Surprisingly delicious food. Both chicken and steak are on-point. If you love your burgers then you will not be disappointed here. The mighty burger is a bit too much for me though. This was my third time there and it still tastes amazing. Service has always been very good. On the last visit we were allowed to pray downstairs. I would visit again.

Visited with family on the 22.08.2021. We were walking in booking. No reservations. Greetings at the door and were taken to our seats. Cleaning and presentation was very good. Tables are wiped and ready. Table decorations good. However, children's high chair is not safe I found and nor feels very comfortable either. But it's the same with Nando's. Ordered sharing platter. Presentation was great and the aroma was pleasant. Mac and cheese and pizza was great and taste great and this came from my 5yr old daughter. She is picky eater. The food tastes really good and you can really taste the flavour of the food. Which was a good change of pace from other restaurants. Homemade coleslaw was good. Their sauces were good too and has a unique quality to the taste bud from which you be normally served else where, in general speaking. It was relatively quiet and were served quite quickly not much waiting. You can book ahead of time. They also have a gelato section and the little ones had a fantastic time with it lol. Staff on that day were very welcoming and supportive and dealt with matters respectfully and supported the needs of the family too in mind. Today's staff was refreshing to see and I hope this continues. This was a game changer for me to be a regular. Yes. I would recommend the atmosphere and enjoyment with a family time you can have without busy periods and worrying about close contact. Not the best pics this time. The BAD thing about this location is the parking non around and the rounds are all one way entry if you cannot have space. So be wary and plan ahead where to park. As parking inspectors work on Sunday too. Than you for reading.

If you come here for food, you will not be disappointed as it was delicious. All members of my family enjoyed what they ate and Fredo's have a large variety so there is something for everyone. They also have a good selection of drinks. However, I had to lower the rating because of the subpar service. I had made a reservation the day before for a group of 7 but upon arrival I was told that it wasn't on their system. They decided to put us on a table of 6 with a 7th seat squeezed on to the end. We had also ordered drinks but they came very late, I was almost done with my main by the time my drink arrived. Service is a bit disorganised so something that the restaurant need to improve on. I would recommend this place for the food but it might be better to get a takeaway instead of eating in.

Clean, Spacious and well presented Restaurant Order at the desk and pay upfront for your food is a bad idea as it limits each order value. They said it's because of Covid, then why do you still have paper menus? Food is average, and the waffle machine was broken.

Amazing Décor, Food & drink served relatively quick as the was not much waiting. Best wood oven Pizza in East London I will highly recommend the Pizza's, good decent burgers. However was rather disappointed with the Peri style chicken as it was tough and chewy with very little taste. Great selection of drinks.

It was our second time visiting, and we love all the items we ordered! The classic burger hit the spot, the beef was perfectly cooked. Their sauces remind me of nandos which I love. Food came pretty fast, we were pleasantly surprised! I just think this type of restaurant shouldn't make customers go up to the till to place orders, especially in Corona times.

Nicely maintained restaurant with good wheelchair accessibility and decent bathrooms. Food was good although the chips would have been nicer if they were baked. Price was okay for mains but drinks were expensive (given the surrounding area) but made very good. Parking on surrounding residential roads can be problematic so be aware. Staff friendly and very helpful.

I have visited this place twice now and can confirm this place is on my list when going out to eat! The restaurant is big and fancy, i really like the decor its suitable for families and couples, the atmosphere is great! The service here is VERY good the staff are just soo good and make you feel welcome with a smile on their face. The food was amazing just hit the spot! The only little downside for me was the burger there just wasn’t enough meat on the burger but it tasted great. Thanks and see you soon! 👍🏽

