M. T.Simply an amazing experience, very clever cooking of some great ingredients. The lambs tongues, mushroom parfait and dairy cow were complex, nuanced and incredibly satisfying. The dairy cow steak should be the standard by which all beef is measured. On the lighter side the ceviche of scallops was fresh and brisk, the brill was expertly cooked and the delicate flavor was amazing. Tom took great care of us and was a knowledgeable and interesting guide through the menu and wine list. He treated us to a kitchen tour and a visit to the mushroom growing room. Overall just a superb meal executed by a first class team.
E. M.I'm a really big fan of this place - I don't live in London so when I visit I generally prefer to try new places, but this is one place I love to visit over and over again. The food is always excellent and different than what you'd find at other places. Service is also great, they're friendly and helpful. Drinks and wine list were also good - I usually just go with their house wine as it goes quite well with their food.

Probably best enjoyed if you share dishes, so it's a nice restaurant for a date.

R.Divine pre-theatre dinner! These guys know how to pack a punch when it comes to flavour. The mushroom parfait, corn ribs and the crab artichoke broth were outstanding, so rich and delicious. Love that they use dairy cows, the sirloin was melt in your mouth, perfectly cooked. Wasn’t a huge fan of the decor, but that is minor when the cooking is that good.

The restaurant looked chic and modern with character, and the ambience is nice and fanciful. Staff were super attentive from when we entered.
Re: the food, we absolutely loved what we saw and tasted. The corn ribs were fun and crunchy with spices of paprika, beef ribs were tender and full of flavour, salmon belly was innovative go well with the brioche, and cabbage is a delicious with a fun twist. We also ordered 1.1kg rib eye steak (medium rare) to share among us 4, and it was a hella lots of juicy meat that kept us thoroughly satisfied.
There were still many items on the menu we didn get to try, so we will definitely revisit. It was an amazing gourmet experience! Defo recommend.
