Reviews of Gaucho at The O2
M. N.
Back at one of our fave haunts, a Gaucho restaurant. This time, at the O2. As usual, excellent atmosphere, great service and fabulous food. The ‘sausage platter’ was so tasty and the steaks, the highest quality, cooked to perfection. One small complaint, if you book at a certain time, why should you be made to wait? We were told, “we are very busy”… seems to compromise and contradict any reason to book!

This was our second outing at gaucho, and as usual I wasn't disappointed. Fortunately we were able to make it for the Sunday roast, unlike the last time. From the reception, the service was top notch. We got ushered to our seats, and our waiter was Marcus. He did a very good job suggesting some fine dishes and wine on the menu.he was friendly and polite in his approach. The Sunday roast was amazing and the sirloin stake was juicy. I had to put a bit of salt but that was on my own perrogative. I loved every bit of the experience and would highly recommend this place again.

We were in London for the London Marathon and stopped in for some food. Heard good things about Gaucho so was looking forward to a good meal.
Overall the food was nice and the staff well presented and friendly. We went in the daytime on a Friday so it was very quiet. Facilities clean and a separate changing room for babies is great.
Steak was tasty and cooked just how I like it.
s.
Fabulous meal with colleagues. The starter of scallops was amazing. The 400g fillet was done to perfection - it didn’t lose its flavour. I didn’t have a desert as I was stuffed by that time.
In summary - I’d pay for this with my own money.

Visited after a concert as the night was still young. We were able to be seated for drinks with no reservation. Drinks were okay service was good. No complaints

Had medium rare steak for the first time, it was surprisingly lovely, well cooked. Staff were pleasant. It was cosy and relaxing environment.

The food was great. Worth every penny! Excellent customer service. Came for a friend's birthday and our waiter kept us company as we waited with a few jokes. Had a fun time, Will 100% come again.

Popped in today to try there Sunday lunch and what a pleasure it was!
Both there roast dinner options were delicious and excellent value, the never-ending-roast dinner was amazing .........
Staff always great here.
Coat £9 to park in o2 car park
Back open and back to its best!
Started evening with drinks at the ground floor bar where staff was polite and professional serving excellent cocktails and draft larger now.
Then off to the elevator to the 1st floor for our meal.
The steaks here are definitely some of the best around, your not even given a steak knife here as you don't need one because its so tender! Meats full of flavour cooked perfectly. I can personally recommend the gaucho sampler, 4 different cuts of meat. All which tasted amazing. Also the Tira de Ancho is very good plus the vegetable sides are packed with flavour!
I found prices average for meat of this quality. As for the sides we found you get plenty of delicious chips but others like the mash and mac & cheese are quite small.
Staff in the restaurant was polite, attentive and professional.
C. P.
What a lovely restaurant. Went for pre concert dinner. From the welcome to the attentive staff through to the food was excellent.
We had TIRA DE ANCHO which was amazing! I have eaten steak all over the world and this one was good! Also trusted the waiter who brought us a wine to partner it. Delicious. Will definitely be back

Liked the food, service, staff and ambience.
I had ordered 2 burgers and a grilled chicken breast. The portion size of the chicken was a bit small for £30... Otherwise it was fine.
Feedback : could do with table covers and not just napkins, better design cutlery to increase the premium feel...

So I have to say with the service here that was delivered by the lovely lady that served us..... Patricia was brilliant I felt proper at home and my mate does know his way around Good Food so we discussed and decided to have the chateaubriand very beautiful cuts of meat that I've never had the pleasure to eat before but boy did I enjoy we had a béarnaise sauce and buttered salad, chips which were taken off the bill for the following, my mate thought they were frozen I said no I don't think they are frozen but I did think there was something not right we were told that the chips were stored in the water....... and for wine, we had a bottle of Spy Valley envoy pinot noir was quite nice indeed I think we also had a couple of rounds of Tanquerey and tonics so it's relaxed and chilled I wasn't dressed to impress and it was nice. so anyway during our time there both we use the facilities and number of times on my second trip I come to realise that the cubicle was locked however there was no one in it, so I asked duty manager what was that about, so I got back to the table and had my dessert which ones with my favourite sticky toffee with butterscotch bonbon on my third trip back I bumped into the duty manager who happened to come out of the very said cubicle he saw me and while the shakes his hands in the air, saying "it's is not flushing" good customer service in my book you got back to me..... Regardless if it is crass but to me, that shows dedication, I would be happy to eat here again

Came here to celebrate a 75th Birthday party.... very polite and friendly staff. Very accommodating of our group they also helped to present our own cake in a perfectly timed way. I will definitely come back. Food was amazing too, I will definitely return.

