Had an amazing experience here with no faults that I can give. The food was perfect and the service was second to none. Would recommend to go here on a date, with friends or with family. It caters for all. It was that good we booked in to eat here again the following week. It’s a 200 mile round trip for us. Now that’s saying something!

Nice quiet restaurant compared to some of Gordon's other restaurants. I like the ambiance. The food is really good. Everything is made well and of a high standard. They used to have a bone marrow sauce for the steak which they don't have anymore which I really miss. Otherwise, steak is great. I like their Mac and cheese side. The desserts are pretty decent also.

Three of us shared a tomahawk steak and it was excellent. Perfectly cooked to a medium rare. The charred cabbage was dressed with a very small amount of blue cheese, which I wasn't expecting but which really worked. The marrow mash was also a tasty choice. I'm willing to bet everything on this menu will be well worth trying, and I hope I get to go back soon.

First time visiting a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and the food was great. I ordered the Steak Frites and shared the buffalo chicken as a starter - I was impressed with the portions of the main and thought the size was decent and price. Steak was full of flavour and was cooked a perfect medium rare, we ate outside and there is heating so was warm but there wasn't much space outdoors and felt as if one of the waiters was trying to rush us by constantly asking us if we were finished when we were trying to eat in peace / converse. I dropped 2 stars for the bad waiter service because a comfortable atmosphere was not created with the constant rushing of food. Also, I thought it was bad that this restaurant had no takeaway packaging as I wanted to finish the rest of my food at home but this was not possible. Not an eco-friendly restaurant.

Had a really lovely surprise birthday meal with my husband. Excellent choices on menu. All cooked and served perfectly. Staff were brilliant. Really friendly and helpful. May be bit more expensive than our usual but well worth it. Would definitely return on future visits to London.

For a restaurant that has steak and sushi on the facade of the restaurant, these were surprisingly average. Me and my partner are quite big fans of sushi and steak, but the sushi we ordered was crumbling as soon as we picked it up. Steak was okay, I would say above average, but not 5*. The rest of the food was sort of hit and miss, some delicious (prawns and the baby chicken from the maze grill dish), others just average. Servers were very nice, some reviews say they looked bored, but with us they were quite friendly and we had some nice conversations. There wasn't a huge variety on the cocktail menu, it mostly consisted of gin cocktails. TL;DR: It was a nice experience, we enjoyed ourselves, but some foods were not worth the price (especially the sushi).

I had a wonderful dinner here with my fiance and my mom. The service was great, the waiters and waitress was amazing. The food was to die for, we had their maze grill aharer and my mom had their burger, we got a nice bottle of wine and some good cocktails. Sadly they had just sold out on the Wellington beef, but next time I will write in my reservation that we would like to preorder that. The waiter quickly read our table and made us really enjoy our time there he was fun and knew we could take a joke. I will be back next time I visits London cause this is in my top 3 of restaurant visit in London

This was truly the highlight of our trip to London with stellar food and wonderful staff! Stephan was a great server with a friendly demeanor and charming sense of humor. He and the hostess made sure we were seated and served in a timely manner and made the entire experience one we will never forget! We've been here a few times now. Service is always friendly and staff are attentive and knowledgeable. The steaks are well priced and super tasty. I'd say if you were looking for an alternative to Gaucho or Hawksmoor then this is for you. Good wine selection, sushi options and amazing onion rings (they have their own rack). Highly recommended and never had an issue booking a table. Go and enjoy.

Perfect. Had the Chateaubriand to share and Eton mess for dessert. I generally don't like sweets, but I had to try this one. And it was perfect. Balance. We sat upstairs, don't know if downstairs is any different but we enjoyed our 1,5 hour date night. We took the subway to Waterloo and took a walk to the restaurant. A taxi would work as well.

The restaurant is well docarated and a wonderful place to have dinner with friends and family. Brilliant staff who looked after us and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately, other than the starters the food was not great. Two members of our group had steak for mains, one was 'okay' and the other was nearly inedible. The puddings where uninspiring to read on the menu (this may sound like a strange criticism but they were just boring...). The one we chose to share we were unable to finish and tased a little burnt. Overall, a bad experience with a few amazing moments (all of the starters).

The food was very tasty.we had to wait almost 30 mins to be seated as the table wasn't ready. There is only 1 toilet which is shared by men and women....The seat and floor had been urinated over!. Service was ridiculously slow...an 8pm booking and I had my 1st drink at 9.20pm. As I said when the food came ,my meal was very good but others in the party were not happy and sent their meals back. The waiters tried their best to accommodate but they must have been short staffed. We ate around 10.30 or so quite a long wait from 8pm. Would I go again? No I really wouldn't. The bill was incorrect by £170 ...glad I checked it.

