Great burger restaurant with lots of seating space. Ordered medium fries with was double the normal size of other modern fast food joints. I was surprised that they actually sell alcohol which is unlike other similar restaurants like MacDonalds and Burger King. I was very much impressed with the service and they were not stingy with the mayo or tomato ketchup sachets as well

Nice dining area with lots of American style booths, food is great but on the pricier side for fast food (burger, small fries and milkshake came to approximately £18). The milkshake was incredible which I mixed with salted caramel and oreo cookie pieces. Would recommend for the customisation of burgers but as I said not a cheap option.

I came in skeptical and I left the restaurant a believer. I was initially unsettled by the advertisement pictured but it was a simple misunderstanding. Five Guys doesn't use frozen burgers, like many other burger chains. Instead they use fresh burgers. I was a little disappointed to how small the £5 burger called "Little Burger". I am sorry to the lovely staff that made it. You guys rock:). After I finished eating the burger I was even eating the cooked onion that was left over in the sauce. Delicious! Look give this burger chain a try. You won't regret it.

Their fries and burgers are among the best around, they are reasonably priced and miles better then the more main stream fast food chains. The staff was very polite and happy to help, food was prepared super quick. The milkshakes in my opinion is the best around, as you can customise it to your liking.

Great customer service. Allowed me to use drinks machine to fill my bottle up with ice and water. Built me a fantastic burger which was tbh one of the best burgers I have ever had. Very clean restaurant you could eat off the floor without fearing for the worst! Will be back at least once a month. Bit on the pricy side but you won't pay cheap for a good beef fillet medium well either. This place is the harrods of burger joints!

Haven't been to this five guys for a while. Very quick service. Had the bacon cheeseburger for a change usually have the cheeseburger. The bacon bits were perfect not too crunchy not too soft just perfect. Burger and ingredients always on point, delicious 😋.

I never heard earlier about this franchise, so I tried this place randomly when I was in London and it was the luckiest choice. The menu with french fries was so huge, I could barely ate the whole portion. It was the best hamburger i’ve ever taste. The atmosphere of the place is like a traditional american fast food restaurant. I loved this so much, and since this good impression when I travel abroad, I search directly a Five Guys! Thank you! Fantastic food at a reasonably quiet location. Plenty of space for seating (Five Guys seem to be good at making use of space) and for the time of writing - social distancing. More expensive than a regular fast food place, but the customisation and flavour certainly make up for that.

Good burgers everytime I've been! My tipple is a cheeseburger with bacon, pickles, ketchup and bbq sauce! ... Wasn't thethe biggest fan of the chips (I prefer French fries or a proper fish and chip shop chip) but I must admit the flavour of frying in penut oil is pretty good! Can't say they're THE best burger outright, that's a tricky one to claim... But they are definatly in the top 5. The service at this branch is always good and the place is clean! Hence you get the 5 stars

My wife and I decided to go grab a meal from this place at 22:25. Quickly reached the Chiswick branch and ordered our burger, fries and the milkshake. This place is fantastic! The food is amazing and the staff members are extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Cheeseburger is the best I've had to date, the five guys milkshake is super awesome and words cannot express how tasty and crispy the fries are. I don't think I'll ever wanna have fries from any other place ever again! Sure the prices are a little steep but it's worth the quality and quantity of food that's served. Shout-out to Scolly who helped us decide on our order and her awesome customer service. She's a great asset to your team. Brilliant place, brilliant food and absolutely fantastic staff! Keep it up guys! Will see you'll soon!

Pretty good. Expensive but okay to try sometimes. Had the kajun style chips which were crispy on the outside and really soft in the middle, the hot dog with the unlimited toppings and that was a mountain of a mouthful enough add to that the unlimited soft drink refills.

Altough it was almost before the closing time, the stuff were very friendly and welcoming which you wouldn't expect from a chain fast food restaurant. A big thank you for that! We had cheeseburgers with almost all the toppings in and they were fresh and tasty. If you want chips, i would recommend the spicy one! They're really delicious and not that spicy, try for a change!

Personally, I think that this is the best burger place in London. Obviously, the UK doesn't really have proper burger joints, so, naturally, this is the go to place to fulfill that craving. They're extra generous with the chips, and the burgers are to die for.

Amazing burgers - if you like a greasy American burger with oozing cheese this is the place for you. You can choose as many or as little topping as you would like and the price remains the same. The price is a little more expensive than your average burger but these are very delicious and a special treat. Fries come in big portions - regular is good for sharing. I recommend the Cajun spice, it’s not too spicy but has a lovely flavour and kick. This chain has a large seating area and isn’t ever too busy so larger groups can easily get a table.

The place is a bit pricey comparing to other fast food restaurants in London, that's true, but you pay for what you get. Their (All The Way) Cheeseburger is delicious and so fresh. So are the Five Guys fries. I think Ealing Broadway needed a place like this. Staff members are very friendly and the entire place is clean too. Best burger I've had in my life so far was in Five Guys.

