Beast cod with chips in London! 🇬🇧 Definetely check this place portions are big and prices are reasonable! Quality at it’s best👍 I have not had such an amazing fish and chips 🐟 🍟 in a very long time!

Happy accident, as pub where we were first, didn't seem great for food. So decided to try here as was walking nearby .... Luck was Def. with us, as food was great, friendly service too! Nice to have such a great choice of fish, and a choice of grilled, steamed and battered.... My grilled Haddock was cooked to perfection and chips were gorgeous, with a lovely garnish of salad.!

Excellent fish and chips, amongst the best I’ve had. I would imagine it to be takeaway favourite, although the place itself is prominently located in Fulham high street. Cosy with a only a few tables but done up nicely in blue and fish theme. Staff is nice and on a weekday afternoon, I had lovely cod with loads of chips in peace!

Oh! My! God! Traditional cod witch chips, deep fried to perfection! Home made tartare sauce (it's should be an obligatory side to all the dishes served in this establishment) - to die for! I have not had such an amazing f&c in a very long time (licking the plate was a close consideration). Sensational quality of food served and cheerful staff. A must have if you are in the area.

This place it's not only one of the cutest and warmest place you can land yourself in, but it also has one of the best fish&chips in west London. The food is very tasteful and of great quality, portions are huge and prices are very reasonable. The service is very nice and welcoming. Amazing lil Fish & Chips place! Small place big on taste and portion. Reminds me of the fish and chips from Penny's Palapa's in Nanaimo, (waterfront) Canada. Nice little shop, very busy and seemingly very popular. Service was quite slow but perhaps a little understandably. It’s a shame they’re using pre cut bagged, and probably frozen, chips. Surely a chip shop has room for a potato rumbler and chipper to make their own like you’d expect from any chip shop. Chips were good however, and the portion was generous. Pie was your standard Pukka fayre but it was nice and hot.

AMAZING! I was there few days ago and it was an unforgettable experience. The waitress is really kind and polite, the chefs work really, really well, the owner is a wonderful person and also a great chef too. The food...left me speechless. Never tried a so good and tasty fish and chips. The fried things were carefully dried and the dessert after, SUPERB. Amazing service, the chef and owner go the extra mile to ensure your experience is one of a kind! The food is amazing - try the avacodo salad if you want something fresh and the pan fried haddock in garlic butter was to die for! My other peps tried the traditional fish and chips and said it was done to perfection and don’t miss out on the homemade tarter, coleslaw, mango salsa, they were all amazing!!! We will be back for sure!!!

This little restaurant in Fulham has one of the best fish and chips you can find in London. The fish is cooked after you order it, same as the fries, and it comes to the table with the right level of crunchiness. In addition, I found my meal quite tasty and perfectly cooked as it didn’t have any extra oil in the fish breading. Finally, the portion of the large cod was really abundant.

I thought I would give this place a try since I had free time on a Sunday before work. When I arrived, the queue was out the door so that was a good sign. I'm glad I waited. Had the Haddock and chips. This is one of the best fish and chips shops in London. I ended up visiting twice in the same week, the second time trying the homemade fish cake. Also very well cooked and perfectly seasoned. Absolutely worth the trip to the restaurant.

Very good place. It is quite small, you will have to squeeze a little bit. Most of the tables are for 4 and there is a room for special occasions. But it is a warm and welcoming place. dishes are huge and not expensive at all. The owners are friendly, chatty and very welcoming. We will definitely come back

These guys saved us our first evening in London. Our flight was delayed for two hours and the pub we originally planned to visit had already stopped serving food. Probably one of the best fish restaurants in London. This cosy little restaurant specialises in fish and has a few types (cod-haddock-skate-plaice) of fish served. You can choose to have it the traditional way, grilled or steamed. There are other dishes, sides and salads Available as well. There is seafood starters served like scampi - calamari - smoked salmon. It is a nice place where any person in the group can find something to eat. It also has takeaway. Recommended.

I’ve read how great fishers fish and chips are and had to try them myself. I ordered the regular haddock and boy it was huge!! Can’t imagine how the large it would be! The batter is so light and great tasting on its own. The fish is fresh and fabulous. Chips were nice and crunchy .The service was very friendly and efficient. When we went there, it was packed, so many people came in and fill up the room. We still managed to get our food promptly. Food is cooked fresh while you wait. I nipped out here the other night with my other half and despite there being a big queue we didn't have to wait all that long. The owner made us welcome the moment we arrived and rest of the staff were nice and knew exactly what was available. My Cod fish was incredibly supper crispy and fresh out of the fryer and the chips were fresh too. We also had another haddock chips plus Roe. Delicious could eat a bag of that alone it was that yummy. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. One of the best Chippy in London. 10/10 thank you!! Absolutely nothing to complain about.

