Reviews of Five Guys The O2

I think Five Guys make some of the best burgers. It can also be said the same about their milkshakes. My food was served nice and hot - you will be surprised how many burger restaurants serve their chips either luke warm or cold. The milk shake was great. Service from the staff was terrific. All the food was served in an acceptable amount of time. Great food.

My favourite burger joint in the O2, well managed, get through queues quite quickly and is very clean considering the footfall.
Usual Five Guys menu, all cooked fresh, nothing frozen in this place, they pride themselves on not having a freezer in their restaurants.
Well worth a visit,if you are in the area.

Ive been to 5 Guys a few times in the past and been impressed but never blown away. I was passing and just popped in for a simple quick Little Cheesburger. Lettuce, white onion, pickles, mustard and ketchup, kept it real simple. As I waited the chef asked if I wanted extra cheese which I did. Wow. One of the best burgers I've ever had and I put that down to how fresh the ingredients were and how I ate it within a minute of it being cooked. Exceptional.

The burger was nice,
However, I was more impressed with the hard work that the staff were putting in, specifically Virginia. She was kind and polite, her costumer service skill were great and she was working harder than anyone.

Shared a large chips between 2, more than we could eat with our mahoosive burgers. Lovely food.

Delightful and delicious, never disappoints for a fast food fix. By far the best burger joint chain available with fresh ingredients.
we only eat here on the odd occasion as a treat but its definitely comfort food, would happily eat here more if a could but do try and keep the fast food to a minimum. Chips here are amazing, regular size will easily feed 2 persons.

"Five Guys" it's "Five Guys" anywhere right? It's an American chain. My friend happily said she could taste the "American taste", you know, the fat, grease, etc. Me, personally, I didn't like it. The chips look homemade, they're crisp, they're okay. The hod dog sausage was a bit hard. Definitely not melting in flavour in your mouth. The burgers were okay. My veggie cheese sandwich was just a bunch of grilled veggies in a bun. Definitely not to die for or come back again. We shared crisps, 2 burgers, 1 sandwich, 2 hot dogs, 2 adults, 3 children, 40 not so tasty pounds. Nahh, there's way better offer for burgers rather than Five Guys.
Plus everything comes in a bag, I felt like a dog eating from a paper bag. Staff is friendly. They're doing their job as expected. It's a OK place, not great, just okay.

Great fries probably best I ever tried but not so great burgers.
Overall very expensive for the quality.
It's ok to try once but no sence to come again.
