Food was definitely up to the 5 guys standard, juicy burgers and a bag full of fries! I worn my friend not to order three large portions of fries but they didn't listen and ended up with what felt like a metric ton of chips to feed three people... Definitely an awesome experience and more gourmet than other places that say they are.

If you are up for some cheeky fast burgers, this place is great. This branch has a wheelchair access with a lift, you order food downstairs. I gave 3 stars because for me the burger is too greasy and the chips just get poured into the bag becoming soft and mushy. Overall the salt content is really high too, making you thirsty after a burger and chips. Overall, for a quick burger, it's good. The person who was taking our order was amazing, I wish we could give him feedback, he was very quick, clear in his speaking and 100% accurate in understanding what we were mumbling in a noisy environment.

Actually wanted to eat Italian but no longer available in South Ken. Frenetic ordering and serving. Lots of staff who were looking out for customer's needs. Burger was excellent - full of flavour in a delicious bun. Chips were very good.

Great food and amazing customer service! Big Sam made the whole transaction a breeze! It’s always nice to walk in and see a member of staff enjoying themselves while delivering exceptional customer service; more people like that needed in the world! The restaurant was clean and well maintained the food was as always the Five Guys style, don’t forget the fries. ✌🏻

Quicker service than expected on a Saturday lunchtime, also managed to find a table (not wobbly!) for 4. Fries were not the normal quality for 5 Guys, but burgers were as good as ever & the order was accurate.

Ever enticed by the option of getting to make my own burger i find myself in a five guys, waiting patiently for my number like I'm at the Hospital. Luckily, this time I've paid for my burger consultation so I know its coming and I look at the wonderful corkboard with doodles by children and adults on crayons that have been pinned up, which actually filled me with joy. Sitting down to eat my burger its 5 guys standard fare - ridiculously huge burger of your own making and soggy chips. There are also too many chips. Like if you want to be healthy, don't get chips. Or chips between like, 3 people.
