I’ve been going to E17 Kebabish for a long time. Service and hygiene can be a bit inconsistent but I love the Curries and particularly the Chana and freshly cooked naan and chapati.. also kebab rolls are very good! It’s very hot n spicy but it really hits the spot. Curries cooked in butter fat and are greasy but delicious! It’s the real deal! The other day I popped in for a takeaway and the service was great. These are very kind and generous people. I shall be back and I can recommend!

I have tried kebabs, lamb curry, keema naan at this place and the taste was great. This restaurant accepts only cash so keep in mind to carry cash as other ways of payment won't be accepted.

Veg samosas are delicious but unfortunately I bought 11 samosas for the price of 12 as the lady at the counter was too busy talking on the phone to count correctly!!!

Been coming to this little place since high school when my friend introduced me to their infamous “donner burgers”. Almost 15 years ago! Standards have dropped as this place was much better. Service is really poor, me and my partner often come once a fortnight for a local treat and you find dirty tables, even during covid the staff do not seem bothered. They wear masks when it chooses them. My partner asked if it was ok to eat in as the que for takeaway was outside the door, The male in the wholly hat brushed him off rudely and didn't seem bothered. My family members also eat from here so we classify ourselves as regular customers but they don’t care. Portion sizes are a hit and miss, we ordered lamb curry medium and were given a small plate with oil swimming within a few pieces of lamb.. The pakora was not fresh re heated and chewy. I get that they can get very busy, but a smile does not go a long way. I asked the main guy at the till, the hat man, to clean the table as there were oil stains, dirty plates and manly hair on the table, he seemed so annoyed at this request?He didn't wash his hands after cleaning an extremely filthy table! Come on guys, get your hygiene standards into play and a little smile can go a long way. Delivery is also a hit and miss, they always forget items and blame us for it? really? they forgot 4 naans and we ordered two curries. I’m giving it 4/5 perhaps it was an off day they were having but i agree with other reviews in terms of poor hygiene like why have an open uncovered curry near the till? people were walking past it and some customers were curious as to why its hidden next to the till and not within its fridge area! The guy who brought the food to our table, the only one wearing a black top with E17 logo was friendly. The rest looked like as if you had murdered their whole family.

The food is great but they regularly get our order wrong. The staff can occasionally be a little rude despite being regular customers for the past decade. I would recommend getting your food from them but always double check what you have been given if you are taking away.

I've seen mixed reviews here but despite not being the best looking joint in the area (or the worst) the chicken tikka roll was really really good. Generous, well marinated and perfect spices. Staff were pretty freindly too.

Been using this place for over 10 years. Great Pakistani food. Great value. And very friendly service. They have made the odd mistake over 10 years but always make it up to me. Friends from out of town are always amazed at prices!

Don''t normally write reviews but wanted to just because of the negative ones. Never got delivery so cant comment on that but if you sit in, this is a fantastic spot for authentic pakistani food. I eat a lot of Indian/Pakistani food, have been to India and cook a lot and this spot is a great local option. Lamb curry and the dal's are so good, but not had a bad curry there. Not the friendliest, but last night 6 of us ate there for £36. bargain.

I ordered Paya they were good but only lacked some spice the kebabs were very tasty only the gulab jamun was disppointing very small and not enough sugar syrup. Overall the food is good will order from them again.

Friendly Pakistani staff. Decent punjabi food and good Tandoori roti. Not particularly cheap but I would recommend it if you want punjabi flavours rather than standard “Indian takeaway".

First of all this Rob character is either the owner or related to Forest kebab because he has left 2 reviews, both mention Forest Kebab. I have been going to E17 for quite a while. Fresh tandoori roti and naan, quite decent curries and very reasonable. If he was food poisoning his clients he would not be that busy. Very good and cheap.

dont normally review on here but given the number of bad/fake reviews, i felt i'd give Kebabish some support. We often stop in and grab a curry on the way home as aide dish and have now twice sat in and had a proper meal. It's definitely not glamourous but its cheap and does very good hame cooked pakistani food. I cook a lot of indian/pakistani at home and eat it out a lot in whitechapel and this is a very decent option for the price.
