Without doubt the best fries! Best ever. Try the cajun spiced ones

We were late so the burger was lukewarm but the fries were fresh. Can never give five guys five stars. It's okay but there are better options at this price point.

My *1 favourite fast food restaurant in London. Very brightly lit store and kept clean. Staff and areas kept well sanitised. Even though 6 people had ordered in front of me I still got my meal order within 5 mins. Excellent advertising from 5 guys as I wasn’t sure if they did the eat out help out but this was clearly displayed. Chips were crunchy, hot and spicy - I highly recommend the Cajun fries if you like spice. The banana milkshake was perfect with real banana pieces in it that you can drink up from the straw. Amazing juicy burger. I really like how you can choose all salads for the burger. A meal can be shared for 2 as a double burger meal is really heavy especially with a milk shake. Overall amazing and hardworking staff with excellent service and food.

Used to absolutely love five guys in Covent garden, now visited Chiswick. They pride themselves on the fries but mine were quite underwhelming - soft, unseasoned, bland, not special at all.

Ok for what it is and costs, nothing exceptional... Nice that they tell you where the potatoes are from, and that all the healthy extras are free, would be nice to have healthier bun options. I've never eaten in, as it's usually got kids hanging about it, so I've only had take away via Deliveroo.

Five Guys is one of the best fast food burger chains in London. This place in Chiswick has friendly staff and quick service. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is that it could’ve been cleaned better as the cleanness of the floors under the tables left much to be desired.

We were walking down the High Road looking for something new and thought to try Five Guys. To be honest the first impression was crazy expensive prices but the cashier (Ileana) recommended things for us that kept the price down. Portions were huge and the food was great. So don't be put off as you get a good deal actually. Service was fast and friendly! I would definitely come back.

Been to this branch many times since it opened. Never been any issues unless ordered from Deliveroo. Lesson learnt, want hot food = cut out middle man + go direct and save money on delivery fee. I've ordered on app, online and good old fashioned waited in line. Never had any issues when in person. As many have pointed out, pricing is not their forte. Its a corporate issue, unlike something that an individual store will be able to implement. I come here for better quality and reliability so it's my monthly visit rather than a regular outing here. Staff are always friendly, enjoyed my many chats with the staff. Love that its open late till 11pm.

Love the shop but dislike some of their customers who drop litter outside. The 5G Burger is cooked fresh to order and infinitely customisable. So far have never been disappointed. This time is was a cheeseburger with grill jalapeno and mushroom. Chips are great too. Did I mention it's also excellent value!!

Really good burgers, hot dogs and milk shakes .. Chips portions are huge so order smaller size than usuall and unlimited toppings on your burger ... both of which makes the meal wholesome. Bonus refill sodas and peanuts ( taken out during pandemic) Although find it really expensive but can afford as a treat occasionally.

What’s happened to Five Guys!? Portion sizes have significantly changed. We didn’t have our order fulfilled either with 8 mixed sauce sachets missing completely!! £30 for 2 very basic burgers and small fries no lingers in cups either, just in a bag. Can’t deny the quality of food but sorry, will not be using Five Guys in Chiswick again. Have had their food as an occasional treat for a number of years now but never again. Sadly now a huge rip off. NB:This order was via Deliveroo this evening.

My experience here was very good ....the young lady called Natasha that served me was very helpful as it was my 1st time at one of theses stores..she helped me with what i could order and let me know what was available on the menu ...she had good friendly service and made me experience fantastic...the food was great ...and the milkshake they made for me was amazing ....will be coming here again ..
