Had an incredible time with my girls and sister. Food was cooked pretty fast and the service was very efficient. I liked the atmosphere it had a nice feel. The chicken is halal so you can have a large sample of the menu. The price is reasonable and portion sizes are great.

A decent South Asian cuisine based in Wandsworth. If you're watching a film or shopping by in Southside, drop by here for a quick fast meal. The food came out fast and prompt, it also tasted fresh and flavoursome. It is a little pricey however you will find that most places in Wandsworth are.

It was a cute little place, very authentic with quite good food. The staff were very abrupt and semi rude, I didn't feel comfortable and I felt rushed most of the time... They do not have basic hospitality manners and I did not feel welcomed in this place most times. The chairs are of very poor quality and they caught my very expensive tights (nearly making a ladder in them), so I was not a happy bunny. It is an OK place, but I wouldn't recommend it, there are much better, more welcoming and kinder places out there with much nicer staff.

A modern cosy southeast asian eatery serving mainly Thai, Malaysia, Singaporean and HK food. Food portion was good (big) and we enjoyed what we ordered - chicken nasi goreng, wanton char siew lo mien (with the roasted fatty char siew type) and a sichuan squid starter of sort. I won't say it is the place you go for the most authentic southeast asian food but it is a 7/10 for authenticity. Service was fast and good as well. Food didn't take long to arrive after ordering. Would definitely love to return here to try out other stuffs!

The food came out fairly quickly and tasted decent. However, I was a tad disappointed with the portion of my wok stir fry. As a stand-alone dish, I would have expected it to be greater in size. Nonetheless, it tasted great and it was an enjoyable experience overall. Worth a visit if you are around!

I needed something quick and cheerful and this is exactly what we got at Ekachai. Service was good and efficient. I wasn’t blown away by my prawn noodles but my friends enjoyed their stir fry’s. For me the food was a bit bland and I won’t go out of my way to go back, but given the reasonable price point the food is what you expect and the overall efficiency of the staff makes the overall experience around 4 stars

I finally got around to trying this place out. The food was really good. Solid flavours and really good choices. Drinks selection is solid too. Staff are friendly. Pricing was ok. There is one place nearby who give much bigger portion and the beef dish I tried was better there. But this place is great if you don't want to go off the path and have a film to catch or see :)

The service was good. We walked and we got a table straight away. We ordered and we were served our meals without a long wait. The food was nice but it could have been more flavoured. I had the chicken satay with peanut sauce as a starter and I had chicken with mushrooms and cashew nuts with egg fried rice. The other person I was with had BBQ ribs as starters and the main was sweet and sour pork with egg fried rice. The other personsias their starter was very nice, with the meat falling off the bones on the ribs. The sweet and sour pork was delicious and we both had a lemonade.

Ekachai has several branches across central London e.g. Kings Cross, Liverpool St, a little surprised to see it in Wandsworth. The favourite Cantonese style roast duck and BBQ pork rice once again, completed my day! Staff were nice and the interior was pleasant.

The food is ok however the service is poor. This was disappointing as I think majority of the staff members forget that when you're dining out the service is a key part of the experience. I'd suggest being more welcoming and enthusiastic when customers arrive, being attentive for example when plates need to be cleared for the next course, ensuring that each course comes out around the same time for everyone on the table, not that everyone has their meal and one is left without it so ends up eating their meal alone when everyone else has finished. Simple things like this would make a big different

We've been getting takeaway from here for a while and it's always really tasty. We sat in for the first time this evening and loved the local atmosphere, definitely recommend!! Better than Brick Lane!Popped into Al Amin rather late after a boxing show. Not a problem to Mo and the two girls who promptly served us beer and popadoms. The curry was really good , proper chicken breast rather than the cubed rubbish often served.

Ate here with my parents and we all loved it. Our dishes were served within 10 minutes of ordering and waiting staff were very attentive to our needs (drinks, sauces etc). I had a noodle based soup with different types of seafood. Really flavoursome and filling. Each dish costs between £6 to £9 and is very filling. We also ordered sesame prawn toast, which was delicious. It was home made and that made it all the better. There's a wide selection of dishes on offer, catering for those who eat meat, vegetarians and seafood. Very quick service, brilliant customer service (always with a smile), evenly priced and delicious food. Perfect for couples, families and friends.

Me and the missus tried this out of curiosity few nights back. Had an amazing dinner. We both had chicken mee goreng and from the first bite I was in love. Luckily the missus had a small appetite and left half of hers, so I got leftovers of it for lunch the next day and it tasted even better! ;) Service is always warm and welcoming and I love the fact you can watch the chefs prepare the food.

I've become a big fan of this place recently. I love the food, service is pretty good, and they don't keep you waiting long. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are quite generous, so for not too much money, you'll be filled up. Location is good, easy to get to and ample parking. What more could you ask for.

We came at 9pm and they close at 10, two minutes after sitting down the waitress eagerly took our order and everything was brought out within 5 minutes. Food was good but they were mopping and cleaning all around us putting all the stools up and half closed the shutters (twenty past 9) and more or less stood around staring and waiting for us to go. Was rather uncomfortable and a bit rude... The waiter did apologise at the end for rushing us, but all in all we were out by 9:30pm? We were made to feel like a nuisance and an inconvenience, probably wouldn't go again...

I had a nice meal in ekachai Wandsworth. When I got to the bus stop i realised I did not have my Oyster card holder. Thankfully the guys at ekachai had found it. The card holder was a new Kate Spade holder and contained a £20 note and an Oyster card with £50 credit. Thank you to the honest guys for retuning my card holder with the full content 😊
