The burger is really tasty. The roll is soft, the cheese melts perfectly and the vegetables are fresh. Only the meat could be a little less dry, but it's still the best burger I've had in a fast food chain. The fries are ok but a bit too salty for me and the shake (we took the caramel flavor) tasty but veryyyyyy sweet. The prices are quite high because these 3 items cost almost £ 20, but I would recommend everyone to try the burger anyway.

Absolutely stellar customer service. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is amazing. The lovely Rohana (I am so sorry if I am spelling the name wrong) helped me carry the enormous amount of food and drinks I had ordered to my car as there were barely any customers at that time and the staff saw me struggling. This is the best food/customer service experience I have encountered in a very very long time.

Expensive but good burger place - try the cajun fries! To get burger, fries and shake is expensive and a lot to get through, so think carefully before ordering such a big combo, especially for kids. Check your order when you get it because they seem to get it wrong frequently.

To the guy who just served me, saw that I was watching my watch and had a train to catch, then asked If I was waiting and put my order ahead by 3-4 above other orders and meant I caught my train with about 20 seconds to spare, absolute legend! Sorted me right out and a tasty burger to boot!

OK, the food is good, and for some reason for a 'regular' fries they seem to dump in another cupful in the bag, making the portion size huge, but the prices for this are far too much for it to get the 'fast food' moniker. A cheeseburger fries and milkshake will cost you around £18, which is on par with superior non fast food burger places. Milkshakes are the heavy ice cream style, which are a bit too heavy and sweet for me. Overrated.

Awesome US-style smash cheeseburgers, choose any free toppings (go mushrooms and toasted jalapeños) with cajun fries and bottomless soft drinks. Opt for the small fries or share a regular (trust me on this). Vanilla cherry Coke was delish! Not a cheap burger joint, occasional treat for me only, but 'Eat Out to Help Out' made this a very affordable lunch 😋 You won't get a more 'American' style burger anywhere in London in my vast experience...
