Coffee so smooth I stayed for a second cup, and I will certainly return for more! I strongly recommend the Focaccia and the Marocchino coffee, but you can’t go wrong with the anything on the menu. Amazing all in one Italian store with a cafe, bakery, meats, cheeses, wines, and fresh pasta. The Italians has it all. Vegetarian fair is available. Indoor and outdoor seating with excellent, friendly service. I look forward to my next visit at The Italians!

Expensive - I was charged £8.20 for a cappuccino and a cream croissant. At another place I go in Fulham, equally genuinely italian with a regular italian clientele, the same thing costs £5.60 and the products are better. Also there was a long wait for the coffee

Authentic Italian in a casual shop/deli/dine in setting with an espresso bar. Staff is professional. Restaurant is clean. Food is all made on premises. Great place to stop by any time of day. Every Friday they host a classic Italian Aperitivo from 6- 9:30pm for just 10£. Highly recommend.

Top notch local Italian gem Stone in Chiswick towards the Gunnersbury side. Real coffee, made well and right portions. Non of this buckets of milk business. Great snacks, pastries for breakfast and brunch. We popped in for the second time for brekky an the place is on point, good atmos an with friendly staff. Picked up some wine, break and cheese from the selection of goodies for our small dinner shindig tonight. Kudos. Don't skip this one people.

Superb Italian Deli with a wonderful selection of Italian salads, cheeses, meats and breads. It’s pricey but worth every penny as the quality of the food is very high. I went for the lentil salad and a Burrata which simply melted in the mouth... I tried some of the olives too which were so tasty it will be hard to return to supermarket alternatives. The staff are very knowledgeable and there’s a tempting selection of classic Italian deserts too!

Great store, with terrific food and possibly the best coffee in West London. The pizza is also amazing. My only gripe is thar they close the coffee machine way too early. 4pm and the machine is closed! Also why not have coffee on offer later for after dinner too. A gift from God...I shall return when I am in Chiswick in a few months time. I purchased breads, cheeses and cold cuts .they were beautifully cut, layered and packed. Oh how I wish we had something similar in Birmingham!

In my view, this is the best Italian deli in town. It does not have the breath of selection of larger Italian stores, but the quality is incredibly high. Even in my hometown Milan it would be difficult to find this level of quality. The highlights: - All their prosciutto crudo are exceptional - Finocchiona, almost impossible to find elsewhere - Home made tiramisu and cannoli - Bakery products

Great place - I love the location, decor and general ambient. Food on a pricey side. Coffee amazing BUT not consistent. Depends who makes it. As for staff and its attitude - mixed bag. Some will smile and acknowledge you, some will not at all looking rather grumpy so this is something that should be looked at by the management

Tucked away at the quieter end of the high Street and all the better for it. This was a real find. Good coffee and cakes. If you fancy something more substantial there's a wide range of healthy food in offer. Rather unique way of charging, each item is charged by weight so you can have just the right portion. It was very busy when we went but got served very quickly. The staff are efficient and look quite happy. Altogether a very enjoyable experience. If you found this helpful please give a thumbs up.

Love this place. Really good deli with a nice selection of sandwiches, pizzas and pastries all of good quality. The shop is spacious which helps if you have prams. Staff have always been polite and pleasant. Their flat white is one of the best I have found and I have to watch myself not to have too many of those! I really love this place! I'm Italian and I can say that is my favourite Italian shop. There is a great choice of products to choose from ( cheese, salumi, sauces, bakery, wines etc) and really nice to have something to drink and relax while listening Italian music. The staff is amazing and they really work hard. Til now is my favourite place to have breakfast, amazing cappuccino and croissant with jam! Everybody should try this place.

I am currently sitting and enjoying a beautiful cup of coffee at The Italians. It's a wonderful deli and coffee house so you can shop after having a touch of coffee and tiramisu etc. There is seating area inside and outside. Italian music and quaint decorations. The deli has everything from cured italian meats and dairy to bread, desserts and alcoholic drinks. A wonderful place to spend time. I am sure I am missing couple of other offers at The Italians, but you'll just have to explore it for yourselves. Highly recommend!

This is a real shame as this used to be a favourite of mine. Still worth a trip, if you’re happy to pay £6.90 for a sandwich that isn’t quite as good as it used to be. **Original Review** (5*) The Italians is new to the area... since it's opening many chains offering similar cuisine have moved out. There is a good reason for this. The Italians is a one stop shop for eating breakfast/lunch or shopping for your favourite imported Italian cuisine. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and the food when sitting in is always delicious... so much so that my parent's won't come down from the north without stopping for a bite of lunch! It can get quite busy but it's well worth a visit!

Lovely Italian experience - one of my Italian colleagues visits this place for lunch every single day and calls it his second home after his family home in Italy! They make some really good Sicilian dishes and the prices are very reasonable. Plus the staff are very friendly and open. Absolutely recommend.

Best coffee on Chiswick high road; rich, round with creamy milk foam, with absolutely no hint of stale as from most major coffee bar chains. Cakes and sweets offerings are slightly on the old fashioned side, but sandwiches and paninis are lovely.

One of my favorites places in Chiswick. The Italians is a very informal place that is a mix of bakery, supermarket and restaurant. The food is always fresh and there is a big variety of food to choose. Eating in, they will prepare it for you and take to the take. My recommendation is the burata and tiramisu for desert.

Food delicous but staff absolutely useless. They dont speak english very well, I know it's italina place but it's in London. They give you toasted panini when you ask for not toasted. They dont add the other ingredients like pistacio with olive oil, when the first round it's sold and they make second round. When you eat in you have to go and remind yourself to get your order. The staff doesnt work as a team. It's a big fail. Otherwise the food ia delicous.Addicted to their olive stick.

Spent £18.00 on some supposedly very special high end chocolate bars. They were very poor. Disappointing as Italian chocolate is usually excellent. This was over sugary and stale. The price was so high I was surprised it was so atrocious. And the deli looks so good! My message? We have very good delis in Chiswick with fresh burrata and porchetta and marvellous Italian food. They are not overpriced. And their chocolate is better. You are not the only Italians in Chiswick. There is competition. Don't take us for fools.