Incredibly disappointed! Me, my wife and daughter went there just for dessert on Friday night. Understandably it was busy. We waited for about 15 minutes to be seated which I expected. After being seated it took another 20 minutes to take our order which the waitress took. Another 10 minutes later she came back only to say they are not doing one of our items that night. She just apologised to us. To be honest it was a little embarrassing to be sitting at the table with no order and then to get up and leave. It was even worse for us as we were looking forward to this place. Just a shame Well we went there again after being contacted by management at Fredos. We went again same time on a Friday and I am glad to say we were much more happy with this visit. We were advised to book our visit in advance to save us from waiting so I did. We were also offered a discount as a good will gesture because of our previous experience. We gladly accepted. So this time we ordered the classic burger, king prawns, hot & spicy wings, 1/4 chicken with onion rings, 2 scoops of ice cream, sweet strawberry waffles and a strawberry daiquiri. Service was great for Friday night and the waitress even recognised us. Have to say the food was good. The burger was way better than most places I've had. Wings were good full of flavour and the chicken was surprisingly tasty. Strawberry daiquiri was also really good. Waffles were really good and generous portions. Ice cream was fine. There was a little mistake at the end where the price of ice cream did not match the menu so when I asked they didn't charge me for it. All in all it was a good experience and the food was good quality. Will be visiting again to try out the rest on the menu. Good family atmosphere and staff are friendly.

Visited here first time for a birthday dinner, a lovely laid out restaurant with modern decor. Food we ordered was Starters- BBQ wings Lamb chops Halloumi fries 😍 Mains- Whole chicken Piri piri Chicken burger Prawn creamy pasta Dessert- Strawberry sundae 2 single scoop of ice cream All the starters were absolutely amazing, we especially like the halloumi fries and BBQ wings. The mains were all hot and had good flavours they also garnished them which always makes food more appetising. One of the diners doesn’t usually like prawns but tried the prawn pasta and enjoyed it. The desserts we ordered a strawberry sundae which was huge but tasted amazing 😋 we also ordered single scoops of Oreo and vanilla ice cream, the oreo scoop was disappointing as it had too much frost on it (maybe correct storing hadn’t been followed). Service: we started off abit slow with one waitress not to bothered and ended with a waitress who couldn’t help enough! I would highly recommend a visit here suitable for all the family. I visited around 4pm and it wasn’t busy. I will be visiting again!

A true dining experience has arrived in East London! The decor is fantastic, no expense has been spared, I was lucky enough to get a good luck round including in the kitchen, there are lots of staff, I've read some comments about waiting for food etc well it is cooked fresh, I've seen it at first hand and there were plenty of groups today so I could see where it would take time but that's the sacrifice for excellent quality. The steak I ordered was tender and juicy, I know they source there meat from Hill Farms Finest in Lancashire so no issues with the meat at all. The prices are what you would expect from a good restaurant and the oven baked pizzas are the best in East London. I will have no issues recommending this place and know of other people from my social media crowd who have had the same experience and now visited multiple times. I will see you guys again soon InshAllah!

Had an amazing night tonight. Booked for 50 adults and 15 children. Food was delicious with massive portion sizes. There was enough for everyone to take some home! Service was friendly and welcoming. I've been here twice. First we visited during Ramadan and again just a few days ago. When we visited this place in Ramadan they were very busy. They gave us complimentary morrocan soup and bread which me and my wife loved and were very impressed with. We had a lovely meal and was serviced well. The other day we went again, this time it was a Tuesday when it was much quieter. We got served quickly and our starters came first as instructed. I had grilled chicken and hand cut chips as my main. My wife had a chicken burger with halloumi chips and we shared a portion of spicy hot wings. The heat on the wings were just right with enough kick whilst the halloumi chips were cheesy as expected. We both thoroughly enjoyed our mains and I couldn't stop licking my fingers which meant a visit to the toilets! Toilets are very nice and clean, as you walk in you can tell they pay attention to detail and keep things tip top. We thoroughly enjoyed our second trip and will visit again.

Heard good things about this place from a couple of friends so decided to pop down with the family for a half term meal... Pleasantly surprised and welcome by friendly waitress who set us down, recommended the popular burgers on the menu we ordered a pizza to share as I was intrigue to have a pizza from a wood fired oven, was not disappointed the cheese was gooey and stringy and tasted wonderful, my Angus ordered chicken strips from a kids meal freshly made and they were quite large for a 4 year old to finish off!! Mrs had half a chicken with freshly homemade coleslaw which was very succulent and tasty, be careful if you go for extra hot it has got a bit of a kick to it!!! The kind gentleman behind the counter was friendly and polite and we had a nice little chat.They usually seemed quite busy but thankfully as we were have having an early dinner we got our food within 10 minutes. The only downside is that you can't find parking before 5pn as the roads have controlled parking zones for residents only. Two adults and 2 children cost us just under £50. Hoping to put back soon with the boys and have a spicy pizza.