Went with my wife for the Sunday Roast for 2 recently... POSITIVES: 1. Service was excellent. the service crew made us feel very comfortable at the place though we were seated beside the fridge. The attention given by the staff was top notched. 2. Cleanliness & Setting. the way the staff prepped the table for the next guest was amazing. the table was wiped with the most strength I have ever since. And the table setting was audited by the restaurant manager and re-wiped again to ensure it met standards. 3. Ambience - Great! very classy place! 4. Food: the bone marrow was nice 5. Food: the bread and butter was great! 6. Food: the portion of the sides were plentiful. you need not ask them to give you new portion. NEGATIVES: -For both of us, the side dishes were either too sweet, too salty or too oily. We didn't finish the sides. some of the sides were left barely touched. But perhaps, other guests would like it. Different taste preferences for different people. -The 35-day old beef itself, I found that it was ok. my wife found that it wasn't and claimed that it was too dry. She ate half of it and passed me the rest as she finds it hard to swallow. Not likely to return even though their service was excellent. My wife and I are foodie who prefers taste and quality of food over service. We are checking out other Gordon Ramsay restaurants. Next one: Heddon Street Kitchen. =)

Very pleasant experience. Lovely food, superb service. Very friendly and attentive staff. Only downside is it's not the cheapest. Our meal for two was £100, but we had a nice bottle of wine (£30) and dessert. 5/5 for overall dining experience, but minus one star as you could have two good meals elsewhere for same price. Perfect for special occasions, unless you're rather well off.

I went today for lunch with my wife. We arrived and were promptly greeted and sat - coats taken to be hung up for us. The staff were attentive and we neither had to wait for our menus nor to place our orders. The decor was relaxed and I did not feel out of place though not coming in a suit. It was a very relaxed and quite intimate atmosphere - more than anything, just fun. The food arrived after allowing time to settle in and the started was a nice jerusalem artichoke soup with nicely balanced flavours. The "Dingly Dell" pork chop main was divine and I don't think I would have added or changed anything about it. Desert was nice too. In fact I enjoyed the whole experience and neither had any of the problems some describe about mixed-up orders or any of that. Most importantly - I will return after a pleasant time with nice food in a relaxd and unpretentious atmosphere.

Had the pleasure to eat wagyu beef for my very first time ever. My friend told me this was the right place to get it, and I think he was right. It was a whole new experience, something I will never forget. The service was really good and the staff was very friendly. The negative for me was that I had to return my wagyu beef because it was cold, surely they let it rest too long. Not a big deal, but I was not expecting it to happen in such a prestigious place. All cuts were very good (Tomahawk, Cote De Boeuf and T-Bone) Tomahawk my favourite. (Wagyu is in a different league). I am definitely coming back for more wagyu beef :)

Expensive, yes, but the food was delicious and very filling. We went for Sunday lunch and weren't disappointed with a delicious roast, and very filling dessert. My girlfriend has several food allergies, and the staff were incredibly helpful in talking us through the dishes and finding alternatives where they couldn't modify the dish on offer. Staff were excellent, food was very tasty, although the bellini we were offered as an aperitif was a tad pricey (although impressive upselling from the waiter). If you can get a deal, this is definitely worth it. A cosy little bistro with a homely amosphere, helpful staff and great food.

I booked Foxtrot Oscar to round-up a special day in London. The restaurant was far from special which surprised me since Gordon Ramsay doesn't hold back from telling other business's to f****** sort it out... The decor was dated and the seats we're warn and shredded. The service was ok but I feel we suffered due to a change in host, which surprisingly didn't offer drinks, didn't ask how the food was and didn't even say good-bye... The food was simply OK and i'm surprised Ramsay would want his name against it. However all said and done, the whole experience was OK but nothing worth shouting about..... Definitely wouldn't dine hear again!

The restaurant was founded in 1988 personally by Gordon Ramsay, a chef and a cooking show master. This house will catch fancy for every gourmet. Sophisticated dish descriptions in the menu will make you hungry even if you have just eaten. Here you can order Sauteed foie gras with roasted veal, almonds, carrots and Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar or Roast pigeon with sautéed foie gras, fennel, cherries, lavender, honey. In Gordon Ramsay restaurant the interior, menu, service are above all praise.

We went for dinner to Foxtrot Oscar, the more casual Gordon Ramsey restaurant on Royal Hospital Road (the other is his flagship 3 michelin star gaff which would have been nice but is a bit out of our price range!). Whilst we made our menu choices, we enjoyed some Chapel Down Brut Rose which was a nice start to the evening and had a lovely spring freshness. We kicked off our meal with Scottish Smoked Salmon and a refreshing Kentish beetroot salad. Next we tucked into a flavourful Dingley Dell pork chop, and perfectly cooked pan-fried sea bream fillets which went well with the salty samphire. We opted for desserts of Sticky Toffee Pudding and cheesecake. The sticky toffee was delicious with none of the burnt aftertaste that it can sometimes have but it continued the theme of small portions. I thought the cheesecake would be the baked New York style but it turned out to be more like a ginger & vanilla mousse which was complemented by the slight tartness of the forest berries.
