chefs for their great work. Price is mid-high, but that's expected in a place such as this. All these good points you have to ask, "why is this guy giving only 3 stars??". Well from my past visits, the service was always hit or miss. Waiting staff seem very unjoyful and soul-less. We had a new girl serve us once. She never booked us in, forgot one of our orders, they took a half hour to make it after letting them know. I also asked for some water, 3 times, and never got it. The supervisor/manager for the night was very good though, but it's a shame the customer service experience relies on only one person. It's a shame, because most of the other aspects of this place are great. I guess if you have time to wait, and aren't thirsty, and don't mind your booking being missed, and have money, this is a pretty good place to go to.

This was my 4th visit to Cielo Prlr and their service once again has been exceptional. Regina, sorted my booking for me very quickly and was more than happy to accomodate my numbers. Yousef (The GM) made sure to accomodate every need, whether it was to increase the heating on a particular side of the table, or to change the genre of music to set the vibe. All food was delivered on time. The starters and mains simply were exquisite. The Chef outdone him self on each dish. Looking forward to my 5th visit and to also try out the lounge area! Very friendly staff. Lovely decor. Decent food. Shisha was ok, not the best but that might be down to the flavour I had. Parking is a nightmare though, uber might be your best bet. Everything is reasonably priced but still easy to rack up a high bill.

Lovely Location near Colindale tube station (Northern Line). They have both dining and shisha area. Delicious food and cocktails. Staff very kind, I really felt pampered. Somebody would say that it's a bit expensive, but to be honestly for the food and the cocktails I had, it was absolutely worth the price! The only issue is that on weekends they get quite busy for they let people stay no longer than 2 hours, but it's understandable as we're still in the middle of the pandemic, but all the staff were very kind! I will defo come back again!

I really enjoyed the starter which was avocado and prawn cocktail it was very nice. I had a TBone steak which was well done to perfection it was a shame the chips came cold and the vegetables i ordered as a side arrived after i had eaten my steak. I left the chips as to cold to eat. It was a good experience and I think there needs to be lots of improvements. They dont have a childrens menu as they dont want to be seen as a family restaurant adults only basically. The menu has changed since covid so no pasta dishes and dessert menu lots of things removed. Our server however was a nice guy polite and helpful but I do think service could have been a bit better. However, I would make a booking again but it wouldnt be my first choice.

I had a lot of reservations coming to Cielo Prlr because of the many bad reviews I read, but I was pleasantly surprised by our visit here. Staff were polite and attentive at the restaurant, food was tasty and well presented and arrived without delay. The ambience and decor was lovely and aesthetic, very relaxing. The shisha lounge again had a very cool and tasteful decor, seats were comfy. Shisha itself was really good albeit some flavours weren't available at the time. Deserts were nice, nothing spectacular and seating was comfy. Music was good despite it breaking up and stopping at times. I'd be back here and do recommend it, however prices are quite steep, especially when the service, location and food isnt A++++++. But for a night out with friends, its definitely worth it. ( NB: there were however no social distancing measures in place; Hand sanitizer was available at the front desk and some staff wore masks. )

Despite all the negative reviews, I really wanted to try this place out. I really enjoyed my time here and the food was amazing. I would say worth the price even though I did get 50% off. I think the only thing I would change about this place is for them to introduce at least one vegan dessert. Other than that, it's like being in the city only more closer to home 🙂♥️ also service was great! Will be coming again x

Easy to make a reservation, great mocktail, delicious food! Our server was especially excellent. Recommend the Sucuk to start and Lamb stew with pastry dome! Cool ambiance. Bit pricey but worth it for a treat.

The decor is beautiful, very chic, but it's just a real shame the food is mediocre. The staff were very attentive and friendly and they helped make my sister's birthday very memorable. However, the food was disappointing. My dad and I ordered the prawns and they were mushy in texture. Prawns should be firm. It didn't taste right at all. The cocktails were great and the brownie was OK. This place looks amazing but the food really brings the experience down.

Been going to this place at least 2 times a week for a good while now! The staff is so friendly, both myself and my partner feel like home everytime we go back. We probably had every single shisha flavour in the menu so we got to the point when we can simply ask the staff to bring us something good and it’s always amazing. The crepes are incredible as so are the drinks... we recommended this place to all of our friends and they are always impressed with the service. All the staff is amazing but Suzie is one of a kind ❤️

Vibrant restaurant which is always busy with a mixed crowd looking for a good night out. If you're going on the weekend, expect a wait from being seated to getting your food. It was quite difficult to get the attention of any staff because there seemed to be only 2-3 wait staff for about 60 people. We went to the shisha section afterwards which was much better and the staff there were more helpful and friendly.

The shishsa bar was great, well priced for the astheticlly pleasing vibe. The restaurant was average. Good deserts and mediocre mains. The lobster was decent so I would suggest it for those who like sea food, the calamari was good and the drinks were also good.

Place looks nice. Shisha pipes are good German and custom-made and smooth. Food is way over priced for what it is. Parking non existent. You have to park on the main road and walk a min of 10 min. We had a family 'Celebration Lunch' on January 11,2020.Good food,good decor with a relaxed atmosphere. We had discussed and placed our order before time with Mehmet...we got there on the day and everything was set. Our guests were very happy with the service that afternoon. A little tip though...it wasn't a formal 'sit-down' lunch.Guests were given a range of time to come in as some were coming from work and out of London.Meals should have been served as and when guests arrived. ALL guests were impressed and lots of them have said they would be back. George and Pat,hosts of the day have a favourite hide-out! Kudos to the staff that afternoon,under an able Head Waiter.

