Visited this location twice, friendly staff and quick service (eat in) food is absolutely incredible have had Donner box, and also a lamachun wrap which was to die for!! Definitely my favourite kebab place! Especially those after authentic German style kebabs (Picture is lamachun Donner wrap)

As a cheap kebab, it's ok. If you're looking for something premium, this is not the place. Tried this place for the first time today. Ordered 2 German doner kebabs (one with beef, the other with chicken), cheesy fries, and flaming fries. The cheesy fries were not good: undercooked, with just a few drops of artificial cheese sauce (see picture). The flaming fries were tasty. The chicken kebab was much better than the beef. Both kebabs contained a lot of meat, which is not bad in itself, but I missed a bit of vegetables. Nice bread and coleslaw. The box for the kebabs is really neat, but the fries weren't served in a box, so were cold by the time we got home.

One of the best kabab brand around, Many options to choose from and prices and absolutely good, 3 signature sauces which makes the kabab even more delightful and delicious. Chicken and lamb kabab are both full of flavour and taste, They have a special box which cost 9.99£ and it has a sizeable kabab (many choices of bread) ,chips,drink and two rolls Also they have kabab boxes which my favourite is the cheesy one with mix doner and chips and topped with cheese sauce and jalapeño

The food is great BUT.... some of the people behind the tills are liars. They put you off placing an order by saying it will take 25 minutes. Only to then serve it in just 6 minutes. They just wants less work to do. GDK owners should sack them.

Tried first time. Taste was wonderful, very different to ordinary turkish doner. They put more meat than salat. Sauces and bread was good too. They offer chicken and beef, both are very tasty. Faisal @ West Ealing branch was very customer focused and friendly. I would go again to this particular branch due to taste and excellent customer service.

The food was absolutely delicious - best chicken doner I have ever eaten. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the customer service wasn't great. None of the workers were wearing face masks, the shop wasn't clean and one worker took the rubbish bin through the shop. We dined in but our food was given to us in takeaway boxes, when we asked why, we were told they didn't have trays. If you're ordering food, definitely take it away. They had run out of cheese sauce, so we only got 2 sauces instead of 3 which was part of the meal. They were inundated with deliveries so they are definitely popular!

It’s a hit and miss here. If you pick up, you’re less likely to have an issue than with delivery. I just recommend checking your food before you accept it. If you get lucky, it is definitely very very tasty

We order very often. The taste is amazing, but a few weeks ago I ordered without onions and my Bf added extra jalapenos. In my kebab there was onion and jalapenos... The portion each time is getting smaller. Today we paid too large portions, but the size was like small. We are very disappointed,we mind to think about change the restaurant.

A bit disappointing. Don't get me wrong, the food wasn't bad, it's the service that I'm complaining about. I ordered 2 doner boxes with fries and salad, one with chicken and one mixed with chicken and beef. I had to guess which one is what, because they didn't write it on the boxes. Also, they could have used a bit more salad, it had only a little at the top. I also ordered a durum wrap for which I requested not to add spicy sauce, but they still did. I ordered cheesy fries too, they were good but the portions so tiny that I thought it was a joke. On the website they advise juice in glass bottles but they send the cans and also I had one missing for which I don't think they will pay me back. This was my first order here and I was really excited because the food looks great and it was good too, but the service was disappointing especially that they make you pay for it. I don't mind paying, but there are small details that can ruin someone's meal, especially when you've been working all day and just want to have some good food during your lunch break.

I found this place recently last month via Deliveroo app (since lockdown started in London). I must say this is an underrated place for their best kebab wraps. I’ve ordered their combo kebab wrap more than 10 times and never been disappointed even once. The meat is so juicy and full of flavours and combines well with their secret sauce and other ingredients. The bread/naan is also very soft and doesn’t make me bloated. Please please be consistent with this. I love you wholeheartedly for providing great food during this challenging time. I’ve had kebab wrap in many spots across London and yours was unique with a great taste. I’ll continue to order and will stop by post the lockdown. Thank you xxx

The shop tends to get quite busy so I understand the staff may be overwhelmed, but they make you feel as if they are doing you a favor for serving you. Re-visited (03/2021): the doner today did taste better than it was recently and it has reached the standard I know from Germany where I lived for many years. It was juicy and delicious, bread was nice and the packaging had a high quality almost giving me a feeling it’s too much (Boss Box). Overall I think the standard is back to how or where it should be.

Quality has been Deteriorated very much. Bread isn't the same German bread as it use to be it instead a thin tasteless no sauce inside. 2 signature sauces instead of three. In 23 degree a warm can drink instead of bottle drink. May be supply is disturb becuase of covid but why the price is same?

