Food was amazing as always. I ordered from here a but from delivery apps but the workers there are so nice! Great chat and lovely people! They also recommended fried battered mars bars which chef Joseph made, amazing food all round from hash browns all the way to kebabs, burgers and mars bars!

I spent 9 days in London and my only plan was to eat as much fish and chips as I could in that time. Codfather had the best fish i encountered across London the service was super friendly and the prices were good. For my personal taste I would have liked slighly crispier chips but these were still delicious. I ended up coming here twice on the trip and trying the fish and chips, battered sausage and a chp buttie.

What a surprise! This delightful fish & chip shop is a catch ! 😂On entrance it is clean and inviting. The staff greet you with a warm smile and a hello. I ordered my cod and chips x2 with mushy peas and I must say it was delicious! The cod was tasty with a crunchy batter. The chips not all greasy . It was serviced up in no time even though it was busy. Anytime I am in Ealing or en-route I will stop of at the Codfather. 👌🏾👍🏾

Usually really good but they ruined my partners dinner. I ordered fish and my partner ordered something else with chips, they put the fish on top of the chips. Really great shop. Regularly go there and get a 1/4 pounder that's really amazing and gets wrapped in tin foil so it stays warm, and their wings are really good. Extremely friendly staff that put care into their food and always make sure to get your order right even if you have any custom requests.

Food OK. Masala fish was a bit on the bland side however was accompanied by some nice chilli sauce. Portion sizes are large and filling. We had been under-quoted the cost by about 30%. The food had been fried in older oil, which ruined the taste slightly. Other than the incompetent staff on the phone.it was a good experience. Might order again.

Our first ever order from the South Ealing branch. We chose the large Masala Cod with chips. We were not blown by the taste, which unfortunately for us, was too overpowering and completely masked the taste, of what would have been a delicious piece of Cod. We will not be ordering the Masala flavoured Cod in future. The food was piping hot, the service was excellent and the driver was very polite and friendly. We will definitely be ordering from Codfather - South Ealing again, in the near future, and definitely recommend them.

I’ve had fish and chips from Codfather a few times now and am impressed by the quality and portion sizes. The batter is crispy (and, unusually, stays so even when delivered) and the fish always cooked perfectly. The chips are tasty but, if there was one thing they could improve on, it would be good if they were a bit crispier - they’re often quite limp (although still tasty). 100% would order again (and again).

Best fish and chips in the area! The food is delicious, the portions are huge, prices are really low for what you get and the people who work there are always very friendly. I have ordered from them multiple times and never been disappointed. One suggestion for the future that would be good though to make it even better is if they could do small pots of beans/mushy peas/gravy etc as well as the current size. The current pot size is great for 2 people when sharing but a bit big when you have ordered different things or there is only one person eating.

First time I've ordered 2 days ago from them via uber eats. Unfortunately the driver left half of my order at the shop. I phoned them, the manager assured me they will send the rest of my order with their own driver immediately. He even offered making my chips large what was anyway included in my order, so I'm not sure how big the portion supposed to be, but it was definitely massive!!! I was eating the portion in 3 parts (dinner, next day breakfast and lunch).