As always lovely reception and ambiance at the O2. Great service, food and drinks. We visit this place any time we come to the O2 for a concert and they always manage to accommodate us, no matter how busy they may be. The waiters really know their stuff when it comes to describing the various cuts of meat and types of wines available.
N. M.
Went there for brunch on a Saturday. Our server was Tomaso and he was absolutely brilliant! Made sure we had our drinks topped up (water and cocktails) and our food was ordered. I truly enjoyed not having to order our food on an app and having such a professional and wonderful server as Tomaso!!!
P. C.
Best evening out for a long time - Steak was great (of course!). Starters were really good- we essentially had one of everything between us! Best part of the evening was our waitress Zoe, who could not have been more engaging with our party of seven. Thoroughly recommend this for a great evening meal
M. W.
yesterday ate at @gauchogroup with my sister best best service i will definitely continue to visit as my pre-event meal place. Disappointed that they removed the sweet corn Humitas from the menu, lobster was good champagne even better . Great service
J. M.
Our waiter was superb and entertaining. Kept us informed and attentive
G. A.
Really a nice place to have that special moment but a little disappointed getting to know i have to pay the person who served us 12.50% of what ever we ordered…asides they food is amazing
E. L.
Sunday roast was a bit disappointing. Very thin meat which tasted like a roasted ham.
V. A.
2nd time coming to this location. Nice service. Lovely host. He was polite. I like the food. Paid £20 for half a lobster... as u can see it was abit dry. Steak was amazing. First batch of chips were abit manky but got them changed which wasn't an issue. Quite busy in here slightly felt that all staff kept clock watching. I understand the new rules but it made the experience feel rushed. Despite that it was lovely. Quite expensive especially the wine..
S. S.
Food was good
Price was average
Staff friendly
Location ok.
Was let down as the menu said we could get a Sunday roast, it was a Sunday, but they said they would not serve aster 5 (could not see this on the website or menu) so a little disappointing.
S. B.
Nice experience and place to dine. I ordered a sirloin steak that was very tasty with prawns, only issue, the prawns were not de-veined which caused me to put in work.. The truffle mac n cheese needed seasoning (salt) otherwise it would of been hands down a winner.
S. T.
I was extremely happy with my host Zoe she was so welcoming and had such a polite and friendly manner. I was so surprised at how children friendly the restaurant was. The food was was enjoyed by us all. We went to celebrate my sons birthday and he had such a special day! I would highly reccomend.
E. T.
Our first time in Gaucho was excellent, very good food and excellent service, all the staff was very professional and polite, especially the French guy. Thanks
S. A.
ONE OF THE BEST STEAKS I’VE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE, IF NOT I COULD SAY IT IS THE BEST STEAK I HAVE HAD. A BIT PRICEY OF COURSE BUT IF YOU LOVE YOUR STEAK YOU SHOULD TRY GAUCHO’S. I WILL BE VISITING AGAIN BUT TRYING THE OTHER BRANCHES.
L. G.
One of our favourite restaurants. Pre covid we would visit regularly for a meal as a couple and alongside business clients.
We have hosted numerous meetings and training sessions at the restaurant & the staff have always been so accommodating to our needs.
The food is always delicious, the empanadas are our favourite starter but on our last visit we also tried a salmon dish and were delighted.
Steaks perfection as always and the puddings are far too good to share. Service fantastic and we are looking forward to returning soon
K. O.
Amazing food and staff! Definitely recommend
A. P.
Went for dinner with colleagues in a large group. Staff were super attentive and went out of their way to cater for specific requirements. Food was the usual high standards too!
M. S.
Lovely place relaxing atmosphere. All staff pleasant.
B. B.
Went there just for drinks. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Lovely experience. Noted also same with all customers. Top marks!!!
T. B.
Great atmosphere, lovely steak and amazing service.
T. r.
Food is mainly meat, steak and burger. Ther is a 29 pound meal for the special Sunday that comes with 2 meat 3 potato's and vegy.I
E. E.
The steak was great but the service was disappointing as they got the order wrong (serving chips and mushrooms instead of the ordered broccoli). Due to this and the fact that the 'firecracker chimichurri' was not firey at all, I had to first establish whether everything else was right. I was assured that the chimichurri was indeed the firecracker one, in which case it has a misleading name.
S. A. R.
Amazing food. Cooked to perfection. Should come here more often.
V.
An amazing experience! Honestly one of the most fabulous restaurants I've ever been to.
Dinner and drinks were superb and the staff were top quality. Friendly and chatty and knew their stuff. Gave great recommendations and made the evening prefect!
One of the table discussed wines with the manager and we were given a wine tasting which was very good and tasted brilliant.
The most amazing service and the food was to die for.
Won't find steak better anywhere else!
C. S.
The veggie option was nice but significantly smaller than the comparative meat dishes. Didn't warn that the wine we had was the last bottle they had of it
A. S.
Was staying at a hotel near by and went to Gaucho for my 40th birthday treat. We went early as we had to get back and although empty we had amazing good service from our waitress. She also gave is a special treat of truffle chocolate on the house which was a lovely and added so much to the overall experience. The waitress was very knowledgeable on the menu and the wine selection. The food as you would expect was great and the steak after careful selection was second to non. Had the 300gram fillet and it was cooked just as ordered. All the sides we ordered very nice , well put together, fresh and full of flavor, particularly the tomato salad. The o2 version of Gaucho there is also a balcony where you can take your drinks onto which would be nice before or after an event and soak up the atmosphere. The decor is not particularly to my liking as it was a bit too flash but that's the style of Gaucho.
N. G.
Lovely service from the guys at Gaucho, made us feel comfortable and very welcome. My partner mentioned it was our anniversary and they added a lovely little touch to our desserts. We had the roast, the beef was amazing but the veg really let it down. The potatoes tasted reheated and the broccoli was very hard. That is the only reason why this isn't 5*. Would definitely come back again but will be sticking to the steaks!
B. C.
Great place for steak. The staff from the concierge to the waiters were all friendly, attentive, accomodating and a joy to be a customer to.
V.
Place is just amazing, interior, food and stuff too! Very nice experience!
Very warm welcome from the Italian manager, thanks a lot for everything! Stay safe and strong, you will be back in business soon I am sure!
D. M.
Classy restaurant with great food, mixed with a lively vibe and good music. Service was excellent, I'd definitely recommend this place
L. R.
We popped in for a few pre concert drinks
Great decor, great vibe, great staff.
Will definitely be back and book a tabke next time
C. R.
Gaucho, i had been to different ones but never to the O2. well is big 3 floors. And i have decided to give 3 stars to this branch as is not as welcome as other ones the lady in front as you get there we greeting and she didn't bother so that is a star less the service upstairs well was different much better the menue well was good meal nice stake well served i enjoy the facilities well as you can see everything was black and it make the place unwelcome and an enjoyable to dark even going to the toilet it remind me of going to the scary castle of the funfair so that is a second star less.
Do i will go back to this one? Honestly No i won't i prefer i different location
Do i recommend it well if you like stakes and enjoy well yes and serious welcome by the front lady you are in..
C. M.
A lovely restaurant and bar to visit within the O2.
Our server Kamil was very attentive and friendly, although visibly under time pressure. Our food arrived fairly quickly and was of a fantastic standard. The drinks here are very nice and I recommend the Elderflower Spritz, which is very well balanced in flavours. I think they are a touch overpriced, but I can live with it!
The bar area downstairs is very nice, but the seats are very much form over function or style over substance if you prefer. We wanted to stay to order more drinks, but the outer bench style seats are not comfortable!
Overall, a solid 4 out of 5!
J. C.
As always a great experience, excellent staff who take great care of their customers. The cocktail 'bloody shame' describes my feelings having ordered it. The burger was spectacular and is something I'd order again if I wasn't in the mood for steak.
A. S.
Atmosphere- amazing, beautiful interior... when we miss the cow skin on walls, which is very literal, having in mind they serve beef.
Service-very good, except that the waiter brought a tray with cuts of raw beef and asked us to chose a cut to eat..., which I understand maybe for big fans of beef may sound great idea, but I found it a bit too harsh, as totally killed my appetite for beef, seeing the tray with raw meet and the cow skin in the interior.
Not sure they aimed for it, but the hard core idea of meat eating and the elegant interior are really contrast, specially I, found it off putting.
Food- I’d say quite average, as I have not tried the beef and they specialise in beef, so probably they have a point to prove there, however I’d expect all the food offered/served to be spot on, no matter beef or other dish.
Price-quite steep for the quality of food tasted.
C. b.
Always enjoy the experience of this steak house top service and top food. Always willing to do their best for you
k. e.
My first time at gaucho. Given that I am not a fan I steak, I was a little apprehensive about going, obviously spending a lot of money on something I don’t usually eat. However!! The food here is delicious, like seriously good. I had the soft shell crab to start and the T-bone steak for main. Both were amazing. Prior to the food, staff will come over and explain all of the different cuts of meat and what works best with the way it’s cooked - really informative. The service was also brilliant, there were 2 big tables of us and we didn’t need to ask for anything. I also recommend the Malbec red wine. I will come back. No pictures of my main I’m afraid, I was too keen to eat it quickly :)
D. B.
Had absolutely amazing time there for my birthday! Staff is extremely well trained, approachable, friendly and helpful, so the experience was amazing before even the food came out. The food solidified this 5* review, the steak was out of this world! The restaurant is intimate, with friendly atmosphere. Steak was cooked to perfection! No complaints...
C. D.
Eat steaks on a regular basis and the rib eye was 1 o the best so far. Really enjoyed it. A little pricey and steaks should be served with sides and shouldn't be extra charge but to be honest not a major thing. Looking forward to a return visit. Staff lovely and friendly. 10/10 for me. Well worth a try
K. E.
It's a lovely place. The ambiance is 2nd to none and the service is amazing. The only thing I did not like is the food is not for spicy people. If you love spicy stake then Gaucho is not for you.
M. W.
Welcoming, attentive and friendly staff. Lovely food. If you havent been before the restaurant is inside the O2, so no river views but does have a balcony overlooking the walkway.
T. R.
Convenient location with good, simple steak, variety of sides, good wines, and very friendly staff
A. B.
As a coeliac, it's just okay. Gluten free bread was a nice touch. Steak was ok, nothing mind-blowing , but better than what you get in the Amex lounge at a similar price point. Don't expect loads of menu options on the starters save for scallops. Wouldn't go out of my way to go to gaucho in a hurry, and if south of the river it's always worth heading over to Lee green for the truly excellent Cabrera instead, but it's a nice option to have whilst in the O2.
A. D.
Starters were mediocre (too much vinegar on the burrata, not enough line juice on the shrimp ceviche).
But the mains were amazing - perfectly cooked tender fillet steak that doesn't need a steak knife. I hardly ever have steak as I'm chewing all night but this is one of the best. The sides are also perfectly cooked and seasoned. Delicious .
I. S.
Superb steak as expected. Wine selection is fantastic and the recommended wine was great.
A. K.
I highly recommend the Sunday lunch here. It was very flavoursome. The staff are really polite and cater to you very well. I would like to see a greater selection of dishes on the menu for other times. There is a very good selection of wine if you like that and the cocktails are well made and reasonable prices for London. The internal seating itself doesn't offer a view. Hygiene and cleanliness were maintained very well. I would be more than happy to visit again.
J. A.
Went for mothers day. Always love this place, prices higher than most in the arena but u get looked after well. Thank you Samira for the table and Bethannia for looking after my mum.
L.
The food was lovely and the staff were so nice. They even knew that it was my birthday and gave me truffles. I would definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone going out for a formal event
D. P.
Went for a meal before a gig at the O2. Fantastic food and amazing cocktails. The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be visiting again.

