E. A.Fair Maison is a lovely elegant place for breakfast. We had Hamsa, Shakshooka, and Middle eastern mix. The food was amazing and each dish had a surprise twist that elevated it.
We ordered a rose latte which was delicious. The peanut latte was average.
The reason for the 3 star was the staff. The majority of the staff were unprofessional and lack customer service training.
We had a reservation, and were asked to show it. While the people behind us, without a reservation, were seated before us. The interesting thing is, seeing the reservation did not change their service. The place was empty with many tables available. Even after seating us, we were asked about the reservation. When I showed it to them, they were surprised to see it.
Another issue was servers were touching our food and utinsiles as they tried setting the dishes on our table. As they were picking up the empty dishes, I was afraid something would fall on me. Also, the table was being sprayed clean as my coffee was on the table. I had to remove my coffee to make sure no chemicals go into it.
If they provide customer service training to their staff and implement simple etiquette could bring them up to 5 stars.

M.First experience. Stood at least 15 minutes by the door (the sign says to wait for us to ve seated). The manager and staff all noticed me but none of them came to welcome or just say please give us few minutes until we prepare your table. Although there were empty tables and nothing special was done to it. That is a very long time to acknowledge a customer! And not just me, while I was sitting I looked at the door and many have waited a very long time until someone went and spoke to them. I ordered Moroccon tea and asked the waiter if there is an option for 1 person because I was alone, he said OK we will do that. They charged me for a tea pot that is for 2! I didn't say anything but that's not right. Staff didn't know much English, and also not fully aware about the menu. I asked how Rose Latte is made, Rose water or syrup or what exactly. But he had no idea and asked what milk do you want??!! Lastly, I don't undrestand the menu prices. Too much for what is really offered. Their focus is only on the GCC clients.

We are so fortunate to have this place just a cross our hotel. Excellent food, considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want take photos ans selfies. Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Highly recommend

E.First time coming to this place. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. We were served by Benjamin who was just the best waiter ever! Very attentive, full of jokes and nothing was too much for him! The food was divine!! The pineapple tabbouleh just melted in your mouth. And another winner was the pistachio and coconut cake - heaven! Definitely coming back.

D. M. H. L.I really love this place! Lovely staff and especially Zainab, Abdulrahman and the other guy with glasses (sorry never got his name), all really look after us when we go.
As we have a garlic intolerance, many of the foods have garlic but we usually have the Zaatar and cheese paratha which comes with a nice glass of karak chai. Also the dessert is AMAZING!! Fuugi and pistachio heaven are the way to go!! Even though my job involves teeth, I always say that it is frequency not quantity so just eat the whole thing after your main meal and it won't cause more damage to the teeth :D

My sister and I went to the Fait Maison branch back in November for her birthday.
Before I begin, I would just like to point out a few things that make Fait Maison extra special:
1. Their interior and crockery are absolutely ravishing
2. Their menu is extensive yet distinct
3. TO ALL MY FELLOW MUSLIM BROTHERS AND SISTERS: THEY HAVE A PRAYER ROOM!
Back to the review.
We were seen quickly despite it being a busy Friday lunch time. The waiter appointed us our seats, which we weren't quite comfortable with, and he swiftly ensured we were moved to somewhere we felt more comfortable.
Staff were very attentive despite some incidents that occurred.
Food came quite quickly, and everything was absolutely delicious (be warned though the Prawn Tempura Risotto does not include peeled prawns 😂)
I highly appreciated the birthday celebration they did for my sister by bringing a cake, changing the music, and clapping along while bringing the cake with a candle for her to blow.
It was funny because there were three other birthdays that were being celebrated at the same time!
Two of the waiters that served us were extremely kind. I do not remember their names, but one was in a suit, and one was quite whitty. Thank you for making our first experience so wonderful, Fait Maison. I will definitely be coming back!

The decor of this place is absolutely stunning, so much detail yet elegant. It's an experience to be here. The food was 10/10! I don't think I've tasted such good food in a place like this! A. H.I’m only writing a review for Muji- the waiter who was so helpful, welcoming and understanding especially with a toddler in the restaurant. 3 star for the place but 5 STAR for Muji!! The other waiters got the order wrong and not at all welcoming, especially when we had a stroller. Just wanted to highlight how amazing Muji is and The Fait Maison team are lucky to have him.

The only negative thing was that we had to ask for bread every time and they only bring one basket with one bread cut into halves each time even though we were a family of six people and ordered about 6 different dishes they could be more generous with the bread. Other than that the breakfast was yummy. The staff were very friendly and i enjoyed the Arabic music so much.

Loads of jam and maple syrup (can't do anything with it) and a small selection of fruit. For a meal stated "French toast" there should have been more. We are 8 friends visit Fait Mason for casual weekday dinner It was not busy in there. We were taken care of by a lovely staff called Benjamin, He was very friendly, chatty and professional. 5/5. The place is stunningly decorated. Everything was beautiful, well organised and clean. Our food arrived on time and was delicious. Even the toilets were cute.
I played on the piano which actually needed to be tuned.
The only thing is, it was slightly overpriced but I guess for the location and stunning venue this is expected. I would visit here occasionally not as a regular customer.

D. S.This is an 'instagram-beautiful' cafe which is a good place to eat but do not allow the appearance to raise your expectations too high. The pricing of the cakes does reflect the 'visual prestige' though.
The food is mainly arabic and is good quality. Along with that, the restaurant is a bit of a haven for the arabic community and this is reflected in the vibe and the general culture of the restaurant. I would recommend the lamb dishes and will commend them on how much meat they provide with the large portions.
The service was good though it took too long for the food to come, though lamb may take a little bit longer, we only received our food when we explicitly asked for it which is always a bad sign for me. Means that the food was sitting their waiting for service and it took our prompting to get it brought. Nothing worse than your food sitting out getting cold.
The egg florentine was great also. Good portions and tasty food.
The deserts were underwhelming and frankly disappointing although they look quite nice.
Nothing we had was bad but with the reputation and the presentation of the restaurant we had hoped for more. In truth, it is a decent spot for food where you can take wonderful pictures or be a bit extravagant. The food doesn't quite match the facade of the restaurant but is still fairly good.
Be mindful that the facade is paid for, a single caramel nata for over £6 is extortionate. Although the mains are quite reasonably priced, especially with the lamb portions, the cakes were horrifically priced and in no way matched the price with the quality.

I have ordered maalobeh and I was really disappointed.It was not fresh .The rice was very dry . You would expect for such overpriced place that you will get quality food especially that I was informed that maalobeh is their speciality. The
plate of kunafeh is for £12.99 ?! Why ?! . Heaven by pistachios barley have any pistachios and other cake is ordinary sponge cake ! So if you are after some photos for Instagram ... It is worth visiting once and get some tea ...

M. R.Cakes were nice, but Ive had nicer. Whole place disappointing. Went in the evening and staff barely spoke English- couldny answer simple questions about the patisserie and flavours. Asked for tap water and got warm water from the hot tap. Ladies loo was in a disgusting state and clearly hadn't been checked or cleaned all day. :(
P. D.Mostly an Arab place, we were the only non Arabs here. Interesting concept of brunch + middle eastern food. The food is quite good as well as the drinks. But in all honesty the place is quite tacky and food quite expensive.

I lived just up the road and often visited right around closing time - a very lovely woman working there would give me extra-large helpings of things that would otherwise have to be tossed out. The croque monsieurs are fantastic, but eat them there or they'll be stuck to the paper plate with cheese. Chocolate things of all kinds, fancy salads and things for lunches. I miss it so.