Dined here for dinner with family. We all went for steak medium (sirloin). Cooking of the steak was not executed well. When bought to the managers attention he was polite and conscientious. Service is like Nandos, sit, choose, order at tills and pay. Drinks came really late way after our mains arrived and we had to bring to staffs attention a couple of times. We all ordered mocktails of various flavours all were tasty, refreshing however not much of it. Overall impressed by flavours of the steaks, sauces, side veg was a tasty dinner.

It's a lovely place quite spacious and big. Staff were very friendly and the service very quick. 9am it’s that Friday feeling! And can’t wait for my usual Friday fix - Fredo’s. This is my go to place for an evening out with friends and family. The restaurant is spacious, cleans, great decor and ambience, service amazing from the moment you walk in! Very attentive staff. Now moving into the food, what a menu!!! Whatever you’re fancy and they have it! Everything is soo fresh!! Amazing tasty food, big portions, quality produce…and finest range of mocktails In town..and if that isn’t enough they have the most premium ice cream On offer - snowflake at ridiculously low prices! Overall there’s no other place you should go want to go in London! Fredos all the way!!

Great restaurant. There's very few high quality food restaurants in the area but Fredo's never fails in delivering every single time. I've been here now on several occasions and it's always a pleasure to come back. Staff are very friendly. The decor and ambience is nice. Food is delicious. The prices are a bit dear but this is to be expected for the quality of food delivered. Unfortunately recently the hours have been cut so late evening meals are no longer possible. The restaurant could do with a boost in marketing as I don't doubt business would boom should it be exposed to the right audience. American Express accepted.

This is a grill food outlet that also caters for pizza lovers what else could you ask for? The steaks are pretty good and they offer a variety of burgers to suit most foodies. However the burgers could do with sauces that tickle taste buds and sides could be less boring. Pizzas are oven baked they could do with better options with toppings. The atmosphere is great with ample seating the service could improve if some of the waitresses smiled more. Then again it doesn't help when there are large groups of hungry customers asking for attention at the same time.

We dined at Fredo's this evening at 5pm. We were first in and given a choice of tables. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food came in good time. We enjoyed a Piri Piri Chicken with 2 Sides and a Beef Burger meal. Both were tasty and very filling. Price is more than the average price in the area but food is better quality and restaurant is much higher quality. Comfortable seating and great decor. Great for couples, business and family. Parking is fine on off-street after 5pm.

Lovely atmosphere and pretty decent food. Ordered an extra hot grilled chicken platter, and boy was it hot! Disappointed that the wings in the platter were BBQ. The chicken burger and lamb chops were good too, but the chunky chips weren't amazing. Very limited choice of milkshakes, but the Pina colada did the job. The service was very good too considering we went during Ramadan. Not too expensive either, so overall a highly recommended establishment.

This was the first restaurant I headed down to after lockdown.. and what a PLEASANT experience it was! The staff were very attentive, the food tasted great and hygiene was on another level (individual plastic tubs for sauces, cutleries were sparkling clean, straw and separate cup provided with drink plus much more). You can see why they have been awarded a 5 star hygiene rating. To top it off, they gave us ice cream on the house. Absolute gem of a place!

3 stars were given because my friend felt the chicken was undercooked. So food had to be sent back to the kitchen. Fredo's did compensate for the delay with cheesy bread. I visited with my family today. It was fully booked with reservations due to the government scheme so we just went as walk in. It took about 30 minutes to be seated. The service was great and the food was good too. They do not give tap water but were more than happy to top up our kids water bottles. I have read some of the negatives here before going, even though I have been once before, when it first opened. Some people are just looking for faults and just expect staff to serve them as slaves. It is such a difficult time with the pandemic and the government scheme which maybe helping but also overworking them. The staff must be so overworked, needing to work for money etc everyone has had an impact in some way. We are all human and being polite even as a customer goes a long way. They had a queue with customers waiting and the staff didn’t realise we were waiting for desserts, and due to some miscommunication thought I wanted to make a complaint! I’m not sure if it was the manager, but he told me to let my kids take their time eating their ice cream as these memories will be with them forever and people waiting for a table will forget when they are seated. Very lovely man. Thank you.