We visited Saturday 11/09/2021. It was an event night at the O2 and we had a reservation for 18:45. We were met at the door by Deborah, who informed us that our table was not ready and we should sit in the ground floor bar until she calls us. We followed her instructions. 45 minutes passed and it was nearly 8pm. The show was about to start and we had not eaten. I could see her letting other people go up to the restaurant, so I approached her. She casually advised us that she had forgotten about us and we could go up to the restaurant now. Shocking! 45 MINUTES WAIT!! And we were about to miss our show!!!! All she did was apologise with the most casual face. Did not care that we were about to miss our show. We were extremely annoyed at that point, but we needed to eat because we had drinks at the bar and every other restaurant was fully booked. When we got upstairs, to cut a long story short the service was impeccable! We were met by smiling faces! We were shown to our seats. Our waiter Matthew was cheerful and made sure that we had everything. However, I have to give all credit to WILLIAM the manager on the evening. I have never had such an attentive customer service experience. William acknowledged the lack of basic customer service that we should have experienced and then went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience. My husband actually proposed to me here in 2012 ( they didn’t know this) but had the William not made our most recent experience amazing, it would have really left a nasty taste in our mouths, I don’t think we would have ever gone back. But all credit to William and his staff upstairs. Keep the good work. I hope that he gets the acknowledgment that he deserves.
M. S.
We had a nice lunch. Great steaks, cooked medium as we like. Salted dulce de leche cheesecake was really good. Friendly and effective service.
s.
Lovely atmosphere and delicious cocktails. Pricey but worth it 👌
V. M.
The environment is really fancy and that, as you can imagine the meat is overpriced due to the quality (Argentinean meat). But I haven't appreciated the meat, in fact I have tasted better for a low price. The Argentinean desert was really sweat but with no flavour at all. The empanadas was reasonable, the food image was not good enough for a restaurant such Gaucho.
C. B.
Great steak with excellent service, my man Gordo was very attentive. From start to finish a pleasing experience. If you are in the o2 and want something a bit classier than the bevy of eateries along the main concorse this is the place.
S. S.
Beautiful place. Quick access from parking less than a 2 minute walk. Food was Amazing. Couldn't fault a thing.
a. “. w.
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in London. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in London, the cocktails list is interesting and the servers know how to upsell and be super attentive, So far we've never been disappointed, however on our last visit the steak wasn't seasoned prior to cooking therefore lacked in flavor, hence the 4 stars. But the overall quality, service and cleanliness is exceptional.
R. H.
Great steak with high price to match, as you would expect from Gaucho. However, I found the staff at this particular restaurant a little abrupt and not the friendliest. A shame, as I do love a Gaucho steak!
A. B.
Amazing steaks, beautiful atmosphere and fantastic service, especially from our waiter Claudio
L. H.
Went to Gaucho before seeing a concert, the steak was amazing and service was brilliant. Will definitely be visiting again.
A. W.
Love the steak and service
T. M.
Was there for my wedding anniversary and not only was the staff very welcoming and amazing ( especial thanks to Marcos) but the food was also outstanding.
If you have any allergies or intolerance, this menu lets you know exactly what you can and cannot have.
If you do go there and Marcos takes care of you, his suggestions are very good and his recommendation are top noch.
Definitely will be back.
Thanks for such a lovely service and for making our day a little extra special.
D. F.
Beef as good as ever. Chips luke warm as was the side veg but not over cooked. Still had a good time.
T.
Great service however a few issues with the food including a steak being undercooked and a hair in our salad
G. A.
Lovely food and selection of drinks, great atmosphere and brilliant staff.
m. n.
The best steaks ever beautiful u don't need a steak knife it's so soft amazing 😍😍😍
T. K.
Amazing. Best steak ever. Friendly and helpful staff. Great dessert! Yes it's expensive but so worth it!
D. B. (.
Brilliant and sophisticated place. Cocktails and drinks were very well made! Lounge area had a pretty decent soundtrack as well as comfy leather couches and seats. Food was very well cooked too. Our waiter even asked if we would like to know more about the types of meat we were having to, which was a fun listen whilst we waited for our food.
All around amazing place but I recommend wearing a suit when you go. Or atleast something very smart.
B. M.
Amazing atmosphere and excellent service, The food was excellent and if anyone likes steak you must try here. Highly recommend this restaurant
M. F.
South American cuts of steak, presented with good service for an Arena.

