You have to personally visit this place to experience good food. Freshly made Perfect burger and fries while you're waiting and endless different drinks 😃😃😃 to choose from., Did I mention you can choose all the freshly made toppings for your burger for free.. Burger is excellent 👍 you can't taste this anywhere else, is that delicious! is that good and special! Excellent 👌 customer services from staff and great manager Thomas. The guy is everywhere making sure people 'customers' are literally happy. I haven't seen a restaurant like this, Highly recommended. Everyone is happy here. Thanks guys, we'll always visit here whenever we're in Central London Piccadilly Circus. Highly recommended.

First time ever visiting a five guys and while it was busy the lady behind the till took her time to explain everything to me which was great! Only MASSIVE negative is with the solid ceiling there's a big echo and you can't hear yourself especially downstairs! When you're upstairs it's not a problem but downstairs I could hardly hear the staff, some sound absorbing tiles would be perfect😉 Toilets were clean, tables and chairs were clean couldn't ask for more! Will be back!

One word to describe five guys: Wow. A packed Piccadilly Circus venue yet still manage to deliver top quality, fresh burgers and shakes in incredible speed. Friendliest and best trained staff from any fast food joints. Incredible food, fries and shakes. I definitely recommend the lotus and salted caramel milkshake- was legendary!

Went for the 1st time recently and only had a burger since I wasn't too hungry but the burger was delicious! And I like that you can add separate toppings too. I definitely plan on going again to try another burger and their other food as well. It's a nice place to chill too

Great food dished up nice n hot. Only negative they had wrapped the burgers in foil this time to keep warm but that had made the bun really wet and soggy. This is a typical 5 guys fast food done fresh. Amazing choice on free toppings with a selection of burgers and hot dogs available. Too many chips as usual not a compliant but a compliment with a great selection of softdrinks and milkshakes. Plenty of seating and if you want some where a little quieter then sit upstairs.

This place is lit. Enough seating available. Will get your burgers in 8-10 minutes. Even the whole kitchen was busy they somehow manage to cheer themselves up. My favorite burger place ever! The burgers and vegetables are fresh, the fries are divine, the toppings are grate, the refillable drinks are awesome (all two hundred tastes 😋) and the staff were always nice, patient and always willing to help. Our last time was in December 2019..out of 4 days in London we found ourselves in Five Guys Piccadilly 4 times + 1 takeaway (I wish I could eat even more 🤤). Will definitely come back!!!

Forget some of the "gourmet" places that promise so much with fancy menu descriptions.. This just gives you an absolutely cracking burger (add as many toppings as you like on order). Had traditional looking crisp hot fries with the skins on, (not to everyones taste) but who doesn't like a hot crispy french fry with a well packed juicy burger..OOOSH. can't say much more... ..my boy, wife to be and me loved um...

I love Five Guys! This unit is big, with many many tables. They are following the safety rules for Covid-19. I had an amazing experience there. The attendant Nishand gave me the best treatment. Very polite, he helped me with my order. He understood that I wanted fries but I didn't. I realized that I had fries on my order only after I paid. He made everything to correct and gave me a refund. Very honest guy. The hamburger was delicious!

Great „prepare your own“ hamburger place , all topping are included in the price (not cheap ) but it was very satisfying . The refill drinks choice was awesome!. There was a long queue but it moved quite fast (the place was fully staffed which was nice). If you want something good in the area that’s a definite recommendation from my POV.

Hi been visiting london and me and my friend approach five guys. We went there to have a dinner and have a chat. The food as amazing as it is with five guys. After dinner we left five guys and while we talking along the way in subway train I relised that I left my backpack. I panicked out... afterwards I googled restaurant number and I called them, one of employee named Nishkan found my backpack. This guy was really kind and generous!!! Thank you one more time!

Can't fault the service and milkshakes here. You can mix and match as many flavours you want but I prefer Peanut butter, salted caramel and banana. Costs £5.45 but its almost a meal on its own. Five guys complimentary peanuts while you wait or if seating inside. The cajun fries are a great choice as well I couldn't have the burgers as they not halal but hear they are quite good too. Loads of seating space and you will always find a table to yourself

This is by far one of my favorite burger places and 5guys never disappointed me. The burger was so juicy and the potatoes are coming directly from a local farm. If you ever get the opportunity to eat at 5guys please do not hesitate because I can promise that you will not get disappointed.