We went with quite a large group just before closing time but they didn't rush us or anything and the food was really nice including the steak. There was one waitress who had an attitude but she swapped with another waitress quite swiftly and our experience was good after that.

So delicious must try. Beautiful ambience and stylish decor. Very clean and well maintained. One of the few places that does lamb steaks which were perfectly cooked to medium the way I love it, most just do beef. Generous serving of steak for a very reasonable price. Served with green beans, cherry toms, coleslaw and chips. The waiters were so friendly and accommodating, changed chips to mash with no fuss or charge. Cheesy chips were so delicious as was the creamy mash. Parking free on side roads from 5pm. I loved it.

Angus sirloin steak was absolutely to die for and the creamy mash is creamy mash and a very generous portion couldn’t decide between black peppercorn and creamy mushroom sauce so I had both. Make sure you order the macaroni and cheese or don’t bother at all it is a must! the Pina colada Mocktail was a dream. Décor, interior and bathroom looked wonderful. Service and staff were receptive and hospitable. The food however below par from what I'd expect from an establishment with such a nice set up. I've added pics so you can see for yourself. I didn't even bother taking pictures of the burger or the pizza as they didn't look even remotely appetising. The sauces (ketchup, mayo, chilli) were left ok the table in pots as if we ordered takeaway, when asked for more sauces, we recieved more pots. Just abit lame tbh. Overall 3 stars as the restaurant and staff are great, but I think there is a lot of room for improvement on the flavour, présentation and delivery of food within the restaurant.

The first time we went a few weeks ago. Service was not great and the steak was awful dry and chewy. The pizza was the only good thing. However at my daughter's insistence as she loved the pizza (she's 6) we gave it another try. I am so glad we did. Pizzas are definitely the best things they do, followed by the beef burgers! Very tasty and good service too. We were super impressed and even left a nice tip.

This place is my favourite burger/steak place. It has the perfect combination of everything I look for when going out to eat. Service 10\10 Food and drinks 10\10 Ambience 10\10 I usually go for the Fredos classic burger but more recently, the chicken steak with the mushroom sauce has become a close second for me. Every ingredient tastes so fresh and of high quality. The drinks are always perfect, not topped up with heaps of sugar like they are at many other places. I also really enjoy the pizzas. I am always grateful for the attentive and helpful service at this place. Will definitely return!

What a pleasant experience, been here few times, but first time leaving a review, each time has been better than previous. This occasion we had chicken steaks and waffle for afters. Chicken was tender, juicy, sauces I had were both perfect, price was reasonable for the quality of food and dining experience. We had the best table, large booth area, it was comfortable and provided a semi-private feel. I feel we had a nice atmosphere and comfort due to being seated in the booth, my experience of the rest of the restaurant was not as good, the rest of the restaurant felt it was lacking something, possibly a smooth flow or relaxed feeling, instead it felt a bit scattered and random. Lovely addition to the area. Came on a Friday night for a quick meal and surprisingly didn't need to book a table. There was a mix of diners within the restaurant, a few big groups, some smaller family/friend groups and couples. I ordered the chicken steak which came with chips, and a strawberry daquiri. The chips and daquiri were good, but the chicken was a little overcooked and oversalted for my taste. (My fellow diners enjoyed their meals, though). The restaurant was kind enough to offer some mango sorbet on the house, as they were doing a trial for a new vendor and wanted feedback. Service was attentive but not overbearing. We were not rushed at any point and left feeling satisfied overall. I liked that the restaurant was busy but wasn't overcrowded - all too often you are elbow to elbow with other diners, so I really appreciate the spaciousness within. It was clean and decorated nicely. I only went to use the restrooms to wash my hands and was pleased to find a separate hand washing sink for diners away from the actual toilets.