Lovely service by Kamil and Steven, had an great experience with my friends.
The atmosphere was amazing, very pleased.

Lovely food beautiful service, really made us feel welcomed for my mum birthday👏🏾👏🏾

We had a lovely evening here and Chloe looked after us so well! Food was amazing, and they were good at accommodating hungry children and getting them food quickly. will definitely visit again!

Absolutely great place to have my birthday lunch fantastic food and service
D. A.
Excellent premium steaks, really good.
A. B.
I ate there last night with my family 9/9/17 as a birthday treat to myself. The food was fantastic the service was second to none the staff were polite and knowledgeable and made us all feel very welcome. Can't recommend highly enough. Looking forward to going again.
S. R.
Where should I start? Incredible experience on my first trip to Gaucho. Food, cocktails and service were wonderful. Luckily we had a great promotion so also a steal. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks Gaucho....... see you soon 😊
L. M.
Visited to celebrate a family birthday and was very impressed with the service and food, the steaks were amazing!! Great buzzing atmosphere too! Had a wonderful meal with my family at this restaurant great atmosphere fantastic food a little bit pricey but worth it highly recommended.
C. W.
Wonderful staff, lovely place and the beetroot starter was 10/10. But the main (steak) and dessert not that special for the price.
h. l.
Expensive and it wasn't as good as the price suggested it would be. Hardly any seasoning on the tough steak. The butter salad had little flavour. Disappointing
M. L.
Very good food! I recommend not to eat too many starters as their mains are delicious and even the desserts... I'd always want to try everything at the same time! The meat is cooked beautifully and the burgers are very tasty. Service is attentive.
S. A.
Hands down, they make the best steaks.
O. A.
The restaurant is lovely, service is impeccable and good was excellent
S. R. (.
Beautiful food and drinks, staff are fantastic !
A. L.
Good place for steak. Good not great, especially considering the price point. It just feels like something has changed since they simplified their menu. It is still a fantastic place to get actual steak. However the sides and dessert don't taste as nice which brings the meal down a notch or two. The chips certainly are not a patch on what Gaucho used to serve back in the day with the beef dripping chips. Now they're a thinner cut rustic looking chip that works well with a burger but for me has the wrong texture for a steak which is what this place is meant to be all about? The service as ever is still fantastic and facilities are clean. Good not great.
H. P.
We both had the yellowtail tuna for starters which was very good followed by a rib eye steak each albeit with different sauces. They were cooked as requested, the accompanying vegetables and chips adding to the overall quality of the meal. nice. A decent bottle of Malbec, as suggested by Lucy our waitress, was an excellent accompaniment.
D. R.
Delicious steak, pleasant atmosphere
M. C.
The best steak I ever had. And the service, 5*. Everything was just amazing!!!
S. G.
Expensive but for a special occasion it is worth every penny..... The seafood sharing starter was beautiful and both out steaks were amazing....
M. E.
Had one of the best steaks here: Lomo fillet 300g medium. Deeply satisfied 👌🏻😋😋😋
S. G.
Atmosphere was Amazing!
Fresh and tasty food!
Friendly helpful staff
Definitely recommend this place, going again for sure 👌🏽💯
S. P.
The atmosphere is quite good and the service brilliant however the good was below expectation. Have visited twice and both times haven't convinced me to try the place the third time for the food. The cocktail are well done nevertheless. Good place to hang out for a drink but not when you are hungry and need a good bite.
L.
Really liked the tuna starter and the garlic sauce on my steak. Steak was cooked perfectly though the service could have been improved. Placing items on the table were clumsy and loud. Also one waitress accidentally touched my boyfriend's food and immediately asked if he wanted a whole new dish. My boyfriend was hungry so said no but normally this isn't acceptable. Staff need better training but other than that, a pleasant evening and very accomodating to my 2 year old nephew.
R. A.
For what it’s worth I did enjoy my visit here. The staff were great and really friendly. However I just can’t understand the price of meal vs what was served.
I am happy to pay for nice steak, but get a bit upset when the price and quality don’t align.
J. M.
My son and I were visiting the O2 to attend a concert and were a little overwhelmed by the opulence of the restaurant. However, the hosts that greeted us were friendly and warm, which immediately put us at ease. We were shown how to navigate the restaurant and introduced to our server. He helped us through the menu and was attentive throughout our meal. It was our first time dining at a Gaucho but I would happily eat there again and would recommend it as a truly special occasion.

