Service is great and very friendly. Burgers are of goooood quality so the ingredients. Shake is tasty - but using paperstraws is a pain! only thing i question is the size of the burgers.............. they are foookin small for 11£!!!!! but i still recommend GBK!!!

Good for a quick bite, however the quality of this place is regressing. Staff are friendly however. Ordered the Chicken Burger which was halal, however overcooked. The skiny fries are very nice.

Recommend the 'chicken camembert burger naked with salad'. Their truffle fries melt the cheese to a lovely gooey consistency. Friendly staff. Be sure to grab the GBK app to bring meals close to the £7/8 mark.

I really liked the burgers, I always get the double burger! The meat is fresh and tasty! Also try the naked fries they are absolutely amazing! Also try the peanut Oreo milkshake! Be prepared for a diabetic bomb, but it is so much worth it! One of the best burgers in London! Download their app because they have discounts when using the app!

Was very busy around lunchtime, but practically emptied by about 2:30pm. The staff were all friendly, and the service was quick. I ordered the bacon and avocado burger - it was a perfect size and tasted pretty good. The skinny fries were also good, and I felt like a small portion was more than enough for me. Just a note for first timers - you go in, wait to be seated, and then you order from the front. Will visit again!

Good quality. Excellent salad in lieu of bun. I like that they have tap water readily available... this should be done everywhere. Quiet enough to talk to my sister who was with me. Usually if I see a burger place I avoid it, but my sister was tired, had been there before and wanted to go again, especially as she could keep to a low carb diet. Not fully converted to burgers but would certainly consider going again.

A really nice place with a great variety of burgers. Tasted great and not too badly priced either. This is more of a lunch place than a dinner I'd say. Would've also been nice to have something with the burger included in the price (bit if salad maybe?) because it literally is just the burger and a bowl of chips if you get them on the side. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. I had a student discount and was told I could use it if I had their app, which I didn't. the waitress took the time to show me and then realised it didn't work on Friday's, but gave me the discount anyway because of her mistake. I thought this was a really nice gesture! Love the rewards system too.

The burgers and milkshakes were nice and delivered really fast, however it took over 20 minutes for the chips to arrive and our meal was finished by then. The chips looked and tasted like home fries and it let the place down alot. The worst part was that the cutlery set up for us had dried sauce covering one side... the 3 stars however are well deserve for the burgers and milkshakes though.

Gourmet burger kitchen used to be good. Like Tortilla, the quality has gone down. The staff are not as attentive and the food is now sub par. I used to enjoy a good burger and would be happy to pay the above average price. Nowadays burger joints are a dime a dozen and you have to really be exceptional if you wish to compete. GBK is no longer competitive in a crowded market and if they want to survive, they have to up their game. I recommend going the extra distance to Kings Cross and visiting Honest Burger, a smaller chain that produces higher quality food at a lower price - try them before they too, get too big.

I had the amazing pleasure of visiting this place within the Brunswick Centre as I worked within the area, and I'd find myself there more than twice a week! The staff, which I deem greater than the food, are excellent. Engaging, genuine and energetic human beings; that's what really makes an environment. What impresses me about GBK is the incentive/loyalty scheme they offer through their app. This is great. I was recommended to it by my brother and I'm glad I was able to capitalise on some freebies (always nice!). GBK offers the best burger experience in London. While the atmosphere is nice but nothing extraordinary, the burger taste is absolutely second to none. I highly recommend the Habanero and Persian Lamb burger. They are absolutely unique and extraordinary. You can munch away free peanuts as you wait for your burger to be served. The only downside of GBK is that it is relatively quite expensive for a burger place. I highly recommend you search for their 2 for £10 voucher which they offer quite often. Also don't forget, if you are a student download their app to your phone to get 30% off Sunday-Thursday.

This was my first visit to a Gourmet Burger restaurant. As I had never experienced the menu or the protocol for ordering, I felt a bit lost. Surrounded by many people vying to get seated I placed an order for a burger & an order of onion rings. A waitress eventually delivered them and the first thing I noticed was a small pool of liquid spreading from beneath the bun. I picked up the burger to find ut dripping with what appeared to be water. In fact, there was so much moisture I found the buns disintegrating. I wasn't angry about this- just a bit disappointed. I could not catch the waitress' attention, so I had to get up to visit a table which had cutlery and napkins. I'm an onion-ring aficionado and noticed how delightfully crunchy the rings appeared to be. They looked ss if they'd been rolled in Panko bread crumbs. I bit into the wonderfully crunchy ring, but quickly discovered that the rings were so heavily spiced that they burned my mouth rather badly. Being rather disappointed, after consuming about half if the burger and only one ring, I gave up and left. I purchased some insipid ready-made sandwich from the nearby mini-Sainsbury's and took it back to my hotel. I've read lots if msrketing hype about Gourmet Burger, however, I'm afraid this particular shop didn't knock my socks off.

Before the explosion of serious burger joints in London, we used to visit once every two months to make use of the student discount offers on certain weekdays for group outings. Service is always indifferent and sometimes it can take an age for the burgers to arrive, but if you're there to chat with friends it's not so much of an issue. Just help yourself to the free jugs of tap water (Garnished with lemon and lime, which is always a nice touch) and hunker down. The patties tend towards medium well and watery, although if you pile on the toppings it's possible not to taste the meat at all. The burgers tend to be on the small side, so you'll probably need a couple of sides. Skinny fries still seem unique to GBK, so they've got that going for them. #BurgerBinge

The GBK in the Brunswick Centre is not as good as other branches that I've visited. The staff paid very little attention to us from the moment we sat down including when taking our orders and when serving our food. They hadn't even provided us with cutlery or condiments when our food was served. Food was good as expected, though as an overall eating out experience, it wasn't particularly good.

Been here a few times at lunch, food always taste great, however have had to send fried back twice due to them being old. Staff could be more attentive. If there was a GBk nearer to my work I would try there instead. Halloumi bites are the best though!

I've had multiple burgers at the GBK. This review reflects the sum of my experiences. The Gourmet Burger Kitchen tries to take the burger experience and put a spin on it. Whether it is the "Kiwiburger" or one of their other creations the focus at GBK is their toppings. This leaves the beef to play a secondary role, and with the underwhelming buns at GKB it is really up to the toppings to carry the burger. The good news that the toppings do more than their fair share, and while the beef is not the best in London it is quite good and cooked properly. Overall, the GBK is a good option to grab a unique burger. I'd personally not recommend the Kiwi Burger as I find it too difficult to handle/eat, and also found the flavors to not be lacking a cohesive flavor profile.

Fantastic burgers! We had three burgers each with different fries. They were all spot on. The baconaise is unbelievably good and the service was excellent. You have to order and pay at the bar which is great because once you’ve finished eating you can just leave, no hanging around to get the bill. Be sure to leave a tip on the way out though as service is not included.

Mirad la foto que acompaño al texto y lo entenderéis perfectamente. Están de muerte, una calidad superior y el precio no es para nada desorbitado. Una pareja por unos 15 o 20 euros cada uno puede comer cada uno su pedazo de hamburguesa con unas patatas y dos refrescos. Os aseguro que es cantidad suficiente. A mi me gusta ir al de Bloomsbury, está cogiendo la línea azul de metro (Picadilly Line) y parando en la parada de Russel Square lo tenéis dentro de un pequeño centro comercial esta a unos 4 minutos andando.
