Staff are always really friendly and helpful. Food is lovely and the prices are great. We’ve had Christmas Dinner here 4 out of the last 5 years and it’s always a friendly fun atmosphere. This year Anita looked after our table. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you and see you all again soon!

Not been to the harvester in Falconwood before.. Visited today. The food was great and reasonable priced. The manager was very helpful. The only criticism I have is that we were not told about the salad bar. That you cannot help yourself. When food was ordered the waitress did not tell us, nor did the managers when we enquired about ordering food. Whilst we were at the salad bar a member of staff came over and said the we cannot help ourselves to the salad bar. She was talking quite loudly. This upset my daughter as she felt she had done something wrong. The only thing I would suggest is that when customer are greeted at the front of house that they are made aware about the salad bar or there is clear signage to inform customer on the precautions for the salad bar.

First visit back after many years and generally a nice restaurant. A good friendly atmosphere suitable for damilies and large groups. Some parking available but buses and a train station less than a minute away. Had a main course of a double burger and chips but was so hungry I forgot to take a picture! Was cooked perfectly and very filling. Had the chocolate fudge cake which was very rich but still very nice. Service was generally ok it was bank holiday weekend so things did take longer with a couple hiccups but nothing major. Would definitely go back again.

Lovely food at great prices. Been a few times and always great service. Very child friendly with a few claw/crane machine games if you have a few ££ to spare. Limitless salad and healthier dishes as well as your pub classics. There's also a kiddies menu. One thing that stands out each time I've been is just how friendly the staff are.

We booked a late Sunday lunch . The staff were friendly and helpful ( I'm disabled) and the service was prompt. Two of us ordered the 'Dirty Bird' ,the portions were very generous, hot and tasty the other meal of scampi, chips and mushy peas was also very good . I understand the non alcoholic old mout cider was fine.

Excellent service from Jenny! But I can see she is very overworked due to it appearing under staffed, she seems to be going above and beyond for everyone bless her. And also the self serve salad bowls which is now done by a member of staff needs to end, it’s time wasting and pointless when there’s no social distancing and masks in play anyway. The seating arrangement next to the “play grab win machine” is ridiculous .. trying to have a quite meal and the grab claw is banging against the glass next to our faces. Food was fine.

Stopped in here for a quick bite before going to the Crematorium. Nice Large car park. Very friendly and helpful staff (thank you Jackie). It wasn't busy at the time and so I was surprised that the food took half an hour to arrive. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of the food which must have all been cooked from scratch, hence the wait. The meat in my beefburger was top quality mince, it included cheese, tasty bacon, lettuce and tomatoe. My wife had a beautiful large piece of salmon on top of salad. The place looked very clean although a little dark inside. Recommended for really good quality, hot and tasty food.

I was really looking forward to the Festive menu and it didn't disappoint! It was just as tasty as I remembered and our waitress, Juliann was amazing! Experienced a Brilliant meal to celebrate my sons 30th birthday with big family at the Falcon on 05th Feb. Unfortunately restuarant does not provide me the opportunity to thank them for their Brilliant efforts on the day. Thankfully managed to find this site to express my gratitude. This was our 1st time going to The Falcon after family funeral. I reserved table for 12 of us but wasn't sure how was going as some where going home straight afterward. I put a note on booking form. I must admit the staff went over board in attending our needs. Yes we did need extra places but it wasn't a problem for them, table set in a lovely corner to give us family time, didn't rush us, every now and again staff check if we was ok with everything. Only downside is parking we couldn't find any parking ended up driving down the road about 2 roads down, perhaps could be an ideas to reserved spaces for funeral party only. But other than that no other fault. Well done to manager and staff of "The Falcon".

Staff were very helpful during these hard times. Lots of foul language on a few of the tables in the bar where we was eating which I didn't appreciate with two 7 year old kids. Maybe in the future the staff should say something as they could clearly hear the foul language.

We were so nervous of going out after whats been going on over the last few months and itwas a huge disision. I'm so glad we chose this place! So easy to book on line The staff were brilliant!! It's Friendly clean and uncrowded the food was lovely and we couldn't fault a thing. It made me and my family feel safe and valued. Would highly recommend this place!

Normally have a great time here but salad bar I was given lettuce that had turned in colour as it was left out , maybe they could do with covering these as we were like litrally the second family in there. Glasses were so dirty, not sure if its limescare from glass washer but they were not nice at all which was very off putting especially during the current environment. Mains were lovely though.

We went for a birthday so there was 12 of us. The service was ok to start with but took a while to deliver drinks and food. Waiter never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks and if the food was ok. He must have known that the chips and burger buns were burnt. When he returned after we'd eaten what was edible he said that he would speak to the chef. No offer to take money of but given that we had 33% we couldn't be bothered to argue.

The best steak I've had in a long time. Cooked to perfection it was so tender and almost melted in your mouth Jackie our waitress was very friendly, tentative and so very helpful. The salad bar makes this a special place. It's rare to be able to have a nice AND healthy meal in a restaurant. Typically you're forced to choose between eating a salad or something else as a main, and mains don't come with enough vegs.