Scallops and steak excellent as was pork. Spinach a bit salty for my palate.
Still very attentive service and went out of their way to find my husband some grappa. Overall a great dining experience.
B. B.
Steak was tasty but unevenly cooked. Asked for medium rare and it was medium in places and rare in others. Very expensive and not much room between tables. Felt like we were crammed in for maximum financial gain. I have tasted better steaks in my back garden.
K. P. A.
We went there for lunch to celebrate, 7 ppl. Place was not busy at the time. Great professional service. First we had presentation of steaks, to help us to choose. Very tasty steaks and everyone could find something good. Place much better for dinners than lunches- heavy black decor, more suitable for dinners.

Brilliant service and a seriously luxury place. Amazing design and decor. I would highly recommend for a special event. I took my partner here for his brithday and they offered a deal with the O2 climb experience for which we got a set meal for that evening. They were kind enough over the phone to ask for anything special they could do to which I suggested a Happy Birthday message with my partners desert and they did not fail to forget about it!

I was invited here by a close friend and his wife for a meal, having been to a few steakhouses here and there, I found gauchos to be better than average .
The starters were good, the cocktails unusual but tasty, mine being some type of drink with salt around the rim, which worked really well, and her indoors' was a minty concoction of complete nonsense which she absolutely loved.
Food-wise, I had an almost perfect Chateaubriand. I say almost perfect, it was amazing, soft, succulent with a beautiful flavour. but it was well done on both ends, which meant the ends were inedible for me sadly. imagine, eating such a wonderful steak, then right at the end you get a dry, overdone mouthful of meat that at your last mouthful almost destroys the memory of such a wonderful piece of meat. the dream smasher is what i will call that last piece.
no-one wants a dream-smasher steak.
my lovely ball and chain had the Lamb, which again, she was very enamoured with. I was starting to feel jealous of her meal, she seemed to be enjoying its company immensely, forcing me to up my conversational game lest she leaves me for a plate of grilled lamb. but that fear was abated by her insisting I "try some of this baby, its just how you like it"
and it was, so i Forgave the lamb for trying to steal my lady.
even as i write this review she has reminded me how much she adored that lamb.
so i will call that lamb the wife stealer.
HoweverI can not forgive that drink, because it was just so minty and wrong.
The corn in that wrap was good, the Beef Pasadenas? (sorry if that's wrong) they were nice, the scallops were not overcooked but done just right, lovely so they get a nod in that regard, and the general venue in regards to cleanliness, staff and general ambience were spot on, no complaints in that area.
Staff were friendly and professional.
Everyone in our party seemed to enjoy their meals immensely and that steak with the sea-monster on top was well received. one of our party did however state that his steak was not quite right, a little more medium than medium rare so there was one minor gripe.
but out of a party of eight that's not a bad result.
so in conclusion,
a wife stealing plate of grilled lamb and a dream-smashing Chateaubriand, made for good eating, washed down with that breath freshening minty nonsense in a glass and various other cocktails including this non alcoholic tangy drink called garden something that was very good, made for a memorable meal.
they however lose a star for the dream-smasher steak.

I was heading over to the dome to show the wife and daughter who hadn't been there before and decided to treat ourselves to dinner at Gaucho. Absolutely as I had remembered it from town, the meal was incredible. We went at a really quiet time (no events at the O2 that evening) so service was really good. Pricey, of course, but the quality was up there to make it worthwhile.
D.
A very friendly welcoming restaurant. All staff(especially mario) were very well trained, accommodating and helpful (all done with a smile). Everything was handled with efficiency and attention. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful while dining. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job to make the visit so pleasurable. Recommended meal would be the Gaucho burger a zombie beverage would compliment meal also.
D. B.
Lovely place , helpful staff . Steak and wine excellent.

