They recently reopened and have finished both a refurbishment and a new extension to the side. It certainly looks more up market now. The menu looks very much as before. The emphasis on Italian dishes. The side extension is now a really good lounge for enjoying a cocktail or a leisurely drink. Prices seem a little higher now, but not prohibitive.

Had a lovely time here for my sisters wedding meal. Service was great, food fresh and tasty. The owners are efficient and accommodating. Everything was perfect with no hiccups and it was a lovely experience all in all. Their registry was just across the grounds so it was handy to walk over to the venue to continue the celebrations. My only recommendation is that it would be good to have some gluten free options, which is a must nowadays. Already planning some more parties here for the near future :)

Was lucky to visit this Cafe on Valentine’s day! On arrival the place was very busy but still clean and the staff was working very well and with a smile! The food was really tasty but the price a bit high! The Peroni is quite overpriced, it’s not the right place to sell it for this price! Still I give u 3 stars not because of the pricey beer but.... Basically on Valentines Day they removed the everyday menu and put a special menu for a special price(so in this way they were making their customers to pay a minimum amount of money)! I just wanna to try a Pizza ! Also when we realised this, i tolled them that we will order only 1 of this special menus for my wife as I was not feeling buying the full special course for certain amount of money! So I was tolled next that I Must buy it!!! So dear owners change your policies and prices, so you can be a really nice and lovely Cafe! So overall To improve and get a 5 star cafe you will need: 1) [1 Star] Drop your prices down 2) [1 Star] Change your policies and don’t try to take as much as it possible from your customers as your customers will pay anyway! Or as an option set a minimum spend per table it would work more! Good Luck P.S. After all I still recommend this place, very nice with great food choice and Lovely Staff ☺️

One of my local Italian places that I recommend. Like the location but can be difficult to park however close to wood green station. Very good priced meals and friendly staff. I had some disputes with one of my meals they corrected and kindly offered complimentary drinks. Professional and great atmosphere. Indoor, outdoor sitting area. A section upstairs for a large number of guess in separate enclosed private area.

Wasn’t planning on going in as we were just passing but went back, very cosy place ,was busy but the staff served very quickly and the food and drinks came very quick after ordering. Local to me but I hadn't been in since the first lockdown. Now fully renovated and a beautiful space to sit, eat, drink and chat. Popped in for coffee and pudding late in the afternoon with friends. Staff and service are top notch. For reference I have a mobility disability and I didn't have to ask for anything, they simply offered adjustments automatically. Can't wait to go back and have a full meal. Edited 21/12 Went back this last Sunday for lunch with friends. Between the 3 of us we had a mixed mezze, a pizza and the fettuccine alfredo, plus drinks. Service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Sad to see that it was nearly empty, but I can understand that people are not going out at the moment. Hopefully they have a decent trade in takeaway and delivery because we need a place like this in our neighbourhood.

We love this place and have been going for years. A local gem! We haven't been since its been refurbished and went last night with our baby. Its really lovely, the food was really good and the staff were delightful (the chefs all came to the window of the kitchen to give our baby a wave - which he was thrilled about). Our only suggestion (not complaint) would be to offer a childs menu as the food was quite salty (which we enjoyed) but not great for little ones! Other than that we look forward to next time!

We recently held our wedding lunch here after getting married at Haringey Registry office just steps away. So convenient! They set up our party of 25 in the beautiful sunlit room upstairs, and we had the entire 1st floor to ourselves. The starters arrived promptly and were delicious - fresh crusty bread, tzakiki, hummus, calamari and absolutely perfect spinach/cheese filo pockets. The main course was a choice of vegetarian mushroom risotto, stuffed chicken or lamb shank -- all were absolutely delicious, and large portions. The lunch flowed seamlessly and the server was polite and efficient. They even allowed us to bring our own wedding cake! We had a really special time that was so easy to plan and everyone was really pleased with the experience. I'm so grateful and would recommend anyone getting married at Haringey to do the same - it takes all the stress of planning out and allows you to just enjoy your special day!

Edit: this place is currently CLOSED Snug and comfortable place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in. Took my girlfriend here for Valentine's Day and managed to book a table with ease. Food was fantastic (a la carte menu). I got a sirloin steak which was juicy and bursting with flavour. Whilst my partner got spaghetti napolinita which is Veg friendly and was very enjoyable. Of course we couldn't leave without trying the pizza (duh! It's in the name) and that too was delicious and not overwhelming in cheese or dough. Finally we topped it off with a tiramisu which was sweetly sublime, rich (but not too much) and flavoursome. 5/5

Renovated, rejuvenated, it's a whole new venue but with the same fabulous hospitality the family has always delivered. Really clever use of space with an amazing indoor, outdoor lounge with a retractable roof and drop down windows you would normally associate with a holiday in the Mediterranean. Very stylish design details as well. Quality food, cocktails, live music on some nights, this is now THE venue for those wanting to be spoiled in North London.

The minus star is the fact that it’s on the old public toilets site.. I know, nothing to do with the quality of service & food. Also the name FATisa puts me off. Seeing the word FAT in the name of the restaurant. Otherwise I would add the additional star to make it 5 stars

I came here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend, and the food was amazing!!! The staff are friendly, and they were very accommodating. The place looks just looks just as good from the inside as it dose on the outside. They also do cocktails. If you're looking for a nice meal in woodgreen, then I would definitely recommend.

The service here is faultless, and the food is good. Had the mushroom risotto on the first visit which was great, but had the seafood risotto on the 2nd visit which wasn't as good, hence the 4 stars. The food was amazing with great flavours, the lamb was falling off the bone, the starters were delicious and the deserts were all eating with gusto (fantastic home made food). It was ok. The food was fine. I think it is a bit misleading to call this an Italian restaurant, it is a Turkish restaurant with some Italian dishes on the menu. For a local restaurant the food is expensive. Our Tricolore salad was tomato, mozarella and pesto but no avocado. Staff and owner attentive and friendly.

What a pleasant little restaurant! After hearing many positive reviews, I have finally decided to go there for a saturday lunch with my wife and kids. The staff was very welcoming. It is nicely located by the entrance of Woodside Park.Even though the place is name after a turkish town, the menu includes many italian dishes such as pizza and pasta.I am quite fussy with my pizzas, but I must admit they were succulent with a wide range of tasty toppings (I had the calzone). Next time, we will try their breakfast which looked great.

Delicious food. I ordered the slow cooked beef rib. Succulent and the meat just comes of the bone. Vegetables also went nice with the sauce and fat from the meat. Would go again, in fact, I did go again.