We recently spent some time in London and for dinner last evening had fish and chips from Fishers Restaurant in Fulham London. This was brought out to our hotel by Deliveroo's online food delivery service. Food stayed very warm, garlic mushrooms, scampi, haddock, cod, salad, chips were all tasty. We enjoyed our dinner. If you are visiting London you need to visit this restaurant they serve excellent British traditional fish and chips.

I love the fish here, especially the haddock. There’s nothing like grabbing some fish and chips from here and having a picnic in Bishops Park. I like my chips a bit crispier than they usually make them, so my hot tip is to put them in the oven for a bit when you get the chips home.

Fish itself is good, can taste it's fresh and portions are HUGE. Def good value for money. BUT, the chips are horrible. The worst I've tried anywhere. Like cardboard. Maybe it's just for takeaway. They look like 3 day old chips and dry. Again portions of chips are huge which is a positive. Also the batter on th fish is flavourless. One time we went to the restaurant before covid and I thought everything was great. But the takewaayt has been consistently bad chips, bland batter and good fresh fish. If you pass the fish and take off the batter by hand, it's still decent value for very good and fish fresh. But for anyone who wants proper good fish AND chips I would say pass. There's no good f&c in London , at least west London

People who own this place have created a very good food taste as well the decor is outstanding. We have been in to eat several times, as we live nearby and tend to go there at least twice a week and love the new decor and atmosphere they are creating. We have also been in with family and with a large party of 12. At times we have had to wait a little longer than usual for food, but never too long. I'm sure there are exciting times ahead at Fishers. The owners are very friendly, welcoming and dog friendly. Lovely to see them with enthusiasm breathing new life into this lovely restaurant, deserves to keep on doing well. Highly recommended.

Being a Fulham Football Club supporter i have visited Fishers on loads of occasions. The fish and chips produced here go down in Fulham folk law. The fish and chips are outstanding. The standards are set very high and they never dip. I have never had a bad meal there. Also on sale are soft drinks. I've never had an Alcoholic drink in there, but have a feeling they do serve alcohol. The staff are terrific, so friendly and warm. The welcome is always the same...wonderful. There isn't much on street parking, we tend to park in a side street and take a walk to Fishers. There are parking meters which csn be fairly expensive. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Wonderful.

My brother and I went to London for the weekend of my birthday. Due to a funny story about my that when he came to London when he was about our age(23-25), we decided that we wanted to get some fish and chips. We could have not chosen a better place to finish our 4 day trip. This place is located in a nice neighborhood, the set up is very nice and nite, quite small so I would recommend to make reservations for the weekend or special moments. The decoration and the customer service was what made it worth it, along with the food. Our server was amazing, from the moment we walked in he was so nice and gave us the best service he could. Great fish, but disappointing chips! Came here on a Sunday and ordered cod with chips and mushy peas. The fish was some of the best I've had as it had been cooked almost perfectly, with the fish not being overly soft (as some Fish and Chip shops unfortunately do!). However, the chips were really not that great- they're not the 'squashy' chips that I associate with the 'great British chippy!' or whatnot; they're the sort I'd expect to get at a mediocre pub. However, if you don't mind the sort of 'normal' thick chips you can get then don't worry! Other than the food, the restaurant is really nice and cosy with interesting decor and it's the same price to eat in or takeaway. It is worth checking out!

Went here last night and was disappointed overall. For takeaways there is a tiny lobby that you have to cram into. The ordering system is archaic, as I and others had to repeat their order a number of times. They cook to order, so a fair wait can be expected in the small lobby area. When my order was finished, it was wrong, 3 cod not 2 cod 1 haddock. I asked for no salt on the chips and the cook then chucked salt on the chips immediately before apologising. The wrapping paper used was awful and oil leaked everywhere. Putting 3 portions with chips and sauces into a paper bag had the predictable result of the bag falling apart before I even got to the door. They did offer to replace the spillages. The fish and chips were good, but nothing spectacular as some on here assert.

My brother and I spent 6 days in London last week. We stayed near Earl's Court train station. I had looked up restaurants nearby or on the train lines. I found two near the Putney Bridge station, Fishers and River Café. We thought River Café looked like it was closed so we walked a few blocks to Fishers. Great meal, nice staff. A few days later, we decided to go there again. We noticed that River Café was, in fact, open but decided to go to Fishers instead. We had the large cod and chips. It was huge and delicious. We hope to return to London next year or 2021. In six days, we had fish and chips six times, twice at Fishers.