Enjoy my dinner! with my frend ... food amazing 🥰🥰🥰 personal frendly
J. B.
We were walk ins before a matinee performance and they couldn't do enough for us as my wife is coeliac. Great steak for me and poached salmon and gluten free bread for my wife. Pricey but delicious, will go again.
D. H.
Excellent service, superb steak ( which is unusual for the UK) friendly, quick service. Could not fault it.
U.
Food was amazing quality. Excellent and outstanding service. Well worth the price.
D. J.
Nearly divine, but can't emphasize enough the need to order a step up in doneness from your normal. The filet that I ordered medium rare (which had perfect flavor) could be heard softly moo-ing as the plate reached my table.
C. C.
Reputation didn't live upto the hype - after sending one steak for being under done, second steak arrived blue on one side and perfect on the other!
v. w.
Great sevice. The steak lacked flavour the day we ate. It was a giis size piece of meat but for the price I would have expected a deliciius Nd juicy steak. The staff were really knowledgeable and very helpful. The restaurant is decorated in dark colours and has low lighting which is supposed to add to the experience. Can't say it enhanced ours but we had a nice time.
J. B.
Limited menu, post Lockdown. The steak 🥩 was excellent. The wine 🍷 superb.
V. S.
Overrated and overpriced. For a place like this I would expect higher quality of produce, and more south American cuts to be prominent on the menu... Way to chain-y
J. B.
Myself my partner and two kids came in today for birthday celebration. Our waitress was very attentive and payed a lot of attention to detail. There was two mishaps with the food but we know neither were her fault. She done wonderfully. I would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to go. 5* from me and 5* from the Lil man too 💗
D. D.
Best place to eat at the O2. Not cheap but not expensive in London terms for steak. Booked ahead as the it meant beating the madness of finding somewhere to eat in interval of the ATP finals. Steak was lovely and the staff were brilliant and dealt with an over full restaurant very well.
S. M.
Have always enough Gaucho for a good steak experience. The quality of the meat and wine is generally good but unfortunately this visit was disappointing as we were put behind a curtain in a separate section. Felt isolated from the main restaurant.
K. H.
Where do I start with this place as you walk in its as if you're walking in to one of Londons poshest resturants as everything is so immaculate. The service was fabulous throughout and the food was some of the best food we have ever tasted and we can't wait to return. Also because we good a deal through Travelzoo it was amazing value and one of the best things about it is so much quieter and relaxing than the often crazily busy other restaurants I can't wait to return to this restaurant again soon.
D. S.
The food is phenomenal and the wine selection is fantastic, we came back for the 2nd week in a row as we were that impressed. We were served by Viktoria who was a lovely lady, well trained, energetic and a pleasure to talk to, the world needs more people like her. 10/10, would reccomend to anyone that's willing to pay for a top class meal. If you like red wine try journeys end cab sav.
a. a.
The steaks were perfectly cooked and although this place is very costly, it is worth every single penny.
The steaks are from grassfed free range cows from Argentina, and there is no way to describe how juicy, tender, and well flavored they were with words.. You really have to try for yourself.
I also ordered the dessert, the banana mess, I think it was called, and the dessert was so good, it could have been five star worthy with just that.. This place is great, and the service was great.
D. S.
Just left here for my girlfriends birthday dinner. Had a lovely time in a lovely relaxing setting. The staff was excellent from the moment we walked in and right up until we left. A bit pricey but good quality doesn't come cheap anywhere! I will definitely be back again to dine in the future. Round of applause to all the staff there. Excellent 👏 👏👏
A. P.
Saturday 20th I revisited gaucho to try their food for the second time (1st visit, I didn't enjoy the food and was disappointed ) but was tempted to return by Dave Davies and I must say that this time the food was excellent.. I had starters of sweetbreads followed by chateaubriand with a salad and a bowl of chips and for pudding shared the trio dessert.
The food was faultless, the staff were incredible, helpful, friendly and attentive.
I am now confident to recommend the quality of their food and the passion of all that work in this restaurant.
D. P.
Meat was simply fantastic, service was quick and friendly, would recommend 👍
K. M.
Went up for a birthday celebration before seeing George Ezra was attended to by Arti, fantastic server very attentive and knows his stuff. Made the experience perfect. The food and wine were very good.
C.
Went yesterday - very disappointed. On a positive the waiter was very knowledgable and friendly. Way to dark and you wonder why!!! Our table was so badly scratched people had gouged there Initials!!! Steak was nice but so it should be at £30 for 300gm with NO sides. Chips were horrible no taste tomatoes salad (I say that lightly) 2 toms quartered. My husbands starter was £15 and it looked soooo unappetising / 3 pastries no dressing. 3 fellars next to us we're VERY drunk. Overall at £150 it was definitely not worth it 😩
K. B.
The food was edible but expensive for the portion sizes.
S. G.
Came here for my birthday lunch with my family. Amazing service from Pedro he was polite and attentive. Amazing customer service from him, he catered to everyone's needs and it was appreciated by all of us. The food was very nice and filling. The portion size was just right. They sold out of profiteroles but Pedro provided is with a tasty substitute. Will definitely come again!
B. K.
We had a very nice table on the outside gallery. Friendly service and great meat quality.
Nice little bar on the ground floor - good if you like to take an aperitif while waiting for your table.
D. M.
First time visit to Gaucho O2. As there was seven family members i will only tell you what i ate. Starters was Beef Empanada, you have to buy two of these at £5 each, small but tasty, not sure about the small bowl of dip as it was difficult to transfer to the crumbling Empanada. My main course was a 400g Lomo, sides cost a further £5 per item. The steak was the best i have ever had and i highly recommend it. Desert was Coconut Tres Leche with pear sorbet, this was fantastic and again i would recommend it. Service was impeccable, the waiter was informative as well as attentive he recommend a different wine to what we first ordered and it didnt disappoint.
W. G.
Very friendly and accommodating staff, who went over and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our evening before a Michael McIntyre show. Could not have asked for better service, 100% recommend. Thank you for a lovely evening.
C. M.
Very terrific food me had a very terrific meal here and me would definitely return
P.
I'm a massive fan and advocate of the Gaucho chain of restaurants, however, this one at the O2, at times feels very sub-par when put in comparison with its counterparts in the likes of Charlotte Street. Worth a visit if you want a slightly more up market meal before a gig at the arena but don't think that all Gaucho restaurants are the same as this. Enjoy.
S. J.
Cracking place to eat before a show... Or just go here to eat in general. It's a little pricey, but you pay for what you get... you get nothing but top end food and wine to match so it's more than worth it. Restaurant is nicely presented, waiters are brilliant, food is ridiculously good and drown it with a nice bottle or 3 of red and you've got an awesome pre meal for a show at the O2... Will recommend this place thoroughly. Worth noting you have a 90 minute window when you arrive to leaving the table for events... book in advance to avoid disappointment!!
K. S. (.
The restaurant was very dark, almost like a nightclub. The service was not that good but this may have been due to the fact they were extremely busy. The food however.....WOW! I had the steak platter, at £99 it was a little pricey but I have never tasted food so good before, the sides are great too. I do recommend trying this place, just not at peak times.
D. B.
This place was super posh and impressive. Our team had our own private room with personalised menus. The wine was the best I've ever had and the food was phenomenal. If you love cows that are alive then this isn't the place for you.
R. S.
Steak and red wine always good. However the bathrooms and some furnishings looking tired. I think the v dark decor is done now. Move on but with a good steak and wine based menu please.
S. D.
Don't order the steak. Mine came totally overcooked. I was in a group so sending it back wasn't an option. However everything else was perfect: the sausages, the empanadas, the wine, the sides, the bread, the service (thanks Angelo), the atmosphere etc.
D. I.
Beautiful meal I had rib eye that just melted in ones mouth delicious. Definately come back, although a bit pricey well worth it stuff very attentive which made the evening that much more enjoyable
P.
Steaks are near to perfection 🥩 and this beef dish was out of this world 🌎
f.
Gaucho was a verry good experience really love the food
J. W.
