Was disappointed with the size of the hotdog 🌭 ordered and there was a bit of a wait to receive the order, but the fries were overflowing and the food tasted great 😋 👌. Surprised there are no plugs or charging ports for phone users and no complimentary wifi. Lovely atmosphere and lots of smiling employees make it a very pleasant place to go.

Setting a side the tasty burger and the fries (!) the service! The person who took our order as well as anyone else there is working as if this is their own business and they really care about it. This was our first visit in a Five Guys restaurant but certainly not the last. Aside from the patience the person who took our order had, she made sure our order will be tailored to our requirements with consideration to the children who are not big eaters and even split the one size milkshake into 2 cups (with whipped cream for each) as it was very big. We will be back, great experience!

The staff were all so very polite. In particular, Fabio, who was working the kitchen, was smiley, upbeat, friendly and literally had the best energy! Customer service is on point at this branch. The food was decent enough, chips were way too salty!

Very nice food but I am really concerned about the hygiene in this place. No face masks or coverings from the employees and the floor is extremely slippery I suppose from oil. Even in the loo I couldn't stand to do my job, I had to grab from somewhere in order not to fall..

Usual hectic and busy counters and the collection queue seemed longer than normal. Staff working as fast as they can in their upbeat friendly manner. So worth the wait for their amazing burgers though. Juicy, fresh and individually prepared for each customer. It seems they've reduced the quantity of fries given (compared with earlier years) although that may not be a bad thing for my waist! This restaurant situated next door to Palladium and although busy, you can usually get a seat on either of their two floors. Restrooms (on this visit) were clean and well maintained.

For me, Five Guys is the best burger chain around. Constantly good and you definitely pay for what you get. If you've never tried, maybe you'll find that the burger wrapped in foil is just another burger... But it's not. Seriously grilled to the point and always juicy. An absolute pleasure. I love that they are very generous with the chips and put loads inside the brown bag (way more that the portion you normally ordered). So here goes a tip: always order chips a size smaller than you feel like eating at that moment. You'll get double portion anyway!

American style burger, I was not very impressed. The food was greasy and fatty, so overall decent for what it is, yet quite overpriced. You can get a proper burger and chips from an actual restaurant for the same 13£. Peanut oil fried chips were interesting. They leave you a slightly bitter 🥜 aftertaste. You also get unlimited free refills with each soda. Last, but not least, you can get free peanuts from the ketchup/mayo counters. I found them to be quite redundant to the meal, but also a delicacy, squirrels all over London would happily feed on.

It's a little pricy to be fast food but your taste buds will thank you. Burgers and fries are great. They have complimentary shelled peanuts. If you're a soft drink connoisseur like me you'll be very satisfied with their sortiment, best I've ever seen. The drinks are expensive to start with but you get free refills so it's worth it if you drink much like I do.

Spacious with large room downstairs with a WC. Typical decor for 5G, yet I didn't see free nuts. Have they stopped it? Nevertheless can't go wrong with 5 guys. I was there past lunchtime and got my burger in under 10 mins.

Absolutely love 5 guys the food is amazing. It was very busy and I noticed a manager training someone who clearly this was his first job and the first time he had probably used a dustpan and brush in his entire life. The manager was patient and supportive despite the volumes of people around him which must have been distracting. As with all 5 guys I've been in the toilets are disgusting and it tarnishes the whole experience they smell, are littered with rubbish and often have out of use facilities signs up. The impression you get is it looks like they haven't been cleaned in days and I get it, the footfall during the day is huge but it could be easily resolved with actually checks. I also get its probably the worst job in the place to do as people are revolting at times and don't care how they leave a mess behind them. Food and service always great but toilets I really believe could be much better across all locations not just this one.