Not great service. First of all, it turned out they had no orange juice, which is a disappointment, as I'd expected it to have a good selection of drinks. So we ordered beef steaks and a kids pepperoni pizza. They gave us an adult sized pizza, and when we asked, they told us they didn't do toppings on kids pizzas. A bit late for that! The pizza tasted amazing, though. It took some time for the steaks to come, and when they did, I was shocked at how much fat was on them. In fact the amount of actual meat left on mine was actually quite less than what I'd expected. When we questioned this, they gave us a bad excuse as to why there was so much fat on it. The steak (excluding all of the fat on it, which we took off) was actually quite nice. So I've come to this conclusion. Food is quite tasty. Service really isn't the best. By the way, all food served at this place is halal.

Went to Fredo's with my large family and it was a brilliant experience. We arrived earlier than our booked time but the friendly staff were brilliant and helpful in accomodating us. Just been to the restaurant today and I have been compaled to write this review due to the service and lovely welcome we received from the stuff. As soon as we walked in it was just like feel at home. Manager Asian young guy was really nice and helpful to find us a lovely table. He asked us how was our day and is there any especial occasion we are celebrating. He presented the menu and offered us some great suggestions and dropped the drinks while we decide. As soon as we ordered food was served very quickly and the young girl I believe her name was Meeme presented us the food with great presentation and with a wonderful smile. She was just great. We actually ended up ordering extra food and pizza 🍕. Chef brought the prize on his long tray and presented right on the table from the oven and it was just amazing. Great decor and great food however there was an issue with seating, as there was noone around I wanted to sit in the bigger seating as it was more secluded and easier for me to eat as I wear niqab. Despite the fact there was another couple sitting in the exact same seating area behind us we were told we couldn't sit there as this was for large groups. I just felt it was poor customer service as we explained why as it was easier for me to eat by removing my niqab but still they made no effort to meet my requests or even find a compromise. First of all the manager welcomed us when we came in and let us pick where we wanted to sit. We ordered BBQ Chicken wings, Spicy Chicken wings and lamb chops, wings was nice but it was cold, lamb chops was steam-cooked then it was chucked on the grill to get the chargrill lines and it had no flavour also cold. For the mains we ordered 2 beef burgers and the buns was rock hard so had to return one of them which they came back with fresh buns but couldn’t finish the burger as it was so dry no sauce inside it. The pinacolado & passion fruit drinks was nice. The decor of the place and presentation of the food was good. Toilets was clean and tidy no funky smell, bill came up to £60 for 2 of us which I’d say was alright.

I’ve heard lots of good stuff about Fredo’s so we went to try it out. Upon arrival we were greeted by a member of staff who was very polite and courteous. Soon after we was seated. Order placed, theybeas busy so they pre warned us the food may take a little time which was fine and I appreciated that. Mains came first so when I approached the waitress to let her know just leave the starters she said we could still have the starters but she will deduct the bill, which I found was excellent customer service. My honest thoughts on Fredo's LDN.....Astonishing!! The restaurant looked spotless from outside and the minute you step in you can just feel and see money was spent to make this place look amazing and your realise its beautifully decorated with such a warm welcoming feel and the staff were so friendly and attentive and the owners themselves are truly lovely people. The hospitality and care we were shown is one i have never experienced from a restaurant. It just made the whole experience even better. Now the food, its often hard to find a restaurant that constantly provides incredible consistency with the quality of food but here from the starters to the mains and dessert it was simply perfection! the presentation and taste was just amazing and the staff paid careful attention to when you tell them how you'd like a burger or steak cooked and it was sensational. This is somewhere i'll come back to over and over with family and friends. Another thing that surprised me was how how refreshing the non alcoholic Mojito's were. If you have not been here and your are considering it, stop thinking and just go because you wont be disappointed. 5 stars from me only because i can't give 10!

