Y. H.Lovely food and very good & friendly service. Tarka daal, chicken tikka biryani, peshwari naan were excellent. Reasonable prices too.
I. K.I was craving authentic Lahore food - this place was recommended. The chicken, lamb curry were good and the naan was exceptional. The sheesh kebabs were good too. The only slight let down was my chicken biryani, a little too much desi ghee or oil and a tad too much shaan biryani spice. I also had a non masala fish. I liked it, but the Coley (Pollock) might not be to everyone's liking.
K. F.Love this place for eat in or takeaway -- the grilled chicken is delicious and great value. And the daals never disappoint, the Tarka Daal has great balance of flavours and the Masr is really nice and garlicky. Great local!
Y. K. P.Dar’s Grill is located in the heart of Hampstead Heath’s South End Green. The waiter was impressively welcoming, knowledgeable of the menu and made expert suggestions. The food was great and really good value for money. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good too, they play a selection of local tunes to really make the theme stand out. Thank you very much.
M. o.Best lndian Restaurant in London l have come across. The flavours are tasty and they are not stingy with their portions. There is plenty of meat in the curry and their prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food
A. K.Went there for lunch, lunch menu cheap and food is plentiful. Ordered a lamb madras and rice, rice tasted fresh (not microwaved), and lamb madras had a nice taste, although I'd prefer it to be more spicy (personal preferance). Would go there again next time I'm in the area.
W. W.A lovely place for casual eat out. The curry and pilau rice were out of this world, although the fried fish starter was rather plain and bit dry.
I would return to try other dishes.
T. U.Excellent little restaurant hidden away on the side street. We managed to get parking outside late in the evening but i think it would be difficult to park during daylight hours. The restaurant is small and well decorated, has a very cosy feeling to it. The food was really tasty and not over-spiced like most asian restaurant’s and to my surprise it was cheap considering it’s location. Overall service was prompt and the waiter was very polite. Well done guys 👍
c.Popped by without a reservation and were seated. Although there seemed to be a party of around 20+ happening we received our food within 20 minutes to my surprise. Very accomodating and good tasting food. Would recommend.
