Super impressed with this restaurant, starting with the welcoming and egregious nature of the owner, taking every possible step to ensure that we are comfortable. A lovely setting and a relatively new restaurant. The food was excellent with incredible portion sizes especially compared to the price. We had a wonderful meal here and every dish was tasty and well produced. Service was quick and the waiters were friendly and accommodating. I recommend eating in, but get a take out if you are in a rush, a great eating experience.

We finally visited this restaurant (which is very local for us and which we've been interested in trying for a long time) two weeks ago. We felt very well looked after, with a warm and friendly welcome from the moment we entered the very clean and beautifully presented restaurant. Everything from the starters to the main courses was cooked fresh with good quality ingredients and all of the food was simply delicious. We had grilled salmon and doner kebab, which were the best we've ever had. The portions were extremely generous, too, and the service was outstanding. We'll definitely be back soon!

very nice meal and restaurant. delicious. one point of concern: when the waiter took my order, I told him "no bread please, I do not eat bread." five minutes later they promptly deliver a basket of bread to my table. following that, my meal was served on top of a thin piece of flatbread. guys...if someone makes a change to their order based on a food allergy or dietary issue, it's not a suggestion or casual request. It's important to listen carefully and understand. That said, I really enjoyed my meal and experience here overall.

Absolutely gem with delicious food, wonderful service and great prices. The platters are amazing value and everything is made to perfection. Need to come with big stories appetites as portions are generous. Staff were so friendly they even brought water for the dog automatically and offered us a lovely outside table which was perfect. This is now my favourite Turkish restaurant in London. The food is superb and portions are huge. The staff are friendly, authentically turkish and proud of their restaruant. There is a very lively vibe and an open kitchen so you can see the chefs cooking. Everything comes out really quickly. I had the mixed grill but Id encourage you to try the doner meat. It's not your usual cheap meat, it's far superior quality and it tastes so much better for it. With complimentary bread, salad and Turkish tea I am now a regular here. Would definitely reccomend if you're looking for an authentic Turkish restaurant!

I have been to the West Kensington branch in North End Road. Very pleasant and friendly staff, the young guy who served us was very nice and helpful. One of us could not eat peppers and he has been very kind suggesting and warning about certain dishes. The place very warm and with a nice vibe: Turkish lights and music. The food very tasty but also a bit more expensive than the average. We love Turkish and Lebanese food and this restaurant is the most expensive by now. But very nice quality of meat. We had a hot maze and Russian salad as starters with a mix of halloumi, sausage and hummus, and one main each (veg kebab, yogurtlu - the only one in a very good size, and mix kebab). Good quality, but again a bit high in prices compared to other restaurants. It is worthy of a visit ;)

EFES Restaurant was really incredible. I don’t normally like Turkish, but this one was better than I expected! The decor was extraordinary. Definitely one of my favourite Turkish restaurants out there.

I recently celebrated my 30th in the private dining area at and my experience was absolutely fantastic! Metin, the manager, was a great host and ensured that all of our needs were catered for. The food was delicious, decently priced, and the service by the waiters was excellent. A big fan of this small chain of restaurants. First time at the Fulham location. They have done a great job with the layout and seating. There is a separate area for take out customers, so you don't get a blast of cold air as people come and go. Food is top notch, all your favourite Turkish kebab dishes are here. They also do breakfast and pide. This is good to be one of our regular haunts for sure!

Great tea, kebabs are amazing such as Adana and Shish, nice that they bring bread and salad complementary with the meal...but I love the chilli sauce, be warned it is very hot! Have been to Efes since they opened this branch in Fulham and highly recommend it if you like kebab!