Lovely cosy setting set over a couple of floors but no windows! It is actually I side the O2 arena with subdued lighting. The food is lovely with helpful staff on hand if needed. Cooked perfectly with a good selection available. 5 stars but for the 90 minute table limit (might only be during peak times) and extreme mark up on wines. £64 for a bottle available online for £14.
S. B.
There's a bar downstairs where you can go for a drink, or if you have a table then you can have a drink before being taken upstairs to be seated. It's quite large upstairs. There are no windows and lots of black curtains, so it is fairly dark upstairs. As it gets busy and the tables are close together it can get noisy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food and wine is ver nice.
P. S.
Good food and service. Quite expensive
J. N.
Best Steak EVER!! Ohhhhh and the cheesecake is out of this world!!!
D. B.
Authentic Brazilian food different from Cabana which is just a joke on people that go in there.
A bit pricey, but the amount of meet and food in the Brazilian style makes up for it, plus the staff is very friendly and helpful.
D. H.
Let me commence by saying that my usual steak experiences include Hawksmoor and Goodmans and as such my standards are probably quite high.
We came to Gaucho at the O2 about 1 1/2 before the starting time of the Bruno Mars concert and the place was rammed understandably. Staff was friendly and the place was buzzing with a nice and classy vibe. However, it was evident that staff had a hard time coping with the volume at that time. It took much to long for us to be even served our drinks (30mins). Staff repeatedly apologised about how busy they were that day.
Between the four of us we had all cuts of beef (excl. Rump), and about 5 or 6 different sides. The meat quality was very excellent but it wasnt prepared in the best possible way. The filet for example at rare is obviously quite raw on the inside but this is not an explanation for why it has to be stone cold in the middle. The other pieces of meat were fine but again not really hot enough, it felt like they had been sitting on the plates for at least 5 minutes before they got to us. Apart from the temperature the filter was delicious and the best piece of meat we had. The sirloin was alright but for me it is not satisfactory to serve a piece marbled to this extent where the fat has not melted. Therefore either cut it off or cook hot enough for it to melt or become crispy. Wobbly beef fat is not my idea of a great dinner.
The chips were soggy and tasted like they were probably cooked half an hour ago. We gave them back because the kebab shop around the corner frankly does better chips than that. The new one was fresh and fine. All the other sides (mushrooms, spinach) were lukewarm as well apart from the humitas (corn) which was literally the only thing that was piping hot that came out of that kitchen to our table that day. The bernaise sauce was great but they are having a laugh charging extra for it when the quantity is about enough for 3-4 dunks of beef.
Overall the cost came to 190 pounds (exc. tip) which is not the end of the world but with all these delays and consistently lukewarm food we gave no tip. It is a shame because the people that day that deserved the pay cut were not primarily the waiting staff but those running the joint. I am appalled by how a restaurant with such potential and such amazing ingredients fails on the basics of serving hot food. I would seriously urge the owners to re-think staffing and/or table management. It is clear that if you have 30 tables all expecting mains at exactly the same time because they are all going to the same concert, the kitchen was not able to handle this. Cut the number of tables if you have to but do something! Also, beef to be cooked that day should be allowed to warm up to room temperature before cooking - not from the fridge on the grill!
Gaucho has tremendous potential but dont waste your time if you want really great steak. We had a nice time but it wasnt a memorable experience. Not the way you get it (consistently) at Goodmans and Hawksmoor. I am happy to pay more for it to be done exactly right.
D. V.
Guacho at O2 ARENA amazing service and great steaks. Highly recommend the rib eye
R. V.
Small plates. Dont try the chicken.
C. E.
It is typical Gaucho style in a food court-like environment, geared merely for people visiting O2. Tasty meat, nice service. You can also arrange rooms for groups.
R. s.
Yummy food, excellent service and nice ambiance. Would reccomend.
j. r.
The service by the young French man was impeccable. He is a credit to the restaurant. The meat dishes were very filling and well cooked/presenated. Mains were over over priced in comparison to the portion size.
S. M.
As always, amazing quality. Always a bit expensive, but you pay an extraordinary service.
N. R.
Excellent!!!
M. M.
WE went here for a pre concert meal - its got a real Bling feel to it - which is kinda cool for what it is.
There basically steaks, steaks, steaks and steaks
Though as a Burger fan i was the only one that went for their burger (£15.95!)
it was just about worth the price - and as good as any burger I've ever had, with good balanced toppings.
The whole thing was pretty expensive - but we downed quite alot of cocktails/wine which was the bulk of the bill at £300 for 5 of us.
H. N.
Great service and delicious food!
J. L.
Visited on the evening of celine dion concert, first of they could not find my booking, however, the staff was very helpful and asked us to wait at the bar while sorting a table out for us on time. Manager even came to apologise:) Food was great, quick and reasonable priced, definitly will book again!
L. J.
Once you get passed the metal detectors and security, you'll enter a very darkly lit restaurant with cow prints everywhere. You're reminded from the get-go that this is not an establishment catering to vegans. Hell, the mushrooms are cooked with bone marrow.
R.
Beautiful, stylish restaurant, it has downstairs as a bar/upstairs is a restaurant. Very nice food, 10/10, service is excellent, waiter was so kind, made adjustments for us, very polite. Great atmosphere. *****
S. R.
Best steak place quite expensive but never fail to please me
G. (.
Came here for a bit of nosh before we trundled off to see Jesus Christ (Superstar!). We were dining among royalty! Barbara Windsor was but a mere 5 metres from me and the main man himself, Sir Andrew Loydey W was in the 'private dining' section.
But that's beside the point. This place oozes class the second you step inside it's seductive and intriguing exterior. Having to get a lift to the second floor was a novel experience in a restaurant and although our table was a little on the small side, the 4 of us had a beautiful and very delicious meal.
I've known about Gaucho for a while, and I guess in many ways it's strange that a steak lover such as myself would be in London for over a year before finding myself there, but I will definitely be going back. I don't care if the Argentinian's are feeding their cows crack-cocaine to make them taste so good; the steaks were SO DAMNED TENDER.
We had a bottle of the Vina Patricia (2006) - one of the finest wines I've had the pleasure of tasting. Maybe that doesn't say much for my wine tick list, but even so. A very, very nice wine.
If you're coming for pre-O2 drinks, leave in good time because it's about 5 minutes to the entrance.
K. S.
I always eat at other Gaucho. The steak was not very good as always. Very long wait even we had booked but it is understandable because of the atp finals.
L. N.
I ate there when it was quite (there was 1 other customer) so service was amazing. For food I ate rib eye steak cooked medium-rare (which was cooked perfectly) served with a side of fat chips.
P. D.
Amazing atmosphere and interior! The food is outstanding. Very quick service. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a high quality restaurant to eat within the o2.
B. I.
Excellent all around. Venue, food and service. Our delightful waitress, Zoe, was helpful in explaining the meat options and definately knew her wine. Would recommend and return.
B. M.
Another amazing night at Gaucho o2. Many thanks to the whole team, in particular Manuel, Dave, seweryn, and Gianmarco for the unforgettable night. Steaks were amazing, drink top class, and the atmosphere incredible.
A.
The staff were professional and prompt, i had pre ordered a halal steak, it was cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and would eat there again.
S. K.
One or two quite good vegetarian options considering is a meaty place, even the seats are made from cow skin - which can make it a bit off putting for any veggie. It's a very 'opulent' place but the staff are friendly, it's busy around show times within The O2 but very quiet at all other times.
A. A.
We had a brilliant waiter who provided excellent service.
D. D.
Dear VIDA and EMILY,
Just a note to say thank you soooo much for everything you did for me and my family yesterday!
You both went over and above the call of your duties and I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciated what you did.
The Kindness, Patience and Willingness to help get us "sorted out" was unbelievable.
Gaucho's have found two gems in their national team and I unreservedly recommend that people should come and see it for themselves!
You made three young ladies feel special and that was what coming there was all about.
Thank you for all the running around and for the hospitality!
JUST BRILLIANT!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Patricio gave excellent service, great staff.