Visited the restaurant during lunch time over the weekend. It was very quite ample table were empty but had to wait roughly 5-8 min before we got seated. Able to see that many tables were reserved and understand the reason for the wait. The minute we entered, was greeted and than our waiter came (Yousef) who was very nice and also throughout the service was very attentative and asked if we needed anythin, that was very nice. After about 10-15 min wait the food came. I ordered a mix of food. classic burger, which was just perfect. Another was a chicken meal also full of flavour. The presentation on all meals was of high standard. Kids had a small burger which was at a proportionate size and also the nuggets meal. The sauces that came also was of good taste. It was my first visit to Fredo's London this weekend and what an experience! This establishment looks amazing from the outside as it does inside. I booked our table via Fredo's website which was fairly easy and convenient. Upon arrival my family and I were welcomed by front of house staff and offered a choice of seating area. It wasnt too busy at the time we arrived - 6.50pm but became busier towards 9.00pm. My family and I were truly blown away with contemporary decour and cleanliness of the place. The temperature was comfortable and there was a lovely smell of food as one would expect but it was not too overpowering. Our server was Saoirse who was very welcoming and I noted that she waited for my family and I to settle before coming over to tend our table. Saorise was knowledgeable of the menu as she was able to answer questions without hesitation. We ordered our mocktails and we noticed the freshness of the lemon garnish along with how delicious the signature mocktails were. Whilst waiting for our appetisers another server (Indra) who was serving another table came over periodically to our table to reassure us that our food would be with us soon. This basic communication which manages customer expectation is so important but is sadly overlooked in most restraunts . Our appetisers arrived which were nothing but delicious and of good portion size. I liked the fact that our server Saoirse suggested that we may wish to order our mains at this stage to avoid having to wait too long after finishing our appetisers. The food was of high quality and of generous portions. Presentation was 100% and I left it to my family to take the 'pics for the gram' We didnt have desserts as we were all so full after our mains. To sum up, a great dining experience and surely a place to take your loved ones, business acquaintances or work colleagues. The price may appear a little on the high end for Romford Road - East London but you definately get what you pay for and thats absolute quality food along with exemplary customer service. Well done Fredo's London! - I highly recommend this establishment for a great dining experience.

I solely made an account to give this review. I would firstly like to say that the decor of the place is impeccable and the cleanliness is outstanding which makes me think that all the waiters/waitresses are extremely hard working. Me and my friend came in and both Sarah and Christine were incredible waitresses who helped at our every need and made the whole experience unforgettable and a reason why we would be coming back (I hope I have spelt their names right) , the food itself was beautiful and the chicken was moist and tender and not dry like you find in many other places. The mojitos we ordered complemented the food on our palate extremely well. A restaurant like this is an extremely hard find especially in an area like manor park, However I couldn't give it 5 stars solely because it is not open in the morning and that is when me and my friend originally wanted to come and a lot of people I do Ono want to visit in the mornings. On the plus side we was in the direct view of the cute waiter with the glasses :)

the first time I came to fredos honestly it was not great this was a couple months back,my family relatives said we should go back because they had been recently and they said it was lovely. So we arrived for our second visit and was greeted by a young lady she explained how downstairs was fully booked and she said sorry for not being able to give a us a seat there, she quickly suggested that she could put 2 tables together to fit the 6 of us and when something else was free she would let us know,we was more than happy to do this and she cleaned and set up the table within 5 minutes. She came over and took our order was constantly smiling and had a great conversation with us. The food was so quick and the Bbq wings was juicy and tender! Also the lamp chops seemed to be dry so the waitress got us a black peppercorn sauce to try and it was perfect. The drinks took a while to come out and we wasn’t given any glasses only a straw so we asked for some separate glasses and couple glasses wasn’t clean . Our plates were cleared as table was cleaned down whilst our mains came out and we had no complaints at all!! So nice We couldn’t say for desert as the main was too filling (which is always good)! The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely and you can see how much it has improved since we last came, the food,service was amazing. I’m not sure if we can say the waitress name on here but her name was honey (no joke) and the manger tahir the pair was great and I will definitely be returning. she was more than happy to say no to a tip and ask for a little review which me and my family thought was very nice of her and it’s the least we can do! Table was reserved ahead of time. Food was very tasty and the sides were plentiful in size. despite there being lots of waiting staff i felt that they weren't very attentative or engaging with us but nevertheless they were professional. price was a little dearer than competetive restaurants but i suppose this is as expected due to the decor and popularity. piri piri chicken was cooked to perfection and the onion rings were nice too. my beef burger was ok but some distance to be a true gourmet type. desserts were fab.

