I'm 36 years old. Never had five guys burger, fries or shake until recently. I genuinely feel like I've unknowingly had 36 years of average burgers now I've experienced the deliciousness that you get from here. Milkshakes out of this world. Burger is outstanding. Fries are amazing. Cajun fries also epic if a little spicy. Service is quick and staff members friendly. Price seemed a little high until I ate the wonders that were created. Then I understood. Will happily return again and again. Good job.

Let's be honest. There's nothing better than a burger and a beer after a long day of house hunting. We went after hunting for a new place for a day and it was exsctly what we needed. Massive burger full of flavour, a weak and delicious American beer and more potatoes than could be found in an Irish farm. Delectable.

Their burgers have definitely improved, their chips especially are a lot better. Overall the cheeseburger was a good burger but if you want a great burger you'll have to visit Burger Brothers in Brighton. It's worth the trip.

It's ok burger but nothing special 3* . Bun is actually a bit disappointing it was all wrapped in aluminum and squashed like somebody had it in their pocket for some time. Flavour was good and juicy. Definitely the highlight of this place are the cajun fries that should be marked at 6* out of 5.

If you can look past the price, Five Guys offers freshly made smashed burgers that are brimming with flavour. Ingredients are fresh and all burgers are made to order with no refrigeration. The outlet is clean (as of 2019) and staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Portion for fries are absolutely massive. Milkshake was delightful and the soda fountain was pleasantly clean. Lots of choice for carbonated drinks. Only "complaint" would be the standard Five Guys pricing, but you get quite a bit for your money.

I was at 5 Guys on Tuesday night taking advantage of the Eat Out To Help Out scheme, the place was understandably busy but I have to comment on how fantastic the floor runner Tamia was. She was so polite to everyone despite how busy it was and was just a delight, despite running all over, she always put the customer first, I hope you appreciate her 5 guys!

I like this place cause of the fact that the burger is cooked fresh and the fries are to die for i had a bacon double cheese with lettuce tomato and mayo a bottomless drink and small fries. The fries you can have normal or with a paprika spicy salt on them and all that cost £16.40 which sounds pricey compared to BK or Mcds but as a treat occasionally is well worth it

This Five Guys is one of the best. It's never too full, clean all over most of the time, always stocked up on the beverage machine, the burgers and fries come out flying straight to you. They're getting bit overpriced, but they're still one of the best places to grab yourself a burger, and open until 11pm most of the days. Fantastic!

Five Guys will always be one of my favorite fast food. Perfect fries, perfect bread, perfect everything. Although I really love this company, my last experience in the Putney High Street store was sad and poor. Since I can't eat a lot of things I usually get the sandwich just with bacon and few toppings and since it's not pleasant to be intolerant and to have stomach issues, every time your staff members was so kind to help me out with this "special" sandwich. Last time one of your guys - who probably was one of the management team because he had a different dress code - got confused in a bad way and he definitely refused to sell me the bacon sandwich unless I was fully charged for a cheese sandwich with bacon (I am lactose intolerant) or a blt sandwich (I didn't want that sandwich!). He also stayed there without asking the other colleagues for a suggestion, he just smiled without helping at all. It was embarrassing and I was about to leave but unfortunately my fiance already paid for his food. Bad end of the day after 11 hours of hard work in a store where, by the way, I ALWAYS find a solution to make my customers happy.

The food in Five Guys is good, being probably one of the better fast food burgers I've had. The service feels a bit disjointed - you order, then have to hang about waiting for your order to be called. On this occasion the restaurant wasn't very clean either. I even asked for a table to be wiped, but gave up waiting and moved to another table. Not the best experience.

Great burgers at a reasonable price (a "little" bacon cheeseburger with not-so-small fries and bottomless drink sets you back £12), which comes in and around 3 minutes from when you order. Five Guys are easily one of my fav burger places. This particular branch is nice, clean, and keeps in the mold of other Five Guys

Good grief those fries! It's a miracle I'm not obese yet. I could eat them all day, plain or cajun, amazing. Load up on mayo. Once, they did change potato supplier and it was noticeable, so minus one star. They switched again to the usual quality at time of writing, but I'll hold at 4 stars due to high prices (even though they're certainly worth it).

Putney branch need to step up their game with deliveroo. Eg Nandos everywhere now has a dedicated window and member of staff to deal with deliveries. Wagamama the same, franco manca: same. But five guys Putney, they keep the food so far away at the other end of the shop and no one is ever checking them and when they do, they already forget the number while they turn around, and everybody’s cooking, nobody is dealing with riders, while food’s getting cold. Five guys Putney needs to reorganise their shop and move ready bags to the counter where they can be checked quickly by a dedicated team member and pass bags efficiently. I now avoid this branch at super peak time as it’s a chaos and a waste of time. And most their money comes from delivery for sure. Improve now

I guess if a lack of individuality and generic customer interaction is what you require there are other places as I am sure you are all aware. I for one am refreshed by the staff and atmosphere. All in all my 6 days a week eating here and the fact I have convinced work colleagues to support such a unique environment to spend lunch.