I really enjoyed the experience of Gaucho, the food was impresive and amazingly delicious, and our waiter Steve made it very easy and comfortable, congratulations for the awesome work and dedication, I loved eating on Gaucho.

The service was great and the food was excellent. Has a vast variety of wines and cocktails and a good choice from the food menu. Well worth the money

Excellent!!!
Great food, outstanding wines, fantastic and polite service.
Please book a table and make your own experience, it is really superb.

Food is amazing. You pay for quality so don't let the price put you off. Go for a rib eye of about 30oz you won't regret it.
S. A.
Service was good, wasn't a fans of the lamb cutlets though they were over cooked (considering they were supposed to be medium). Best to stick to the steaks I suppose ..
a. j.
👌 Staff are great & very helpful. Steak is excellent
L. O.
This is a lovely restaurant in a great location inside the O2. The restaurant is set over two floors and is beautifully presented with a fabulous decor. The food was excellent and service extremely efficient and friendly
T.
First time ordering the chicken option in Guacho and I was very very pleased it was well seasoned and not dry. They serve organic chicken apparently.
S. J.
Excellent food and view
Great company Suzanne Dawn Fisher
A. M. Z. Z.
Nice and classy — all good: beef cuts, wine selection, desserts, and surprisingly: breads!! A bit pricey though. Expect 50£ per pax.
M. B.
The service is world class, as with the food. Went for a Birthday meal. Atmosphere was great, feels like another world inside.
S. P.
Split over several floors, this restaurant is a lovely dose of decadence within the O2. The cooked steaks were delicious and staff were happy to help with requests.
S. B. (.
A really big Gaucho restaurant inside the O2 (nee The Millennium Dome). I've been three times and the place is deserted (staff outnumber the diners) at lunch time during the week. I honestly don't know how they can afford to keep the place open .. unless it's rammed to the rafters in the evening.
A. L.
Ive been here quite a few times and the food is always delicious and the service is fast and friendly. You can come here with your family functions , dates etc. I would definitely recommend visiting here.
C. B.
They do the best steak in the world. Also the best wine. Trust me. Go now.
M. M.
Service is very good. Steaks are a similar price to Hawksmoor and Goodman. Sides at Goodman are a lot better.
T. F.
Great food and great service
P. F.
Really great food, service and cocktails.

Amazing food worth the money spent 😊 and great customer service
C. B.
Great place, lovely steak, we were quite late due to traffic, but there was no issue.
Very busy if something is on at the 02
R. C.
The food was outstanding but the service was really rushed the table was rocky and so was my chair. I have been to Gaucho a number times now and been disappointed every time. It's a shame as the food is 5 star!
D. D.
For drinks, it was nice but the service was not too notch, moving me and my friends from our dinner table to the empty bar area while still ordering drinks at our table.
D. A. R.
Staff is very efficient and friendly. Beef is the juiciest and tenderest I've had. Inviting atmosphere.
J. “. L.
Love this chain but this branch is this not the best, same decent food but service is like you're in a fast food chain as they seem to want you to eat and get out ASAP.
V. D.
The food was beautiful and the service was so quick even though they were really busy. We were in and out in 50 minutes which was perfect as we were seeing a show.
J. B.
I liked it just not the range of largers start getting larger we can recognise such as budweiser
D. A.
Lovely food, friendly staff.
T. S.
The food was very good but staff were struggling to service a full house. Despite a reservation, it took almost an hour before we were able to order our food.
L. P.
Spiral cut steak marinated in garlic with chips and mac and cheese 😍 amazing atmosphere, beautiful decor and lovely service.

What a night such friendly staff.. As it was my birthday they even sorted a birthday plate and sung to me too. Thanks to Mark and Ali for giving me a nice dining experience 👍🏽
B. D.
Recently used and although they were a bit slow with drinks overall it was a great place to dine before the evening event.
S.
The crème de la crème of delicious steak and phenomenal customer service. An excellent establishment with courteous staff and excellent food. A true experience. 5 stars.
C.
Fantastic steak and wine. Pricey but really nice experience and assistance choosing the steak and wine you really want.
N. H.
Great food and wine, steak was amazing just a little too salty for my taste.
R. F.
Very dated decor, service was ok. The meat is good as always but a bit expensive for the experience.
I. P.
Nice decor and location and the service was great but the food could be hotter and no towels in gents toilets to dry your hands.
R. B.
Great steaks super staff and good value. Fantastic for pre-event meal.
M. A.
Superb steak, dodgy reception and service. Friendly, but inneficient, and brought us the wrong orders initially.
S. M.
Very good. Great steaks great wines....even the downstairs bar was pretty good.
A. S.
Great but expensive, you get what u pay for, 180 quid for 2, one bottle of wine, starters and main. Was very nice though
S. F.
Held a corporate dinner here, food, service and wine list were excellent - enjoyed by all
S. F.
You can't get a better steak meal anywhere else. Always get stocked up on protein before a gig.
d. k. g.
Very good, high level service, fair price
R. N.
Beautifully cooked steak everytime. Their flourless cake is delicious!
A. A.
Very busy and quite noisy but good steaks - pity the only coffee machine in a restaurant of that size apparently wasn't working!
D. M.
Delicious food and drink. Thank you to Samuel our waiter/advisor. A very enjoyable evening
J. R.
Nice place to eat but don't think I'll be back at those prices when I can get just as good a steak at somewhere like Miller & Carter for instance.
m. b.
If your looking for a romantic setting for a couple then this is top notch beautiful restaurant all in all if you want to impress then this is for you
D. J.
Lovely experience & atmosphere, good quality food, a bit more expensive than other restaurants in the 02.
R. B.
Steaks absolutely marvellous, great friendly staff and good reasonably priced wines.

Visited twice at this Gaucho branch at the O2 and their steaks were exceptional both times!