My first time trying GDK today while at Kilburn. So this will be a non bias review. The service was good. The cashier was friendly and took the orders quit well. The restaurant was clean and well presented and didn't look like any of the traditional turkish kebab stores I'm used to. It has quit a clean/ modern feel. Also it's not that bussy so getting a table is not an issue. The food took about 10-15 mins to arrive. The cashier brought it to my table which was really nice of him. The fries was generous, really nice sauces. The kebab was also decent, I really enjoyed the overall meal although the kebab it couldve done with a bit more warming up. Overall you get your moneys worth here. I highly reccomend this place if your in the area.

Been here a few times. Standard is not as uniform as it should be. Had great food and not very good too. Main problem in this shop is they run out of doner then it's a 1 hour wait till they can serve again. They need to address this in this branch. Get more equipment in and prepare better. Then in a rush to serve the doner is not cooked as it should be, this has happened to me. On last occassion I did not wait because they had run out as it was just too long and I feared the food would not be up to standard as I had experienced before.

Doners are delicious but waiting is a huge waste os time. Since they increased the price to 5.99 they put less meat in the doners now. What is even more disappointing is that online, I guess uber eats orders, are with priority, so if actually went there to get your food, good luck waiting for ages. Thank you firstly to the staff at GDK Slough! Andreea and her blonde haired colleague (sorry, I did not catch your name) were super friendly and allowed me to video in the premises whilst eating. They also made sure to check up on us throughout our meal. The food was just outstanding for the price you pay. Check out my photo. HUGE PORTION. I was stuffed when I got just half way through my Chicken waffle donner. Coke in glass bottles (love it old school). Honestly can't fault it. Great place to sit in for a weekend lunch or dinner treat with a friend for sure ! Hidden gem!

I’ve not had doner meat for more than 20 years, as I find the concept quite disgusting. But someone said to give this place a go. I read their website and gave it a go. So different to what I remembered what a doner tasted like. This wasn’t greasy and the bread was different too. I guess the worst thing is that I’ll keep going again and again.

Made for take out, wouldn't want to sit and eat as seating is limited and can get cold every time the door opens. Portions are smaller than other doner kebab shops for the same price although they set themselves apart in terms of offering the doner in different breads. Servings are not consistent, sometime the meat is overdone and other times underdone. Not worth the premium price over rivals in my opinion.

Pros: - The place is actually clean! When you walk in inside, it reminds more of a cosy cafe, unlike most of the kebab shops where you have to fight for a breeze of fresh air and everything around you is soaked in oil. - Pleasant and efficient staff. It only took 3min to prepare my doner. - The packaging is very original. I haven't been to a place where anyone would use boxes like that. Something nice for a change. - The kebab had a perfect balance. It had just the right amount of salad (I had extra meat as well) and it wasn't soaked in sauce. Cons:: - Hot sauce could be hotter. Some people want to cry when they eat. If you don't, then don't go for a hot sauce... - Not sure if I missed that but I think you don't offer lamb. I was only offered chinken or beef or a mix if the two. Wish you would do lamb.

Best Beef doner kebab in the area hands down and as close to authentic German kebab as I've had in England. However they often run out of beef even well before closing time and also the chips which are fries IMO are not very good at all. Thats where they lose a star!

Mixed Donner kebab. Travelled all the way to London to see what the hype was about and I wasn't disappointed. Brilliant service, the donner was clean AND I didn't cry afterwards about how the grease was clogging up my arteries like how I normally do after eating donner. Generous portion of fries unlike the handful you get at Pepe's. The sauces complimented everything really well, each sauce had its own unique flavour. Definitely worth a try.

After 5 years of searching for the right and only Döner (known as Kebab) I finally can admit now that I found the right one that reminds me in the texture and taste of the real one from the capital city of Germany (Berlin). With imported meat from Germany and an establishment of the restaurant in Berlin I can now truly say that thats the best Döner restaurant in the whole United Kingdom that I've ever experienced.

Take my words.. this is one good authentic German Doner you will taste in the whole of the UK.. I"ve lived in Germany for over 2 years, and I could easily relate the taste of this doner to the German one.. price is slightly on the higher end, but you get a nice cosy air-conditioned cafe-style seating area to make up for this.. we had chicken doner kebab meal (fries+Ayran), and a chicken doner box (chicken meat+salad) - meat was tender and succulent.. didn't try the beef one, so can't comment (but I would guess positively about that one too).. give this a try, you won't regret! :) only cons - the girl who served us could've been more friendly, without a cold stare..

So, I’m going to give this place 5 stars. The good really is that good. The seating (for a donner shop)is too. The service isn’t great (sometimes struggle to understand what some of the ppl are saying) but it’s friendly, that’s the main thing.