Went to fredos LDN manor park today and was amazed with the detail of the restaurant! The design of the place made the atmosphere so nice and warm. We came in and was seated on the higher floor as they had no tables on the lower which was no problem. We had the chicken and t-bone and honestly it was extravagant! So juicy and the steak was literally falling off the bone and my partner said it was the best he tasted in a very long time by far. We was served by a young lady called honey she was nice,smiling and made us feel at ease we was able to have a lovely conversation with her and make her night abit more relaxed as the restaurant was busy, but We will definitely be asking for her service when we come back (which we will). The waiter that brought over our food was nice and polite he had the biggest smile! The mojitos were lovely!! So full of flavour I would definitely recommend this place to eat! The only reason for the 4/5 was timing for the food we waited a little while but we think it’s because of a party that was sat next to us but other then that thank you fredos and We’ll see you soon!!

Came here with my husband for date night. Personally there is too much going on with the menu and I felt that reflected in the quality of the food ordered. My husband opted for the beef steak which at just shy of £20 I think ought to have been offered with more than some cherry tomatoes and green beans. It should come with chips or mash as standard. My husband enjoyed his simple meal. I love pizza especially those made in their own special oven. I opted for a Fredo special which should have had a runny yolk on an egg in the middle. Mine was too cooked to enjoy a runny yolk. That aside I thought the pizza was tasteless and lacked any flavour or seasonings. I only ate as I dont like wastage and I kept dipping my pizza in the Fredo sauce given to my husband for his steak as that was the only flavour! I must say I am also not a huge fan of being served food on wooden platters as I personally view them as unhygenic. Intent on not leaving without some good food memory of the place I choose dessert. My first and second choice was not available so I opted for a carrot cake. Their take on carrot cake was not light and fluffy or I'm afraid enjoyable. It was layered with some dense cream and the actual carrot cake layer tasted like a kit kat bar. Bizzare take on carrot cake and a real shame. The bill came in at just shy of £50 for essentially a 1.5 course meal for two. My husband and I have do not mind paying for fine cuisine but this (for me at least) was not fine. The place was not busy but both my husband and I agree the decor was pleasing and the service and waiting staff were excellent. We left a 10% tip for the service albeit I am of the view that the rather inflated prices include the element of a table service. Will I go again? No, but I am local and beleive in supporting local businesses so I am glad that my husband and I tried it as we do tend to go into town as we only get date night once a month!

I dined at Fredos earlier on today and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I took my two little boys with me who were well looked after. The interior of this place is too good for the area. Overall the food was good, I ordered chicken wings, beef burger and a quarter chicken. The food is well presented and the chicken is pretty decent. I’ve been to all the major gourmet halal burger and peri peri places in the local area and at the moment this could turn out to be a regular place for me. I would ignore all the negative reviews about waiting times and customer service. They must have gone when they had just opened and were jam packed. I thought the customer service was outstanding, the waiters came up and asked if we needed something or if the food was ok on a regular basis. I had a brief chat with the manager or superviser at the end and give him my own feedback. Really pleased to hear they use organic halal beef for their steak. The steak may appear expensive but if you want quality you will have to pay a little more. If you want cheap food go to a takeaway. Overall I think their prices are pretty fair. If you want to budget my tip is go for the chicken options. Great idea to give complimentry garlic bread. I hope you guys continue to do that. I will be visiting again and my advice to everyone is to give this place a chance and ignore the misleading reviews about bad customer service.

We must say fredos is the place to come it had a lovely warm atmosphere and served a wide range of food from wooden oven pizza to grilled chicken to nice big juicy steaks! We loved the daiquiris ( the lychee was the best) But we must say all this would not have happened by the wonderful waiter Habib he looked after us very well and therefore we will definitely be coming back ;)

Felt like couldn't speak to my husband as the family right next to us could here us and vice versa. Anyway, they brought us the wrong food and when I pointed that out - instead of taking my word for it, the waitress told me I ordered what was in front of me. Woman, I did not come to a halal place to order a vege feast lol. Luckily that family table who were basically sitting with us heard and said that was their order. Argh... so my pizza finally comes. Husband eats a slice and then I notice the free range egg is missing. So he call the waitress and says .. there's no egg on this. I kid you not, she picks up our fork and starts looking for the egg in the pizza. There was no egg. Which I really didn't care much about in the end, but it was just annoying that for some bizarre reason the waitresses thought we were lying - over a damn egg. Another waitress said they found cracked egg shells so egg must have been there. Hahaha; husband goes "oh maybe the Chef ate it". So much stupidness over egg (and I have egg at home!!!) I wish the bill was a lie though .. over 50 quid for good chops, average rest and okay dessert (ice cream was really good though). They got other people's orders wrong too .. so at least it wasn't just us? ... There's too many good places in London for us to go back there again, but decide for yourself. Good luck! I would definitely recommend visiting Fredo’s LDN as not only was the food amazing the costumer service was impeccable. There is a lot of choice of food and desserts; in particular the Sea Salted Caramel ice cream was one of my favourites alongside the Oreo ice cream as well. Also the decor of the restaurant creates a nice atmosphere and ambiance, making the whole experience one to remember! I will definitely be visiting again.