I came in today with my 2 babies under 2 and Aga was an amazing help. Without me even asking, she moved a chair to make room for my pram, then looked at my receipt and offered to get my food and even got me ketchup and mayo! I have had food from Five Guys in my home town and other restaurants in London. I have to say whilst the food wasnt bad but I wasn't a great fan. However my son convinced me to go to Oxford Circus Five guys one Saturday afternoon after work. Another level!!! The staff are nothing like I have ever experienced in a burger bar! Fantastic greeting on arrival, patient with my indecisive food choices, take the time to ask how our day was and whilst watching them prepare food . We totally enjoyed watching a clearly close and well managed team, have fun and jokes with each other and also the customers whilst preparing what I can only describe as the best double bacon cheese burger ever!! My first visit was at the end of lockdown. It's now become a must do every weekend my son is working with me! We hadn't been for 3 weeks due to my sons sports commitments. He was however at work today and as usual we ended the days work with a treat of the best Burger in London. We where met with the now expected fantastic level of service as we previously had. However the manager saw us, stopped what he was doing and took the time to come over and ask how we have been and how my son was getting on with his Football!!! Next level customers service!!! Made us feel more than just customers and more like friends/family Massive credit to the team and want to let the Five guys directors know that they have something special in the team at Oxford Circus. Great place if you are a five Guys fans. For people who aren't aware of the chain, its an American fast food chain and offers some pricey but generously filled burgers, fries and shakes. There's not many options in burgers and you can make your own burger using a range of toppings available. Fries are cooked in 100% peanut oil and are some of the best fries I've had at any fast food chain. Same with shakes, generous amount and good tasting. Peanut products are extensively used and this place is a big no for people with peanut allergy. You also get to have as many complimentary peanuts as you want.

Amazing burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches! Have in mind that for every topping you add, you have the option to choose “lite”, “regular”, or “extra” (even though this information is not stated in their menu, and ordering “extra” comes at no extra cost!). Their hot dogs are nothing special, and I wouldn’t recommend. Their milkshakes are really good! And what’s amazing is that all the vegetables they add to your burger are really fresh and taste incredible! What I don’t like, and that’s why I’m giving them 4 stars, are their chips. They are supposed to come from the best potato farms in the UK, but it ends up being a lottery, you never know when you’ll get good or bad chips, and that’s a gamble I don’t enjoy. I really need consistency for my chips, and they don’t provide me with that, such a shame!

Always good!! Fries are tasty, the customised burgers are some of the best around. The patty are meaty, well cooked and delicious, the buns hold well and all comes with a wide choice of toppings. I had a cheese burger which was just beautiful and I ordered the hotdog which was meh and I ordered oreo milkshake with whip cream which was alright and the last thing I ordered was pepper fries and it was very hard to finish them because they felt like they were just over seasoned chips so I had to use the milkshake to balance the taste. Overall everything except the burger was alright ( the staff were friendly and they helped alot especially since it was my first time ever at five guys) I would recommend going there for a one time thing when you are super hungry it ain't cheap.

Last but not least, the milk shake is a must try, the richness of it in any flavour and keep full and satisfied at the end of the meal!

Jeez this burger is juicy, huge and delicious. You get to add as many toppings as you'd like. It is very expensive (~£8) though, but if you still want to try it, you could even share it with someone. Small fries were big enough as well. The cup is small but they pour so many extra fries inside the bag that you end up getting a large portion. I'd say if you're not a big eater you could share the 1 cheeseburger and 1 small fries between two people.

Very busy, the location may not be appropriate as it's directly outside a west end theatre to the point where it's waiting line covers the five guys entrance. My friend ordered halepeno but only got 3, half of my chips were in the bag rather than the cup itself, they also have a tendency to be oversalted. Burger is still incredible though.

I would have rated this much higher, but it's just so expensive for what it is... It's a counter service American burger joint, but it cost over £16 just for a burger, fries and drink? I could go to honest burger and have a better burger and table service for almost half that... Food is quick, so if you're in a rush and don't care about price go for it, but if you want a better/cheaper burger there's better nearby.

Burger tastes good but it honestly feels like an overpriced upgrade from Burger King. The restaurant is not clean although there's numerous of cleaning staff working. No toilet paper in several stalls, dirty tables and trash laying around. The music is way too loud and you can't hear yourself think. However, for a fast food burger it tasted good and the portions are proper American. When a burger called 'regular size' has two patties and it's not the biggest burger on the menu, then we're talking real American fast food. Take away might be a better option though.

