s. r.Best burgers and milkshakes, the price it is on the higher side but for good reason, because is balanced by quality. Thick pure beef patty, maybe a bit over 1 inch thick, juicy and tasty with toppings of your choice like sauces, lettuce, tomato... etc.
The milkshake is literally best ever tried and also they have some toppings options. We had the chocolate milkshake with whipped cream topping. Totally worth it. Service was fast also, maximum 5 minutes. Keep up the good work.

H. V.My first time eating 5 guys. Burger was brilliant and the fries. I could have had small burger n chips.. Very filling. Could easily pay £15 for burger, fries and a drink.
Not the price of Mac Ds at all. Otherwise sheer quality

The service received was excellent and the staff were super friendly.
The restaurant is super clean and there are plenty of seats available.
H. K.My experience started off very badly, by ordering via Deliveroo who delivered the wrong order. I then rang the place and the first manager I spoke was not helpful at all. That said, the second manager I spoke to, Rooferson (apologies if I spelled the name wrong), offered to ring Deliveroo and request a driver on my behalf and send me my (freshly made) order. This was done in less than 20 minutes, so give the manager his due. He rectified the situation as any good manager would do.
The food tasted great by the way.
I would have given 1 star for service but it's 5 thanks to the way the manager (Rooferson) dealt with it.
J. S.1st time to order from this company. Unimpressed by the cheese hot dog and not much to rave about with the burger in bun. The bun didn't do the burger justice, neither the additional add ons of mushroom and relish.
I gave it a only because of the fries portion and the burger meat tasted fairly ok. I can definitely say I won't be eating from Five Guys