Service was good, staff were polite, had dates and fruit ready for Iftar time, played the Azhan for Iftar and downstairs was cleared and clean so that people could pray. I am writing this review after 8 years of being a food critic in Barcelona. I recently moved to the area of East Ham with my granddaughter and was looking to try and test food. The wood oven pizza was cooked exquisitely and the pepperoni wasn't too overcooked which is a mistake a lot of chefs tend to make as they over estimate the time a pizza needs to stay in a wood oven thus leading to a charred taste on ones pallete which is hard to wash down with fizzy drinks. Furthermore the staff are extremely friendly I was greeted by a very handsome young boy who also brought my food to me he also made sure our table was fully equipped with the necessary materials and cutlery and if the food met our standards or not which is always nice to have someone caring and checking up on the food as it gives the restaurant a home like feel. It is lovely to see the managers of the place within the restaurant interacting with the customers as it makes it seem like they care and show an interest however it would be more beneficial if they did help out when and where needed as it seemed the staff had their hands full most of the time, as a place like this does require a bit more staff, however that is a problem a restaurant overcomes with time from my years of experience. The time it took for my food to arrive was exceptional and rare to see in a restaurant where food is cooked fresh on site and this Is something no doubt will improve over time as the staff get a hang of the restaurants. I was aware of a party that was also taking place in the floor beneath me and the food was teaching them very quick, both the older gentleman and the young boy were up and down continuously and tireslesly to make ends meet for their customers, having talked to one of the guests I was informed that they were really happy with the service by those two and the two other young ladies who helped out later on Later on during my meal I had a man by the name Hasnen check up on me and also again make sure everything was perfect which it was and I later learned he is the nephew of those who own this place it is good to see someone within the family really taking an initiative. The lady behind the bar is who I tip my hat to as she seems to be working extremely hard as the sheer size of this restaurant means that the glasses are a huge problem, one piece of advice would be that you invest in a dishwasher that dries the glasses too as this saves a lot of man power and time. I will surely be back in a couple months to review this place once again but as for now it met my standards and my granddaughter loved the gelato ice cream. Dear Fredo's, myself and my partner really enjoyed our meal and thought it was great value for money, and as other people have mentioned the restaurant looks amazing. A couple of points to mention regarding service means I have knocked a star off the rating. First, we actually recieved our food before our drinks, when I noticed we had been waiting for 10-15mins for 2 kopparbergs I asked the waitress where the drinks were her reply was that the bar was busy downstairs but that she would check - the reality was that she had forgotten to get our drinks - freshly cooked food should not arrive before 2 bottled drinks. Secondly, the same waitress asked myself if I would like to put the left over meat from the shared chicken platter in a doggy bag while my partner was quite clearly still eating his meal - I thought this was odd but I accepted as he said he did not want any more of the chicken and I had finished my meal. Following this however she then asked us if we would like to look at the dessert menu, again while my partner was clearly still eating his main meal. I told her that he was still eating and I think she finally got the message as she left us alone until he had finished. I have noticed I am not the only person to mention problems with service, and instead of being relaxed it makes you feel like you are being rushed. This is a simple problem that better training could resolve, it is not enough of a problem to put us off coming back however, it will be if it becomes a recurrent theme. PS please provide normal plates with the sharing platter instead of side plates.

Went fredos for the first time had a really good experience, the girl who served us was really nice she helped us with ordering and told us the recommendations. The manager Tahir was amazing he welcomed us in and made sure everything was fine and we had no problems. Definitely will be going again. 👍🏻