Knowing there is 62 grams of fat in one burger does not stop me from going for five guys. The decor is too plain as is the food presentation, the hot dog is standard and I'm not a fan of their fries, although they do always give more than you expect or need. But the quality of the burger, no matter how greasy it is still makes you savour every bite. Once I had 2 burgers in one sitting. I'm definitely a fan of five guys. The drink variety is an added bonus.

A classic fast food experience that still managed to be unique and worth it. Service was efficient and fast. Atmosphere is typical fast food joint. Food is unhealthy but great. Things to note: 1. Small fries is actually quite large because they fill the cup and then fill the bag with almost the same amount 2. The selection of soft drinks, specifically sugar free soft drinks, is unlike anything you've seen before. For example, there are 9 different flavours of coke zero - ranging from lime to cherry, there is Powerade zero, Fanta zero, Dr Pepper zero etc. 3. I ordered the cheeseburger with no bun and some fries. The fries are worth trying. The burger patty was cooked perfectly and you can add a whole assortment of extras for free to suit your taste.

A Premium McDonalds fast food burger restaurant in Central London. If you are in a rush to the Theatre, or munch hunger after the theatre play, try this place as they offer a fast service. The burgers are not cheap. I found the choosing of dressings confusing, but got a freshly made burger and chips to my taste. Water is free but you must request a cup at the till. Soft drinks seemed to be 'drink as much as you want" as long as you paid for the cup. The dispenser machine is modern and confusing (for the old folks like me) but allows you to choose in the computer screen what soft drink or water you want. Staff is around to guide you. Plenty seating downstairs, loo and less noise. WC needed attention due to the high number of users. It seemed to have a FREE peanut "help yourself while waiting" station. If like me you have allergy to nuts, be aware they are everywhere. My burgers were made to the final details I ordered. Extra ketchup available. It can get very busy and a bench to sit down are at a premium. Find a bench 'before ordering' and keep an eye on your belongings. That's Central London for you.

I'm not impressed with the service we got our burgers changed which was done correctly but in my opinion with it being busy their shouldn't have been an mistake in the first place. For our milkshakes they used the same milkshakes(how I know this is because it was not thick) we had before adding more oreo using the same milkshake blender which is very unhygienic for food and beverage. Would have been better off with a new one made. Apart from that the food was okay but I wouldn't come back to this specific restaurant.

Came here quite in a hurry, I don't eat meat, and I had been to an in n out burger in the US and though this would be the same (the vegetarian sandwich in in n out is made of lettuce tomato burger bun and plastic cheese - horrible). However I was surprised. They give you free peanuts on the queue (already something nice) the queue wasn't that long in the end, and the veggie sandwich was top quality - very good! with grilled veggies and mushroom. We asked for large fries - it was A LOT of fries and very very yummy ones (really large fries is to share between 2). Loved it!

Sometimes a burger is all you need, and five guys really hits the spot. We went after a craft beer tasting session. The peanuts whilst waiting were very welcome. The skin on chips are lovely, and cooked in groundnut oil which gives a good flavour. Not a good place if you have an allergy. The burgers are wonderful - without feeling that they're trying too hard. The menu is simple, fresh burger X2 loaded with what ever topping you choose. Squishy bun - no brioche types here - just a good ole squishly delicious sesame seed bun, burger cheese and juicy burger. Nom, nom, nom. It's fast food though - it has feel of a slightly upmarket McDonald's. In and out - not place for sitting in for long.

Most unsatisfying burger I had in years. The sesame bun was like one from the supermarket instead of a grilled brioche bun you would expect at this steep price. Everything was tasteless and very soaky (I ate the fries first so it was sweating in the tin foil). All toppings tasted boiled instead of grilled, even the cheese. Couldn't distinct the ketchup/mayo/hot sauce I picked. The cajun fries were very average despite the emphasis on frying in peanut oil. The second star is for the friendly cashier Jay and the third for the helpful cleaning guy who brought extra mayo after it was refilled.