My friend recommended that we meet here. I had not been here before. Great location a few steps away from Colindale station. Road parking around although some of it was permit only. We met on a nice hot day early evening and the roof was open. The atmosphere was lovely very busy in there. The food and drinks were nice shishas smooth. It was slightly pricey however at 28 pounds for each shisha. Will definately be going here again and will recommend to my friends.

One of the best shishas I've ever had. Pricey but what you pay for is what you get. Staff were a bit rude hurrying you up on ordering, maybe they are busy but I was trying to find out their popular and best shisha to order at this place - waiter annoyed me. Didn't try the food but tea was great. Good mix of music, rnb, modern HipHop. Whoevers the dj kept on changing the songs too quickly.

It's on the pricey side, premium flavours are £25, but definitely worth it, the flavour was super smooth, super tasty and lasted ages, we left before the flavour died down. Took around 15 mins to be served, but was starting to get busy so not really an issue. My main star rating doesn't reflect the food and drinks, as you don't go to a shisha bar for those, so 5 stars for the shisha, and 3.5 for the desert/drinks we had, as the waffle was bland, hot chocolate was watery etc Definitely worth visiting for the shisha! Also, the atmosphere is wicked they had this belly dancer which was a nice touch. Wish they played more Arabic music, instead of the rnb. Will be attending tonight for the second visit.

So i wasnt going to leave a review because id hate to badmouth a place but google keeps asking me to so i will and I'll be honest. The place is aesthetically nice, its very snazzy inside and out, however there were a number of issues. Parking- there is absolutely nowhere to park unless you are lucky enough to get a spot in the small underground station car park thats a couple of mins walk away, other than that we were driving around for ages looking for parking so i highly suggest catching a cab/uber. The waiters and waitresses were polite but quite inattentive and slow, the place wasnt terribly busy yet we had to ask for a number of things more than 3/4 times as they seem to have kept forgetting(e.g my sides which ended up coming after i had finished my meal and im a slow eater). Alot of people got the wrong meal and the food that did come was honestly average, a half decent home cook could have made and served it fancy looking. Honestly dont want to be rude it may have just been a bad day because it was the last day before lockdown so i am willing to try again but probably would just go for drinks (which were decent) and "a vibe".xo

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! This restaurant advertised that they are on the eat out help out scheme. When we arrived we were seated outside and given menus however when the bill came we were told that because we sat outside our bill was not on the eat out help out 50% scheme. Also this restaurant only accepts cash payments this had meant that I had to travel to a Cashpoint to go get some cash out during covid-19. No apologies were offered about this mix up nor was any further discount given. I'm very disappointed about the transparency please check and ask when you go. DISAPPOINTING 😡😡😡

I went there for my surprise bday dinner yesterday, and i had quite low expectations since I'd never heard of the place and it was a 25minute drive from where I live. However the restaurant and its food was spectacular!! There was so much choice on the menu that my family and I took forever deciding what to eat. We ended up over-ordering because everything seemed like a possibility. The inside decor is very sophisticated and the service better than what you can ever expect in central london. We didn't have the time to try the shisha nextdoor, but we will save that for next time :)

Yes, the decor is nice, its new but thats about it. The food is average, nothing to write home about. I wouldn't call the service attentive either. The shisha whilst on the pricey side is good quality. They use high end German made shisha so you get a good smoke. The service on the shisha side was good. Parking wise I had to park on the main road further down.

The building is superb, the atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly in my two experiences visiting Cielo Prlr. The actual shisha is not bad but it’s not for my liking. Too smooth and not harsh enough, almost feels like nothing but the flavour is not bad. So maybe if you’re a non-smoker and new to shisha this would be good for you. All in all it’s a great place to relax with friends and I would definitely visit again.

First time eating here at the restaurant with 5 people on a Friday evening. (Reserved a table) as it gets busy.. - Outside looks amazing and inside. - Great environment, great music.. - Friendly welcome from the front desk and bouncer.. - we were taken to our table immediately 3 of us arrived, whilst waiting for other 2 friends..so ordered a few drinks first. However, I've given 1 less star.. Because when we were finally ready to order food once everyone arrived we asked one waiter "can we order" and she said okay but walked off and went around 3/4 tables and forgot about us.. then we asked another waiter "can we order" and he said okay and walked off also.. then we asked a third waiter "can we finally order" and she looked confused and said okay but walked off too.. then after another 20+ minutes waiting I had enough, got up and walked to the first waiter and told her that we asked to order 20+ minutes ago.. she apologized and took our order. Once the food arrived it was AMAZING! FRESHLY COOKED, GREAT TASTE AND BIG PLATES! Didn't even wait that long maybe 15min I believe.. Most importantly, great food for great price! Not overpriced. Drinks(alcohol) were really good too! The manager (I believe) even checked up on us asking if everything was ok. Paid the bill at the end (waiters' maths wasn't that great so had to help her out calculating to split the bill..no problem though ofcourse). Afterwards, 3 of decided to spend some time in the Shisha Lounge.. 2 of us dont really smoke.. but 1 friend wanted to smoke shisha..at first we thought it would be an issue (due to bad reviews about 3 people need to buy 2 shisha pots)....... however, they didn't make an issue at all (perhaps because we ate at the restaurant) but they let us come inside and just order 1 shisha pot amongst 3 people. Great vibe and good music in the Shisha Lounge. Would highly recommend this place.. it's the only good place we've found around this area that's actually great! Definitely going back.

I really really love this lounge. very nice and chilled vibe, professional service, great smoke experience. not sure why people are complaining about prices as I have been to back yard sheds who charge close to this amount. Parking is hard we had to park on a side road walk but those travelling by public transport Colindale station is just a stones throw away. Would highly recommend.