Best burgers ever, not cheap, excessive amount of fries, good shakes. Hot dogs are okay, but the burgers are best. I only ever have the small burgers as the large are very large. They have soft drink machines where it mixes what you want at point, some combinations are not normally available in shops and best avoided:-) Music often very loud, but they will turn it down if asked. Poor acoustics don’t help. Free peanuts in shells are excellent, nut allergy people stay away.

There are a few reviewers that feel Five Guys is not much better than McDonald's; I would strongly disagree! Although a franchise chain charging the earth for burger and chips, they really are offering something good. Burgers that actually look like their menu photographs! Handmade when you order, the burgers are very tasty - couldn't be further apart from a MacDonald's patty in terms of texture and flavour. That's before coming to the toppings. The toppings (of which there are many) are thick and generous and catapult the tasty burger (which is a double in standard form) into a really satisfying meal. Fries are great, self serve drinks with many many flavours all top it off with excellence. The negatives? Start with price. Very expensive. You can get similarly made meals in decent pubs for a bit less but on a plate in a nicer premises For its high prices it is still served in the same way as cheap fast food joints. But you pay for the taste

I've had the original in the US - so in comparison the food was a bit plainer but still delicious (though I think they forgot to add my chosen sauce to my burger). Considering it is 'fast food', the service was very slow. For some reason the person making the burgers decided it would be okay to cook 6-7 orders at the same time, package them all and then hand them out (instead of doing them one by one). This meant if you were first to order you waited almost 10-15 minutes for your 'fast food'. Having said that, the staff that I encountered were reasonably polite and friendly.

First, I'm veggie, so my order is generally the veggie sandwich + fries. They don't have a veggie burger/patty, but grill your choice of veggies and layer into the sandwich. It's a good burger, but is very overpriced for what you're getting. Still not as good as the branches in the US for some reason. This branch does seem to make them better than others I've been in around London. Fries are always good. Never tried the milkshakes.

Being in London, it will happen more often than not that you will stop at a fast food for a quick bite. Five Guys beats them all, hands down. Love Five Guys in the states. Just stopped for milkshakes. The taste was good on all, but they were very thin. We were really hoping for the "tough to get through the straw" kinda shakes and they weren't that at all. Probably just US vs UK style shakes because the guy taking the order says they were "made really thick".

Overall the food is good but a bit expensive. The milkshakes are very nice and the drink machine is good for children as well. Nice how you can get peanuts for free and scoop them yourself. Burgers are very tasty. Only bad thing is the atmosphere. The price is above average for a store of its type so I feel like the decoration of the store should feel more restaurant and less fast-food. The feel of the restaurant needs to be improved so people feel more comfortable eating- especially at its price point. Mostly a very nice place to eat. Nice how they give alot of excess on the chips and the staff don't feel restricted by the bag. Even if you get a small of chips you still get alot. My experience on Deliveroo was a bit disappointing however I hope it's only a one time thing.

Went in here on a Saturday afternoon when everywhere else was full. Found out why a. There was hardly anyone in there and b. No pictures of the food were on display. The answer to these two questions became very apparent when they totted up the bill for a modest cheeseburger, fries and a vanilla shake with cream that came to over £18.00! Eyewateringly expensive considering it wasn't all that special, just okay. The chips were the current style of skin-on, and were quite tasty. The burger was made with fresh meat and tasted fine. Was it worth the high price? No, it wasn't, but it tasted okay and I was able to sit down in relative peace where everywhere else was rammed, so i guess it balanced out. Don't go there if there's more than just you because the better part if £40.00 for what amounts to a burger and chips is faintly ridiculous.

So I really couldn't give 5 stars because of inconsistent levels of service. I placed my order with no problems. However the lady that was giving the orders out failed to ask me if I would like any condiments with my food. She was more than happy to ask the man she served but she didn't ask me. When I told her I would like some BBQ and mustard she didn't even bother to fill up the container half way. I have received good service from this branch before but on this occasion it was a serious fail.

Veggie option was just a load of fried veg and salad in a bun, no ACTUAL veggie burger so don't excited. The chips are the nicest part but the music was at headache level even some teen commented on the level so what does that tell you? Not great for a cheap meal price-wise but on the plus the soft drinks are refillable along with the pump-it-yourself-ketchup which is good if like me you love lashings of ketchup on your grub.

Went there on Sunday afternoon. The music was too loud, the stuff in the kitchen where also very loud, they were shouting at each other (and it wasn't even busy !) You could hear them across the whole room (even through the music). I don't understand why they pack all your food in a brown bag even if you eat in, it doesn't make any sense. They don't give you any plate or tray(ridiculous). The food was OK. I was expecting more flavour from a burger like this. The meat wasn't seasoned well enough.