I'm a little late to the party, I know, but I finally made it to Five Guys. After a very disappointing experience at Floridita (the three tiniest bowls of 'tapas' for £9), we were still ravenous and had our sights on losing this particular burger virginity. You know the story - rock up to the bar, order from a relatively short but sweet menu and add as many topping as you want for free. We started with a cheeseburger then loaded up with tomato, fried onions, relish, mustard, mayo, lettuce and pickles and took it away in its brown paper bag to devour greedily. This is obviously not your high-end high-brow food establishment and it's not about to win a Michelin star but it does fast food well and it doesn't break the bank. Yes, it's a few more pennies than your McDonald's Saver Menu but the brown paper bag looks ever so slightly more chic on the post-night out bus ride home.

YUM! Hideous queues around pre-theatre dinner o'clock (5-8 ish) but really great when you get in there. The standard burger seemed to have about three cows in it, and if you go All In you get loads of delicious toppings as part of the price which really make it. Fantastic fast high quality food. Each burger is made to order while you wait, with your own specific combination of toppings included in the price. Food consists of burgers, hot dogs, fries and milkshakes in various combinations. Free peanuts (in the shell) are available for eat in customers. Drinks are free refills, using the Coke Freestyle machines which have hundreds of choices of flavour combinations, caffeinated/non caffeinated/sugar free etc. Burgers and hot dogs can be ordered bunless to suit dietary requirements. The dining area upstairs is small, but there is a larger dining area in the basement. The meat and toppings are high quality. Service is fast, efficient and friendly.

I think I've hit upon my perfect Five Guys burger: little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, extra pickles, jalapenos, grilled mushrooms, mustard and relish. This new outlet has less of the mad queues of the the Covent Garden diner, but still the same offer, and a good number of the all-important Coca-Cola freestyle machines. Sure, this isn't health-food, and nor is it the best burger in London, but it does give you free monkey-nuts while you wait, let you have whatever toppings you want, and is quick and easy.

Annoying, is the best way to describe Five Guys. Like Breaking Bad, people who have been to Five Guys will undoubtedly tell you how amazing it is, "you must try it, it's amazing!" It gets to you after a while. I finally gave in and went for lunch here and I must tell you, "you must try it, it's amazing!" argh! So what you get initially, is the queuing up, as this is a fast food restaurant, but not so fast, you know it has actually been cooked in the past 5 minutes, which you can see from the open kitchen. They have a few options, what we didn't know until we ordered a "normal" burger is actually two patties, so I guess the small one is only one patty, so the price seems steep, if they said it was double it wouldn't look as bad. There is free peanuts you can pick up and open whilst you wait (totally not trying to make you more hungry and thirsty!?) which I've never had still in the shell, so that was fun. The choice for the burgers all includes "all the way" usually, for loads of toppings and you can add even more, the "all the way" was very filling. They did have chips in peanut oil IIRC, we chose a regular one and that was so much food I exploded. The drinks is a Coca Cola machine with I believe 33 types of drink it, I had a Cherry and a Raspberry flavoured Diet Coke, its these things that make it fun. The meal was £22 for two of us as opposed to maybe £10 for a similar meal at McDonalds, but I'd say it was better quality and more food + drink. I think you must try it, it's amazing!

My partner and I stopped by here after seeing the F1 Show and Five Guys always lives up to our expectations. You can customise your burger to your taste, the fries seem never ending and 1 portion between us is more than enough. We never opt for their drinks as we don't drink fizzy drinks. Yes the burgers cost more than McDonald's but it is ooooh so worth it and you cannot compare the two.

Went here last weekend and t was a slightly mixed experience. I had the bacon cheeseburger with cajun fries which was delicious. The double patty was moist and flavoursome especially when combined with mayo, mustard,onions and mushrooms but my friend's single patty standard cheeseburger was actually very tasteless, on the same level as a Mcdonald's. This may sound slightly odd but I believe most of the flavour in my burger stemmed from the fact there were two of them sandwiched by rashers of crispy bacon. The cajun fries were superb though and you can get all the varieties of american sodas in this branch.