Friendly staff and attentive service. We ordered a Lamb Beyti and Vegetable Kebab. Unfortunately the vegetarian kebab did not come out as expected, it was just some tomato sauce with too much onions and a few pieces of zucchini and peppers. When I informed one of the staff that it was incorrect they said they knew it wasn't correct when they served it. It was weird they served it to me knowing it wasn't right... The owner tried to make it up to me by offering cold mezze dips and falalel on the house which was nice of them, but I would have preferred for them to make the vegetable kebab but I think because there was a large group that arrived right after we did they probably weren't prepared enough to make it, which was disappointing. But they did acknowledge their fault and apologized several times so it may have just been an opening week glitch. My husband however did enjoy his Lamb Beyti. Despite the friendly hospitality, the one thing I do have to say is I didn't completely feel safe in the environment. Despite staff wearing face masks, there was a lot of people in the restaurant, I think way too many in such a small space given the current COVID situation. Too many staff and then they seemed to let a large booking of 16 people (split across three tables) interact with each other. The tables were too close together. I know it was their opening first week so hopefully they'll resolve these issues and maybe next time we'd try them again and I'll be able to provide an update on my experience.

This a new restaurant at North End Road, the food is probably one of the best Turkish food I ever tasted in London, the service is outstanding, you are always warmly welcomed and you are nicely treated by nice warm bread, mouth watering salad, and sauces are on the house. The manager and the owner keeps checking if everything is alright. I have already visited 3 times in one week and will definitely order takeaway during the restrictions of the lockdown.

I am a fan of Efes in Whitechapel and so was excited to try this one when it opened around the corner. The food was simply excellent! I'll go as far as to say its one of the best Turkish meals I've had. The decor looks lovely too - its a pity we can't sit in as yet with the lockdown. Keep up the good work!

At last, a restaurant in London that is accessible to wheelchair users! I wheeled by this place many times, afraid to try to go inside because of the miniscule amount of accessible establishments in this area let alone the rest of this city. But , did they prove me wrong! So nice, so kind , so human meaning, I didn't get the usual things that I do from other places like they Ivy Brasserie for example, like KFC for example, like Hard Rock Cafe for example, like many other hotels, restaurants, taxi drivers, people in the street, bus drivers, etc. Etc. Etc. Unlike all of those usual people I deal with on a regular basis, the people here, were good people! I want others to know who have mobility impairments or have been made to feel like the best you deserve is to always order in when either visiting a city, or because for whatever reason there is no way to cook....that there is this one restaurant called Efes that not only is incredibly friendly, but actually has some of the best food I have ever had in my entire lifetime! And definitely by far , better food than a lot of more "upscale" dining establishments in this area of Earls court, Brompton road, north end road, Kensington high Street, yes and even better than Chelsea! They also have a disabled toilet!!! I was surprised because it wasn't advertised as having one, people in wheelchairs know what I mean, you either get in, no toilet, or have no way in, but apparently there is a toilet...never makes sense, but this restaurant has both! Let me just put it this way, with trepidation, after being very hurt by yet the upteenth big bully earlier because I should according to them not have a life because I'm in a chair, I decided to go into Efes for a take away. I asked while I wait if I could have some Turkish tea and a snack, and they were more than obliging. What arrived at my table, which was very accessible btw, was a schmorgesboard of food. Salads, fantastic Turkish bread (better than lavash better than barbari better than any bread in my life), what was it? They said Turkish bread, ☺️. The falafal better than anything I found at the best place that sells it in this city wholefoods, so delicious. The hummus, I wish I could have eaten it all. The side salad, which for me was a full entrée in size, was great, came equipped with sivri peppers, and everything was beyond delicious. The Turkish tea , perfect for this season! Personally I don't think sugar is needed for this tea, it's just right on its own. It just has to be said again, Efes , you towards the end of one person's journey here , made sure to feed them great food, and to also make them feel not like a burden on society , not like a threat, not like a liability, not like some monster because of physical problems. And for that, I can't help but want to give you all the biggest thank you possible online. Beautiful people do exist, they just all happen to work at Efes!!!! Not one sigh of "get this wheelchair user out of here" and not one eye roll saying, "we don't care whatcha buy from us ya will never be welcomed so gtfooh", instead .......kindness!