Burger chain located conveniently across the road in Piccadilly. Has ample space both at the street level and upstairs; I liked the upstairs a bit more cozy for having conversation while having food. Burgers are great as expected from any of the five guys store. Loved the peanut boxes at the table. Waiting time was within 5 min on a Thursday evening. Restrooms are clean.

The food here is almost identical to Five Guys near home in California. The beef patty was... maybe... A little more dry than I'm used to at home. Superb burger and regular drink (refillable) available from the (new) drinks machine which has a wide range of fizzy drinks options from zero sugar to normal. There's also cold fruit flavoured tea as an alternative and ice cubes. Their trademark free peanuts in shells are irresistibly good so it's difficult to leave but there's only so many hours in a day. Excellent customer service and food.

It was my first time in London and the first meal I ate was at Five Guys. You need a minute or two to figure out how to order but it's basically "build your own burger". Plus, the staff is very friendly and they are glad to help you out. You choose a basic burger (1 or 2 patties - I say 1 is more than enough) and start adding whatever you want. As a side, I chose regular chips but you get WAY MORE than a regular size :-D. The shakes are extremely yummy and you can mix all of them as well. I recommend Oreo+Peanut Butter :-p. I also like the idea that you get peanuts to nibble on while you wait. All in all, you leave the restaurant feeling full to the brim :-). We visited Five Guys 3 times during our 4 day stay haha.

The burger was the best I’ve ever had, juicy and so tasty & what I loved is that you can customise your burger as you want. What makes Five Guys special in my opinion is that each burger is made specifically for the person ordering it. It’s not like others fast food, it’s unique. The order came quickly and it was freshly made. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is very good. I highly recommend it. Can’t wait to come again.

One of the best burgers I've had in the UK and on a par with those I've had in Texas, USA. Freshly cooked to order, the double patty hamburger with your choice of many different toppings combined with the hand chopped fries were of great quality. I kept my hamburger simple with fried onions, fried mushrooms and pickle. The two patties were cooked just over medium and of great quality beef, juicy and flavorful. Despite being very busy (for a Sunday night), service was quick and the staff friendly. The place was clean & well presented. 5 guys would be my #1 choice for a burger over any other chain. You will not be disappointed.

This was our first time in five guys, so when we came in we tried to figure out what we wanted. A manager/employee noticed we were kind of lost and approached us, told us all about the place, how things work, where we should stand to order and even offered us a taste of a milkshake combination he thought was great. The food was really good, and the portions were really big! The small fries are huge! We couldn't even finish what we ordered. The manager that helped us was extremely nice, cleaned us a table, brought over the milkshake sample he promised (even after we had already ordered something else) and generally gave us a very nice and welcoming service in a place I never thought we would get any special service at all.. After all, it is a fast food chain. Highly recommended!

The refillable drinks are worth the sightly extra price than expected but the machines at the time weren't offering all the extra flavour options which was a shame.

An interesting thing about the store is that they have big bags of free unopened peanuts lying around that you can help yourself to while you wait. There is also a counter for free mayonnaise and ketchup with other accessories that you can help yourself to. We ordered some hot dog burgers and a veg cheese burger and some fries. The hot dog burgers which were costlier were much smaller in size as compared to the veg cheese burger which was cheaper but larger in size. The best thing I liked were the fries. They were full bodied, thin cut and nicely spiced.

Better to wear shades to block the view out and so no one you know sees you there. Very loud Rock music, not of your own choice, ensures you don't stick around too long.

Love it! Don't know about the other locations because I've only been to the one near Piccadilly. If you don't mind spending a little more money on Burger's this is the right fast food restaurant to go to. As you probably know,they never freeze any of their food and you can taste it. If you are on your own go with the small fries, the medium one's if you are hungry. Splitting the large portion in between two people is still plenty! I haven't been to five guys in years so the soda mix machine thing was new but brilliant. If I remember correctly the drink was under 4 pounds which is fair because it includes free refills. Just in case you don't know, the price for the burger includes all their toppings, but chose wisely because if you really order everything your burger might be difficult to eat :)

I already knew Five Guys from New York. I fell in love with the Oreo Shake, since I had one for the first the me. It was love at first sip. The Burgers and the peanuts are really good too. I love the concept. You are paying for a basic Burger and you can choose between different extras. There is a Display which shows where the potatoe harvest took place. To make super delicious french fries. And you can eat as many peanuts as you want. the only thing I didn't like was that all the drinks had sweeteners in it. That was a big problem for me in the whole country this year. Between maore than 100 mixes you can do, there should at least be a possibility to get full calorie bomb with sugar.