Went for lunch on a Sunday, so we expected there to be a few issues I.e. busy waiters etc, however it was not a great experience for other reasons, but the staff were friendly as always. the beers had a funny after taste, chicken and ribs were dry, salad bar ran empty a few time’s. Not going to return to this harvester again as there are better ones local.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and welcoming, we was seated straight away, both starters and main were both quick to come to the table. Both a decent size, the restaurant was very quite on this visit. When parking in the car park remember to enter your licence plate number on the tablets provided or your get a ticket after 15 minutes

A bit slow with the food, but as we were a party of 12 I can understand the need to get all the meals out together (including a few steaks and kids meals). Only 3 stars sadly. The food we had was lovely served by a very nice waitress but we were all looking forward to ordering sundaes only to be told there was no ice cream?? Seems ridiculous when your menu is full of desserts that involve ice cream. Men’s toilets were also pretty disgusting.

The pub is conveniently located near Silvertown station. It's clean and spacious with ample parking. I didn't eat here and knocked stars off due to a complete lack of ales. The lager and cider options were ok. I was able to get a bottled ale which was quite good.

Really nice place to eat / drink. It does have a bar if you fancy a drink. It has a salad bar so while your waiting for your mains. It has unlimited tea / pepsi. Sometimes it can be busy so it does pay to book in advance. It also has it's own carpark.

The only reason it has just 4 stars is due to cleanliness...if you're going to have an eye catching ceiling display above the salad bar then it needs to be cleaned once in a while...thick with dust and cobwebs, and as stated...above the salad bar!, otherwise, good atmosphere and great service . The bacon , chicken and waffles I had was a bit too sweet and REAL maple syrup would be a bonus instead of a maple flavoured sugar water, also, don't drench it in this then supply me with a side bowl of the stuff too, it was like someone had tipped my desert over my main and I was eating both at the same time. I hope I don't come across as moaning, it's just constructive criticism .

The Falcon used to have a really bad reputation and I vowed over 5 years ago never to set foot in there again. Fast forward the 5 years and what an improvement. Food and service were fantastic. Will put this back on my list of eateries.

Everything was very good in terms of food. Ordered starts for large people party: Slow Cooked Ribs - Good and Calmari (a little too oily), and everyone ordered Main Meal - mains are lovely. But service is not good at all. Very long waiting times. Server was alright but she had too many tables. I always had to go to front desk (manager) to ask for more plates, beers etc after which she mentioned "I am not your server". I came to this restaurant to enjoy my party and not to run around Harvester and asking for dribks, plates, forks. Very unpleasant experience and I would not come back only because of service quality. You know what you get when it comes to Harvester. The food is good and well-priced. The £9.99 deal is brilliant. The back of the restaurant is slightly nicer, but the the front of house isn't as pleasant, especially when overrun with children. Sometimes you have to wait too long to order or be seated - depends on which staff are in and how busy it is. Nevertheless, on a quieter evening at the end of the restaurant around the corner, there is nothing to fault. I like it on the whole.

Went for breakfast here today. So much better than Toby. Hot food cooked to order and as many times as you want. Tried it out. Also English muffins and crumpets on offer as opposed to croissants and Danish on breakfast buffet. We went for all 8n one at £8.99 each which included 7nlimed drinks including juices. Laura and Laura were the waitresses on duty and they personified good service with a friendly welcoming attitude. And they were busy. Congratulations to them both 😁

On 28.07 our family met at The Falcon, following a family funeral at the local crematorium. The Falcon is a great choice, very welcoming, staff very warm & supportive. I like the Harvester chain and have visited many because i believe they represent good value for money. Visited The Falcon on Friday 6th April. The restaurant was clean and tidy along with the toilets which were also immaculate. The salad cart was topped up full and again clean and tidy somthing other harvesters I have visited have been let down by. The food was presented and prepped well and very tasty. My wife and I both had the simply grilled chicken. The staff at this place are what really made the occassion, polite and welcoming, even the grill staff thanked us on leaving. Our hostess was Laura, she was excellent a real credit, the best harvester hostess yet!

Had the 3 course festive menu on Christmas Eve for 8 people. Booked online & paid deposit (£5/pp) through their website. Very easy to do. Printed out the pre-order form and send it to them via email. When we arrived at 7.30pm their own car park was packed so some of us had to park on the side street next to the car park. Luckily, free off street parking on single yellow line after 6.30pm. For those who parked inside car park-we had to register our car plate number at the front desk. Our waitress, Jackie was very friendly and helpful. Drinks were promptly served followed by our pre-ordered food. All delicious! (However we were not told in advance that the caramel bar dessert choice had ran out..(even though had pre-ordered?) so some of our guests were disappointed..and also no bowls at the salad bar, so had to ask for them & waited awhile : Hence the 4 stars. The alternative was nice but not expected. A lovely touch was the Christmas decorations & complimentary Christmas crackers laid out on the table. Had a very warm atmosphere and though very busy, service was good and not excessively noisy or cramped at all. A tip: if having the steak - ask for medium cooked as well done will turn out blackened. They were happy enough to redo the steak for us when this happened. Would come again. Recommend booking in advance.

Best Harvester I have been to yet! We popped in during the day on Friday for lunch on our way to Blackheath. They have done a great job re-furbing it and it's easily the nicest Harvester I have been to. All the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help us out - greatly appreciated when you have a 19 month old toddler with you! All the food and salad bar was well presented and tasty. I am not usually one to leave reviews and don't usually like chains but this one was well worth the visit. We will be popping in again if in the area!