Working in London I find myself very busy and I don't always have time to eat. I love Five Guys, yesterday I wanted to treat myself to a good lunch, was raining, miserable day. I got to Piccadilly store, the queue was really long, I was worried I would not have time or somewhere to sit. But the man on the door explained to me how quick the process is and showed me the massive amount of seating. Not only this he then went to ensure the cooking process was as quick as it could be. From the moment I entered i received my food within 15 minutes. And of course it was delicious, really brightened my day. I always recommend the food but it is so nice to know people care who work there.

Interesting... I wasn't sure what it would be like. I'd heard someone describing it as a more expensive McDonalds, yet I saw that it hit positive reviews. So, the other night I came to travelling through London in the Leicester Square area and that hour of Dinner arrived. So, I started looking for somewhere to eat. Went past a few places in the area and there was either not too much food left or the queue was slow. I then stumbled upon Five Guys, right in the stretch between Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus. So, I thought 'why not just try it?' Luckily for me, that is exactly what I did and shall I say I wasn't sorry. There is a lot of customization available to their burgers, with all toppings (outside of cheese and bacon) coming at no extra cost. Once ordered, despite the quantity of people there it only took a little over 5 minutes. After this I sat down and began. The burgers are far better than I had expected - well made and closer to the likes of Gourmet Burger Kitchen or Handmade Burger Co, albeit a little less fussy. And then the fries - freshly made, fantastic taste. Honestly, I was very surprised and so ended up with a fantastic experience far exceeding expectations, and was full after! I visited Five Guys picadilly circus on 22nd August 2019. When I walked in I felt normal and ordered food and was waiting for the food. While waiting I started to feel dizzy and sick. I tried to carry on, however when I got my food I felt extremely sick and ended up being literally sick due to not eating the whole day and lots of sports. It was very embarrassing as there were loads of people. But the staff were really helpful and helped me very kindly and even gave me my food again as I hadn't started it and it was now in the bin. The lovely lady who was cleaning the shop floor helped me put so much and looked after me and offered me a drink and helped with cleaning and I felt very well looked after by her. She is a great employee and is a very kind person. I wish her all the best and hope good things come her way and all the staff who helped out. Sorry and thank you again. Nuri.

Having eaten in many Five Guys here in the states I will tell you if your craving a good old American burger, fries and milk shake you won't be disappointed. However with a lot of restaurants in London service is terrible, it took me three try's to get the counter girl to understand that I wanted two vanilla milkshakes and then I wasn't sure she got it right, but she did. Place is clean and large so it is not hard to find a place to sit down either down stairs or up stairs. Bathrooms are located up stairs.

With the location of this 5 Guys being close to the theatres we popped in for a bag of chips and a drink before the show. Due to its location it was heaving with people, managed to get a table, but whoever sat there before us didn't know where the bin was as they left the table in a filthy way, and no effort was made to clear away the rubbish! People hey?!? Service was fast, as it always is, and the chips are the best around. If you don't mind the crowds you'll be ok here, if you're not a people person, then really this place isn't for you :)

Quality of the food is top end for a fast food place. Hence you pay more which can make it seem expensive. Can be a bit of a wait for food sometimes hence the rating, but not much more than other places in the area.

Lovely burgers, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. WAIT A COTTON PICKING MOMENT you don't have to pay high prices and I'm going to blow your mind and change your life. Go to the supermarket, buy some very cheap/high fat content mince beef (about 20%) then make 2 small loose balls of meat, plop them in a frying pan that has been heating up on a high heat. Then SMASH those babies down until they are incredibly flat - I use the bottom of a saucepan. Wait for them to go crispy then flip them over and cook the other side. The whole thing takes about 3-5 mins. And they taste just as amazeballs as 5 Guys. Go to yootoob and search for 'smash burgers' for incredibly easy instructional vidyas.
